There are more than one Beldam, there are many. But can you stop all of them?
Jenny and Wybie dashed down the porch stairs of the upper floor. The creaking noises freaked them out, like they were about to fall down. They hurried as fast as they could, running on the grass with the fallen leaves from trees. The crunching noises weren't ordinary. Jenny and Wybie ran into Coraline's House.
"Wait, we should walk quietly. We don't want to alarm The Beldam," Jenny whispered. Wybie nodded, and they started to walk as quiet as a mouse. They could hear the noises of talking and shouting. Coming from the living room, so they head over there still walking quietly.
"N... no! That's just wrong. Why would a child eat children? That's total cannibalism!" I claimed.
"Yes, it is. But I need you, you're the most powerful child that can help me. You're the one" The Beldam responded.
"Listen, you spider lady. I don't want any business with you, ever since you put buttoned-eyes on me!" I shouted.
"But that's where the power is coming from. Have you ever noticed any strange power?" The Beldam questioned. I bit my lip. She knows about the powers of the buttons. But, I can't join her. She's pure evil... Unless I trick her.
"You can't trick me. I can read minds, Coraline" The Beldam blurted. I shuddered a little bit. I was in fear even more than before. She can control me. I was worried, but I have to save Wybie. It's my main objective.
"Listen, you little rodent. Wybie is taken care of already, and if you want anything while you go and capture children... be my guest," The Beldam said.
Jenny and Wybie peaked at the living room, almost hidden behind the walls. Jenny gasped as they heard the whole conversation. Jenny looked at Wybie, Wybie nodded. He threw himself on to The Beldam.
"No! Wybie, that's not what I meant!" Jenny screamed. I widened my eyes when Wybie scratched The Beldam's buttoned-eyes. The Beldam shrieked in horror, trying to cry for help blindly. I was no longer in fear, and got up to launch myself at The Beldam. I hurled at her and she hit the wall. It made a big dent.
"That's it! No more games, from now on. You're under my full control!" The Beldam waved her hand at me. Jenny gasped, my buttoned-eyes became sharper. My face became determined to kill all in my way.
"Uh oh, this isn't good! The plan isn't working, do something!" Jenny demanded. Wybie shrugged.
"I don't know what to do! Coraline's under control of Beldam... unless we kill The Beldam! But how?" Wybie said. Before he could think of a plan. I dashed towards him and launched him in the walls. Wybie screamed in pain, Jenny ran towards Wybie and took his hand. She pulled Wybie out of my reach.
"Oh, this is going to be interesting and fun" The Beldam laughed. My buttoned-eyes became even darker. My expression became more determined and villian-like. More anger came out of me because of Jenny. But she cared about me, and she knows it. I still was under control and punched Jenny in the face. That threw her on to the floor. Jenny yelped, and got back up ready for a battle. Jenny kicked me in the legs and I tripped over on to the floor on my face. My nose was starting to bleed, but I got up and kicked Jenny into the stomach. Her expression had changed from angry to injured. I picked her up and threw her to Wybie. Knocking both of them down. Jenny and Wybie moaned in pain, they were nearly dead.
"Finish them off, Coraline Jones. Finish them off!" The Beldam shouted. I fought back out of the control of The Beldam. I fought hard enough and got out of it. My buttoned-eyes turned normal. My expression became hurt, and I fell to the ground. Everything went blank.
"Coraline... don't come to us. Don't come to the light, you can't give up now..." A familiar voice whispered. It was Mom!
"Although you're down, you can get back up and fight The Beldam. Kill her forever" Dad said. I saw both of them, in a circular light. All was blurry except my Mom and Dad's figure.
"We know you can defeat The Beldam... but there are plenty more of them. You can hunt them down, all of them" Mom informed. I widened my eyes. I was surprised there were more.
"There are, many of them. We can't count them. But they're all planning to eat everyone. Each Beldam has a different personality," Dad said. I looked down and sobbed a little. This was just too much, why can't I live a normal life like everyone else? This is just all too much.
"I know you might not be ready, but this is what you were born for. We were surprised as well, but you can't give up. The World is counting on you, Coraline." I looked up at them. They waved, and blew a kiss at me.
"We'll see you when you defeat this Beldam" They both said. All went black and I fell down into an endless hole.
