How Taking Down Legacy Failed

Randy's P.O.V

I waited for Sam to get back to the hotel, I was meeting her here. I wanted to talk to her about what she did to Mickie earlier today, when I was holding her in my arms and she was just sobbing, I took the time to realise how much I had missed her, the feeling of her body against mine, the smell of her, her everything, I don't know why I kissed her, I just had a craving too. I wanted to feel her lips against mine and when I did, I wanted more, but she pulled away. I felt hurt when she did, she pushed me away and she was cold towards me. I could understand why, I have been a real jerk.

I hated telling her that me and Sam were engaged, I thought back to a week and a half ago.

Flashback in No one's P.O.V

Sam and Randy were sitting on the bed; Randy's arms were wrapped around Sam. She was smiling.

"Let's always make up this way after having a fight" She teased him.

"Oh, your planning to have more of these big fights are you?" He teased back; he sat up and threw his t-shirt on. She just starred at him while he did. He turned around and saw her starring.

"What?" He asked her chuckling; he crawled over and sat on his lap. She put her arms around his neck.

"I meant what I said before about us being a family" She said to him, he looked at her.

"We are a family" He replied.

"Yeah, but maybe we should make it official" She hinted, he starred at her and didn't quite understand what she was saying.

"You know how much I love you and how much I want to be with you" She took a breath. "Always"

He said nothing and waited for her to continue. "Randy, will you marry me?" She asked.

End of flashback

I heard the door shut and I quickly turned around to see Sam coming towards me. She smiled and wrapped her arms around me, she leaned up to kiss me, but I pulled away. She pouted at me.

"Baby, what's wrong?" She asked me, she obviously knew what I wasn't happy about it.

"I saw what you did to Mickie today" I replied harshly, she sighed and unwrapped her arms around me.

"Why do you even care about her anyway?" I ignored her reply.

"Why did you do it?" I asked her. She folded her arms and stood there for a moment.

"Because she said something's to me" I looked at her curious.

"Well what did she say?" I wanted to generally know what Mickie said.

"She said things like, you stole him from me, he loves me not you, do you think he actually wants to be with you? And she basically threatened me and my unborn child Randy, your unborn child, I couldn't just let her get away with it" She looked at me straight in the eye. Mickie would never say that, would she?

"Why would she say that? She's with John?"

"Isn't it obvious, she has feelings for you Randy and she won't let me get in her way" I ran my hand over my thin layer of hair and sat down on my bed. Did I believe Sam? I mean I know Mickie is upset, but would she do this? I have to talk to Mickie.

"You do believe me right?" Sam pouted and came towards me; I starred at her for a minute before nodding. She kissed my cheek and left the hotel room. I had to go find Mickie. I needed answers.

Sam's P.O.V

I went to go find John; I can't believe Randy had gotten angry at me for what I did to that little bitch. She had it coming to her. I made her cry, I'm so proud! The greatest part of it all is that she can't hurt me, I'm pregnant. I knew she would go running to Vince, I wish I could have been there when he told her she couldn't have the match! Her face would have been like Randy's annoying little friend Ted would say, priceless! Oh I do make myself laugh. I did all the Mickie haters proud. They all look up to me now as their idol. I've gain some fans of course.

I knocked on John's door; he opened up and invited me. I walked in, turned around and planted a kiss on his lips, he backed out a little, I looked at him confused.

"I saw what you did to Mickie earlier" He said, I thought he would be happy, it's not like he actually likes her, he is only using her for sex!

"Oh no you too, I've just had Randy have words with me about that" I rolled my eyes and laid down on his bed.

"Randy? Why would Randy have words to you about what you did to Mickie? He hates her" John said to me, I sat up and patted the bed next to me. He sat down. I stood up, putting my legs either side of his thigh and started pushing myself against him.

"I don't know, who cares" I started kissing at his neck, but he grabbed my shoulders and pulled me to face him.

"I care, but why did he?" I sighed, I came here to release stress from my body not to talk about her again.

"I don't know, why do you even care?" I asked him.

"Because she is with me and I don't want Randy making a move on her" He growled.

"I thought you only wanted her for sex???" I questioned him.

"I do, but I become very possessive of my sex toys" He replied looking dark as he said it.

"Then why aren't you possessive of me?" I pouted. He had never once acted possessive over me, I love jealous guys!

"Because we aren't together, me and Mickie are" I scoffed at him.

"I'm the one that pleasure you!" I sulked, I hate the fact that he was possessive over that creature. He wrapped his arms around me.

"C'mon baby, I know what will cheer you up" He whispered in my ear, I turned to him and smirked. I will show him that I'm more worthy then Mickie.

Randy's P.O.V

I went to Mickie's hotel room, she wasn't there, I couldn't go to John's, especially as if Mickie was there, I knew John would be too, so I just decided to go to Ted's, maybe we could get some beer or something. I needed a drink right now, I was so confused, Mickie or Sam was the constant question in my head. I knocked on Ted's door, I got no response, but the door was open so I walked in. I heard giggling.

I walked in to find a bowl of popcorn thrown over Ted's head and a giggling Mickie, neither had noticed I walked.

"I told you I didn't like to be tickled" Mickie said to Ted, it was nice to see her laughing, I had missed that laugh.

"You are going down" Ted lunged at Mickie who was nearly in tears of laughter. Ted started to tickle her, she was trying to push him away, her eyes watered and she was struggling to breathe.

"Dibiase, don't fuck with me" She said through the laughter, I watched them, I was amused, for a moment, I pictured me and her doing that.

"I'm already fucking with you" Ted replied, Mickie gave Ted one last shove and he fell off the bed. I heard a loud thud. Mickie was now in tears of laughter, she looked over the corner of the bed to see Ted in an awkward position.

"Sorry, but that sounded so wrong" She said reaching a hand out to help him up.

"It was suppose to" He replied, he took advantage of her and reached out to her hand and pulled her off the bed. Once again I heard a loud thud followed by laughter. It was then I cleared my throat. Both their heads popped up from between the two hotel beds. Mickie's face dropped when she saw me.

"Can I talk to you for a minute Mickie?" I asked her, she looked at Ted, he nodded at her, she slowly got up and followed me.

"Actually you guys stay here, I'll leave, that way John or Sam won't see you" I thanked Ted and he left the room. I turned back to Mickie.

"We need to talk about something's" I said to Mickie, she just stood there, waiting for me to continue. I started to continue, but then I stopped, I was taking in how beautiful she looked.

"There's nothing to talk about" She placed her hands on her hips, giving me the chance to have a good look at her body. I wanted nothing more right now then to make love to her right here, right now. Part of me wanted to forget Sam and the baby just for one night and kiss her. I wanted to feel her body against mine and know that we fitted perfectly.

"You could try explain" I said shaking out of my gazing. She looked at me confused as if she didn't know what I was going on about. "I like to know why you started on Sam"

"Does it really matter?" She snapped, I remained calm.

"Yeah, it kind of does, I'd like to understand" I replied, she sighed.

"Look I don't want to get into this, I was having a good time for once with Ted until you came alone"

"Is that what your plan is? To get with my best friend and tried to get me jealous?" She was taken back by what I just said.

"You think I'm here to get with Ted?" She laughed. "You really are an idiot aren't you" I ignored that comment and let her continue. "I'm here because Ted wanted to cheer me up AS FRIENDS" I kind of felt a bit stupid now.

"C'mon I need to know about Sam"

"I don't know, maybe because she treats me like shit, she goes around acting as if she owns the place and you except me to sit back and take it?" So Sam was telling the truth.

"You are pathetic you know that" I sneered at her, she looked shock. "You just can't handle the fact that I picked Sam over you, it wasn't Sam choice, it was mine so don't take it out on the mother of my unborn child" Her jaw tightened.

"You didn't think I was so pathetic when you were laughing along with me" She hissed, now I was confused.

"I never laughed at the fact you threatened mine and Sam's baby"

"What?" She asked.

"You just admitted it!" I accused.

"No, I never said that, I'm talking about the time when you sat with me and Melina at breakfast, what are you talking about?" I was so confused, now who was telling the truth. Mickie or Sam.

"So you never threatened her baby?" I asked Mickie.

"No of course not, do you really think I would do that?" She asked me, I shrugged. She seemed offended by me just shrugging at her question.

"Ok then, you've said what you needed to be said and frankly I don't care whether you believe me or not because I know what's true" She started pushing me out the door. "Have a nice life Randy" She closed the door on me. I leaned up against the door. I seemed to mess up with Mickie every time we ran into each other. Even though I'm marrying Sam, I don't want Mickie to be out of my life. If I can't have her there as a girlfriend, I at least want her as a friend. I didn't want to loose her and I'm afraid that is what's happening.

Will Randy end up believing Sam about Mickie?
