Chapter 32:

Caroline and Stefan were in the kitchen busy making coffee for the group while Jeremy and Bonnie were still in Bonnie's bedroom looking at spells.

"Do you think that there is actually a way to reverse this spell?" Caroline asked as she poured milk into the cups.

"Bonnie has every spell that can be cast on someone can be removed so yes I believe we will find a way to remove it." Stefan said confidently.

"I know and Bonnie is probably right just feel so helpless."

"Don't worry Caroline, we will find a cure." Stefan said as they both grabbed two cups and went back to Bonnie's room.

"Hey guys we made some coffee for you." Caroline said holding the cups out Jeremy and Bonnie who were both leaning over the table covered in spell books.

"You are lifesavers." Bonnie said eagerly taking her cup and Jeremy thanking the two of them and taking his.

"You guys find anything?" Stefan asked walking over to the table and looking at some of the spells.

"None yet but I think we are getting close; those tops books all seem to have something today with undoing or removing certain spells so I am sure it is in there somewhere." Bonnie explained.

"Why don't you two take a break and we will look around for a bit." Stefan suggested.

"That's is a good idea you guys deserve a break." Caroline agreed.

"That sounds like a great idea thanks guys." Jeremy said.

"Are you guys sure? We don't mind carrying on?" Bonnie said.

"Yes we are sure; go and have a break." Caroline said.

"Thanks so much you guys." Bonnie said as they left.

Four hours later Bonnie and Jeremy came back into the room to find Caroline and Stefan now sitting on the floor surrounded by books.

"Have you guys found anything?" Jeremy asked.

"It's going but I don't know how well." Caroline said frustratingly.

"Don't give up yet, Car." Bonnie said giving her friend a hug.

"What if you don't?" Caroline asked.

"We will." Bonnie said.

"What about this?" Stefan asked handing Bonnie the book he was holding,

"If I am translating this correctly it's a very strong spell; strong enough to undo any other spell that has been cast on the person." Bonnie said as she was reading the page.

"Which means what?" Caroline asked.

"It means that this spell is dangerous but it might work." Bonnie explained looking up from the page.

"You think that it might remove the one that is cast on me already?" Caroline asked.

"I think it might yes." Bonnie replied.

"Didn't you just say that it is a very dangerous spell though?" Asked Jeremy.

"Well yes but every spell is dangerous." Bonnie said.

"Bonnie tell us the truth how dangerous is this spell?" Stefan asked.

"It's dangerous but I am sure that I can cast it." Bonnie said slowly reading some of the ingredients.

"And if you can't Bon?" Caroline asked.

"It's dark magic so it is a risk to medal in things like this." Bonnie admitted.

"We better keep looking then." Caroline said turning back to the table covered in books.

"But we found a spell." Bonnie said.

"None of us are willing to put you danger in order to remove a spell." Jeremy said.

"Jeremy is right; I want this spell to be removed but I won't put you in danger to do so." Caroline said agreeing with Jeremy.

"But what if there is no other spell that will remove it?"

"There will be Bonnie." Stefan said also not liking the idea of putting Bonnie in danger like that.

Before anyone could say anything else there was a knock on the front door.

"Who do you think that could be?" Caroline asked as they all moved towards the front door.

"I have no idea." Bonne said opening the door.

"Hello I know you don't know me but my name is Lucy." The girl standing in front of the group said.

"Umm hello how can we help?" Bonnie asked taken aback by the girl.

"I am here to help you remove the spell." Lucy said looking at Caroline.

"How do you know about that?" Caroline asked the girl

"I am the one who cast it." Lucy said slowly.

"You cast this spell on me? You mean that you're the reason why my boyfriend is dying!" Caroline said taking a step towards the girl.

"Yes that was me and I'm so sorry for casting it on you and your boyfriend." Lucy replied sincerely.

"You better start talking fast before I start beating it out of you." Caroline said taking another step towards.

"Please may I come in?" Lucy asked feeling awkward having this conversation while standing in the doorway.

"No you can't not until you explain yourself." Caroline said angrily.

"I have come here risking a lot to come help." Lucy said.

"Why should we trust anything you say?" Stefan asked not trusting this woman.

"You know you can trust me." Lucy asked looking at Bonnie.

"You can come inside." Bonnie said slowly.

"What?" Caroline exclaimed looking at Bonnie.

"I trust her and this is my house so you may come inside." Bonnie said moving out of the way so that Lucy could walk into the house.

"Why do you trust her? You don't even know her." Jeremy said confused by his girlfriend.

"Stefan could you show Lucy to the living room please; I need a minute with Caroline." Bonnie said.

"Of course please follow me." Stefan said leading Lucy further into the house.

"Okay look she is a witch and she says she has come here to help us." Bonnie explained turning to Bonnie.

"Are you sure that we can trust her?" Caroline asked unconvinced.

"No I'm not sure that we can but why else would she have come here she could just had have left and left us to try and figure out everything on our own." Bonnie said before walking to the living room.

"Okay so please explain yourself." Caroline said as they sat down on the opposite couch.

"I was hired by someone to cast the spell on you and your boyfriend." Lucy started to say.

"Why would you do that?" Caroline asked.

"I didn't know what he was planning on doing once I had cast the spell; when I found out I immediately came here to help you remove it." Lucy replied.

"Who hired you?" Asked Stefan.

"I was hired by Klaus Michaelson." Lucy sound looking at the group.

The group didn't say anything all they did was stare at the witch.
