Mama Bloom AU

"So…she's your mother?" Darcy asked looking between Dragon and DuFour, causing them both to nod slightly. It had been two days since DuFour had realized that Dragon is her daughter…and Dragon had just casually mentioned it to the Trix in the middle of a café full of witches when Icy questioned why the manners teacher was there.
"So…that makes her the grandma of Cloud Tower. Good to know." Stormy said bluntly, making DuFour's jaw drop while the witches around them began grinning or snickering. Oh they were sooooo spreading this around!
"If I hear Griffin or the twins calling me grandma I will hurt them." DuFour said after a moment of composing herself, earning laughs and snickers from all the witches that overheard her.
"We'll make sure to warn them." Darcy said snickering at the thought of DuFour's face if the three full grown women were to actually call her grandma.
"No you won't. You'll let them know of her relation to me and her newest title then you'll video tape them calling her that for blackmail and entertainment purposes." Dragon said with a fond smile, causing the witches to grin sheepishly at her. Yeah they would and were actually planning too.
"Mama knows us so well." Icy said completely unashamed of her plan.
"Of course I do." Dragon said smiling as she sipped her tea, looking at her 'children' fondly.
"Oh look who it is." Stella said sneering at Dragon as she sauntered into the café, causing every witch to tense or growl at her.
"Ms. Stella if you are here to start trouble kindly leave now!" DuFour said setting her tea down and giving the blond fairy a stern look while Zarathustra entered the café only to flinch back at the sight of Stella. Ediltrude and Griffin were immediately beside the smallest teacher, Ediltrude growling as she stood protectively in front of her sister while Griffin pulled Zarathustra close and tucked the smaller woman's head under her chin as she glared at Stella.
Normally Zarathustra wouldn't be so afraid of a single not even trained fairy, or a fairy in general, but she had been suffering nightmares of the explosion again and again these last few nights. Most of the time it was of watching her students die, then her sister and Griffin, before finally dying herself in the dream which woke her up. It left her a bit…vulnerable.
"This is a known witch café where very few fairies dare tread, especially untrained ones like you. Why are you here?" Ediltrude nearly growled out at the fairy who had dared to hurt her baby sister.
"Just trying to watch out for madam DuFour. I wouldn't want one of you witches to try and blast her." Stella said causing DuFour to sneer slightly at her.
"I am more than capable of defending myself against some half trained witches, and I doubt they'd try and hurt me while I'm spending time with Dragon." DuFour said sneering at Stella who blinked at this confused before sneering again.
"Don't see why you'd want to spend time with that-"
"Be careful what you say about my daughter Miss Stella!" DuFour snarled animalistaclly at the blond haired princess while Ediltrude slowly blinked for a second.
"Daughter? But she's a witch!" Stella said shocked and looking at the teacher in disbelief and horror.
"I'm a Witch-Fairy Hybrid. Naturally my daughter could be either a hybrid like me, a full witch like my wife, or a full fairy! For Heaven's sake a witch can easily give birth to a fairy and a fairy can give birth to a witch! It's not unheard of!" DuFour said fed up with the blonds attitude and glaring darkly at the girl.
"I've never seen you this mad before Iris." Ediltrude said looking at DuFour surprised and slowly processing what she had said. Did…Did this mean…
"Not only did she attack my sister-in-law but she's insulting said in-law, my wife, and my child all at once. She better be glad that I haven't blasted her yet." DuFour growled as she glared at Stella while Dragon looked surprised.
"Wife? So I have another mom?" Dragon asked making DuFour simmer down and smile at her daughter.
"Yes dear. You have two mothers, me and the 'papa' as it were." DuFour said smiling fondly at her daughter while Ediltrude's mouth dropped open in disbelief and shock.
"Wait this is Bloom? I mean I knew she looked like you did when you were younger but I-I thought it was a coincidence!" Ediltrude said staring at DuFour and Dragon in shock.
"Bloom?" Dragon asked confused as she looked between the two.
"That's the name I gave you when you were born dear and yes Ediltrude. This is our daughter." DuFour said smiling warmly at Dragon and Ediltrude both, causing everyone else's jaws to drop open.
"Hello little niece." Zarathustra said snorting slightly as she broke the shocked silence, making a few girls just bust out laughing.
"I don't have any memories…but I'd like to make some…if that's alright?" Dragon asked shyly looking at her parents who both smiled at her although it was sad.
"Of course it is dear. We don't have many memories of you either. You were stolen when you were a baby." DuFour said smiling warmly at her daughter who nodded slightly at that.
"So…now we have a grandma and a grandpa?" Stormy asked looking at DuFour and then smirking at Ediltrude who looked dumbstruck at this. Zarathustra busted out laughing at the look on her sisters face at being called grandpa, Griffin snickering heavily and more than a few witches laughing or snickering as well.
The others just smiled slightly as they glanced at Zarathustra, the poor woman had been pulling away and distant recently. She often looked tired and upset about something so they were glad that they could make her laugh at least a little bit.
"Yeah sure laugh it up sis. Wait until you end up pregnant, you won't be laughing long." Ediltrude said grumbling at her sister but not really meaning anything by it. She was glad to see her sister happy and laughing again, even if it was at her expense.
Everyone but Bloom and Griffin were shocked at the next words out of Zarathustra's mouth.
"I am pregnant sis and I'm still laughing!"
