How Taking Down Legacy Failed

Mickie's P.O.V

I left Justin's room just like I promised, early morning, I was on the way back and I was nervous. I don't know what Randy remembers from last night, but I had now argued with drunken Randy and sober Randy. "How the fuck could you let her go?" I heard Randy yell from inside, I couldn't resist, but put my ear up against the door.

"You told me to!" Becky yelled back at him.

"I was fucking drunk Rebecca, where the fuck is she going to go? She's pregnant!" I heard a thump in the wall. "I've got to go look for her"

"I'll help" I heard Becky say.

"Don't you think you've done enough?" Randy shot back at her.

"Don't you dare blame me for this, you're the one that made her go" Before one of the siblings ends up dead, but I go in. All heads shot towards me when I walked in the room. Cody was not in the room, Ted was on the couch lying down with an ice pack on his shoulder, Randy and Becky were standing near. Randy let out a sigh of relief, but I could tell by his eyes he was still pissed as hell.

"Where were you?" Becky asked me, I tried to avoid Randy's eye contact, because I knew he was burning a hole though me.

"I stayed at a friend's" I replied.

"Who's?" I heard Ted ask, but then I heard him groan.

"Erm, Justin Gabriel's"

"Justin Gabriel's?" Randy repeated, I just nodded. He just stormed into our room.

"You better go talk to him" Becky said to me, I nodded in agreement, I knew I needed to fix things between us, we couldn't go on like this.

"If I don't come out alive, Ted….I want you to have Justin"

"Really?" Ted beamed.

"Yes, really and Sheamus"

Ted scoffed. "I already had Sheamus" I glared at him. "So, Justin actually let you stay at his for the night?"

"It took some persuading, but what can I say? We're tight" I wiggled my brows. "Wish me luck"

"Luck!" Ted called out, Becky just smiled.

I walked in to see Randy sitting on the bed with his head in his hands. "What the hell am I going to do with you Mickie? Do I have to constantly worry about you?"

"You had no reason to worry"

"My girlfriend was staying in another guy's room, one she barely knows, she's pregnant and has a tendency to do stupid things" He half shouted.

"I couldn't stay here last night"

"I don't know what I said, but I was drunk Mickie" He sighed, rubbing his forehead. "You shouldn't of left. What did we even argue about?"

"Mandy, Kenny, John"

"I had a feeling it would be about Mandy, but why was Kenny and John brought into it?"

"Because I asked why you didn't tell me you and Mandy used to date and you asked why I never told you about Kenny" I replied, he moved to the edge of the bed, he had one hand placed on the back of my thigh and he was holding my other hand, stroking the back of it softly with his thumb.

"Oh" Was all he could say.

"Yeah" Was all I could say.

"What about John?" He asked, I opened my mouth to speak, but I chose against it.

"That doesn't matter"

"Yes it does, it matters to me, what did I say?" I stayed quiet. "Mickie" He said sternly. "What did I say?"

"It doesn't matter, seriously, you were drunk"

"Mickie."

"Maybe if you're lucky, John will still want a round out of you" I told him with reluctance.

"I…I said that?" I nodded. He ran his hand over his jaw. "Mickie, I'm sorry, I'm sorry for last night and I'm sorry for yesterday, it just annoys me when you doubt my feelings for you, you really have no idea what you mean to me and I hate us fighting"

"I guess I've just a been a bit jealous of Mandy"

"Why Mickie? I really don't get you women" He chuckled a little.

"You and her have had so much history, it's kind of intim-"

"Yeah, but look at what we've had, we've been through so much, we have a baby on the way Mick, do you think I'm just going to hop up and leave you? the last thing I want is to lose you"

"I don't want to loose you either" I said to him softly. He pulled me onto his lap, I wrapped my arms around him and we just stayed that way.

"Your baby bump is starting to show now" He placed his hand softly on my stomach.

"Yeah, Justin's play mate noticed" I placed my hand on top of his.

"So how did you convince him to let you stay?"

"I just used my Mickie charm" I struck a pose, Randy laughed and kissed my shoulder. "I pretended I was his sister to his play mate and she looked disgusted when he was about to turn his sister away" I loved the feeling of us being close again. "So what do you remember from last night?"

"Feeling sorry myself so I kept drinking" He shrugged.

"Do you remember RKOing Ted?"

He raised his brows in shock. "I did that?"

"Yeah and you tried to punt him too" I laughed thinking back.

"No wonder he gives me death glares when I walk in the room, so err, why did I do it?"

"Because, he wouldn't let you get to me" I told him, brushing his hair back.

"That just shows, nothing and no one stops me from seeing my woman"

"You cheesy asshole" I pushed his chest and got up. "You coming?"

"Nah, I'm still hung over, worrying about your sexy ass got me out of bed…kiss?" I put my hands on his shoulders and leaned down, his lips moved against mine, he tried to pull me down onto the bed with him, but I ended the kiss. "Mean"

"Love you" I blew him a final kiss before walking out into the main room. Ted was looking in front of the mirror, as per usual!

"Do I look hot Mickie? How hot do I look…." I starred at him for a few seconds before opening my mouth to speak, but he cut me off before I had a chance to. "Why the fuck did you hesitate?"

"How's your neck?" He glared at me. "What?" I asked innocently.

"How's your boyfriend?"

"He's good, we made up"

"Good, then you can tell him I expect an apology"

"Really Ted, really?"

"Yes, a two page letter should do the trick"

"Ted, why the hell did you tweet 'Dear Every-Girl-I've-Ever-Broken-Up-With, It's your fault! -Love, Ted'" Becky asked looking up from her phone.

"Do you know Rebecca, a very wise woman once said…nothing" Her face dropped, she looked over at me, I nodded.

"Make me a sandwich Ted" I asked.

"What? No, a kitchen is a woman's territory" Ted scoffed, returning back to the mirror.

"What did you just say?" Becky asked him warningly, clicking her knuckles at him, Ted starred curiously at Becky.

"How's my sandwich coming along Ted?" I said to him, he tore his gaze from Becky back at me.

"You can't say that, that's our line" He replied defensively.

"That's our line" Becky mocked him, he looked between us in shock.

"Where's my sandwich bitch boy?" I yelled at him.

"Bitch boy? I'll have you know, I'm one sexy pie-"

"JUST SHUT UP! Where is my sandwich?"

"Get in the fucking kitchen Ted!"

"Now!"

"You can't talk to me like that!"

"Where's you apron? Do the dishes woman!" I yelled at him.

"I can't take this kind of humiliation! CODY!" Ted yelled running into his room.

"That was fun"

"It was" Becky agreed. "You and Randy ok now?"

"Yeah we're fine" I smiled.

"Good, when you two fight, his pissy ass is almost unbearable" She rolled her eyes and flopped onto the couch. "Any plans about the wedding?"

"We've talked about it a little bit, but I'm thinking it won't be until after the baby is born"

"Speaking of the baby, have you had any motherly vibes about the gender?"

"No, I keep changing my mind, one minute it feels like a boy the next a girl, I really can't tell with this one" I told her.

"Are you going to find out before the birth or will it be a surprise?"

"A surprise"

"What does Randy want?"

"He said he doesn't mind, he just wants it to have its mothers looks"

"That cheesy asshole"

"That's what I said!" We laughed. "Can you imagine Ted being a father?"

"I actually can" Becky replied. "We need to set him up with someone and not just a fling wise"

"I agree!"

"Alright, who made Ted cry?" Cody asked coming into the room, me and Becky just collapsed into a heap of giggles. Ted retreated from Cody's bedroom, he went to sit down next to me, but something stopped him in his path, can you guess what? That's right, a mirror. "Damn….I am extremely handsome" He then smiled, sitting next to us like that just didn't happen. "Guess what happened to me last week?"

"What happened to you last week Theodore?"

"I was at the mall and saw a cardboard cut out of Justin Bieber, so I threw a bottle at it, I got yelled out by a bunch of little girls, but it was worth it"

"Wait, I went with you last week, where was I?"

"Remember, you kicked me out of Victoria Secrets for inappropriate comments"

"Oh yeah" I grinned. "I remember"

"Is that the same day you tweeted 'Suddenly remembers why he hates shopping when there are women involved…'" Becky mentioned, Ted's eyes shifted.

"Oi!" I slapped him.

He grabbed my wrist. "I'm still trying to recover from your boyfriend's RKO!"

"Don't lie Theodore, you loved shopping with me, even though you make a fool of yourself"

"What did he do?" Becky asked.

"Ted yelled out, 'Look Mickie! Giant penguins!' I turned around, saw what he was pointing at and said 'Err Ted, they are nuns'"

"It was an easy mistake baby"

"No Ted, it really wasn't"

"That was the day I told a really funny joke! Hey Cody! You might want to hear this"

"What?"

"What's the difference between Cody and a brick?"

"I don't know Ted"

"A brick can get laid" We all exchanged looks. "It's funny, right? Right?"

My phone then vibrates. '.woman. R x' I grinned at his text and looked up. "Excuse me" I told Becky and Ted. I got up and went into our room, I leaned against the door way. "I don't think this will help your hangover"

"I don't care what you think, bed woman" He thumped the empty space next to him. I lifted the covers up and laid down next to him. He put his arms around me and pulled me into his muscular frame. "Much better"

"You're so warm" I told him, snuggling into him. "Ted is waiting for an apology by the way, he wants it in a format of a letter"

"Well then he is going to be waiting a long time"

"You RKO'd him Randall"

"He deserved it, he tried to come between me and my woman"

"He was trying to protect me"

"But why? I never want to hurt you, drunk or sober" He buried his head in the crook of my neck. "How many weeks are you now?"

"19 weeks so nearly five months"

"Fucking hell, only four months left and I'm going to be a dad"

"You've got experience, kind of! I've never in changed a diaper…." I sat up realising what I just said. "Oh god, I've never changed a diaper"

"Babe, what's wrong?" Randy tried to sit up with me, but the hangover caused him to have a bad head rush.

"I don't have a clue what to do, I don't know how to breast feed, change a diaper, make a bottle, I haven't read any of the books, I don't even know how to…"

"Mickie!" Randy cut me off.

"Randy" I cried hiding my head in his chest. "I don't know how to anything! I'm going to be a bad mom, I don't even know how to look after my baby"

"Babe" Randy laughed at me.

"Why are you laughing? It's not funny"

"Don't you think a lot of first time moms feels the way you're feeling now?" He asked me, lifting my chin up. "You're not doing it alone babe, I'm going to be here, Becky is going to be here, Ted, Cody…"

"Mandy?" Randy titled his head. "No pun intended…Seriously though, don't worry about it, if your that worried I will pick you up some baby books, its just a shame with the whole travelling around so much, you couldn't go to one of those mommy meetings on how to give birth" My eyes widened. "Mickie, no! I didn't mean…"

"I'm not even going to know how to give birth!"

"Me and my big mouth" I heard him mutter as he patted my back to try and comfort me. "If I got you some pancakes will that make you feel better"

"Uh-huh" I sniffed.

"Ok" He said softly. "BECKY!" He yelled out making me jump.

"What? What?" She ran into the room like she was ready to fight someone.

"Make us some pancakes"

"You're not serious are you?"

"You're a woman…go on" I didn't hear anything for a few seconds, but then I felt the heat from Randy's body leave me, I looked up to see Becky was dragged Randy out of the room by his ear.

"You want pancakes? You make them yourself"

"But that's the woman's job!" I heard Ted say. "OW! Get off my wenis you crazy bitch!"

I couldn't think of better friends to raise this baby with!

Becky's P.O.V

"How's your neck?" I asked as I leant against Cody. I kept my eyes on Ted, who was frowning at himself in the mirror, his head gently tilted to the side and his eyes narrowed with almost suspicion.

"Fine." He suddenly smiled wickedly, "I may be milking this slightly…"

"I am not surprised."

"What's the point of that?" Cody asked in surprise but Ted gave him a look that showed that he thought he was stupid.

"Uh, maybe then I'll get an apology off Randy… I've always wanted to see what that was like." Ted looked dazed for a moment and he was quiet for a moment before he muttered, "Oh, Randy, I'm not sure if I can forgive you…"

"It isn't that amazing." I told him, "He sort of just looks at the floor and mumbles incoherently… either that or he'll just do it because someone told him to and he'll look at you like it's your fault and you're a great big snitch."

Ted looked quite disappointed before going back to primping himself.

"Hey… did I tell you that Ashley called me last night?"

I froze slightly and immediately tried not to feel too guilty. Ashley was gone, I reminded myself, she was long gone and I didn't have to worry about her anymore.

"Oh?" I said, trying to sound cool.

Ted spotted my expression and giggled childishly, "Aw, is little Becky getting jealous?"

I just ignored him and nodded at Cody to continue.

"Yeah…" Cody studied my face thoughtfully, "She asked me what was going on and if she could come down and visit me."

"Really?" I didn't know whether I was feeling worried about her apparently trying to kill him or jealous that the ex-girlfriend would be coming back.

"I said no." He told me and I let out a small sigh of relief, "I told her that it wouldn't be a good idea, especially as I was with someone else."

I grinned slightly, "Oh really? What did she say?"

"She said, 'its Becky isn't it'." Cody admitted, "I was a little surprised but she said that she had sensed something."

"I wonder if she knew you were having a little affair behind her back." Ted said cheerfully from the mirror.

I would say yes.

"No." Cody disagreed, "Anyway, she said that she could still come and visit but I told her that I was too busy at the moment."

"Yeah, you look really busy at the moment." Ted muttered.

"It was a lie." Cody told him impatiently.

Ted shrugged and turned back to his reflection. He did a double-take before clutching his heart, "For a moment I thought that there was another ridiculously good-looking person in the room… silly me!"

"You know, I can't be bothered with this" He rolled his eyes and walked out the room. I rested my head back on the pillow, I didn't want to cry, but these bloody hormones are driving me crazy. I cried softly and quietly into my pillow, I heard the door open again and the weight on the bed shifted.
