How Taking Down Legacy Failed

After Raw, we went back to our room, yes it was official, I was sharing with Cody and Ted now since I moved out of sharing with John and Randy had got his own place with Sam. I love sharing with them; we spent our evenings instead of partying, watching Deal or no deal!

"I think we should apply for this show!" Ted told me and Cody. "Baby, go get my laptop"

"Err, no" I replied raising my brow.

"Pretty please! My legs are hurting" He said pouting at me. I starred at him for a bit. I then sighed and stood up.

"You're a pain in my ass Dibiase" I grabbed his laptop and gave it to him. "You're not seriously applying are you?" I asked him.

"No, but its weird, I had a dream last night where I was 17 turning 18 and all I wanted to do was apply for this show as I was finally coming of age!" Ted said typing in the address. "Sorry, applications are now CLOSED" Ted read out loud, his jaw dropped and he looked like someone who had been killed by the Ring woman!

"Ted?" I said waving a hand in front of his face. He didn't reply and kept looking like the Ring woman. I looked at Cody who shrugged.

"Are you alive?" I said pinching him.

"No, I'm Ted"

"Yeah, he is alive, say you're from another place!" I told him, I tried to take the laptop, but he slapped my hands again. "I cannot help you if you're going to be violent" He crossed his arms and let me do my magic. It worked.

"When I take over the Wizard World from Voldemort, you will replace Cody as my right hand man" Ted said, patting my back, Cody gasped. "She helped me" Ted pointed out to him.

"After everything I have done for you!" Cody argued.

"You stole my phone and sent everyone a text saying 'Hi guys, I just wanted to say I'm on my period and to be honest, it's pretty heavy this month" Ted said glaring at him.

"I got that text! But I thought that was just you being your normal Theodore self" Ted turned to be with an insulted look on his face.

"You have just been replaced by Senior Cuddles" He told me sticking his nose up in the air.

"Dammit, owned" I replied. We scrolled down the application form.

"What are your wishes?" Ted read out loud. "This cannot be answered to meet Noel" He continued to read. "DAMMIT! That was my wish!" Ted cried and slammed the laptop shut. I laughed and shook my head when I felt my phone vibrate.

"Guys, I'm just going to call my mum, I will be back later" I told them and got up to leave. I walked down the hallway; he could be more specific, where in the hallway?

My eyes lifted up to see Randy standing there starring at me with a small smirk playing on his face. Randy advanced to me; I was backed up into a wall. "Scared Mickie?" He whispered brushing away my hair that fell into my face. I starred at him and didn't reply. He brought his lips to mine, his hand falling to my hip pushing me into him. My arms found its way to becoming wrapped around his neck. "What are we doing Randy?" I mumbled against his lips.

"Well, we are about to have sex" He mumbled against mine.

"Why don't we just!" I paused and leaned my head back so he could understand me more. His lips went to my neck and nipped at it. "Hang out" He looked around and sighed.

"Hang out?" He chuckled.

"Yeah, like we used to"

"I've told you, this is just sex, no strings attached, so if your definition of hanging out is not sex then I'm out" He told me sternly. "What do you want?" He asked. What did I want? What I wanted was for me to be able to move on, or be strong enough to say no and never regret it. He starred at me waiting for an answer.

"I want you" I whispered, tears threatening to fall.

"Ok then, glad that is sorted" He brought his lips to mine again, but this time I pushed him away, he looked confused.

"But not like this" I told him.

"It's because of Ted isn't it?" He snarled, now it was my time to look confused.

"There is nothing going on between me and Ted, this is down to you, I don't want to be used again Randy, I've already hurt enough and of course, I want nothing more than to be with you, but I want to be the only one, not the other one, do you understand?"

"No" He replied simply. I sighed.

"I may regret this later, but I know what I want for me in the future and this just isn't it" He didn't reply so I took that as it's over. I walked away. I felt ok, I know it had to be done and I am proud of myself for what I just did.

"BOO!" I jumped in the air and turned around to see Ted there grinning. I put my hand to my heart; he scared the life out of me.

"Scared you" He teased.

"Yeah, but the boo didn't scare me, the face did" I said reaching my hand out to him.

"Your mean baby" He said accepting my hand.

"Well" I said pretending to adjust my invisible tie. "Why are you here?" I asked him.

"I came to find you silly"

"Why?" I asked.

"Me and Cody were having a debate" He replied, I eyed him suspiciously.

"What kind of debate?" I asked hesitantly.

"Would you vote for me for president?" I was surprised he was asking me such a random question.

"No" I replied simply. He looked shocked.

"Well" He stopped. "Good! I don't want your vote!"

We went back to our room to find Cody watching the rest of Deal or No Deal.

"So what were you boys talking about whilst I was gone? Girls?"

"You know, the whole world doesn't resolve around your species" Cody told me,

"Oh yeah? Well you know what Cody I…" I started aggressively, jokily of course but Ted interrupted me and stood in the middle.

"Peaceful thoughts guys! Dolphins, unicorns and rainbows" He said calmly, pushing us apart. I pushed his hand away from him and looked at him.

"Ted when are you taking me to see Toy Story like you promised?" I whined.

"How about never? Is never good for you?" He asked and glaring at me.

"What's wrong with Ted?" Cody asked me.

"I told him I wouldn't vote for him to become president" I replied, Ted crossed his arms and continued to sulk.

"Man act your age and not your dick size" Cody said to Ted smacking him on the back of his head. I started laughing at Ted.

"I'd shut up unless you want your next period to come out of your nose" Ted said to me poking my arm.

"I could take you any day" I scoffed at him.

"Oh really? How about now?"

"No"

"Thought you said you could take me any day" He said smugly.

"Yeah, I can" I replied.

"Ok then now"

"No" I repeated.

"See your scared of me" Ted said smugly.

"My Nan is more threatening" I told him. "O look the 1,000 box has gone!" I said gesturing to the TV.

"Oh well done MR observant" Ted said sarcastically.

"Oh you have done it now! I'm going to tell Cody one of your secrets!" I said nodding my head at him.

"You wouldn't" Ted's eyes widened.

"Cody! I have something to tell you about your good friend Theodore here" I said dramatically, Cody listened with interest. "This may change how you feel about him!"

"Don't go there James" Ted warned.

"Oh I'm going there! Ted is going to propose to his future girlfriend by doing the single ladies dance and singing 'I like it so I'm going to put a ring on it" I announced. Ted's eyes widened.

"YOU SWORE YOU WOULD NEVER TELL!"

"That's what you get for ripping my twilight book up asshole!" I went up to him and slapped him gently. "SUCKA!"

"You ripped up her book?" Cody asked laughing his head off.

"Yeah, that was me" Ted replied smugly. Cody continued to laugh; he was still trying to get over Ted's proposal plan.

"Look what you've done now! You broke Cody!" I hit him and pointed to Cody who was on the floor. I grabbed the laptop and just started to Google random things. I looked over at Ted. Hmm, I searched his name and one of the images was a mug shot of him. I burst into laughter, both looked over at me.

"And what do I ask is so funny?" Cody asked. I gestured for him to come over and showed him the picture of Ted. "I remember that!" Cody pointed out.

"What is it?" Ted asked.

"The day you got done for speeding!"

"Tut tut Theodore, very disappointed" I told him shaking my finger.

"You should of seen have seen how he tried to get away with it!" Cody said laughing; Ted grinned and shook his head. I made a hand movement for him to tell me the story. "Well, he started joking around trying to ease the tension by going 'Aren't you the guy from the village people?' and 'I pay your salary"

"Oh Ted" I said shaking my head.

"I would like to see you do better!" He retorted sticking his nose up into the air.

"Oh I have done, I got pulled over for speeding, the cop told me 'I've been waiting for someone like you to come by' I replied 'I know! Which is why I tried to get here as fast as I could so you wouldn't have to wait long!' He laughed and I didn't see a ticket" I smirked at Ted. He glared at me.

"Bitch" He mumbled. "Mine was an old man anyway"

"What has that go to do with anything?" I asked him raising my brow.

"He has issues, one time we were out and a very old man tapped on Ted's shoulder, he pointed behind him and went 'LOOK! What's that?' Ted looked and saw nothing, he turned back around to question him about what he was talking about, but he was running off as fast as he could with Ted's brownie in his hand, screaming 'SUCKER' Personally, I think that was a the coolest old guy ever!" Cody told me.

"He was not cool! He took my brownie!" Ted pointed out.

"Life's a bitch" I told him, he glared at me before grabbing Senior Cuddles.

"I'm going out! And no one ask me where!" We stayed silent, Ted was about to leave when Cody spoke up.

"Donde?" He asked, I cracked up. For those who don't know, donde is where is Spanish! I'm so glad me and Cody became friends, he would never of done this a few months ago.

"Smartass" Ted muttered.

"I'm sorry" Cody said getting up and walking towards him. "Here have this" He handed Ted a chocolate bar. Ted looked at him suspiciously. "Look at the wrapper" I went and looked over Ted's shoulder. On the wrapper, the words 'You go girl! You deserve this!' was printed on it.

"I'm a man, but I feel like I deserve this anyway! Thanks man!" Ted said doing a handshake with Cody before leaving.

"He didn't get that I was insulting him" Cody turned to me.

"Fail" I responded.

Mickie said no, will she be strong enough to continue to do so?
