How Taking Down Legacy Failed

I stayed in Ted's room that night which meant I was in Randy's room. Sam went to visit home, NO SAM! At last! Well at least for a few days! She wouldn't be happy to know that I slept in his room last night! We had said a word to each other yet, but I was hoping to. I wanted to clear the air with him, if I can't be his girlfriend; I at least want to stay his friend. I've missed him and I want him in my life.

I was sharing a double bed with Cody, I was the only one awake, I couldn't get back to sleep over the sound of the guys snoring. I crawled over to Cody's side.

"Cody" I whined.

"What?" He groaned still half asleep.

"I'm bored!!!" I whined again.

"You're also ugly" He replied before pushing me away. I crawled back over to him.

"What now?" He moaned.

"I'm hungry" I told him. He glared at me.

"Mickie, I'm going to say this one more time, go to sleep!" He closed his eyes again, I growled to myself. I then reached over Cody and picked something up on his dresser.

"Are these diet pills?" I asked him. He gave me a weird look.

"They are tic-tac's" He told me, snatching them from me. He was too grumpy to find my fat joke funny.

"You should give them to Sam" I said to him laughing, he then put his hand over my mouth and pointed over to Randy. Shit! I forgot he was in the room! Please don't say he heard that! I wanted someone to entertain me! I got up and dug into my bag and grabbed my phone. I started texting randomly. I texted Cody, he growled as his phone went off. He picked it up and looked at the screen.

He looked over his shoulder at me, he then pick me up.

"Cody! What on earth are you doing?" I yelled at him, he threw me on Ted's bed.

"THERE! SHE IS YOUR PROBLEM NOW!" Cody yelled at Ted, before returning to his own bed. Ted groaned and pulled the covers over his head. I crawled over to him.

"Ted" I whined. He poked his head out from under the covers.

"Ted is not available right now, please leave a message after the beep" He told me and put his head back under the covers. I then started poking him.

"What?!" He snapped.

"There was no beep" I told him. He grunted and went back to trying to sleep. I leaned over him.

"Boat nector" I whispered into his ear randomly.

"Mickie, I love you, but leave me alone" He said in a kind of moan.

"Faggot" I mumbled. I waited a few minutes, looks like no one was going to get up anytime soon, I decided to just keep annoying Ted.

"Wake up in the morning feeling like P diddy, hey what's up Ted" I sang, he sat up and rubbed his eyes and looked at me grumpily. I just gave him a cheeky grin.

"What does P diddy feel like?" He asked me, I just shrugged.

"Guess what Ted"

"What?"

"You just lost the game!" He pushed me out of the bed! I landed with a thud which made Cody sit up, he just shook his head and went back to sleep. Ted just glared at me and laid back down. Oh c'mon! I thought he was going to stay away and keep me amused.

I leaned over and watched him sleep, I knew he knew I was watching him and I knew that it annoyed him, I continued to watch him until I felt his hand hit my butt!

"Theodore!" I gasped. "What would Melina say?" I tutted at him.

"Don't know, don't care" He replied. I gave him a strange look.

"That's not a nice thing to say about your girlfriend" I told him. He just shrugged.

"What's up?" I asked him.

"I don't know, she has just been distant lately" He replied.

"I'm sure everything is ok, how about you ask her to hang out tomorrow?"

"I will try, but she will probably make up some shit excuse not to see me"

"She has been distant with me too" I told him. "Want me to ask her about you?"

"Nah, its cool, now let me go back to sleep!" He pushed me away and laid back down. I had noticed Melina's distantness, but I didn't know she was doing it with Ted too.

"So Ted, lovely weather we are having"

"It's quite mild, I'm not too fond of it actually" He replied, déjà vu!

"Ted" I said, he ignored me.

"Ted" Once again he ignored me.

"TED" I yelled.

"WHAT?" he yelled back. I stared at him.

"I don't want to talk to you now, you just yelled at me" I said to him, he glared at me.

"I have something to tell you that you may be interested in" Ted starred at me and sighed.

"Go on…this better be good"

"I named my teddy after you!"

"You named it Ted?" He said excitedly.

"No, gay" I grinned.

Ted then got up, picked me up. "THEODORE NOOO! I WAS KIDDING! I CALLED HIM MR DIBIASE! "Where was there left to put me? I then saw we were heading to Randy's bed, oh no! Anywhere but there! He dumped me next to Randy he was awake, how come I didn't notice that! Well I guess I did want to talk to Randy.

"Can't sleep either?" Randy asked me, I shook my head. I didn't know what to say, this was so awkward.

"Look Mickie, I don't want it to be awkward between us, I miss having you in my life" He said to me placing his hand on my thigh.

"Randy…" I replied, removing his hand from my thigh.

"Oh sorry, habit" He told me, I gave him a small smile. "But seriously Mickie, I want things to change between us, I want you to be there for you, I want to have fun with you like you do with Cody and Ted"

"I want to be friends too Randy, but it's complicated"

"What is complicated about it?" Randy asked me. He sat closer to me.

"Our history Randy, just everything, do you really think we could just be friends?" I asked him.

"Can we just try again please?" I just nodded, I had a feeling this was not going to work, but I at least had to try and make it work because I would love Randy to be in my life again, I just don't think it will ever be the same.

Half An hour

"You got the bucket?" I asked Randy, he nodded, we tip toed to the edge of Ted's bed.

"He is going to kill us" Randy told me, I nodded and grinned.

"Ok, after 3"

"3,2,1 GO" I shouted, Randy threw an ice bucket cold water over Ted. All you could hear was Ted's girlish scream over mine and Randy's giggles.

"DO YOU MIND? I'M TRY ING TO SLE…" Cody yelled before he saw Ted and broke into laughter.

"How about a hug beautiful?" Ted said to me soaking wet, coming towards me with open arms.

"I don't think so big boy!" I replied running away from him. I hid behind Cody who protected me.

"Cody, out the way or I will tell them what happened the other day" Ted threatened Cody.

"You have nothing on me" Cody retorted, Ted gestured me to come towards him. He started to whisper in my ear.

"If your going to tell her, at least let me explain my side of the story" Cody said, Ted put his hands up in the air in defence. Cody took a deep breath.

"The other day, I sent a text to Ted, I was wondering if we were going to have lunch so I tried to text 'are we eating?' but it came out 'are we dating?' I didn't notice and Ted here responded with 'haha no' I still didn't know what I texted so I said 'why not?' Ted explained his feelings towards me. We had a define-the-relationship talk without me knowing" Cody finished then looked at me, I turned to Randy who was too trying not to laugh,

"Are you happy now?" Cody said to Ted.

"I embarrassed you so yeah" Ted grinned back at him, Cody just glared. His phone then started to go off playing my theme music.

"What the hell Mickie?!" Cody asked me, I just grinned. I had changed his ring tone when he wasn't looking. He picked it up and started talking to the person on the end of it.

"Who is it?" I asked Ted.

"It's his girlfriend" Ted replied, Cody turned around, put his phone to his shoulder.

"Yes…and your mom says to tell you hi" Cody retorted before going back to his phone call. Ted stared at him god smacked.

"I always knew he had potential" I said to Ted patting Cody on the back.

"You say that about everyone!" Ted pointed out.

"I never said it about you" I stuck my tongue out at him.

"Mickie, we are over!" Ted announced strutting away.

"FINE! I WAS SLEEPING WITH CODY ANYWAY" I yelled, Cody turned to me with wide eyes.

"I'm on the phone to my girlfriend…" He hissed.

"Oh my bad" I grabbed his phone. "I didn't mean it Ashley!" Before handing him back the phone. "Problem solved!" He glared at me before returning back to his phone call.

"You guys suck, I'm going to get you all back on April fools day! You just wait!" Ted warned us all, I groaned.

"Don't remind me about April Fools day" I told him.

"Why?" Ted asked me.

"Well, a few years ago, my boyfriend well ex now, he brought me breakfast in bed, told me all the things he loved about me, got down on one knee and pulled out the little blue box I had been hoping for, for so long. He opened the box and there was a note inside that said "April Fools!"

"That was one time! "

"Oh yeah? Another time, I walked in on my boyfriend of 5 years getting intimate with my best friend, when they saw me they immediately stopped and said nothing. After about 5 seconds of silence my boyfriend yells 'April fools!' April fools was 12 days ago" Ted was laughing, I went over at hit him round the head.

"You've had some pretty tough time with guys" Ted told me.

"Tell me about it" I replied looking in Randy's direction.

"But you have me!" Ted grinned.

"Pfft" I replied poking my tongue out at him.

"Hey! You should be honoured to be in the same room as me!" Ted called over to me.

"Oh yes. Because you are sooo amazing" I replied, making sure he saw that I rolled my eyes.

"Yes I am, in fact, I gave a hobo a dollar on the way over here!" Ted said smugly.

"How come?" I asked him. Cody put his hand over the speaker of his phone.

"The hobo was holding a sign that said I like Harry Potter more than twilight, so may I have a dollar?" Cody told me.

"Money well spent" Ted grinned at me.

"What is it with you and hating Twilight?" I asked him. Cody once again, put his hand to the speaker.

"His last girlfriend, before Melina, dumped him because she wanted someone more like Edward Cullen" Cody told me. I looked at Ted trying hard not to laugh. He gave me a warning look.

"Stupid bitch" Ted gestured to Cody.

"Theodore! Where did you learn such language?" I teased.

"Cody calls you it when you're not around" Ted replied grinning, I turned to Cody and gasped.

"It was only once! But I love you now" Cody told me pulling me into a hug. "Oh no baby, it's just Mickie" Cody said into the phone, I was half tempted to play on this, but I'm not that mean.

"Hey Mickie" Randy said to me, I turned to him; he pulled me to one side.

"I'm just checking the guess list for the wedding, making sure everyone is coming" He told me.

"So you're going through with it" I replied looking down.

"Yeah, I realised what I did to you was wrong, I should of never put you in that position and I'm sorry" I just nodded and sent him a weak smile. "Anyway I just wanted to make sure that you were coming, obviously you are, but I thought I would make sure" I just starred at him. "You are coming right?"

"No, I wasn't planning on it" I replied, he looked at me confused.

"Why not?"

"Randy, I don't exactly get on with your fiancé" I told him.

"So? Your also one of my best friends, it wouldn't be right if you didn't come" Best friends?

"I think for Sam's sake I should just stay away"

"Look, its fine, I will get Sam to call you and tell you its ok for you to come…" I cut him off.

"Sam doesn't want me there!" I half yelled at him. "She asked me not to go" I lowered my voice. "That's why I'm not going" And I just walked away from him. Instead I walked up to Ted; I put my hand on his shoulder.

"Ted, we cannot be friends anymore, I want someone more like Edward Cullen" I told him, trying to keep a straight face. Cody came over and high fived me.

"Well, if you really feel that way…" Ted started; he then picked me up and threw me over his shoulder.

"You really shouldn't have said that" He said before running into the door. We both fell to the ground, I rubbed my head.

"What the hell Ted?" I asked him.

"I watched the film and he says that to Bella before flying out the window, I hadn't planned this as well as I should have…" I shook my head. I love my Ted!

Randy's P.O.V

I starred after Mickie. I can't believe Sam had told her not to go. I told her I wanted Mickie to be at our wedding. I grabbed my phone and headed out the door. I called Sam.

"Hey baby" She said picking up the phone.

"Hey, we need to talk" I told her.

"Oh what's wrong?" She asked me.

"When were you going to tell me?" I asked her.

I bet you all hope Randy really lays into Sam about not inviting Mickie to the wedding!
Melina was mentioned a little bit here, but all will be explained in the next few chapters about her where abouts! I accidentally deleted the next chapter! ): so I have to re-write it!Thanks for all the reviews! Keep them coming!
