Authors Note: I apologize for the long delay. I had writers block, then completely forgotten about this story. I am going to attempt to finish it, as my husband requested that I would at least try to. Story may feel like it is going in a new direction and has a new flow to it, but it's been a really long time since I've worked on it. It is like starting all over again.

Can't Hide Forever

Two weeks. Many things have happened in two weeks' time. Dean Winchester was back in her life, crazy things were happening, and she had told everyone about her past with Lex Luthor. Chloe was alone, copped up in a motel with Castile watching her. She felt like she had a dam babysitter. Oak Ridge has been quite for a few days now, what happened earlier in the week, was still a mystery to them. Sam and Dean had to leave town for the weekend to help Bobby with a case.

Since telling Dean the rest of the story, he hasn't said much. He hasn't had the chance to. The next day after the night in the Park, he and Sam had to head out to work the case. Deans world was still something they needed to discuss. They have led similar but different lives. It was really hard for her to tell the boys and her friends about the downfall with Lex. She coudln't stop thinking about that day in the Cabin.

Cabin- Earlier in the year

Chloe was waiting for Lex to return, he had ran out to pick them up a few things. She desperately needed to tell him something important, but she was very scared to. It would only bring them more problems, she was really starting to care for Lex. He treated her in a special way, but she knew that there was a possibility that if they left this cabin things would change. His father was a threat to her. To them both even.

Lex open the door to the cabin caring a few bags in his hands.

"Honey I'm home" he joked. He was happy to see her smiling face and pretty eyes. He wished he could offer her so much more, but he couldn't. He wouldnt.

"Lex I am so gald your back, it gets lonely here, look we really need to talk" Chloe came across very nervous.

" Let me put these items away, and we can talk. I won't have much time. My father is expecting me in Metropolis for a meeting of some sorts"

" Okay, Ill just be over here waiting" Chloe seemed very out of character. Lex was starting to wonder what was going on.

"Alright, I'm here, you're here. Please tell me what's bothering you? I know it must be getting diffcult to remain here. Maybe we can move locations"

" Lex, you see...I've had not requested for you to bring me back in certain products lately"

" Chloe, what's going on, your being strange. You don't have to be ashamed to ask me to bring you the products you prefer"

"Well..you see Lex, I haven't asked for these products because I don't need them"

" I'm not following you, what's the problem then" Lex was giving her his full attention.

" I haven't needed feminine products for a while now, exactly two months and three weks now. Nearly three months"

Chloe was hugging a pillow tightly underneath the blanket she was wrapped in. Lex was giving her this expression she couldn't quite read.

"What are you trying to say? I can't take you to a Doctor anytime soon, maybe it is stress from hiding away in this cabin!"

"Dang Lex, I've missed my period. It's been nearly three weeks. I' don't think its stress or health problem. There are other signs. I'm pregnant Lex. Pregnant. With your child, of course it's yours. I've only been with you because I'm stuck out here in the middle of no dam where."

Lex sat quietly for a moment thinking. He needed a plan to deal with this. This would be bad for his father to find out.

" I'll bring a Doctor here, to take care of it" Lex stated firmly.

" What do you mean take care of it, It's not a it Lex, It's a baby. Our baby"

" Chloe, you cant keep that child"

" Don't I get a dam say in this, its' out baby Lex"

" Chloe, you know this can't be more, my father is a dangerous man"

Chloe started at his blankly.

"You will get an abortion, that's the end of it"

" Like hell it is Lex, please leave me alone for awhile"

Chloe was brought out her thoughts when her cellphone rang. She noticed on the screen that it was the boy's number. Hopefully it was Dean with good news. She really hopes they was coming back soon.

"Hello" Chloe answer a little to chipper

" Hey its Sam, hope Casitel isn't driving you up the wall with his weirdness"

" Not yet, but he has told me strange things about being an Angel"

" Castiel is one of a kind, so look Dean and I are headed back into Oak Ridge. Stay where you are and we will just stay in that room"

"Great, I missed you guys!" Chloe was thrilled they would be returning. They had a lot to figure out, and Dean. She needed to figure out Dean.

" Okay Chloe, We should be arriving around 9pm tonight. Please stay put. Dean would not be happy to have to chase you down"

" I'm not going anywhere. In fact, I am waiting on him. We are long overdue for a very serious and complicated talk. I'll see you lovely boy's latter." she hung up the phone.

Castile was watching some show on the tv, which he spent all morning asking her about the tv, the shows, how it worked, and a billion other annoying questions. You would think an Angel would know things. Chloe figured she needed to go shower before the boy's arrived. She made her way to the shower. Undressed herself, took a glace in the mirror. She has scaring across her stomach and lower area. She remembers exactly how she got them to. It's a memory that's not easy for her.

Earlier in the year.

Two weeks after Chloe dropped the bomb on Lex, he had a secret doctor play ha house visit. The doctor had confirmed Chloe was about two months pregnant. Lex and the Doctor schedule for an abortion to take place in the home in the following week. Chloe was upset. She didn't want to give her baby up. She was a intelligent, independent woman, and strong. This should be her decision.

"Chloe, we have to do this, for both our sakes. Look, when this mess with my Father is over I promise to take you far away out of the country."

"I don't care what you plans are Lex, its just all a load of bullshit. None of this is right. Getting rid of my child is not right. I am the mother. Its my child. My say"

"Chloe, I care about you and I respect you, but this is just one of those situations where I must take control. This must be done. We can't have a child. Its to dangerous."

" Screw you Lex"

" Well. That is what got us in this did enjoy every time. You and me. Naked. "

" Wow Lex, just wow. You're a pig"

" Look, I know your upset with me, but I'm doing you a favor. I care"

A loud noise went off , which made them both jump. Then a bomb came through the front door.

" Shit, Chloe run. We been discovered"

Chloe didn't remember much after that. The next day she woke up in a nearby hospital. Lex was nowhere to be found. He had abbanded her, he was no longer protecting her. He only left her a simple note. She didn't have time to read it right then, as a nurse entered.

" Good morning, how are you feeling miss? I'm glad your awake"

Chloe looked around the room, it was small and outdated. It wasn't as nice as the hospital in Metropolis or even the small hospital of Smallville.

" I'm sorry to tell you this, but you had miscarriage. I'm not sure what accident you were in, but it caused you to loose your baby. You weren't very far along, so it may not mean much to you"

" How did I get here" was all Chloe could get out.

" Well a man wearing a baseball cap and nice suit brought you in. He said he found you laying in the woods covered in smoke and debris from a cabin. Your stomach was bleeding, and your ribs are sore. Luckily no major harm was cause to you, other than your miscarge"

" Oh" Chloe replied. " When can I leave?"

" When your better, you have some major scarring on your stomach, that will heal but you will always have the scarring there, it just won't be as bad. Your fibs will ned to heal as well. I say in a few days"

Chloe life has gone in a direction she never expected. The Luthor's have destroyed who she was. Lex had left her behind. She missed her friends, her family, her crazy reporter days. This was a hard memory for Chloe, it was hard to share with her friends. Dean and her haven't spoked about it, After those few days in the hospital, Chloe managed to find herself in Oak Ridge starting a new life, under a new name. She became a different person.

Dean, Sam, and Chloe were eating breakfast in the motel. It was more like brunch, since the boys didn't' get in until later than they planned. Dean and Chloe only briefly talked the night before. Donuts and bagels. It wasn't much, but it was what they could do.

"I'm going to snoop around town this afternoon, see if I can get a lead on what your family connection may be. "Sam told Chloe.

" Ill be here, staying out of the way. I'll look through lone records to see what I can find out about my family" Chloe informed the boys.

" Dude this donut is the bomb" Dean was listening while shoving a huge donut into his mouth.

" Dean. Your more than likely will choke on that donut, that what good would you be to us" Chloe teased.

" Oh babe, I got all the goods anyone would ever need" Dean smirked.

" You two!" his all Sam could say.

" Sammy, pull that corncob out of your ass and have a little fun" Dean was exhausted and it was showing in how he acted.

" I need coffee, lots and lots of coffee" Chloe stated.

" Man, we got in way to late. The goods need more sleep"

" Dude, that made no sense"

" Boys"

"Well I think I'm going to head out for a bit. Dean I'll see you in a bit" Sam gave Dean a knowing look that suggested that him and Chloe needed time alone to talk. He grabeed his jacket and made his way out the door.

" And than there was two. A girl and a boy"

" Right, Chloe I uh..dam I suck at this. We should talk"

"Dean we do need to talk. A serious talk. Can you manage that"
