DOCTOR WHO

The Second Hour

Part 3

By.

Z-King.

OHOOAAAAHHHARRRRAROOOOO!

The Crying Beast continued its way toward Doctor and Amy. The Doctor knew of this creature and it's kind. He had always seen images of the beast and have been told it was the size of a large Earth bear, but this one almost seem to be bigger.

The Doctor tried to think of many ways for him and Amy to flee but with The Crying Beast's Siren cries and Zodin armed and posed to strike poor Amy froze thanks to the creature's cries.

It's getting harder to make a good escape plan without getting harmed in the process.

"What I need right now" The Doctor thought, "Is a-"

CRACK!

The Crying beast turned its eye towards the house and the rest looked to see a figure smash out of one of the upper windows.

It was the Vortisaur, awake as it soars screeching in the air.

"Dammit not now!" snarled Zodin.

OHOOAAAAHHHARRRRAROOOOO!

The Doctor looked back at the Crying Beast with its full attention on the Vortisaur.

The Vortisaur looked down and screeched at the sight of the Crying Beast and was about to fly away but the beast let out another cry.

OHOOAAAAHHHARRRRAROOOOO!

The Vortisaur almost flew down but it quickly shook its head to snap out of the beast's control.

The Doctor watched as the Crying Beast suddenly started to morph its body.

Both the arms and legs started to sink into its chest and as it did new shapes where being made above where the arms should be. Forming instead into flat wings.

Then its neck started to sink into its body and what surprised the Doctor more was that during the change the beast didn't fall; it was levitating.

The claws from both the hands, feet and around its eye started to move towards the edge of the wings. The mouth once on the back had now slid down under the belly.

The only thing not to change was the tail. The transformation ended and the Crying Beast now appears to resemble a Manta ray.

Before Zodin could give a command the Beast started to fly towards the Vortisaur.

"No you miserable creature! Devour the Doctor first!" shouted Zodin.

"Come Amy! Let's go now," whispered the Doctor but to his shock Amy was still stuck in her tearful trance.

The Vortisaur tired to fly away from the flying Crying Beast but it kept following it trying its cries again.

The winged reptile screeched at the beast, then the mouth on the Crying Beast's belly opened up and one by one six three fingered tendrils came out.

The Vortisaur managed to avoid three of them but the others managed to grab onto the wings and chest. The saurian screeched in pain as the tendril hands started to burn it's flesh as it attached itself to it.

The other tendrils soon followed as two grabbed the other wing and the last one grabbed the beak.

The Vortisaur tried to fight but the tendrils dragged it towards the Crying Beast and once the Vortisaur was near, the Crying Beast spread it's wings and whole body and wrapped around its prey.

Now the Crying Beast's form was that of an orb, still hovering in the air as the body shook as the Vortisaur tried to escape form it's fatal prison.

Zodin sneered at the Crying Beast's gluttony the turned her full attention to the Doctor still trying to snap his companion out of the trance.

"Come on Amy, Amelia listen to my voice we've got to…"

"You are not going any where Doctor!" shouted Zodin pointing her flaming sword at the two. "Except in flaming pieces."

"I see, but you can't of course, cause the first time you meet me is in my future," The Doctor said trying to stall for time.

"And by killing me you will cause damage to the web of time and…"

"Oh Doctor, I bet that is your answer for every foe that has ever came close to killing you," Zodin said twirling her sword.

"Of course killing you now it would be worth any damage, in fact the universe would thank me to prevent any of the future damages you will cause."

The Doctor looked at Amy, seeing her still in trance but it seems to be wearing off and he quickly looked up at the Crying Beast, he knew the creature would be finished soon and he will be next, so he had to think fast.

Perhaps getting Zodin to talk will give him enough time to think of a plan.

"Eh, what do you mean by that?" The Doctor asked.

Zodin stopped and chuckled, "I might as well tell you a bit of your future before you die."

"Picture this, in the beginning you where just an old man traveling the universe in that blue box of yours, thinking to yourself I could see the universe travel to different worlds go to different time periods, like galactic tourist."

"Well I would not call myself that," said the Doctor trying to secretly get out his sonic screwdriver.

"But then you find yourself being something else, you become the galaxies hero, suddenly instead of traveling for the fun of it you go looking for trouble be it Daleks, Cybermen, Gods or Monsters which ever tries to enslave, conquer, or destroy you always find some way of stopping it," Zodin continued as she studied her sword.

"Well as I said before, I don't go looking for trouble it just always manages to find me," The Doctor said finally getting a hold of his screwdriver.

"And then comes all the deaths you bring."

The Doctor froze slightly as the screwdriver let his grip and fell back in this pocket.

"Deaths?"

Zodin smiled, "Yes all the deaths, not only form your enemies but also your friends, the future companions who will travel with you and will lose their lives because of what you do. Of course you already responsible for the deaths of a few of your friends, now what where their names…ah yes Katarina and Sara Kingdom, am I correct?"

The Doctor frowned at the mentions of those names.

"What happen to them was not my fault and I…"

"Oh you can tell yourself that, but I know you. The Doctor that is what you call yourself but in the days to come you will be known by other names, The Sandman, The Oncoming Storm, The Ka Faraq Gatri, and The Destroyer of Worlds!"

"No I-I don't believe that, that is not my future!" said the Doctor with determination.

"But you know it's true, I'm proof of that," smiled Zodin nearly in front of the Doctor.

She lifts her sword up "So let me do you a favor and prevent that future!"

At that she bring her blade down fast.

CLANG

Before the Doctor could think he was spun around by Amy so that the blade would cut the Hand cuffs chain instead.

Before Zodin could react Amy delivered a sucker punch to Zodin's face knocking her out.

"That was for calling me a pet," said Amy holding her fist.

The Doctor ran towards Amy, "Hurry we better go before our one eyed friend is finished with his snack."

Both Amy and the Doctor then ran as far away from the house as they could as the Crying Beast slowly descended towards the ground.

Zodin stood up rubbing her face just as the beast changed back into its form, having completely devoured the Vortisaur.

"Enjoy you dinner?"Zodin frowned but it soon turned into a smile seeing what the Doctor left behind.

"I hope you have room for desert."

The Doctor and Amy continued to run only for Amy to stop in realization.

"Doctor what about the TARDIS?" said Amy "You think Zodin might do something to it?"

The Doctor catching his breath managed to say, "Don't worry if I'm right the HADS should be on."

Amy looked confused, "The HADS?"

The Crying Beast turned its attention towards the TARDIS, it's tendrils ready take it's next prey.

Zodin chuckled at the notion that the Doctor left his precious ship to be eaten by…

VOWRP, VOWRP, VOWRP.

Zodin's train of thought halted at the sounds of the TARDIS.

Right before her eyes the TARDIS started to dematerialize and before the Crying Beast could get near the time ship vanished.

"Damn you Doctor," cursed Zodin.

Zodin turned to see the Crying Beast's gaze on her.

She sneered as she picked up her sword then pressed a button de-extended the blade and flipped it and out came an energy wipe.

"Keep you eye on the real prey, creature!" Zodin shouted letting lose her wipe near its face.

The Crying Beast did not flinched but turned its attention gazing at the open.

"Oh, you already caught his scent, or the scent of other creatures form the vortex. Why don't we make it easier."

Zodin pulled out a small pad and pressed a triangle button.

Instantly all of the cracks began to close slowly preventing anything from coming out.

"Now all that's left is a few creatures from the Vortex and then its time to hunt a Time Lord."

"What's a HADS?"

"The Hostile Action Displacement System, Amelia, Its one of the defence mechanisms of the TARDIS. You see should the outer shell of the TARDIS come under attack the HADS would activate causing the TARDIS to dematerialized and rematerialized a safe distance away from the attacker."

"Okay so where did it go?" asked Amy.

"Hmm? Oh! The TARDIS why well you see," The Doctor paused as he put a finger near his lips thinking it over.

Amy narrowed her eyes, "You don't know where it's gone do you?"

The Doctor became flustered after that, "Well The Crying Beast is one of the most dangerous creatures of the Time Vortex next to the Chronovors." The Doctor took a calm breath, "So I suppose the ship must be somewhere faraway where it wont smell it out."

Amy sighed, "Okay but you got something we can use against Ms. Bald and Blades, a town filled with creatures that would make Jurassic Park look like some petting Zoo and not to mention A one eyed thing that can make you feel bad before it eats you?"

The Doctor paused, he quickly looked in his pants and coat pockets, he pulled out his Sonic screwdriver and the tracker.

Amy looked down at what the Doctor presented.

"Please tell me you have something else."

The Doctor then pulled out a small paper bag.

"Oh how about a Jelly Baby?"

"We're doomed."

"Oh now Amelia we're not doomed," smiled the Doctor putting his bag back in his pocket but not before eating a Jelly Baby. "After all so long as one can think there is always a way."

The Doctor rubbed his hands together in thought.

"Now what do we know about Zodin?"

"Well she said she knows you and really wants to cut you up for something…what did you do to her anyway?" asked Amy.

"Well I don't know, but if and when I do meet her I have to make a good impression," said the Doctor. "Now anything else?"

"She also said that she is working with people who are causing those cracks and…"

"That's it!" shouted the Doctor startling Amy.

"What?!"

The Doctor explained, "Who ever Zodin is working for are the ones who are controlling the cracks somehow. This explains why there are cracks appearing almost every here."

"What you think she has some device that open them anywhere?" asked Amy.

"It's sounds mad I know."

"Bonkers more like."

"But it's the only thing that could make sense at the moment," The Doctor explained, "And the only way to find out is to disarm Zodin to find said device."

"Okay but you are forgetting the one freak that will stop us with a cry and eat us and that is fi Zodin doesn't cut us up before that," said Amy finding the flaw in the Doctor's ideas.

"Oh you don't have to worry about the Crying Beast, it only hunts for anything that has traveled in time," The Doctor paused at that.

"So why did it not go after her?" he whispered to himself.

"Eh, Doctor?" said Amy.

The Doctor snapped out of his thoughts, "Oh right, well the trick to prevent oneself from the effects of the Crying Beast's well cry is to think of…well happy thoughts."

Amy stared at him, "Happy thoughts, really?"

"Well let me explain that way it will make sense you see…"

OHOOAAAAHHHARRRRAROOOOO.

The Doctor and Amy looked behind them fast, the sound was distant but the effects where their both their eyes where watering.

"You know on second thought explain later," said Amy wiping the tear away. "Just think happy thoughts right?"

"Yes, anything that can make you happy, be it a good memory or a joke or…"

"Ok, Doctor but what about Zodin?"

The Doctor smiled, "I'll tell you my plan once we get back to your house."

"My house but what if she and…"

"They are already hunting us right now, Amy besides heading back to where we last where would be the last place they will look."

Zodin walked the streets whip in hand, her eyes looking around trying to find any sign of the Doctor or his pet, hopefully she'll get her hands on him before the Beast gets it's jaws on him.

OHOOAAAAHHHARRRRAROOOOO.

"Speaking of which," Zodin thought.

The Crying Beast in it's flying form hunts the sky every time letting out it's haunting cries.

If it wasn't for the special earplugs she made for herself she would follow like all the brainless creatures that hear it.

For an hour she has seen it devour Crono Slugs and Anima infested objects but no sign of The Doctor!

After swallowing an Anima infested Toy Plane The Flying Crying Beast turned back to the direction of the Doctor's pet's house.

Zodin laughed at that thought, "Oh Doctor trying to be all clever? This time it will not save you!"

Finally she reached the backyard of the house just as the Crying Beast resumed it's bipedal form.

"Well where is he?" Zodin ordered, but the Crying Beast, even if it did here her looked around the area.

SLAM!

The Crying Beast and Zodin turned to the sound of the door slamming but before it closed Zodin caught sight of a familiar coat.

"So there you are Doctor," Zodin smiled.

OHOOAAAAHHHARRRRAROOOOO.

The Crying Beast charged and broke the door down and went inside further.

Zodin was about to follow but she heard the crack of a twig coming near the garden shed.

"The Doctor's pet I presume?" Zodin grinned, flicking her wipe turning it back into a flaming sword, "I always wanted to kill one of The Doctor's pets."

The Crying Beast followed the scent of Time in the room, it could tell the prey has been here both in the past and now.

The Beast then smelled it's prey upstairs.

"Come out, come out where ever you are?" Zodin said twirling her flaming blade nearing the shed. "Oh I wonder where the Doctor's pet could be?"

The Crying Beast reached upstairs, it could smell time more so up here epically finding it's prey facing it's back at it.

Zodin reached the door nob.

"Could you be…HERE!"

"Oh, Hello you found me."

Zodin's expression turned confused, right there stood the Doctor, without his coat and holding a rake.

"Wait if you're here then who?"

Amy turned around wearing the Doctor's coat as planned, as soon as she saw the Beast she took the coat off and waved it like a Bullfighter.

"Doctor if this does not work and I die I am going to haunt you," said Amy sweating up a storm.

The Crying Beast's eye followed the moving coat almost as it was hypnotized by the fabric, as Amy walked backwards into her room it followed her in.

As soon as the creature was fully inside she tossed the coat onto the bed and the Beast opened it's jaw, letting loose it's hand tendrils grabbing the coat.

Amy quickly shut the door, and using the Doctor's sonic screwdriver she melted the lock.

"That should keep you in."

"Of course, sending your pet as a sacrifice, how like you," taunt Zodin.

"I did not sacrifice her, The Crying Beast would not be interested in her she has never time traveled before," spoke the Doctor.

"But after meeting you she will soon. This happens a lot to you Doctor," said Zodin.

"You take some one either from Earth in it's past or future or some where else in the universe and take them on your travels where you promise them adventure but also put them in great danger."

The Doctor looked troubled at Zodin's claim, "I don't force them to come with me they come on there own free will."

"No doubt with a little help from you, but this discussion is pointless if the Crying Beast won't end you I will!"

Zodin charged in pushing her blade forward but the Doctor avoided it by pushing it with the rake, giving the Doctor enough time to run out the shed.

He tried to close the door, but before he could close it Zodin's blade cut it in two.

"My what a useful weapon you have," said the Doctor rubbing his hands strangely grinning.

"Yes it is, you should see what it can do to a Time Lord's smile," Zodin said.

"Why are you smiling any way?"

"Well that rake I had was holding something that now has found itself in you particular tool."

Before Zodin could answer back her bald started to tremble and the whip came on and the weapon started to pull away from her hand and jumping on the ground.

"Anima." Zodin growled.

"Well that is something you don't see in real life," laughed the Doctor.

Zodin snarled, "No but this is."

Zodin pulled out a silver and blue gun from her belt.

The Doctor instantly put his hands up, "Sorry am I getting ahead of myself, I mean this is usually the part where the man or women for that matter, with a gun to tell me to 'put them up' as they say."

"Yes," Zodin answered, "But unlike me they gave you the chance to get yourself from being shot. I wont be that stupid."

"Oh I don't know about that."

Zodin turned around just as Amy hit her with a cricket bat, instantly knocking her out.

"Ah, that takes care of that, but did you really have to do that?" asked the Doctor concerned.

"Really? She was going to kill you," said Amy.

"Well I know that, but did you have to use the cricket bat?" The Doctor pointed at the bat broken in two. "Its ruined now."

Amy shrugged as she tossed it, "I never liked the spot any way."

"Well perhaps you need to see it in another light, now let me see here," The Doctor looked at Zodin's belt and pulling out his tracker from his pant's pocket.

"My screwdriver please."

Amy gave it to the Doctor and he pushed a button on the sonic screwdriver over his tracker.

"What are you doing?" asked Amy.

"Well I'm reversing the tracker's polarity in not only finding traces of the cracks but also any thing that is similar to it," began the Doctor finishing his work.

"Hmm, I don't know If I like saying that."

"Saying what?"

"Reverse the polarity, it sounds to fancy for my taste."

Amy rolled her eyes at this. The Doctor turned on the tracker and waved it over Zodin, instantly the tracker started beeping when reached over her belt.

"Aw, I believe I found it," said the Doctor putting the tracker down and looking at Zodin's belt.

"Found what?" said Amy then the Doctor pulled out a small pad like device.

"Our culprit."

"That tiny thing is what's making the cracks?" asked Amy looking over the device.

"Now Amy you should not judge things by their size," said the Doctor.

"I guess, and hey you just called me Amy," Amy grinned.

"Well it is your name and you have the right to call yourself what ever you want but still Amelia is not bad a name…"

Amy glared at the Doctor instantly ceased his talking.

Doctor turned his attention back at Zodin's belt and noticed a switch.

"Hmm, could this maybe be the reason the Crying Beast had not… Oh my giddy aunt! We almost forgot about that horrible thing!" The Doctor shouted.

"Doctor I think you should look at that pad," said Amy.

"Why?"

"It's dancing."

The Doctor looked down and saw the pad was indeed dancing, he looked back where he saw Zodin's sword on the ground.

"Oh dear, the Anima."

As the Doctor said that, green tendrils came out the ground and grabbed the pad.

The Doctor and Amy moved back until they hit the wall.

"Doctor can those Crying Beasts dig?" asked Amy frighten as the Crying Beast came out of the ground as it dragged the Anima infested pad into it's jaw.

"I don't think that's the same one Amy," said The Doctor studying it's appearance mainly the eye.

"How can you tell?"

"Well the eye color on the one we first saw was green this one is red," said the Doctor.

OHOOAAAAHHHARRRRAROOOOO.

"Yeah but that thing is still going to eat you," said Amy.

"Think this ones going to have competition, Amy," smiled the Doctor.

The second Crying Beast looked at them but then turned it's sights up, Amy and The Doctor followed it's gaze seeing the first Crying Beast looking down from the hole the Vortisaur made.

The first one jumped down and landed behind the second, their eyes looked at each other.

HIIISSSSSSINGAAAAAAHHHHH!.

The new noise they made towards each other reminded Amy of a mix between a cat and a snake's hiss, each one of them launching their bladed tails at each other.

"You see Amy," explained The Doctor. "The Crying Beast is a solitary creature, like a scorpion it hates it's on kind and if there is a second one then all prey is ignored."

"And they try to kill each other, right?" finished Amy.

The Doctor nodded then he remembered the second Crying Beast ate the pad, it's time to see if it really was the one.

He pulled out his sonic screwdriver and activated it.

BUZZZZZZZ.

The second Crying Beast looked down and it's stomach as it vibrated and then right next to where the two creatures where standing by, a crack opened up on the wall of the house.

"Ah, so I was right," smiled the Doctor.

"Ok, Doctor but what are we going to do about those two?" Amy asked pointing towards the Beasts circling each other.

The first Crying Beast shoved the second one's clawed face with it's own pushing it towards the crack instantly swallowing them both then the crack disappeared.

"Well that's done with them," said the Doctor.

ZOOOMMMMENT.

The Doctor and Amy looked down as Zodin's belt glowed and then suddenly she vanished.

"And so is she. What happened to her?" asked Amy.

"Hmm, If I had to guess she was teleported by her employers, who ever they are," The Doctor pondered.

"Well did she teleported?" asked Amy.

"Well I don't really know, as I said I guessed," said the Doctor.

VOWRP, VOWRP, VOWRP.

At the sound the Doctor knew by hearts the TARDIS started to materialized across them near the shed.

"Good to see you again old girl," smiled the Doctor. "You've must have hid in the time vortex to hid from those horrible creatures eh?"

"You know your talking to a box?" asked Amy.

"Well I would love to starts this particular discussion I'm afraid I have to go," The Doctor said getting out his key.

"Now wait a second where are you going?" said Amy grabbing his arm.

"Well I have to make a house call."

"A house call?"

"Yes after all I am a Doctor you know."

"They don't do that anymore," said Amy raising an eyebrow.

"True but this one does and besides there is little girl named Amelia I have to check on," The Doctor smiled.

Amy froze at that but she smiled as well, she let go of the Doctor's shirt as he entered the TARDIS.

VOWRP, VOWRP, VOWRP.

As soon as he entered the ship the TARDIS de-materialized leaving nothing behind.

Amy's smile left her and she walked back into the house.

The Doctor looked around the console room fully repaired.

"Ah, good as new, now to make a visit to Amelia's house this time in 1996, but first I need a new coat."

VOWRP, VOWRP, VOWRP.

The Doctor came back into the console room with a new coat similar to his old one, he looked at himself in the mirror in his trunk to see how it looks.

"Hmm well, Doctor tracker in hand and my recorder, time to visit the young lady," said the Doctor flipping the door controls and out the TARDIS he went.

To be safe the Doctor materialized in front of the house, he walked towards the front door and knocked six times.

The door open slowly reveling a little red haired girl in her pajamas, her expression was of confusion as she looked upon this stranger.

"Hello?" she asked.

"I do hope I have not woken you," The Doctor said with a gentle smile, "But I am looking for a miss Amelia Pond."

"That's me, but who are you?" asked Amelia.

The Doctor chuckled and clapped his hands together. "Well my dear, I'm someone that can help you with your problem, I'm the Doctor."

Amelia looked up and down at the Doctor.

"You don't look like a Doctor," answered Amelia, "You look like a hobo."

The Doctor frowned, "Very to the point aren't you?"

"My Aunt told me not to let any one in while she's gone, goodbye Mr. Hobo," Amelia closed the door before the Doctor could say anything.

'But, I'm here to help you with the crack in your bedroom wall!"

The Doctor waited, then the door opened more and Amelia looked at the Doctor again.

"Did Santa send you?"

The Doctor looked at the small crack, he pulled out the tracker and waved it over the crack.

"What's that?" asked Amelia.

"My tracker that can get rid of this," The Doctor waved it once more and to the surprise of both the crack closed and vanished as if it was never there.

"You did it," smiled Amelia.

"Why yes I did," The Doctor confused at this. The tracker was meant to scan it not make it go away, unless the Time Lords forgot to tell him.

"Well I think this calls for a celebration, what do you got to eat?" The Doctor said.

"We recently got fish fingers and custard," said Amelia, The Doctor thought it over.

"Fish fingers and custard, now who would want to eat something like that? I got something better."

The Doctor pulled out his bag filled with Jelly Babies and pulled out a yellow one.

"Here try one."

Amelia took it and put it in her mouth, eating it.

Amelia smiled "Lemon flavor, yum."

The Doctor and Amelia walked out of the room, Amelia went down stairs, the Doctor was about to follow her but he started smelling something burning, he turned around and saw smoke coming from the desk drawer where the crack once stood above.

The Doctor noticed a green egg sizzling on the desk.

"A Crying Beast Egg!" The Doctor thought instantly, he ran quickly and grabbed the egg, he winched at the slight burn it gave him, thinking fast the Doctor opened the nearest window and tossed the egg down.

The Doctor looked down to find the egg was unharmed but due to it's increasing hot temperature it started to sink down into the ground until it left noting but the size of a gopher hole.

"Well that explains how that second one came out of the ground," The Doctor said to himself.

The Doctor started walking out of the room to join Amelia only to stop, he turned his attention to the hidden room.

"Did Zodin put that perception filter on that room…or was it someone else?" The Doctor thought but continued to follow Amelia down stairs.

"Here you can have the whole bag I got a lots more…somewhere I think?" said The Doctor putting the bag of Jelly Babies in her hand.

"Thank you," said Amelia, "Will the crack come back?"

The Doctor looked down, he wish he could tell her the truth but for the sake of the web of time he had to lie, "Why of course it's gone you will never see it again."

"Are you sure?"

"Of course I am a Doctor you know, always trust your Doctor, now I have to go after all there are others who need my help," The Doctor smiled walking away.

"Are you going to come back?"

The Doctor paused he looked back, this house looked lonely for a little girl and her aunt to live in, and what happened to her parents, Amy did not tell him what happened.

Those questions would have to be answered some other time.

The Doctor smiled as he walked towards her, he bend down to look at Amelia's face.

"I promise I'll be back soon in fact," The Doctor pulled out his recorder, "Here you can hold on to this until I get back, maybe you can practice playing it."

The Doctor patted Amelia's head and walked to the TARDIS.

Amelia watched in wonder as the blue box started to vanish right before her eyes.

"Thank you Hobo man."

The Doctor rubbed his neck he hates lying epically to a child.

Then the TARDIS stopped suddenly, the console paused its movement.

"Oh no now what," The Doctor looked around the console trying to start back the console.

Suddenly the scanner turned on and one of the Time Lords that was at his trial on Gallifrey. Goth was his name

"Doctor," spoke Goth.

"Now please listen up," The Doctor began, "Before you say anything let me be clear that my ship was attacked by some unknown force and after I did complete my mission of course it took me awhile because…."

"We have become aware of this Doctor," spoke Goth.

"Oh, well that save the explanation, no doubt one of you lot got this Zodin character?"

"No."

The Doctor frowned, "So it must have been the ones she was working for," He thought.

"But who ever they are, there purpose for these cracks will end once you connect the tracker to your ships console, Doctor," said Goth.

The Doctor saw a porthole on the bottom of the tracker and equipped it to one of the sockets on the console.

"Now since I did the job I expect The Lord President to keep his word and end my sentence and let me be on my way?" asked The Doctor.

Amy walked around the room listening to her cell phone, "For the last time Jeff it's not going to work between us."

"It was only that one date and nothing else," Amy rubbed the bridges of her nose in frustration, "Look I-I just don't want to date anyone okay goodbye!"

She closed it shut and quickly turned it off, Amy placed both hands on her face willing her self not to pull on her hair.

VOWRP, VOWRP, VOWRP.

That was a sound Amy thought she would never heard again, she ran towards the windows facing the backyard seeing the blue boxes standing in the dark night where it was the last time she saw it.

Amy went out the door just as the Doctor came out.

"Hello Amy, I see you've changed your clothes, hmm I like them and I usually don't say that about clothing. (Think of the clothes she wore in Victory of the Daleks)

"It is you, you came back," said Amy surprised.

"Well of course, hmm by the way has there been any more signs of creatures and cracks about?"

Amy sighed, "Nope, the only thing I had to worry about is paying for the damage on my wall and trying to tell them a lie on how it happened."

"Of course, after all most people can't handle something as Vortisaur damage," smiled the Doctor.

"So I see you got another coat," Amy said looking at it, "I fact it looks the same as the other one."

The Doctor pulled on the edges of his coat, "Well I like this one."

"Well could you have least gotten rid of the bow tie?" asked Amy.

"My dear child, the first time I meet you, you where wearing a fake police outfit."

"Well you actually fell for it," Amy said with a smug.

The Doctor chuckled at that, "Well yes I suppose I did didn't I?"

"By the way Doctor, all that stuff that happened? That amazing scary, wonderful stuff that happened."

"Yes, what about them?" The Doctor asked.

"That was two years ago!" snapped Amy.

The Doctor flinched at that outburst, "Oh my really, sorry I guess the old girl wanted to be safe then sorry, well don't worry I know just what to do about that."

"About what?"

"Amy, I put you threw so much that I did not mean to, so I purpose you come with me."

Amy looked at the Doctor, no expression just looked at him, "Where?"

"Anywhere the past, the future on Earth or anywhere in space, my ship can take us anywhere and everywhere you want to go," The Doctor said with a smile of wonder.

"Really?" asked Amy.

"Of course, it's time the girl who waited stopped waiting," He smiled.

"The girl who what?" asked Amy.

"Well you called me a hobo man I felt you deserved it," The Doctor said with a smug smile.

Amy frowned at her new nickname. "But of course if you don't want to come then I can just go back in my ship and…"

"Oh no you don't I did not say no, it's just…that ship looks like it could be cramped," said Amy looking up and down at the TARDIS.

"Oh really?" The Doctor looked at the TARDIS and pulled out his key, "Why don't we take a look?"

The Doctor opened the door and pulled out his hand to Amy, she slowly took it and the Doctor walked her inside.

As Amy entered she could see a large white room, with round holes on each wall, a console in the middle and TV like object hanging on a wall and other things.

But what caught her more was how big the place was compared to the outside of the blue boxes.

"But how, the box-that box was small outside and here this is-is bigger on the inside," said Amy completely filled with confusion and wonder, it was almost like she was a child again.

"Well this is the TARDIS, my home away from home and has been that way for a certain amount of years give or take," smiled the Doctor.

Amy turned around, "Wait are you an alien?"

"Yes I am," the Doctor answered.

"And this ship, it can take us anywhere?"

"In time and space yes."

Amy looked around the room and sat down on a chair.

"So Ms. Pond, do you want to come along?"

Amy looked at the Doctor, him rubbing his hands waiting for her answer.

Amy sat right up, "Let me just get a few things."

She ran out but came right back in.

"Don't. Go. Anywhere," Amy said sternly.

The Doctor chuckled a little, "Oh of course not, won't even think about it, I'll just wait outside the doors."

The Doctor watched outside the TARDIS as Amy ran back into the house.

The Doctor's smile turned sad in thought.

"Now since I did the job I expect The Lord President to keep his word and end my sentence and let me be on my way?" asked The Doctor.

Goth looked at the Doctor and smiled, "Of course but before you have one last mission to do."

The Doctor frowned, "Now hold on there I did your job and it nearly cost me and a few other's lives and I demand my freedom and…"

"It concerns the human woman Amelia Pond."

The Doctor stopped his rant, "She prefers Amy actually, so what about her?"

"We have reason to suspect that due to the cracks origin in that timeline the girl must have some connections," said Goth.

The Doctor laughed a bit "That's just ridiculous, she was a little girl when that happened you can't honestly be thinking she is a part of this like that Zodin woman do you?"

"Despite this the Lord President and the High council want you to keep an eye on her."

"I can't just stay on Earth watching the poor girl," The Doctor argued.

"You don't have to stay on the planet Earth you take her with you across the universe. That is what you do, take humans with you across the universe," said Goth.

The Doctor remembered that those words where the exact same ones Zodin said to him.

"Well how long?"

"As long as they see fit, if she does not show any signs of knowledge about the cracks you can take her back to Earth," said Goth.

"And if she does have knowledge?" The Doctor said fearing the answer.

"If she does show knowledge even a little bit you are take her to Gallifrey at once, where she will be questioned."

The Doctor frowned at this.

"OF course you can refuse, but then we will have to send an agent to watch her and you of course will face your sentence," said Goth looking pleased with himself.

The Doctor rubbed his hands in deep thought.

"Well what is your answer Doctor?"

"Doctor?"

Doctor snapped out of his thoughts seeing Amy carrying a backpack and holding a bag.

"Oh I'm sorry, Amy what did you say?" asked The Doctor.

"I said I'm all ready now can you move a bit I wanted to get in before this bag smashes my foot," said Amy.

"Oh of course," The Doctor move aside as she entered, The Doctor sighed as he entered himself.

"Well Amy, every where in time in space, anything that has or ever will happen, where shall we start?"

The Doctor closed the door.

VOWRP, VOWRP, VOWRP.

The TARDIS soon de-materialized but as it vanished a lone figure came out of the shadows.

The figure's appearance was that of creature wearing a sharp suite but it's face was so alien you could barely seen it's eyes.

The creature stared at where the blue box want stood and simply said three words.

SILENCE. Will. FALL.

The End?

DANG THAT TOOK FOREVER TO FINISH! Well I was worth it and the next story will be a 4th Doctor and Clara story, as for if I will do a Bill one I will think about it by the time I finish part one.

Also the 4th Doctor and Clara story will be a two part one like some of the 4th Doctor's Big Finish stories.
