"No you aren't please telling them to wait in the living room, we will be right down." Stefan said calmly.
"Sure." Lexi said giving me an angry look before leaving the room.
"She really doesn't like me." I said setting my cup down on the tray that Stefan had brought up to my room.
"She doesn't trust you yet but she will don't worry it'll get better." Stefan said taking the tray from me and holding the door open for me.
"Do you really think that everyone will be able to forgive me for all of this?" I asked as we walked to the kitchen to drop off the tray.
"Yes I really do… Let's go and talk to everyone…. Together." Stefan asked holding his arm for me to hold on to in a supportive way.
"I don't really have a choice." I said taking a huge breath and taking hold of his arm and we made our way to the living room.
"Hey Stefan." Caroline said greeting him with a hug before turn her attention to me.
"Hello you must the witch that cast this spell on me and Tyler." Caroline said.
"Yes that would be me but you know my name is Lucy so you can call me that its much shorter." I said extending my hand to the blonde vampire in-front of me.
"Sorry I didn't mean to be rude your just not what or who I was expecting that's all." Caroline said sitting down next to a guy who I assumed was Tyler. He looked frail and as if he need to sleep for a million years.
"Hi You must be Tyler." I said stretching out my hand and shaking his hand.
"Hi it's nice to meet you Lucy and hopefully to be healed by you." Tyler said.
"I want to start by saying that I am really sorry for causing both of you so much pain… if I had known that this spell would end up putting anyone in as much danger as it has I would never have cast it." I started saying as I took as seat across from Tyler and Caroline.
"You have said this all before you know." Lexi said as she walked into the room.
"I was speaking to Caroline and Tyler not you Lexi." I replied looking at Lexi.
"I thought you would like a visit from an old friend." Lexi said as Kol walked into the room.
"Lucile how wonderful to see you again." Kol said walking over to me and giving me a hug like an old friend would.
"Hi Kol its good to see you too." I replied hugging him back.
"You look as beautiful as always." Kol said grinning at me.
"You like to flirt as always." I replied giving a smile in return.
"I only flirt with the pretty girls." Kol said before greeting everyone else in the room.
"I didn't realize that you two were such good friends." Stefan said suddenly seeming annoyed.
"Hello Stefan and yes Lucile and my brother were quite a wonderful couple so as a result we become good friends; don't worry though Lucy is like a sister to me so you don't have to get jealous." Kol replied before taking his seat next to Lexi.
"Anyway I don't know what Lexi or anyone else has told you regarding the spell but when I cast it Klaus didn't tell me what the draw back would have on you guys; I only learnt after I had cast it that it would be drawing from two supernatural individuals." I explained to the whole group.
"So why would you cast such a powerful spell without making sure of the consequences." Lexi asked sounding truly curious.
"I trusted Klaus and yes I had started developing feelings for him so when he said he wanted to cast this spell because it would be doing something good for someone who was very important to him I believed him." I explained further.
"Why did he want you to cast the spell? What did he how to accomplish with this spell?" Damon asked speaking little softer than I was.
"He cast the spell to bring back someone, all he told me was that he wanted to bring this person back for someone and that it didn't matter who it was for."
"Who did he bring back?" Stefan and Bonnie asked at the same time.
"A man, I don't know who he is but from what I overheard he was important to someone that Klaus truly carried about and he was trying to make up for something." I said remembering the man who I had helped bring back.
"Wait you brought back a man?" Lexi asked.
"Yes I did… but you should know that if I reverse this spell everything will be reversed including me bring him back." I explained.
"Wait… I remember something… I went home and has was there." Bonnie clutching her head.
"You called me… I don't remember what happened after that." Stefan said now clutching his head as well.
"Guys have been hit this a memory spell." I said looking from Bonnie to Stefan and back again.
"A what?" Stefan asked still clutching his head.
"A memory spell… when you cast the spell you the person or in this case persons forget something and when they try and remember the spell makes you feel as if your head is going to explode." I explained taking Stefan's hand and indicating to Bonnie to take my other hand.
"What are you doing?" Elena asked clearly to trusting me.
"I am going to try and break it… Bonnie I need to focus on me…." I said as Bonnie took my hand.
"It hurts." Bonnie said as I started bring to break the spell.
"Bonnie focus on me I need to draw from your power the spell is too powerful to me to break on my own." I exclaimed struggling with the spell. Soon I felt extra strength from Bonnie and I could break the spell.
"Are you alright?" Damon asked afterwards. Stefan and were still sitting on the couch hand in hand and Bonnie was wrapped up in Jeremys arms.
"I think so." Stefan said.
"Could you do it?" Lexi asked referring to the spell.
"Yes I could." I replied worn out and slightly out of it.
"I won't be able to cast the spell to reverse the previous one now I am too weak." I explained slowly standing up, only releasing afterwards that I was still holding Stefan's hand which I immediately let go of and quickly excused myself from the room and ran up to my room and slammed the door shut behind me.
"Lucy are you alright?" I hear Stefan call through the door. He must have followed me up after I ran out of the room.
"Yes I am fine thank you Stefan just need to lie down for a bit." I reply lying down on the bed.
"Let me know if you need something." Stefan said before leaving me by myself.
"I will thank you." I replied while I was busy falling asleep. Everything went black after.
Lexi's P.O.V
"She is lying down." Stefan said as he walked back into the living-room where everyone was still sitting.
"I also feel slightly drained, can I go lie down as well?" Bonnie asked getting up from her seat next to Jeremy.
"I'll go with you." Jeremy said walking out of the room with Bonnie to go and lie down in one of the spare bedrooms.
"Are you alright?" Kol asked with a concerned look on his face.
"Yes I am fine, let's go upstairs." I said taking Kol's hand and leading him out of the living-room.
"Where are we going?" Kol asked linking his fingers through my hand and grinning at me.
"We are going upstairs to my room." I said leading the way.
"Oh that sounds exciting." Kol said winking at me.
"Don't get to excited." I replied laughing at him, knowing that he had a completely different idea of what going upstairs meant.
"So what's the deal with you and Lucy?" I asked as we reach my room and closing the door behind us.
"What do you mean? As I told everyone we know each other because of my brother and her had a relationship." Kol said making himself comfortable on my bed.
"Did your brother know that she was a witch when they started dating?" I asked climbing on the bed as well.
"I don't think so; she only told him later in the relationship if I remember correctly." Kol said after thinking about it for a while.
"You two seem like you get along well." I said lying down with head on Kol's shoulder.
"Are you jealous?" Kol asked as I snuggled closer.
"No that's not why I'm asking." I started to say.
"You don't like the fact that Stefan likes Lucy." Kol stated interrupting me.
"He doesn't like her…" I grumbled.
"You jealous that he likes someone…" Kol said slowly.
"It's not that I mind him liking someone; it's just that I don't trust her and I don't him to get hurt again."
"You know that it's not your job to protect him… Stefan is more than capable of taking care of himself and for all you know this girl might actually be good for him and help him heal after the Elena situation." Kol replied taking my hand giving a kiss after he had spoken.
"Like you've helped me with accepting and healing from losing Lee?" I asked after a few minutes of silence.
"That depends have I actually done that?" Kol asked turning his face towards me.
"I think you have helped me…" I replied looking up at Kol.
"You know we still have to have a certain conversation regarding us…" Kol leaning in and kissing me on the head.
"Look Kol, I like you and you make me happy." I replied careful not really wanting to ruin this moment with a serious conversation.
"You make me happy as well Lexi but I feel as if I am way more invested in us than you are; you don't even know how you feel about me yet." Kol said.
"You are right Kol; I haven't been communicating with you about us… I'm still busy figuring it out actually." I replied honestly realizing that even after all this time I still haven't completely decided what I wanted from Kol.
"I think you really need to figure out Lexi; I can honestly say that you make me really happy and I really want to be with you but I can't keep going on like this where I don't know what you want or where we stand." Kol said being honest, hoping that this would help Lexi figure out what she wants.
"I promise I will figure it soon." I replied.
Lucy P.O.V
I woke up feeling groggy and unsure how long I had been sleeping.
I sit up and stretch before making my way to my door and stopped in the doorway. Sitting on a chair a little bit away was a sleeping Stefan.
I slowly made my way to him but he woke and smiled at me.
"Hey." He said yawing.
"Hey, why did you sleep in the chair and not in your bedroom." I asked confused.
"I wanted to be close in case you needed me." Stefan said looking at the floor.
"You slept in the chair just in-case I need you?" I asked slowly.
"Yes that is correct." Stefan said standing up still not making eye contact with me.
"That is very sweet of you thank you." I said standing on my toes and kissing him on the cheek.
"Thank you." Stefan said now only making eye contact with me.
"You are welcome." I replied just before Stefan fell to the floor clutching his head.
"Are you alright?" I asked crouching down next him.
"I remember what happened… Bonnie called me because someone was in her house." Stefan said staring straight through me as if he was stuck reliving a memory."
"Who was in Bonnie's house?" I asked hoping that me asking him questions and talking to him would help through this.
"It was…" Stefan immediately snapped back to the present and looking at me with an expression of complete confusion.
"Stefan who did you see?" I asked helping him to his feet.
"It was Lee, Lucy you brought Lee back." Stefan said slowly as is he hoped saying it slowly would help him believe what he was saying.
FF: Hey guys sorry I haven't uploaded a chapter in like 84 years ;) I have actually just recently started worked full time and I moved out as well so things have been a little bit intense and busy but I hope you guys enjoy the chapter.
