How Taking Down Legacy Failed

We both stood on top of the steel age. He held me in his arms as I looked down to were I had to jump. The men that worked there were telling me what to do and what not to do to not get hurt. I can't believe he seriously wanted me to do this. I had two choices, I could either do this and get Randy to forgive me and end up seriously scarred for the rest of my life and possibly die or I can just walk away, have Randy out of my life and live! It sounds like an easy decision, but there is a part of me that doesn't want Randy to leave me alone. I want him to keep bothering me because he is right, I do like it, I don't just like it, I love it! It makes me feel special, he treats the other divas like shit, he doesn't give them the time of day. They all want to sleep with him, but he just brushes them off. Before I even joined the WWE I used to have the biggest fan crush on Randy. It wasn't until I came to the WWE I realised what a jerk he is, but now I see a different side to him, I really like him, I don't know why this has suddenly been brought on.

"I can't do this! You know I'm afraid to heights! Oh that's real low Orton" I snapped. Why did I ever tell him that I was afraid of heights?! It was the most stupidest thing I could of done! Why didn't I just give him a fake phobia then I would have had to of done that and I would have had to pretend I was afraid even though I wasn't! Why do I only think of these things after something like this has happened! Even just looking down makes me feel sick, I have to jump off that.

"That's rich coming from you" He snapped back. I looked down, he sometimes made me feel so small and not just because of his height.

"You pick on my phobia, now I'm picking on yours" He smirked at me. He had a point.

"I can't do this"

"Then you were lying to me about doing anything to make it up to me" He started to walk away, but I grabbed his arm.

"No no" I said

"I can push you if you like" He grabbed me and pulled me towards him which was on the edge.

"No!" He was laughing, he obviously wasn't intending to actually do it. I glared at him.

"I knew you weren't serious about making up to me"

"I am! Fine! I will do it! Just give me time to build up to it"

I stood on the edge and looked down, I can't believe I was even considering doing this. Suddenly I felt Randy's hand's push me forwards, but then pull me back.

"boo!"

"RANDY!" He laughed. At least he wasn't yelling at me.

We sat there for ages, talking, I was trying to distract him from the whole jumping of the steel cage.

"So lovely weather we are having" I tried again to distract.

"It's quite mild, I'm not to fond of it actually, how long are you going to keep stalling me?" He asked.

"My mistake, I was just trying to be friendly and start up a conversation" I said sarcastically, I rolled his eyes, hey that's my job!

"My mistake too, I thought you were going to jump, it has now been an hour since you said you were" He looked at his watch, I glared at him and stood up.

"I'm coming to the conclusion that you were full of it!" He smirked.

"You're calling me a coward?" I snapped at him.

"Care to prove me wrong?" He tested me.

"Fine, I will do it!" I looked around not moving. He raised his brow.

"So how's the love life?!" I asked him.

"Stop hitting on me and jump!" I glared at him.

I looked over the edge one more time, then went to the back so I can get a run at it. I can't believe I was going to do this. He stood at the edge of the cage, I will go past him as I jump. My heart was beating so fast, I was terrified.

"I will see you down there" I said to him, he crossed his arms thinking that I wouldn't actually go through with it. I was going to prove him wrong.

I took a deep breath.

I closed my eyes, just think of a happy place! Go to that happy place! Ok, I'm with Randy in the bathroom when he kissed me, I opened my eyes, wrong happy place! Ok, I'm on a beach, no I'm on a swimming pool diving board and I'm going to jump off of that. I heard Randy tap his foot impatiently, I needed time to build up to this! I couldn't just do it! I started to run, everything seem to go so slow, I was at the edge, I jumped, I fell back to my feet, I don't know whether I had landed or not, I suddenly felt arms around me, I thought I was at the bottom. I'm alive! I opened my eyes to see I was still on top of the still cage, but Randy's arms had stopped me, he looked surprised. I growled. It would have been over with by now! Now I have to go all the way back, think of a happy place and then start to run and hope I live! Thanks a lot Randy!

"You're not actually going to do it?! Are you?!" He said to me in surprise.

"Thanks a lot! This could have been over by now! Now I'm going to have to start again!" I went back to where I was before. Great, now I have to do this all over again.

"I can't believe your actually going to go through with it!"

"I told you I would do anything to make it up to you!" I replied. "Now shut up and get out of my way"

I took another deep breath, closed my eyes and started running. Randy again stopped me, he was laughing.

I ran, I felt Randy's arm try to stop me, but I pushed past it.

"MICKIE!" He screamed. I opened my eyes, he was holding onto me as I was dangling off the edge. The cage was sharp, this really hurts.

"Randy what are you doing!?" I screamed, I kept my eyes on him, I couldn't look down.

"I didn't think you'd actually do it!" He yelled back, I shook my head.

"You told me too!" I yelled at him.

"I was just seeing if you wanted to make it up to me as much as you were saying" Oh great, I didn't even have to do this!

"You're an idiot! Who does that!? You're a failure" I insulted him. Insulting him made me forget I was dangling off a very high cage.

"Do you want me to let go!?" He said struggling to keep me holding on.

"NO!"

"Then shut up!" Bastard, telling me to shut up. We wouldn't be in this mess if it wasn't for him and his little games.

"Randy, too high!"

"Just don't look down ok, I will pull you up, you just have to trust me" He said back, I nodded. I tried to get a grip on the cage with my feet, but I kept slipping. The men below were getting ready with the nets, they were telling Randy that I needed to fall in the right position. I don't have a clue what the right position even is! My arm was cutting in the edge of the cage, it hurt like a bitch!

"Randy" I whined.

"It's hard to pull you up and not hurt you!" He snapped at me.

"Well sorry! Man period or what!"

"Now isn't the time to be insulting me!"

"The insulting sooths me!" I replied, he rolled his eyes, still holding on. He was debating in his head how to pull me up without hurting me. I was already in pain!

"Alright, I'm going to pull you up, hold on tightly, ok?!" He said to me, I closed my eyes and nodded.

I slowly felt myself being pulled up. I still had my eyes closed, I knew if I opened my eyes I would start panicking. I should of known that he wasn't serious. I felt Randy sigh of relief as I was back on the cage. I backed as far as I could away from the edge, I was panting, that was so scary. Randy laughed at me, I don't see what was so funny about this! I could have been killed!

"Why are you laughing!?"

"You'd actually jump off a steal cage, to get back into my good book?" He asked me

"If that's what it takes" I replied.

"I have a different challenge" He said to me, I sighed in frustration.

"What now? You want me to jump down in a bikini? Or better yet I could do it naked!" I snapped at him. He shook his head. He then put his hand to my waist and pulled me in for a kiss. My mouth felt this numb sensation in my mouth, I melted into his arms, I felt so weak. I clung onto him. Who knew Randy Orton would be such a good kisser! Sure when I was young I fantasized about it, but didn't everyone! Why did all his kisses back me feel this way? His mouth tasted hot, I didn't want it to end.

He broke the kiss and starred at me. I looked back at him. I then looked down, i couldnt believe where i was. I could feel my face going red as his face moved closer to mine again, i could feel his warm breath caressing my cheek. It smelled so nice, as he moved closer, i could feel his hand stroking the back of my neck and i could feel his fingertips touching my skin, his hands were so soft. The moment i looked up, he violently pressed his lips against mine. I felt like i was going to faint, he tasted so sweet, and i felt dizzy, it was like being drunk, everything was spinning around me, the only thing i could concentrate on was us kissing, his taste, his smell, the way his hands were stroking my back, and the way he was pulling me closer to him.

I had missed his lips that made me fly! Quoting lyrics I'm sorry, but I just feel so happy! Does this mean he has forgiven me?!
