Chapter 29:
"I am sure that Bonnie will be able to control or remove the spell she put on use that first night." Stefan said looking over for the driver's seat to see a worried Caroline.
"I hope, I'm just glad Tyler has super healing or we might have had to rush someone to the hospital."
"Do you think that it will affect everyone the same way it effected you two."
"I have no idea that's why we need to talk to Bonnie and figure this all out." Caroline said as they pulled into Bonnie's Grans house. She was moving in the Boarding house because she didn't want to live in the house that had so many memories about her gran.
"Hey guys, come on in." Bonnie said opening the door for Stefan and Caroline.
"So let me get this straight the spell I did transferred you're injures from to Tyler." Bonnie repeated as soon as Caroline was done explaining. They were now sitting on one of the couches and Bonnie and Jeremy sat with their coffee in their hands while Caroline talked.
"Yes that right." Caroline said.
"That's not possible, Car, the spell I did was a protection spell it wouldn't transfer injures from one person to another." Bonnie explained.
"But it did protect me that's my point; are you sure that the spell doesn't do that?" Caroline asked when Bonnie was done talking.
"Yes I'm absolutely positive; that spell was my grams she said it would help you help but not transfer your wounds to another."
"So what do you think happened?" Stefan asked as the room went silent.
"I don't know; the spell our describing is very powerful it would take a very powerful witch or wizard to cast it and not die." Bonnie explained grabbing on of her spell books started paging threw it.
"You could die if you cast this spell?" Asked Jeremy.
"Yes the thing with magic of this kind is that it is dark magic; it feeds on the life force of the one who casts it."
"That sounds horrible." Caroline said.
"It is that's why dark magic isn't practiced a lot anymore to many witches died because of it."
"Does that mean we have a witch running around casting dark magic spells?" Asked Stefan worriedly.
"I am not sure but I am hoping not." Bonnie said.
"Is there any way you think we can talk to this witch or wizard if they exist?" Asked Jeremy.
"I don't think so somehow; this person is very angry and resentful about something that's probably they chose to use dark magic instead of light." Bonnie explained.
"Is there a way for you to reverse the spell that this person put on me?" Caroline asked slowly, hoping the answer was a yes.
"I should be able to most of the time it's the casting of the spells that makes them so difficult to control and cast not the removing of them." Bonnie said looking up from the book and smiling at Caroline, hoping would reassure her.
"Really oh thank goodness was worried that you wouldn't be able to reverse it." Caroline exclaimed appearing very relieved.
"Don't worry Caroline we would let anything happen to you or to Tyler." Jeremy said.
"Thanks you guys." Caroline said smiling at the three of them feeling better now that they had figured it out.
"Hello Klaus you have someone at the door for you. "Rebekah said knocking on her brothers room door.
"Who is it? I am busy." Klaus asked.
"I don't know; she is female and pretty so I'll tell her you are busy." Rebekah said walking away before Klaus could respond.
"I'm sorry Klaus as being a rather moody babe today so I'm afraid he isn't going to be good company right now, but if you really want to speak to him his room is the last one down the hall on your left." Said walking away leaving the red head woman at the entrance of the house and walking into the living room and throwing herself down on one of the couches.
"You don't seem to be all that happy with you brother at the moment." The red head said following Rebekah in the room.
"My brothers." Rebekah emphasized the word "Are driving me crazy."
"Brothers do that to you, part of their charm."
"I don't think its charm I think it's their huge egos"
"Well that is true but I was being polite." The red haired girl said before turning away from Rebekah to go upstairs.
"You know I don't know what your name is."
"It's Lucy." The red hair replied before walking out of the room.
Klaus was busy staring out of his bedroom window completely lost in thought when he heard a knock on the door. Assume it was his guest he told her the door was open.
"Your sister is very cute." Lucy said walking into the room.
"I'm glad you think so but don't make friends with her; you are supposed to be a secret." Klaus replied not bothering to look at the red haired woman.
"I know but I couldn't help it she was being nice while you find away in here." Lucy said.
"Why have you come to see me?" Klaus asked ignoring Lucy's attempts at making conversation.
"You know that spell you asked me to change for you."
"Yes? What about it?"
"Why you tell me that there was another witch in town." Lucy asked.
"I didn't think it mattered." Klaus replied.
"Well you might want to start caring; that spell I did was very powerful."
"So?"
"A spell is like a trail of bread crumbs, Klaus, it will lead them straight to me and you." Lucy said a little frustrated with Klaus for not caring.
"That is where you are wrong."
"How am I wrong? I have been doing magic for a long time and know they will find me."
"Exactly they will figure out what the spell truly does and then they will find you and kill you." Klaus explained turning slowly to face Lucy.
"You had just as much part in the spell as I did." Lucy argued.
"Yes I did but they won't know that." Klaus said.
"What are you talking about? You can't just decide that you don't want to be a part of this anymore."
"That is actually exactly what I decided I am going to do."
"Why?" Lucy pushed.
"I don't need to explain myself to you, it will all work out in the end." Klaus said smiling the pretty red haired woman.
