Henry arrived in the bar. I had two glasses waiting for him. "Okay, what's the emergency?" he asked. I pointed him the glass. "Please tell me it's not because you need a drinking companion", he muttered. I laughed a bit. "No. I need you for something else. Now, have some drinks before I spill the beans", I said. He laughed as well and then drinks. I watched him finished the whole glass. "There, now what's the problem?" he asked. I didn't answer his question. I just watched the drink had its effect on him. "What exactly did you put in this?" he asked. I sighed. "Sleeping drug", I answered and then he passed out. Zelena came out from hiding. "Are you sure you wanted to do this?" she asked me. I nodded. "Absolutely", I answered.
We managed to get him inside the car and we drove to Facilier's apartment. Zelena is against to the whole idea of him being involved but she cares about Henry too so she just tagged along. "Everything is ready", he said when we came in. He carried Henry into one his rooms which is now made like a ritual room for this one. I can already feel the darkness brewing in me. Facilier locked the room so no one will bother us. "What exactly is this ritual?" Zelena asked. I never told her what we're going to do. I know she'll object to this. Facilier opened the light and another man is present with us. His head has been covered with a bag. Facilier removed it and he's the store owner couple of blocks from my bar. I don't remember his name. "What is he doing here?" Zelena asked again.
Facilier and I looked at each other. I don't know which one of us should tell her. "He's the secret ingredient", he answered. That didn't sound so good for my sister. "Regina, what is this? You said this will save Henry's life", she asked me. I turned to her. "That is right. This will save him. Unfortunately, my powers and his are not enough to fully cure him of the poison but they are enough to move it someone else", I answered. It shocked her. I shouldn't have told her about it but it's too late now. "Regina, you know Henry will never like this", she said. I know that. "He can hate me all he wants. I'll accept that. At least he'll be alive while doing that", I said. Facilier prepared everything. "We can begin", he said. Zelena grabbed my arm. "We can still walk away from this. Regina please, once you do this you will darken yourself again", she said. "I already darkened myself. I did it when I casted this stupid curse. At this point, I don't care anymore", I said.
Zelena stepped back from us. We positioned ourselves to do the ritual. Facilier's eyes turned red as mine turned purple. We recited the spell in Elvish which surprised me. The circle glowed in red light around us. I started to feel the poison circulating Henry's body. "Do you feel that?" Facilier asked me and I nodded. "It's time", he said. I walked towards the innocent man tied up against the wall. He is not from the Enchanted Forest. He is a local from another town who wound up in Hyperion Heights, very unlucky for him. "Please…I didn't do anything wrong", he pleaded. Normally, I should feel bad about this but when it comes to Henry, I am willing to sacrifice anything. "I know. That's why you are perfect", I said and then ripped his heart out. "Regina!" Zelena called out.
It's been a long time since I've done this. To be honest, it felt good. Facilier smiled at me. It's time for the next step. I moved towards Henry's side. "Regina, that poison will kill that man in an instant and you know it", Zelena said. She's right. He's not from our world. This world saved Henry but not for him. "That's the risk I'm willing to take", I said. Then the door burst open. Rumple, Hook and Lucy came in. "Regina, dropped that heart", Rumple said while pointing his gun at me. I looked at Lucy who is horrified by this scene. "You are not going to shoot me, Rumple", I said to him. I know he won't. I can see it in his eyes. "Don't force me", he said. He is bluffing. Henry is about to wake up. I need to do this now. "Wait!" Lucy called. I saw her angelic face. "I know you wanted to save him but this is not right", she said. "I know that, Lucy, but I can't let your father die either. We can't stop them from loving each other and the curse will break any moment. I have to do this", I said to her. I looked at Henry's body. He's surely going to hate me. "I'm sorry", I muttered and then raised the man's heart on top of him.
The heart glowed as it sucks away the poison from Henry's body. Meanwhile, the man screamed in agonizing pain. Zelena covered Lucy's eyes while Facilier is stopping Rumple and Hook from getting to me. They can't stop it now. It's too late. I can see Gothel used a lot of poison on him. Then it stopped. He is finally free of the poison. Everyone is quiet. I looked at the heart and it's getting weaker and weaker. It can't handle the poison that is not from this world. Facilier looked at me. There's one last thing I need to do to finish the ritual. I looked at Zelena to make sure she's still covering Lucy's eyes. I met Rumple's eyes as he mouthed 'don't do it'. I looked into the heart of the poor innocent man and then slowly crushed it with my hand.
He died instantly and the ritual is complete. Henry woke up gasping for air. Meanwhile, I felt drained that I have to step back and leaned against the wall. Lucy broke free from Zelena and went to her father. "Are you okay?" she asked him. Henry looked incredibly confused. "Yeah, I think so. Where are we?" he answered then asked her back. He then saw Facilier beside him. "Hi, you're in my apartment", he answered. That got him even more confused. "Roni, how did we get in here?" he asked me. I didn't answer. I don't have the energy to even speak. More than that, I think it took a lot of toll on me than I thought it would. My emotions are like pendulum now. It sways rapidly that I don't know how to feel. Henry saw Lucy's eyes still wet from crying. "Lucy, what's wrong?" he asked her. She shook her head. "Nothing. I am just happy that you're finally okay", she answered with a smile. "Oh Lucy…" he muttered as he touched her face and put a kiss on her forehead. I felt a wave of energy blasts through me. The room went quiet again. Henry suddenly looked at me in surprise. "Mom…" he muttered. The curse is broken.
