Rumple and Zelena called for an emergency meeting at Belfrey's office nonetheless. They told everyone about what I told them with Gothel and Facilier, everything. "Regina, you know what kind of man is Dr. Facilier", Tiana said. She is clearly not a fan of him. "I know exactly what kind of man he is, trust me", I said. I have known him for years. He may be a trickster but not to me. I know that he really does care for me. "We are just worried about you, Mom. I mean, if you're in my position wouldn't you be worried for me?" Henry asked. That is not fair. Of course, I will be worried. I am always worried about him and that is the over protective part of me. "The most pressing part is Gothel. We now know that everything that's been happening is because she wants the Evil Queen back. The question is why", Rumple asked everyone.
I could think number of things but they are not all that concrete. "The coven…she wanted her for the coven", Drizella said. Anastacia looked at her. I think it's not wise to bring her here but Drizella doesn't want to take chances by leaving her alone. "She already got her in the coven. Remember when you forced her to cast the curse?" Zelena said to her. "Alright…we all remember that. It's not all her. Remember Gothel planned this whole thing. She's the real enemy not Drizella", Henry came to her defense. He always sees the best in people. Zelena stopped coming after her. "I think Drizella got a point", Rumple suddenly muttered. We all looked at him. "Gothel got Regina in the coven, not the Evil Queen", he said. Everyone suddenly got confused. "Think about it. Everyone in that group is practitioners of dark magic. Regina is not. She stopped doing that after discovering her light magic", he added.
That absolutely makes sense. The circle is not complete if one of the witches uses light magic. "Hold on. There's one problem with that. The coven is incomplete. Drizella was one of them, or us, but she no longer has magic anymore", I said. She lost her magic because of Gothel. Anastacia couldn't replace her either because she too lost her magic. "She doesn't need the circle to be complete. She got her power and Anastacia's so technically the coven is intact. It's only the Evil Queen's that's missing", Henry said. I closed my eyes. I don't like being a burden of others. I checked the time and then I got up. "Where are you going?" Tiana asked me. "It's almost time for Lucy's party", I answered.
"Actually Jacinda and I talked about it and we think that maybe it's better not to do the party right now", Henry said.
"What? Lucy has been excited about it for weeks", I said.
"I know but with the whole thing that's been going on…"
"…stop with that. I am not going to be the reason why my grandchild cannot have her birthday party. Now you're all going to be there if anything happens you can pull me out, tie to a tree or whatever you want but we are not cancelling Lucy's party", I insisted.
Everything went according to plan. We transformed my bar into a kids' play pen. The whole place is packed. It's all worth it. Lucy is very happy with the result. Of course, she has no idea about what's happening to me but it doesn't matter. As long as she's happy, I'm happy too. I saw that Zelena and Robyn are having a great time too. "Great party", Facilier whispered to my ear. I smiled. "I thought I told you not to come here. They don't like you being around me", I said without looking at him. So far, no one has seen him yet. "I know but I miss you so badly that I just have to come and see you. By the way, you look stunning tonight", he said. He always says that. I like it nonetheless. I can feel his hand behind my back. "Someone might see us here", I whispered. He leaned closer to my face. "Then let's go somewhere quiet", he said.
We left the bar and went upstairs, to my apartment. Everyone is busy downstairs. They won't notice that I'm gone. I can do this all day, being showered with his kisses, his hands all over me. If only we can do this all night long. I suddenly pull away from him which surprised him. "What is it?" he asked. I catch my breath. "Nothing, it's just that. I'm taking myself in deeper that…" I tried to complete my answer but I can't. I touched the necklace around my neck. "I feel like I'm disappearing with you", I said. He smiled and gently touched my face. "Then disappeared with me…be free for a moment. Not all of us are given that opportunity", he said. He's got a point so I closed my eyes and just floated away.
I got out of bed and put on my shirt before someone walks in. "Do you really have to go so fast?" he asked. I smiled and tossed his shirt to him. "Yeah, I have to and so do you", I answered and then laughed. He didn't protest anymore and put on his shirt. Then he started humming the melody he always likes to play on the piano. "Oh, I remember that tune", I muttered. A rose magically appeared on his hand and gave it to me. That made me blush and laugh at the same time. We danced around the living room until I tripped and fell onto his arms. "I haven't done that in a very long time", I muttered while laughing. He started laughing as well which is adorable.
He then helped me get up. "Promise me something, my queen. Once your mission in this land is done, you'll come with me back to the Enchanted Forest", he said. His eyes are very hopeful. "I will give you whatever you want to be comfortable, castle, a kingdom, or a farm", he said and I burst into laughter. I nodded my head. "As soon as it's all done, we'll go home", I finally accepted. Our lips met once more and this time it's gentle. Then the door burst open. We broke apart. The whole gang came in the room. "Stay away from my mother", Henry said while holding a sword on his hand. "What is going on?" I asked them. Zelena rushed towards me and grabbed me away from Facilier. "You don't want to be around that man. He's the one killing witches around here", she answered. I frowned. "Are you serious?" Facilier asked. "Drop the act, lad. We have evidence against you. You killed them so you can use their powers into whatever voodoo stuff you're working on", Hook said. I don't know what to believe right now. I met Facilier's eyes and he knows what I want him to do. He nodded and then disappeared.
