Let's go!
Moonlight. It was the only thing that accompanied the clear and peaceful night in Jump City, while the streetlights stole the show from the stars. Every night, the streets would be crowded with the nocturnal inhabitants, and tonight was no different.
However, high above the locals, cloaked by the shadows, two mysterious hooded figures leapt from rooftop to rooftop. After leaping from a few more buildings, both figures stopped in front of a neon red sign, silhouetted by the light that shined from it. Despite being hidden by the shadows, one could still determine that one figure was a bit shorter and had a feminine, slender body, while the other had a taller and athletic build. Looking over the edge of the building, both figures surveyed the area beneath them.
"My, oh my." The feminine silhouette said. "Looks like I could have a lot of fun here."
"Definitely." The male figure agreed, "Why do you think I come to this city so often?" He asked as he brought his right hand up to rub his chin.
"I thought it was to see our best friend." The female jokingly mocked, "That is, if it really is him."
The male hooded figure hunched over, "I already told you it's him. I'm sure of it." He groaned dejectedly.
The female giggled, "Oh, you're so easy to tease." She teased, "But just to make sure, I want to meet this person for myself."
"Awesome!" The male cheered as he punched his fists in the air, "Let's go find him now!" He was about to run off, but was abruptly stopped by his companion grabbing his wrist.
"Hold on. Who's saying he's going anywhere?" The feminine silhouette argued as she pulled her male partner back next to her, "Why don't we have some fun first?" She asked flirtatiously.
The other mysterious figure chuckled, "I guess you're right. He's not going anywhere." He then bowed and motioned for his companion to move forward, "After you, I insist."
The female brought a hand up to her face, "Oh, you're too kind." She thanked before leaping off the building to join the active nightlife, the male leaping off soon after.

It had been a few days since Terra left. While it did hurt Beast Boy that she didn't stay, he held onto the hope that one day she would come back. Since then, the criminal activity in the city had decreased. So with little to do, five of the six members of the team were hanging out in the Ops Center.
Cyborg, Beast Boy, and Kylar were playing some sort of racing game on the GameStation while Starfire floated above them, cheering them on. Raven was seated next to the coffee table with her head in a book, like usual.
On the window screen, a split screen showed a green, a blue and white, and a black car racing along a winding track. As the cars were turning around a bend, the black car bumped the blue and white car off the track, causing it to spawn back on the track behind it.
"C'mon, Cy, I thought you were good at this game." The brown-haired Titan taunted.
"Grr, I'm gunning for you now, little man." The bionic bruiser growled as he finally regained control of his car.
"While you two losers keep arguing, I'll take my car and win this race." The green changeling smirked.
As the three amigos kept feuding, the spiky-haired leader of the team walked into the room. After regarding his teammates on the couch, he walked over to the kitchen. Opening the fridge, Robin noticed that the inside was relatively empty, with only a few soda cans and a loaf of bread inside. With a raised eyebrow, he moved over to the cabinets and opened them, seeing the insides being completely empty. "Huh?" He exhaled as he closed the doors.
Back on the window screen, the green car was nearing the finish line with the other two right behind it. "This is it!" Beast Boy cheered as he stood up off the couch.
"Well, I guess we lost." Kylar admitted with a shrug.
"Perhaps the use of the 'nitro' will help you." The cheerful alien suggested.
At her words, a glimmer of light sparked in the two losing racers eyes. With mischievous grins, both Titans pressed a button on their controllers. "Wait, wha-" Before he could react, Beast Boy saw his opponents cars speed past him and finish in first and second, leaving him at a loss for words. "Ah... but... how did..." The green teen stammered with a wide-eyed look of disbelief.
"BOO-YAH!" Cyborg cheered as he stood up and pumped his right arm.
"Looks like B lost, again." Kylar chuckled as he rustled the shocked changelings' hair.
As the teens celebrated, Robin came up behind them, "Hey guys," He called out, getting their attention, "We're out of food. Whose turn is it to get the groceries?"
Looking at their masked leader, then trading looks with each other, the three taller Titans looked down at the shorter teen. "Looks like it's BB's turn." The cybernetic teen chuckled.
"What?! Why me?" Beast Boy cried.
"Because you lost." Cyborg replied evenly.
"Perhaps I could go and purchase the groceries." Starfire eagerly offered, much to the chagrin of the boys.
"Thanks, Star," The Boy Wonder began, "but the last time you got groceries you only brought back flowers." As he explained, a thought cloud with the image of the Ops Center filled with exotic plants appeared above him, a green monkey hanging on a vine swung through the scene before the cloud disappeared.
"Why doesn't Raven go?" The short Titan suggested, pointing at said mage.
The rest of the team glanced over to her, "No." The cloaked girl stated without looking up from her book.
"Well, I guess that answers that." Kylar said, "I guess that means you have to go, B."
"Aw, but... but..." Beast Boy tried to defend himself, but couldn't think of anything.
"Everyone agree?" The brunette quickly interjected.
"Yep."
"Sure."
"Of course." Cyborg, Robin, and Starfire agreed.
With a sullen look the shape-shifting Titan sighed, "Fine. I'll go." He finally admitted defeat.

At the entrance of the Tower, Beast Boy stood and stared off toward the city. The weather outside was beautiful; the sun was shining, giving off a warm glow, and no wind to give a slight chill.
"Hey, Beast Boy!" The young Titan heard someone shout from behind him. Turning around he saw Kylar walking towards him. "Mind if I tag along?" He asked with a smile.
"Why? I thought you wanted me to get the food." Beast Boy stated.
"Yeah, but I feel like stretching my legs for a bit." The black-jacketed teen answered as he stretched his arms over his head.
"Then why didn't you just offer to go out in the first place?"
Kylar gave his friend a cheeky grin, "I like messing with you." He admitted with a shrug.
The shorter teen shot his friend a glare before heading out the entrance. The recipient chuckled softly as he followed close behind.

In the city, people were walking along the busy streets as they tried to get to where ever they needed to. However, one certain city dweller wasn't exactly having a lot of fun. In fact, this particular person was being chased by a group of five male delinquents.
"Don't let her get away!" One of the leather jacket wearing teens shouted as they chased their target through the crowded sidewalks.
The person being chased was a young girl with shoulder length blond hair, blue eyes, and looked to be no older than fifteen years old. She wore a navy blue, short-sleeved, t-shirt, jeans, and black tennis shoes. As she continued running from her pursuers, the young teen made a sharp turn into an alleyway. Looking around the corner in hopes of losing the delinquents, she took this moment to catch her breath.
"Where'd she go?" One of the misunderstood youths' asked his companions.
"I don't know." A sunglasses wearing teen responded as he looked around the surrounding area.
"She couldn't have gotten far." Another delinquent said, "Spread out and look for her." He said to his friends. With a nod from the other four, each teen ran in a separate direction in search for their target.
The girl watched the five other teens leave before turning back around and leaning against the wall. "These guys are such a pain." The girl sighed through heavy breaths. Once she caught her breath, the blonde ventured further into the alley and made her escape.

"*YAWN* So the plan is to get what we need from the store and then go home, right?" A bored Beast Boy turned to ask as he and his aura manipulating friend walked through the city.
"Sure, I don't care." Kylar shrugged, "I told you I just tagged along to stretch my legs." He was walking with his hands in his jacket pocket, leisurely following his green teammate.
"Good, I want a rematch." The changeling pointed at the taller teen as he spoke.
The brunette only chuckled as he shook his head, "Whatever you say, B. Cy and I will be glad to beat you again." He joked, continuing his stride down the sidewalk.
This comment caused Beast Boy to stop walking as an annoyed frown appeared on his face, accompanied by a gray storm cloud over his head. However, his expression soon changed to one of curiosity when something in a glass display caught his eye.
The other Titan soon noticed that his friend wasn't following him and turned around to see the shorter teen staring at something. "What are you doing?" Kylar asked.
"Moped." Was the only thing Beast Boy could utter as he pressed his face against the glass.
"What?" The black-jacketed teen inquired as he approached his hypnotized friend. Once he reached the green shape-shifting Titan, he learned what it was he was so enraptured by: a white moped, with a black racing stripe down the front, on display behind the glass. Once he saw it, Kylar just sighed, "Beast Boy, you know you can't buy that."
For a moment, the brown-haired youth didn't get a response. But after poking the green teen cautiously, he was soon surprised by the excitement that was on his face when Beast Boy turned around to face him.
"Don't have to!" The changeling chuckled with a huge smile plastered across his face. "Check it out!" He moved slightly to his left and behind him on the glass was a flier.
"Jump City's third annual arcade fighter tournament." The aura manipulator read, "So? What's the big deal?"
"Read the prizes." Beast Boy smirked as he rubbed his right knuckles against his chest.
Rolling his eyes, the brunette did as he was told, "Prizes include; a $300 cash prize, a moped, and-"
"See? That's the prize for winning the tournament!" The excited shorter teen stated.
Kylar shot his comrade a bored stare, "As fun as that sounds, we don't have time for that. You were voted to buy groceries."
"Uh, yeah. I know." Beast Boy replied, "I'll still do it after I win the tournament." He then turned around and started running down the street. "C'mon, the arcade isn't far from here!"
"Alright, fine." Kylar said before taking off after his friend.

After a quick run down the street, both Titans arrived at the local arcade. When they entered, they noticed the place was packed with people, mostly teenagers, who were probably there to register for the tournament. Though, it was weird too, since many people there were also dressed up as some sort of character from a cartoon or video game.
"Wow, never been to an event like this." Kylar said as he looked around the room.
"I know right? This is gonna be so cool!" Beast Boy chuckled as he made his way through the crowd.
As they made their way, they passed by many different characters, some looked great, while others... not so much. Once they reached a booth, the girl behind it quickly recognized them. "Wow, nice Teen Titans costumes." She complimented.
"What?" Beast Boy asked with a question mark over his head, "What are you talking about?"
"That green skin looks real, too," The girl added before turning towards Kylar, "And that jacket looks so authentic, where'd you get it?"
Before the brunette could answer the question, the energetic shape-shifting Titan spoke up, "Hold on a minute. You think these are costumes? I'm the real Beast Boy." He said.
"Uh-huh, sure you are." The girl replied, "Really good at selling it, too. You should enter the costume competition." The thought that two superheroes from the local team actually being at the arcade didn't even seem to cross her mind.
"No! I really am! I'll prove it!" Beast Boy cried. He took a step back and was about to transform into an animal, but he was quickly pulled into a huddle by his taller friend.
"B, it might just be better if they don't know." Kylar advised. In the sort of environment they were in, who knows how the people would react. At best, they would probably think nothing of it and let them go on with their day. At worse, the people would hound them and constantly follow them wherever they went, not giving them any space. The last time that happened was when Starfire and Raven went to the mall. Kylar could never forget just how angry Raven was that day when they returned.
With a defeated sigh, the green teen lowered his head and approached the booth again. "I'm just here to enter the tournament." He sighed.

After what seemed like an eternity, Beast Boy was finally registered and waiting for his turn to fight another person. While waiting, he was seated at one vacant joystick arcade machine, practicing fighting while Kylar stood behind him and watched.
"So how long do you think this will take?" The brunette asked with a bored expression on his face.
"With me in this thing, it won't take that long." The green teen laughed as he pulled off some sort of hyper combo in the game.
Just then, a voice spoke over the PA system of the arcade."Green Lightning and Optic Scan, please report to setup 5." The voice said.
"That's me." Beast Boy said as he hoped up from the machine.
"I still can't believe you chose that name." Kylar chuckled as he followed his friend.
This comment annoyed the shorter teen, "How was I supposed to know my name was already used for the tournament?"
"And that's even funnier!" Kylar added before laughing.
"Grr, whatever." The changeling growled, "What are you going to do in the meantime?" He asked as he headed toward his destination.
Finally stopping his laugh attack, the aura manipulator looked around the arcade before coming to his conclusion, "I guess I'll go get the groceries and meet you back here when you're done."
Beast Boys' face beamed at hearing these words. "Really?! You will?!" He excitedly asked as he turned around and faced his taller friend.
"Sure. I'll probably wander the city a bit too." He assured, "Just let me know when you're done."
"You got it. I'll let you know when I win." The green changeling bragged.
Kylar rolled his eyes as a small smile appeared on his face, "Alright, then. Good luck." He said before heading toward the exit.
Once he was outside, the brown-haired hero took the time to stretch his arms as he looked to the sky. "Well, at least he's enjoying himself." He smirked as he placed his hands inside his jacket pockets and started walking through the city.

As he made his way down the sidewalk, the sound of footsteps in rapid succession approaching him caught his attention. Turning around, he was caught by surprise when someone ran into him, causing both him and his assaulter to fall to the ground.
"Ow! Don't you know how to move?" The aura manipulator heard a female voice complain.
"Ow! What?" Kylar groaned as he sat up and saw a blonde haired girl kneeling on the ground and breathing heavily. "You ran into me! How was that my fault?" He asked as he rubbed his head and stood up.
The girl then followed suit and dusted herself off. "Whatever, I'm in a hurry." She said before brushing past the taller Titan.
Before she could run off, Kylar grabbed her by the arm and stopped her. "Hold on a minute!" He declared.
The girl shot him a glare, but before she could say anything both heard another voice call out to them. "There she is!" The voice shouted. They turned and saw two delinquent looking teens in leather jackets down the street.
"Great. They found me." The disgruntled blonde said as she ripped her arm from the aura manipulators' hand. "Thanks a lot." She added sarcastically before running off.
"Hey wait!" The brown-haired Titan called out to her, but she already seemed to have disappeared, leaving the young hero confused.
"Hey you!" He heard the same voice call out to him. Turning around, he saw the two delinquents standing in front of him. With the two in front of him, he got a closer look at them; both were slightly shorter than him, but one was wearing sunglasses, while the other had hair spiked in the front that swept back into a mullet behind his head. "Do you know that girl?" The sunglasses-wearing delinquent asked.
"What's it to you?" Kylar asked, not really in the mood to deal with these annoying punks.
"Oh, so you think you're a tough guy, huh?" The mullet delinquent asked with a cocky grin on his face. "Well, let's just say we know how to deal with tough guys." He added as he began cracking his knuckles.
With the way the two delinquents were acting, the brunette figured they weren't exactly the welcoming kind and knew the girl was gonna be hurt. "Why are you two after her?"
"What's it to you?" The mullet haired teen smirked back, his tone apparent that he was not going to say anything.
With an annoyed sigh, the aura manipulator cracked his neck as the two delinquents approached him.

After making her escape, the blonde made her way down the street and quickly turned into another alleyway. Inside the alley, she saw a fire escape to her right and quickly made her way up it. Once she reached the top, she ran to the side of the building and stopped. Looking back, she checked to see if her pursuers were still following. When she noticed that no one was around her, she sat down on the ledge of the building and leaned back on her arms.
"Looks like... I lost them... again." She panted as she caught her breath. Once her breathing calmed down, she looked over the city and then into the blue sky above. She then thought about the teen she ran into and whether he was okay or not. "Sure was lucky I ran into him, wasn't it?" She asked herself, "I mean it's not like he'd be beaten up by those guys, right?" She tried persuading herself as she stood up, "I mean it's his fault for being at the wrong place at the wrong time." Her internal arguments were starting to make her feel guilty for leaving a stranger with her problem. "Grr, I guess I'll go back and make sure he's okay." She told herself before making her way off the roof of the building.

A couple of dogs were digging through a trio of trash cans on the sidewalk and happily chewing on their findings. However, they quickly fled the scene when they noticed a foreign object flying toward them.
"WAAAH!" The mullet delinquent cried as he sailed through the air before crashing into the trash cans.
"AAAH!" The shorter delinquent yelled as he soon followed his friend. As both teens rolled onto their hands and knees, they soon noticed the shadow of their attacker hanging over them.
"Look, I didn't want to fight." Kylar stated as he approached the two defeated teens. "Now, will you tell me why you were chasing that girl?"
"No way!" The mullet haired delinquent growled as he stood up, "Wait 'til our leader hears about this, then you and that girl will get a beating."
"Yeah, you'll be sorry!" The second teen added. Soon after, they both ran away quickly, leaving the aura manipulating Titan alone.
Kylar just shook his head as he let out an annoyed sigh. "That was seriously a waste of time." He said before turning around. To his surprise, he saw the young blonde girl standing there looking up at him. Since he was taller than her, and with the way she was leaning towards him, the black-jacketed Titan could see down her shirt.
"Wow, you took care of those guys by yourself?" The blonde asked in complete awe. However, she didn't get a response immediately as Kylar was still a bit distracted. "Hello, anyone home?" She asked again, waving a hand in front of his face.
"What?" The aura manipulator snapped out of his gaze. "Oh, yeah. They were just a couple of punks." He stated as he looked over his shoulder. But he soon realized who it was standing in front of him. "Wait, you're the girl they were chasing."
"Yep, sure am." The blonde admitted with a smile as she straightened herself, "Thanks for getting them off my back." She thanked.
"Wait, what? You dropped them onto me? Why were they chasing you in the first place?" Kylar asked, a bit angrily.
"Who knows?" The blonde shrugged, "Maybe they were smitten by my irresistible beauty." She teased as she ran her fingers through her hair.
The brunette only shot her an unamused stare, "Right." He let out.
"Anyway, it's only right that I know my hero's name." The blonde cooed as she offered her hand.
After regarding her hand, Kylar thought for a moment before taking it, "Kylar."
"Kylar, such a unique name." The blonde said, letting go of his hand, "I'm Daisy."
"Thanks, I guess." The brunette said as he turned around. "Anyway, I gotta go, I have to-" Before he could finish his sentence, he felt something wrap around his right arm while something soft pushed against it.
"Oh, don't leave." Daisy pleaded flirtatiously. "It wouldn't be right if I didn't reward my hero for saving me, now would it?"
Kylar looked over at her and noticed her arms wrapped around his right arm, with her... pechos touching him. He then saw her light blue eyes gazing into his deep blue ones. "Uh... Okay, I guess it won't hurt to stay for a while." He agreed, blushing, as he scratched the back of his head with his left hand, and trying to break eye contact.
The shorter blondes' face beamed when she heard his answer. "Great! As a reward, you can take me on a date!" Daisy cheered as she started pulling the taller teen down the sidewalk.
Kylar's face quickly fell as he soon realized exactly what he was roped into. "What?!"
0-0
On the first stop of Kylar and Daisy's 'date,' the blonde dragged the brown-haired Titan to a... karaoke bar. It was just the two of them in a small semi-circular room where a couch outlined the circular part of the wall while on the opposite side, a television was against the wall and had the lyrics of a song on the screen. In the middle of the room, a large circular, glass coffee table was there with a tray of drinks.
Kylar was seated on the couch with a small white tea cup in his hands. After he took a sip, he looked over and saw the blonde holding onto a microphone and singing to her hearts' content on the other side of the couch. The one thing that really stuck out to him was that she had a really good singing voice, though he wasn't about to admit that openly.
Once Daisy finished her song, she fell onto the couch next to the brunette, panting a bit, and a smile on her face. However, when she looked over to her date, she saw he had a rather bored expression on his face. "Oh, come on." She teased, poking his cheek, "At least try and have some fun, will you? How often do you get to spend the day with a beautiful girl?" She asked jokingly.
Kylar thought briefly about her question. "Well, actually..."
"Doesn't matter." The blonde cut him off, "Here, your turn to sing." She said as she offered the microphone.
"Uh, I'm not really that good at singing." The aura manipulator admitted sheepishly, placing his cup on the table.
"Aw, don't be like that." Daisy pouted, "Please? I mean you've just sat there and drank your tea."
"So? I mean you got the soda, so I just got tea." Kylar defended. "Besides, these songs aren't really my forte."
"Mmhmm, sure." The shorter teen mused, "I think you're just chicken." She mocked.
A vein popped onto Kylar's forehead, "I am not."
"Are too." Daisy teased, sticking out her tongue at him.
"Am not."
The blonde held out the microphone in front of him. "Prove it."
"Fine!" The annoyed brunette stated as he grabbed the microphone and stood up. "In fact, why don't you pick the song?"
A playful smirk grew on the girls' face as she moved to the television and scrolled through the songs. "Okay. Sing this one." She said as she picked a song and made her way back to the couch.
Before the music started, Kylar regretted letting his pride get the better of him. 'What am I doing?' He thought, 'I really don't want to sing... Maybe if I...' During his inner debating, the songs' instrumental began. As the lyrics popped onto the screen, the brunette took a deep breath and raised the mic to his face.

The two teens on a 'date' were walking through the city. Daisy was hugging her stomach as she laughed loudly behind Kylar. "I can't believe they kicked us out of the room." She was able to say in her laughter.
"I told you I'm not that good of a singer." The aura manipulator falsely brooded. "Besides, at least we didn't have to pay."
"That's true." The blonde agreed after her laughing finally died down.
"Yeah, so if that's all you wanted to do, I have to-" The brown-haired Titan was cut off when he felt the girl seize his left arm.
"Not just yet, cutie." Daisy cooed, "There's still some things I want to do." She said as she started dragging him down the sidewalk. Kylar just rolled his eyes as he went on with the blonde.

The black-jacketed teen was leaning against the wall outside of a woman's changing room inside of a store in the mall. As it turned out, Daisy wanted to go do some clothes shopping.
As Kylar continued waiting, a female store clerk approached him, carrying an assortment of dresses, jeans, and shirts. "I was able to find some more clothes in your girlfriends' size." The girl said.
"Oh, she's not my-" Before the brunette could finish his sentence, the blonde emerged from the changing room and grabbed the clothes from the employee.
"Thank you." She quickly said before disappearing into the room again.
The clerk simply giggled at the girls energy, "She certainly is enthusiastic. I can see why you're dating her."
"She isn't my girlfriend." Kylar sighed, "Just someone who bumped into me earlier today."
"Oh, you don't have to deny it." The clerk said, "I mean superheroes need social lives too."
"Yeah, but she doesn't know I'm part of the Titans."
"Really? Then she must be from out of town."
"Maybe." The aura manipulator shrugged, "I don't know that much about her."
The clerk wagged her left index finger in front of Kylar's face, "Now that's not a very good sign of a good boyfriend." She pouted, "You need to, at least, know where your girlfriend is from."
"I already told you; she's not my-"
"How do I look?" Employee and customer both looked to the direction the voice came from and saw Daisy standing in the doorway. She had changed her clothes so that she was wearing a pink skirt and a black, strapless top that really hugged her torso and accentuated her curves.
The clerk looked over and noticed Kylar was blushing a bit at what the young blonde was wearing. "I'll leave you two alone." She giggled as she turned to head toward the register.
Once she was gone, the brunette quickly shook his head to get rid of his blush, 'Man, what is wrong with me today?' He mentally slapped himself.
"So?" The young blonde asked, getting his attention again, "How do I look?"
"Oh, yeah. You look good." Kylar stated quickly, trying to avoid eye contact.
Daisy grew a mischievous smirk across her face as she approached the taller teen, "Why, thank you, handsome." She said as she ran a finger down his chest. "I'd love to buy it, but I don't seem to have any money."
"Sorry to hear that." The brunette scratched the back of his head as he looked away from the girl.
"If only someone could... buy it for me, I'd be ever so grateful." She teased as she turned around and held a hand to her chin.
"Oh, you don't have to pay for the clothes." The two teens heard a voice say from the register.
This surprised Daisy as she looked over towards the clerk, "What?"
"It's the least I could do for someone who puts their life on the line for the safety of the city." The clerk smiled.
The blonde blinked a few times, incredibly confused at her statement. She looked back up and met the brunettes' eyes as she asked, "What is she talking about?"
0-0
"You mean you're a member of the Teen Titans?" Daisy asked, completely bewildered at the knowledge she learned from the clerk.
"For the tenth time: Yes." Kylar groaned as he continued walking through the city, carrying a bag of clothes in his hand.
After learning of the brunettes' occupation, the blonde was enthusiastically looking him over from multiple angles as the two of them walked. She seemed eager to learn more and more of this boy she thought was just some random bystander.
"So, do you have some sort of powers or something? What's your team like? How strong are they?" She asked in rapid succession.
The aura manipulators' face fell as the questions kept coming, 'I think I preferred it when she didn't know.' he thought as he faced the girl. "Look, I can answer all your questions, I just really need to-"
"There he is!" A male voice called out, catching Kylar and Daisy's attention.
When they looked over, they noticed the same two delinquents who were chasing the blonde earlier were standing down the street from them, only this time they were accompanied by maybe half a dozen more teens with the same style of attire.
"Oh great." The aura manipulator deadpanned, "They're back."
"And they brought friends." Daisy added in a rather bored tone.
From the crowd of teens, one teen in particular stood out. He had sunglasses on, like one of his flunkies, but he was taller than the rest, in fact he was taller than Kylar. He also wore a black over coat that had an insignia on the back and carried a wooden katana over his shoulder. "So you're the one who roughed up my boys." The teen said.
"And you must be their boss." The black-jacketed Titan returned.
The boss rubbed his chin as he approached the brunette, "While I am impressed that you were able to beat two of my boys, they're still part of my crew. So now I have to rough you up."
Kylar just shook his head, "Look, I really don't want any trouble. And your boys were chasing this girl, anyway." He said pointing behind him. When he did so, he heard a scream catch him by surprise and quickly turned around to see Daisy struggling to get free from a delinquent with his arm around her neck. "Let her go!" He demanded.
Before he could move to help the blonde, he felt a tap on his shoulder. When he turned to look, he saw the boss delinquent standing over him and grab him by the collar. "You should pay more attention to who's in front of you." He said before tensing his muscles and hurling Kylar over his shoulder and into an alleyway.
"Kylar!" Daisy cried while the rest of the delinquent teens cheered at their boss' victory.
"I know that didn't knock you out." The boss called out into the alley, "If you want to save your girlfriend, come to the warehouses at the docks." He looked down and noticed Kylar's T-Communicator on the ground, "And I'm taking your... walkie-talkie." He added. After that, he and the rest of his group left with Daisy in tow.
After they had left, Kylar emerged from the alley, grabbing onto the corner of the wall as he rubbed his head to reorient himself. "Okay, I was not expecting that." The black-jacketed Titan said. As he stepped out into the open, he noticed the bag of clothes on the ground. Picking it up, he sighed as he beat himself up internally for getting caught by surprise. "Can't call for back up." He looked into the direction of the Tower, "But I wouldn't want to bother them with this." After taking in the air around him, he finally turned around and began walking. "So, the docks, huh?"

Kylar quickly flew his way to where the leader told him, still holding onto the bag of clothing his date purchased. As he began walking the docks, he noticed that there were multiple warehouses on the docks. "Great, he didn't say which one he was in." The brunette groaned. Starting his search, he began running from building to building, throwing up the garage entrances of each one, only to come up empty as he found each one to be deserted.
About a half hour passed and he still couldn't find the warehouse where Daisy was being held. "Come on! Where are these guys?!" The aura manipulator exclaimed as he slammed the garage door of the building he just searched.
"Looks like you're lost." Kylar heard a cocky voice say behind him. Turning around, he noticed the same two delinquents that he tossed earlier standing there with arms crossed.
"Where is she?" The black-jacketed teen demanded.
"Don't know who you're talking about," The teen wearing sunglasses shrugged as he dug his right pinkie in his ear.
A vein popped on the young Titans' forehead, clearly irritated by the behavior of these punks. "Okay, this is getting really annoying." Kylar stated as he pinched the bridge of his nose.
The mullet haired teen chuckled, "Well then, perhaps we should make things more pleasant for you." He said before snapping his fingers. When he did, about half a dozen other teens dressed in t-shirts and tattered jeans surrounded the brunette. "This should keep you busy 'til our boss comes."
Kylar just shook his head as he rolled his eyes. "You guys really aren't from around here, are you?" He asked as he placed his bag on the ground. Readying himself in a fighting stance, the Titan engulfed his arms in his purplish-black flame-like energy, causing all of the teens to recoil in shock. "Then let me be your welcoming party." He said as a sadistic grin grew across his face.

At the docks, the delinquents had taken refuge in an abandoned warehouse. The interior was rather spacious with a catwalk that hung high above and a lot of crates littering the main floor. Among the crates, the delinquents were scattered around either playing cards or talking among themselves. But above all, they were trying to distract themselves from their annoying captive.
"Let me go!" Daisy yelled as she struggled against her binds. The girl was bound via a rope around her torso and arms that looped around to the back of the chair. "You guys are so going to be beaten up when Kylar gets here." She threatened.
The delinquents around her groaned. "Don't you ever shut up?" One of the teens growled as he approached the blonde. "Besides, there's no way your boyfriend can beat all of us."
The female captive smirked, "Oh, you have no idea who you're dealing with." She stuck out her tongue at the boy.
The delinquent frowned as he balled his right hand into a fist. "Grr, why I should-"
"Enough, leave her alone." A strong voice sounded throughout the warehouse. All the delinquents looked over and saw their leader sitting cross-legged on one of the crates with his arms folded in front of his chest with his wooden katana in his grip.
"But boss, she's so annoying." The delinquent argued.
The leader stood up and approached his shorter underling. Once he was standing over him, the delinquent cowered a bit, "I said: Leave her alone." He demanded. With a nod, the shorter teen scurried behind a crate where other members of the group laughed at him. "And you," He said pointing to the bound girl, "Don't think I forgot that you robbed us."
Daisy's face soon fell as she looked to the side, "Oh... right." She agreed sheepishly.
After silencing the resistant captive, the leader of the group began walking back to his crate, but was interrupted when another member of his crew got his attention. "Hey boss," The delinquent said, a bit nervousness in his voice. "He's here."
A wicked smile crept across the larger leaders' face after hearing the news.

The sounds of groaning filled the air as each of the delinquents laid on the ground, holding an injured part of their body. Kylar stepped over the downed bodies as he searched for one of the two teens who summoned the others. Scanning the ground, he found the shorter delinquent with the mullet lying on the ground clutching his stomach. "Found you." The black-jacketed Titan sang as he grabbed the teen by the collar and picked him up.
"Okay, okay, I'll talk." The terrified teen trembled, "Just please, don't hurt me!"
Kylar just smiled at the punks' submission, "Good, now tell me where your boss took Daisy." He said.
"Who?" The delinquent asked, confused by the name the brunette gave. As an answer, Kylar lifted the teen even higher as a threat to hurt him even more, "Oh, right! The girl! She's-"
"Right here." They heard an intimidating voice say behind them. Dropping the teen, the aura manipulator turned around and saw the leader of the group standing in front of another half a dozen teens with the short blonde standing in front of him with her hands bound behind her back. "She's right here if you want her." The leader smirked.
"Kylar, I-Mmmph!" Daisy was cut off as the leader tied a cloth around her mouth.
"I came like you said, let her go." Kylar demanded as he approached the leader.
"Not so fast," The leader pushed the girl to the side and stepped forward, "I still have to pay you back for messing with my boys. And now that I see the damage you've done here, I have to give it tenfold." He smirked as he brandished his weapon.
"Boss, we shouldn't mess with him." They heard the mullet teen say behind the brunette, "He's one of those metas!"
The leader raised an eyebrow as he examined the brunette standing in front of him, "This wimp? I don't believe it." He laughed.
"You'd be surprised." The brown-haired Titan grinned.
This time, the leader was standing over the brunette, "Nice bluff, but you'll need more than that to intimidate me." He said raising his weapon.
Before anyone could react, faster than anyone could see, and before anyone knew what was going on, the taller teen was sent flying back at an impossible speed, past the group of teens behind him and crashing into the side of a warehouse. The force of the hit left an indent in the metal wall as the leader slid to the ground in a heap, completely unconscious.
Everyone just stared in wide-eyed astonishment before turning to see the brunette standing in the same spot with one arm extended and his fist engulfed in flame-like energy. "Was that enough?" The Titan asked rhetorically. Daisy's eyes went even wider in amazement as she saw his energy travel up his arm as he summoned it on his other arm. "Now, who's next?" He grinned sadistically as he walked toward the group.
"Forget this! Let's get out of here!" The group quickly scattered in different directions, leaving the blonde still tied up and gagged.
With a laugh, the aura manipulator approached his date and removed the cloth from her mouth, "Wow, that was amazing!" Daisy awed as Kylar untied her hands, "I mean you took him out with one punch!"
"Yeah, these guys were nothing special." The rescuer said.
With her hands freed, the shorter teen rubbed her wrists. "I can see that, you took them out easily. And that power you have, just wow!"
The brunette regarded the other downed delinquents one more time. He then heard the sound of his date clearing her throat behind him. When he turned around, he saw the blonde rubbing her left arm as she blushed, "So..." She was incredibly timid, "Where does that leave us with our date?" She asked, "I mean now I have to thank you for saving me." Kylar chuckled a bit, finding the young girls' embarrassment humorous. "Oh, don't laugh! I'm trying to thank you here." Daisy shot back, her face getting even redder as she did so.
"I'm sorry, you've been so aggressive this entire day, and now you get embarrassed." The aura manipulator defended.
"...Idiot." The shorter teen pouted under her breath, a blush still apparent on her face.
"But if you want to thank me, then I do have one thing in mind." Kylar mused as he brought a hand to his chin.

The sun was finally beginning to set, the day had been incredibly long, and the lights of the city were starting to turn on as light in the sky began dimming. Walking down the street, Beast Boy was angrily grumbling to himself, holding onto a large bag. "I can't believe it. This day was a complete-" Before he could finish his complaint, he heard the sound of laughter in front of him. Looking up, he noticed Kylar walking toward him with a couple of bags in his hands, probably the groceries they had set out to get in the first place. However, what surprised him the most was the cute looking blonde standing next to him.
"Yeah, we've fought aliens, robots, and super powered psychos. There's never a dull moment with them." The green teen heard his taller teammate say to the girl.
When he got close enough, the changeling made his present known to the pair. "Hey Ky, who's your friend?" He asked.
"Hey, BB." Kylar smiled, "This is Daisy. Daisy, this is Beast Boy." He said motioning toward the shorter green teen, who bowed at his name being said.
"Oohh, Kylar has told me all about you." The blonde smiled.
"Everything good, I'm sure." The changeling smirked as he leaned closer to her, wiggling an eyebrow seductively at her.
"You are just the cutest thing." Daisy giggled as she pinched his cheek, causing the shape-shifting Titan to grow hearts in his eyes and fall over. "He is just adorable."
"Yeah, he's a good friend." The black-jacketed teen agreed.
Beast Boy quickly stood back up and collected himself, "So what are you two doing?"
"Oh, nothing." The blonde teased, "Just finishing up a date." She finished. This comment caused the taller teen to roll his eyes.
"Date?!" The green teen exclaimed, a bit of jealousy coming over him.
"Mmhmm." Daisy nodded as she turned to regard her rescuer. "But now, I guess I have to go." She lifted herself on her tiptoes and brought her lips to his cheek for a kiss, "Thanks for a great day, handsome." She winked at him as she walked away with her bag of clothing. Kylar only watched as she walked further and further from the two Titans.
"Wha- Bu- How-" Beast Boy was completely shocked at the gift his friend just received from the beautiful girl. "Dude! What happened today?"
The brunette just smirked at his question, "Not much." He then noticed the shape-shifting Titan carrying a bag of his own. "I see you didn't win the tournament."
"What? Oh, this?" He held up the bag, "No, I won the tournament, but the first prize wasn't the Moped." He dug his right hand into the bag and pulled out a mug, "It was just Teen Titans stuff!" On the mug was a decal of each of the six team members in fighting poses.
Kylar just laughed at the misfortune of his friend. He soon summoned his energy around his legs and took off into the air, ready to head back home after a long day.
"Dude! Wait for me!" Beast Boy cried before transforming into a green hawk and flying in the same direction.

On the rooftop of a nearby building, watching the two Titans fly away, Daisy stood there smiling as she dropped the bag of clothes to the ground.
"I see you had a really fun day today." She heard a voice say from behind her. Turning around, the young blonde saw the taller black cloaked, hooded figure standing there with arms crossed, another black cloak gripped in his right hand. "Although, I can't believe you're still disguised like that." The figure added.
Daisy just smirked, "Oh, don't I look cute like this?" She teased, "Your best friend seemed to like it." She added before a whitish-blue glow surrounded her body. Before the taller figures' eyes, the shorter teens' entire body began changing: Her hair changed color from blonde to brunette, her eye color changed from light blue to dark brown, and her skin color began getting a bit tanner as her height grew a few inches. "But, I suppose my fun for today is over." The girl said after her transformation finished.
"So you believe me now that it's him?" The taller figure asked as he tossed the cloak toward the girl.
"Sure I do," The blonde turned brunette smirked as she put the cloak on. "He's made a lot of new friends, and he's gotten a lot stronger from long ago, hasn't he?" She finished zipping up the cloak.
"Yeah, Xiao, he has. Even I would have trouble fighting him." The taller figure said as he walked toward the girl and stood next to her.
The girl referred to as Xiao licked her lips, "And I can't wait to absorb that energy. Just thinking about it makes me so excited." She smiled as she cupped her hands on her face.
"Now you know the good doctor won't let you do that." The taller hooded figure said as he picked up the bag on the ground, "Besides, Xiao, he'll probably be upset with you for goofing off all day, what with robbing those punks and letting them kidnap you like that." He added as he dug through the bag and pulled out the black top.
"Oh, please." Xiao rolled her eyes as she swiped the bag from her companion, "I'm sure he'll be over the moon knowing that he's still alive. And it's Xiao Pai, thank you very much."
"Whatever, it's just a name you picked because you like it."
The female brunette stuck her tongue out at the other, "Oh, shut up. What about you, Damien? Even our friend chose the name Kylar." She argued.
The figure referred to as Damien just shrugged, "Okay, you got me there." He said as he turned around, "Now let's get going, we still have important things to do before we head back."
Taking one last look toward the direction her 'date' flew off, the black-cloaked, tanned girl turned around and followed her partner, "So long, handsome." She said, "We'll meet again soon."
