How Taking Down Legacy Failed

Last night was the Elimination Chamber, I had a soar throat so I stayed at home, but watching it was a disappointment. Ted did not win, however he did kind of betray Randy, he eliminated him, I wonder if this means the end of Legacy? As far as I know they haven't spoken since, but I'm sure they will become face to face today. John won the elimination chamber, but Dave used his title shot and beat John, I prefer him being the champion to John. Sheamus lost it! No!

I had just arrived at the arena alone, Cody went early and Ted was still in bed, I couldn't wait for him any longer so I just let him be. I saw John in the distance, I kept my head down, he still looks pissed from last night, don't blame him. I thought I had made it past him, but then I felt a tug on my elbow, I sighed and slowly turned towards him.

"What?" I said sternly. He bit his lip and turned away.

"Can't we just talk about this?" I chuckled at him.

"We've been through this! There is nothing to talk about! Move on with your life!" I said to him, I went to turn away from him.

"Don't screw me like Vince did" He whispered into my ear, I rolled my eyes and kept walking.

I walked to the locker room to find Cody there, no sign of Ted. He had to be here today, there was something for sure going to happen between him and Randy. "Sup Rhodes" I said patting his back before sitting down.

"Hey, where's Ted?" He asked me lacing up his boots.

"I am not entirely sure, he had a big day yesterday, but Theodore is late" I replied taping at my watch. "Speak of the devil" I said looking down at my phone.

"Yellow?" I answered.

"Blue!" Ted replied, typical Ted.

"You mister, are late" "I know, but I over slept and I just fell over"

"In the spirit?" I asked him.

"I really fell over! And I'm fine thanks for asking!" He replied sarcastically.

"I'm glad you're fine, what happened?" I shouldn't have left him on his own! He cannot be trusted!

"My legs fell asleep, but I didn't know it, so I jumped out of bed to find, to my horror that I had no legs apparently and I promptly fell on my face" Ted told me his story.

"So let me get this straight…your leg falls asleep, you collapsed and your initial reaction is to phone me? I really hope you didn't phone me from the floor" I laughed.

"I probably shouldn't answer that" He replied, I stopped laughing.

"Oh Theodore"

"No need to fear baby! Theodore is on the way!" The next thing I heard was a dial tone.

"So what was this big day yesterday ?" Cody asked me.

"Well, since you were out with your 'girlfriend', after the cinema we decided to go to Walmart!" I said dramatically, Cody looked at me with no enthusiasm. "Anyway, me and Ted were playing a game of hide and seek in there, I hid over by a large mug in the kitchen isle, I texted Ted and said 'Go where the big cups are' I saw him head over to the bra section" I told him laughing.

"Sounds like Ted" He chuckled. "So did you enjoy the movie?" Cody asked awkwardly scratching his head.

Flashback to Yesterday

"You know baby! I think it is good of you to treat me! Especially as I have been wanting to see this film for ages!" Ted went on and on, thanking me for taking him to see 'Shuttle Island' He was suppose to go with Cody, but Cody was busy with Ashley today. Or so I thought. However, while Ted thinks I'm taking him to go see Shuttle Island, I am really going to take him to see New Moon! I have been wanting to see it and I knew if I told him what it was, he would refuse to go. I told him I would buy the tickets and planned everything perfect so he wouldn't know until we were actually in the cinema!

So far, so good, we were in our seats and waiting for the movie to begin. "I didn't realise this movie was so popular" Ted said looking around. "And that there are no guys" He said suspiciously. I looked around and the audience was filled with mostly women, but there were a few guys present, but they looked miserable.

I looked up at the screen and had a horrible feeling it was about to show that it was New Moon, so I pointed out to the audience to distract Ted. "Look! There is Cody!" Ted turned around and started looking.

"OH yeah! But where is Ashley?" I narrowed my brows and turned around, scanning the audience. I then found a man who looked just like Cody wearing a cap trying to hide his face a row behind us.

"That does look like him" I said to Ted.

"It is him, look" Ted grabbed my popcorn and threw it at the potential Cody. I nudged Ted hard. The potential Cody looked up and we saw that it was Cody! He was looking excited to see the film until he saw us, his smile dropped.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked him in shock. "Where is Ashley?"

"She err, cancelled"

"So why are you seeing this movie then?" I asked eying him suspiciously.

"The tickets were non-refundable" He stuttered, I grabbed his tickets to see that the tickets were only brought ten minutes ago.

"You wanted to see this movie!" I said grinning at him.

"No, I …" He stuttered again and looked around, Ted looked confused. "Ted is here too!"

"Yeah dude, you know I've been wanting to see this movie for ages!" Ted said excitedly, Cody gave him a weird look.

"You hate this movie" Cody asked him confused.

"No I don't!"

"Yeah you do… You complain about it all the time"

"What are you…" The audience then started clapping, we looked to the screen to see the movie was starting, I starred at Ted waiting to see his reaction when Bella and Edward appeared on the screen. When the first bit played he looked a little confused, it was then when they actually appeared his eyes widened. His turned to me.

"You tricked me! You said we were going to see Shuttle Island! This is not Shuttle Island! That is a low blow baby! Low blow! I want an apology! Right now, right here, apologise! I think.." All the girls turned to him and went SHHHH.

"I have a way to get out of this!" Ted said standing up. "LOOK EVERYONE" He called out putting on a girl's voice. "IT'S TED DIBIASE!" He then went back to his normal voice. "Oh no! My cover is blown!" And stood like he was waiting for screaming girls to push him out of the cinema. Everyone's focus was on New moon though! Unlucky for Ted! I pulled him down next to me.

"Yet another reason to hate Twilight" He muttered. "When we are alone, I am going to do very illegal things to you" He said gritting his teeth, I just grinned at him.

"I love it when you talk dirty to me" I replied. "Now sit back and enjoy the movie"

He sulked through the first part of the movie. It got to the part where Edward was leaving Bella. Edward said 'This is the last time you'll ever see me' Ted stood up and turned to me.

"I couldn't have said that any better!" He tried to walk out, but I grabbed him and forced him back down. I think secretly he wanted to see the rest of the movie. I turned around and looked at Cody who looked to of been enjoying the film! So he wasn't spending the day with Ashley! He just wanted to see New moon, but he was ashamed!

Things changed towards the end, every time I looked over at Ted he looked extremely into it. And at the end when Edward purposed he let out a gasp. "No!" I gave him an odd look. " What about Jacob!"

"What about him?" Cody interrupted. "Edward is the one for her!"

"Na-uh! He left her or did you not see that Rhodes" Ted argued back, everyone was starting to leave the cinema.

"He did it to protect her! Unlike Jacob, controlling werewolf"

"He is not controlling! He was there when Edward was not! She wouldn't have survived if it wasn't for Jacob" Ted said shoving Cody. I cannot believe they arguing over who is best for Bella, Edward or Jacob. A few hours ago I thought they both hated this film!

"Without Edward she wouldn't have a life in Forks! And did you see the way he purposed!"

"Yes I did and it was disgusting, she is far too young to get married!" Ted argued. Cody shoved him.

"They are in love! It does not matter!"

"He just wants to marry her so he can get laid! 108 year old virgin!" Ted hissed.

"There is nothing wrong with waiting for the right person! And how do you know he is a virgin? Where does it say that Ted? C'mon tell me where it says it" Cody yelled pointing at the screen.

"Look at him! Of course he is a virgin!" Ted scoffed.

"If he is so ugly then why are so many people on Team Edward!"

"They feel sorry for him! Robert Patterson is a bad influence on kids!" Ted angrily said to Cody, Cody gritted his teeth and got into Ted's face.

"How did you work that one out genius?" He said in a threatening tone.

"He is making kids think its ok not to wash!"

"Say one bad word against him again, I dare you"

"He needs to stop being over protective of her!" Ted pointed out.

"Jacob isn't her type!" Cody argued back.

"Dude, look at it this way, how old is Edward? How old is Bella, Edward is beyond a paedophile, that's super creepy" Oh Ted went there. Cody looked like he wanted to punch Ted.

"That may be, but Edward is seventeen, its just he has been seventeen for a long time, he's a vampire so he can't age and Bella and Edward have a daughter Renesmee and Jacob imprints her while she is still in Bella's womb, that would make him a paedophile too" Cody had a point.

"You've read the forth book?" Ted asked laughing.

"How did you know that was in the forth book?" Cody smirked, Ted stopped laughing. "What is so wrong with Edward? He is a good looking lad, nice, sweet and he will protect her!"

"If you think that Edward is good looking, you must have been dropped on your head when you were born" Ted hissed.

"If you are on Team Jacob then you have issues, the books would have been so much better if he wasn't in it!"

"Technically, if Jacob didn't exist, there would be no main problem for the main character to face, therefore making an even MORE plot less, pointless series" Ted growled back. "He treats Bella better than Edward ever did" I just stood there with my popcorn in shock.

"Jacob treats Bella better? Edward was going to KILL himself if bella died. and at least he didn't force her to kiss him! Jacobs an idiot. Go Team Edward!" Cody raised his arm in the air.

"Jacob understands Bella for who she really is…not some good smelling meal" Ted tugged Cody's arm back down. We were the only ones left in the cinema. "What girl in their right mind wants to snuggle up against a cold, hard statue?"

"Listen boy, Edward is the fairy tale ending, Jacob is just the consolation prize, Bella even admits that she could only be happy with Jacob, just happy. Edward is more than that, he is the perfect one for her, her soul mate, she should be with him!" Cody replied crossing his arms and waiting for Ted's reply.

"Edward forfeited his hand in the second book. it's Jacob's turn now. Edward treats her like a daughter, like a porcelain doll, while Jacob treats her like an equal" Ted responded, Cody remained quiet for a moment, whilst Ted adjusted his invisible tie.

"Jacob didn't imprint on Bella, therefore she isn't his true soul mate, Bella made her decision, Jacob just needs to get over it"

"FUCK YOU! I'm right! You're wrong! I.." Ted yelled.

"GUYS!" I shouted interrupting them, they both looked at me. "Your not seriously fighting over this are you?" They exchanged looks.

"Err no" Cody scoffed.

"Yeah we were just kidding around" Ted said putting on a deep voice and tugging on his jacket. "Let's go to the gym and do manly things" They puffed up their chests and left. I stood there for a moment confused as hell. Were they being serious?

Oh dear, Ted - Team Jacob and Cody - Team Edward!Who would have thought they would have really got into it
