How Taking Down Legacy Failed

It had been an hour since me and Randy woke up, we were just sitting on the bed, I was sitting between his legs and his arms were wrapped around me and placed on my stomach. "You ok babe? You've been really unusually quiet?" Randy asked me, placing a light kiss on the side of my neck.

"I'm fine, just thinking" Yeah, thinking of how to get Ted out of trouble!

"About what?"

"The baby" I lied. I've lost count of how many times I've lied to Randy this week, I wasn't proud of it! "Girl or boy, potential names, what he or she will look like" I leaned further into him. "That kind of stuff"

"It's not too long now"

"I know, I just can't wait to be unpregnafied and hold my baby"

"Is that even a word?" Randy asked me.

"I'm not quite sure…..but I think I like it!"

"Hopefully it won't turn out how I was as a kid" Randy chuckled. "Oh those were the days"

"My mom and I were discussing my childhood the other day"

"Yeah? What were you like as a kid, bet you were cute"

"Apparently, I never did anything wrong" "I told him, looking over my shoulder to see his reaction. He looked at me in surprise, consider how I like to mess with the superstars, I think he thought I would be a demon child! Just like Megan. "My imaginary fish on the other hand was constantly framing me for things" He started to laugh.

"I'm surprised you don't use that imaginary fish story now" Randy said.

"I don't need an imaginary fish….I have Ted to blame"

"Point made" Randy chuckled.

"Yeah…I was a rather strange kid" I sighed, I stretched behind him, placing my hand on Randy's cheek making him look down as I leaned my head back to give him a kiss. "I had a diary when I was about five and I read an entry about how I went to Rome and met the Pope, this did not happen. I lied to my own diary!" Randy smirked as he turned me around to face him, wrapping my legs around his waist. "I was a stupid kid"

"What's changed?"

I gasped "You're mean" I scowled.

"I love you" He teased.

"You can't just be mean and then say I love you and expect it all to be ok!" He pulled me closer and started to kiss at my neck. "Nope! My affection cannot be brought so easily!"

"I'll give you a morning cuddle every morning?" Randy offered.

I remained stubborn. "You give me a morning cuddle every morning" I crossed my arms.

"That can easily change" He smirked, challengingly.

"I can easily get them off someone else….like Kane!"

"You really think you can get a cuddle off of Kane?" Randy scoffed.

"Why do you still doubt me Randall?" I ticked with my tongue. "Besides, I've always had Kane down as the cuddling type"

"Kane?" Randy repeated, I nodded. "Cuddly?"

"I've never met more of a cuddly man" I put on a deadly serious face. "In fact, I'm off to get my cuddle now!" I got dressed, Randy watched me in amusement. "Bye Randall" I kissed his cheek. I wasn't really going to get a cuddle off Kane, more like going to see Ted to try and sort out this business with Mandy.

"Err you alright down there Ted?" I asked him as I threw my jacket onto his couch. Ted was sitting on the floor, next to the radiator and eating out of a bowl of cereal. Ted didn't reply and just continued to smile away as he ate his golden nuggets. "Are you enjoying yourself?" I asked him.

He looked up at me. "One of the top ten happiest moments of my life"

"He has been like that for ages" Cody said, stepping into the room. "Pretty messed up if you ask me"

"Believe me Codykins, you don't know what messed up is" Ted said, slurping up the rest of his cereal. "I was in a public restroom and I could hear a guy having his way with his hand, he was quoting verses from the bible, I was in a cubicle and he was the urinal. I was too frightened to leave, this went on for a very long time…..I think it was Michael Cole…."

"That is….messed up"

"Like I said" Ted shuddered. "Right I'm off"

"Where you going?" I asked him.

"To break up with Mandy" I grabbed him before he could go any further.

"Can you repeat that? I don't think I heard you correctly…"

"I'm going to break up with Mandy….bye!" I grabbed him by his shirt.

"You can't! She'll tell Randy and everything we've worked on for the past few days would have been ruined!" I yelled at him, smacking him on the back of the head.

"I like the single life baby! I'm just going to end it and get it over with!"

I sent a look of panic over to Cody. "Ok, ok, at least let Mickie tell you what to say" Cody told him, looking over at me.

I thought about it for a moment. "Fine, Ted come over here"

"Are you going to hit me again?" He asked suspiciously.

"No, I'm going to teach you had to end it rightly with a girl, c'mon!" He hesitated, but soon came and sat in front of me. "Right" I took a breath, trying to think of the right words. I tried to put myself in Mandy's position and think what is the right way in which I would want a guy to break up with me. I suppose, there isn't a right way, because it's always going to hurt, but he could at least do it gently instead of Ted's style.

"How about doing it by text?" Ted suggested eagerly as if he thought that was a brilliant idea that would just solve just about everything.

"NO!" I smacked him. "What is wrong with you!" I scowled. "That is worst way to break up with a girl!"

"I've done it hundreds of times! They always get the hint!" Ted protested angrily as I insulted his break up method.

I sighed heavily. "Just forget about texting the girls, from now on its face to face confrontation" I told him, Cody sniggered. "Repeat after me" I said, he nodded. "It's not that I don't like you Mandy, I do and that night was special, but the truth is, I'm not ready to be in a relationship, I had a bad one not so long ago and I'm still trying to pick myself up after that, I hope you can understand"

"That is so cheesy" Ted snorted. I sent him a dangerous look, he chuckled awkwardly. "Can you say that a little slowly…..or maybe I could take notes!"

"It's a way of breaking up with her where she won't see you as a complete and utter jerk and tell Randy!"

"It could work" Cody stroked his chin. "Go get her man!" He slapped Ted's back, pushing him slightly towards the door.

"Are you sure I can't just…..text her that?" Ted asked innocently.

"GO!"

"Alright alright, you pregnant women are so demanding! GOD!" Ted huffed, slamming the door as he left. I buried my face in the cushion. "That man is going to be the death of me and hey Randy!" I quickly led my sentence astray as Randy entered the room.

"Babe" He smiled, sitting down next to me. "Cody"

"Sup man" Cody replied, trying to keep a straight face. I think he found the whole situation between Mandy and Ted hilarious, I didn't want things to turn out just how they did when Randy found out about Cody and Becky! He would of murdered Cody if he found out he wasn't serious about Becky!

"So I just saw Ted in corridor, he was practising some sort of speech" Randy said, me and Cody exchanged looks, I didn't want to get into any more lies, so I decided to distract Randy from this topic.

"I'm lonely" I announced.

"Hello lonely, I'm Randy" He shifted towards me, pulling me close.

"And I'm leaving!" Cody said awkwardly, getting up and leaving the room. I giggled and looked at Randy, he starred down at my lips.

"Randy no! this isn't our hotel room anymore" I whispered to him.

"C'mon babe, no ones around" He whispered back. "Besides, it's kind of exciting the idea of getting caught" He smirked, he pulled on my leg so I was laying down underneath him. He didn't force any weight on me because of the baby's sake. I snaked my arms around his neck and pulled him down to my lips, He placed his hand on my waist, constantly tugging at it for me to push more into him. He let out a moan as I teasingly grinded myself against him. His tongue carefully traced my mouth, parting my lips to explore me, a moan escapes me and Randy's responds by kissing me harder and deeper. I tightened my grip around his neck, keeping his body close to mine. His lips leave mine and start kissing down my neck, continuing down to my collarbone where he started nibble on softly, trying to make his mark. We were pulled apart by the door slamming open, I quickly shoved Randy off me, it was like a reflex every time we caught I would shove him to the ground.

"Babe" Randy growled, but then looked p to the door, Mandy who had tears screaming down her face, mascara smudged, was the intruder. "Shit, Mandy, are you ok?"

"I don't want to talk about it!" She cried running into her bedroom.

Randy got up to see if she was ok, but I quickly stopped him. "I'll go" I told him, he looked at me in surprise. "It will be easy for her to talk to a girl!" He nodded at me and let me go. I walked over to Mandy's door, edging the door open slightly, she was crying into her pillow, why is she crying? My break up speech was amazing! "Hey hey, what happened?" I asked her softly, sitting on the edge of her bed.

"Ted broke up with me" She sobbed.

"Oh no" I said in fake shock. "I'm so sorry….what happened?"

"He told me that he saw me with someone else" She sniffed. What? That wasn't my speech!

"What?"

"He said that I was cheating on him and that I was a whore!"

"What?"

"But I haven't even been with anyone else" She continued to cry. I closed my eyes, I was going to kill him. "He then went on to say it was all my fault and in no way was it his and that I should be ashamed because he really liked me and thought we could really work and to keep quiet because if anyone found out, they would think I was a slut"

"WHAT?" I yelled, she looked at me in shock. "I mean, I can't believe this, this so unlike Ted" I really couldn't. "I'll go and kick his ass ok?" She nodded and continued to cry into her pillow. I stormed out, Randy caught me in his arms."Whoa, where's the fire?" He asked me.

"No fire!" I quickly replied, he looked at me curiously. "She needs some space, don't go in there!" I told him sternly. "I'll be back" I ran so that he didn't have time to ask questions. I found Ted in the corridor, with a chocolate bar, he was about to take a bite when I slapped it from his hands. He sighed heavily and dug into his pocket and pulled out another one, I smacked that from his hand too.

"You best pick that up baby"

I growled at him and then started to slap him. "YOU IDIOT! YOU SHOULD OF STUCK WITH THE SCRIPT! WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING! 'YOU'RE A WHORE AND IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT'!"

"I didn't say that!" I looked at him doubtfully. "I didn't" I squinted my eyes. "Okay. Yeah, I did."

He chuckled guilty like. "I just think my way was a better option!"

"She is in there crying her eyes out and guess who wants to comfort her?" I growled. "My way was full proof! Your such a noob!"

"Noob style" Ted laughed, I glared at him, now wasn't the time for jokes!

"I'm so angry at you Theodore, so angry!" I paced. Ted shrugged and picked his chocolate bars off of the floor. "You best go and apologise!"

"Oh baby" Ted whinged. "Do I have to?"

"Yes! Or not only will you have Randy to deal with, but me!" Ted sighed dramatically and stomped towards where Mandy was. "Go on! Get!"

Let's just hope he does the right thing, FOR ONCE!
