Ch 29 The First Anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts

The one year anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts was rapidly approaching. May 2 was on a Sunday, and the school and ministry were planning a huge celebration. All of the key players, all of the students who had fought in the battle, anyone else who had been there, were all not only invited but ordered to be there. Newspapers and other news people from around the Wizarding world were going to be there, and it was strongly suggested that Harry and Ginny employ Cindy Base as the reporter who would follow them around and give personal interest stories about them and their friends, because "if she did not somebody else would."

Sunday's events would start early in the morning, right after breakfast. About noon lunch would be served. There would be some time to get to meet people. There were going to be markers everywhere something important happened. There was a path to the place in the forest and markers where Riddle killed Harry and he came back to life. There were markers in the great hall where key people were including where Harry and Riddle, with a 2 dimensional but life size likeness of Riddle going down and of Harry catching the wand. There was a similar display of Molly killing Bella. Harry had insisted that they call Tom Riddle by his given name, and only occasionally say "Who called himself Lord Voldemort." As Harry explained, "The more he is called Tom Riddle the more he becomes just another person, a real human person who lived and died, and not a monster that will never go away. Riddle was a person; and now he is a very dead person."

There was going to be a dinner and award ceremony, and Kingsley Shacklebolt and the ministry was being very closed mouthed about who was getting what award. Everyone assumed that Harry would get the Order of Merlin, but what other awards were going to be given out was not known. Harry and Hermione were not allowed at the wizengamot session where awards were voted on, although they did a lot of politicking to get awards for certain beings.

The day was going to end with a grand ball, and again all the principal people who took part in the battle were expected to attend. The married or engaged ones did not have much choice. Harry and Ginny had been told, as had Ron and Hermione, that dancing at balls like this was not optional, and since they were as close to royalty as the British Wizarding world had they needed to learn how to dance. So from January on, if possible, once a week they were given dancing lessons, and in between time they had dancing homework. Neville and Hannah were excellent dancers, and right next door to Harry and Ginny until Hannah had to leave to take over the Leakey Cauldron, so they helped, and by May Ron and Hermione were at least passable dancers, and Harry and Ginny were reasonably good and beginning to really enjoy dancing together.

Kingsley Shacklebolt and Al VanLente were very concerned about security. All the guests, all the press, even ministry staff were going to have to come in via the Hogsmeade entrance, and they were going to have to pass through inspection. Many wands were going to be put in special containers that would give an alarm if opened. Aurors were everywhere, and Harry and Ginny were shadowed by both the Auror couples that normally guarded them and a very visible Dobedo at all times. Dobedo could be very talkative, but it was explained to him how easily an enemy could slip into a crowd like this, and that he should look a little intimidating and not talk to anyone.

Early Saturday morning Harry took Ginny to where he had met Tom Riddle and received his 2nd lightning shaped scar, where he had been killed and chosen to come back to life. Harry had inherited an amazing mental toughness, and despite trauma that would have crushed many people was able to move on. He had been asked about walking into the forest to face death a few times, and people were amazed that he did it and could talk so calmly about it. Harry did point out that it was not so easy to talk calmly about it for the first few days after the battle, but said he really had gotten over the trauma. A number of people commented that they would not have been able to do anything like that, and in most cases they were right. Although Harry downplayed his heroism it took an uncommon amount of courage and love of others to face Tom Riddle. So as Harry walked into the forest, along a path that was marked and guarded by a few Aurors, he was more curious than concerned. Cindy and a photographer met Harry early Saturday, and Harry gave Cindy a little more of the story. Harry pointed out where Ginny was when he walked by her into the forest.

When they actually got to the site Harry found out that he was not as calm as he thought he would be. He was having a hard time trying to control his emotions. Harry grabbed onto Ginny tightly, saying, "Everything I was living for, all my hopes for the future, you Love, more than anything you Love, I was giving up by letting Riddle kill me. The last thing I thought of was you. Oh Ginny it was so hard!" Harry did not cry, but he was very close to tears and he held onto Ginny for some time.

Ginny was not able even pretend to be calm; she was shaking and holding on to Harry's hand so tightly it hurt. They had set up markers where the key people were, Tom Riddle, the Malfoys and others, and a marker where Harry was, as close as anyone could remember. Harry stood where he stood a year ago, and thought. It had been a very long year, and in many ways a very good year. Except for his first year, when he was a baby and his parents were alive, last year may have been by far the best year of his life. Harry let go of Ginny and looked at her. Ginny was shaking, and Harry pulled her close to himself again, and said "I'm glad I chose life. Tom Riddle did not win. Love won."

Ginny could not say anything until they got about halfway back to the castle. Then she said, "I came so close to losing you. I don't ever want to go back there!" Harry and Ginny and their escorts toured the castle and grounds. People were just starting to set up most of the displays. They were going to have to be in the Great Hall starting Saturday afternoon, greeting people, and this was going to be their only chance to see how the grounds were being set up.

Once Harry and Ginny got to the Great Hall Ginny started to describe to Cindy how chaotic the battle was. You could write down a description of the battle and make it sound like a plan was being followed and it all made sense, as antiseptic as a chess game. The reality was much different. It was dark and dirty and dusty and no one was sure what was going on and people were running everywhere and people were hurt and bleeding and stunned.

There were lots of death eaters, more than the number of defenders, but many of them were not very smart. The Ministry thought they had a reasonably good count of the Death Eaters and their Witch and Wizard allies, living and dead. Almost one hundred of the human allies had been killed. However there were other creatures allied with them, from spiders to Dementors to Giants, and it was never very clear how many of them died or escaped. As Ginny was talking she got more and more agitated, and Harry had to keep holding her and saying, "Calm down, love, calm down. We won. We won."

The affair really started Saturday afternoon, even though it was not open to the public, as many of the key players in the battle arrived, and the displays showing who did what and where they did it were finished. It was a very emotional day as well. There was a marker where everyone died, and the people who were in the battle and saw the deaths had a chance to grieve again. Parents whose students were at the battle and were still in school were allowed to come Saturday afternoon, and the students had a chance to show their parents where they had been during the battle. Many of the students were going to be stationed at the displays on Sunday explaining things to the larger crowds.

The Ministry had a good compliment of healers specializing in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders available, many from North America or Continental Europe supplementing those available from Great Britain. Any parent of a student who had died was accompanied by a healer when they were shown where their student had died, as were relatives of the adults who had died. Some people, Andromeda Tonks being one, did not want to see where their loved ones had died and had a hard time even being at Hogwarts for the celebration. There were also a small number of students who ended up staying in their rooms, and there were healers in each house commons room to counsel those students who just could not take being reminded of the battle and the friends they had lost.

Lots of people found Harry and Ginny, and they ended up staying in the Great Hall greeting and talking to people well into the evening. Kingsley stopped by several times stressing to Harry and Ginny how helpful it was to have them talking to the people who wanted to thank them, and although Harry really did not like or want all the attention he patiently put up with all of it. Ginny was Harry's number one fan, so if he downplayed his bravery Ginny was right there to brag about him, but Harry was just as quick to praise Ginny when she downplayed her bravery. Harry made sure that Ginny was wearing a dress Saturday and Sunday that showed her scar. Of course Cindy was there recording all of it.

Sunday morning the big crowds started to come.

The Aurors for Harry and Ginny were watching about 4 questionable people who had every right to be there but who were suspicious, but all of them, upon seeing not only the 4 Aurors but also Dobedo looking stern and suspicious, gave Harry and Ginny wide berth. Harry and Ginny and the Aurors ate where they were stationed; lunch was served in shifts so everyone could eat.

Sunday about 4:00 PM all the displays in the Great Hall were taken down and the hall was gotten ready for the banquet. Harry was sure the hall was two to three times as large as usual, so big that even the normal expansions of magic space could not hide what was happening. There was also a balcony that had appeared over the back half of the hall to allow more people to be seated. The tables all seemed the normal size when you were sitting at one, but when you looked at other tables everything seemed to be squished together. It really was magical how many people were in the hall.

There was a magnificent dinner starting at 4:00 PM, and at 6:00 PM the dinner was done and it was time for the awards part of the evening.

Kingsley Shacklebolt got up and began to speak. "There are 3 classes of the Order of Merlin award. The 3rd class award is public, and may be referred to any time you desire. Other persons talking to or about you may refer to it. It is not to be used as part of your name like the other two awards, but it is an extremely high honour. All the people who fought in the Battle of Hogwarts are going to be receiving the Order of Merlin 3rd class. I want to honour you in groups. Will all the students who fought in the battle please stand up." A large group of students stood up. "They have already received their awards, and would you please put them on." The students took out medals that were on ribbons and put them around their necks. Many proud parents did the honours putting the medals around their student's necks. There was loud applause.

Kingsley followed with, "Will all the parents and other adults who fought in the battle please stand up. This includes many Hogwarts professors." All the adults who had received the medals stood up, and many received the medals from their students, spouse, or other important person. Again there was loud applause.

Kingsley then said, "There is one other group that fought in the battle. Two of their number died fighting for us. They are too often taken for granted, but with great personal pleasure and partly because of the insistence of Harry Potter and Hermione Granger will all the house elves who fought in the battle please appear on the stage next to me." The house elves all walked out on the stage, smartly dressed in the new Hogwarts uniforms that were being rented for them. Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Kingsley Shacklebolt all helped to place Orders of Merlin medals around the necks of the house elves. After all the house elves were awarded medals they started to file out, but not before most of the crowd applauded, and some of the crowd tried to applaud especially loudly to make up for the ones who just sat on their hands.

Kingsley then said, "Everyone who died will receive the Order of Merlin 2nd class, and it is ordered that they will all be honoured on their personal tomb and on any record of the battle. Will you please read the names of those who died, so their personal representative can come up and receive the medal on their behalf. Please hold your applause until the end to better honour those who gave their all so we could lead a better life."

It was hard not to cry as the 50 groups of people came on stage, and there was hardly a dry eye in the place when this part of the ceremony was done. Molly and Arthur Weasley accompanied Andromeda Tonks as she got the medals for Nymphadora Tonks Lupin and Remus Lupin, with Harry and Ginny following carrying Teddy. Kingsley announced them by saying "Andromeda Tonks will receive the award for both her only child, Nymphadora Tonks Lupin, and Nymphadora's husband Remus Lupin. The Potters are bringing up their surviving child Teddy Lupin to be honoured as well." Andromeda Tonks was holding her emotions in check until she heard her daughter name, standing on the stage waiting to cross and receive the medals, but when she heard the names read she turned to hug Molly and burst into tears, and Molly and Arthur had to help her walk across the stage. This was not an uncommon reaction. Many parent or child was in tears as they received the medals and awards, and the procession of so many people who had lost love ones was heart-breaking. Of course Arthur and Molly had to walk across the stage again to pick up the medal for Fred, this time accompanied by George and Angelica with Angelina carrying baby Fred.

The medals for Colin Creevey and the two Dippets were given out at the same time, so the Dippet girls could stay with the Creevey family.

Harry and Ginny remembered the man and woman who had each lost a child at the battle and a spouse before the battle. It looked like they had gotten married. The couple came up together for their two medals, the witch carrying a baby son that must have been less than a month old.

The whole Appleleaf family came up together for their two medals. Every medal was a tragedy, sometimes to many people.

Kingsley had talked long and hard about this part of the ceremony with Harry, with Minerva McGonagall, and with the healers. If this was a heart rending part of the ceremony it was deemed necessary. As Harry would say, "We do not want to forget how great the price we paid for this victory."

Kingsley then said "There are a large number of other people who lost their lives fighting Riddle before this battle. We do not have time to remember them all, and unfortunately we are going to have to put that off until another time. All of us who have in any way been part of planning this ceremony want to remember them."

"There are other people and groups of people who made uncommon contributions to the victory" said Kingsley. Among them are the students who made up Dumbledore's Army. They are wearing their medals, but I want them to stand up. You will notice that your medals are Order of Merlin 2nd class, not third class. Their names are" and Kingsley read off a list of names, some of whom became part of Dumbledore's army the year Harry was not at Hogwarts and that he did not recognize, others who were still students and he recognized from the current DA class. "You may write your name with the OM(2) symbol behind it, and on all official records if you do not add OM(2) it will be added automatically.

Kingsley had several other people who had made contributions that Harry was not aware of. Then he said "There is one family whose contributions cannot be exaggerated. Although some of the members will be honoured individually I want all of them to receive a special Order of Merlin 2nd class Family award as members of this extraordinary family, Arthur Weasley and his wife Molly Prewett Weasley, William Arthur Weasley and his wife Fleur Delacour Weasley, Charlie Weasley, Percy Weasley, George Weasley and his wife Angelina Johnson Weasley, Ronald Bilius Weasley and his fiancé Hermione Jean Granger, Ginevra Molly Weasley Potter and Harry James Potter. Molly, who I have on good authority even Albus Dumbledore was afraid of, insisted that we include all the in-laws."

If the whole family was surprised by this family award, Hermione, Harry, Fleur and Angelina were stunned. Kingsley had broached the idea of honouring the family, partly as an example to other families, and as soon as Molly got wind of it she insisted that Hermione and Harry be included, as well as her daughters-in-law.

Kingsley then said, "The final awards are for Order of Merlin First Class. This becomes part of your name; by law and tradition, you must add it to every formal reference of your name. Newspapers and books and anyone publishing your name must include the OM symbol. There is no higher honour the British Wizarding world can bestow, and the contributions these people made to the war are extra ordinary.

"For leading Dumbledore's army, and being with Harry Potter, along with our other Order of Merlin First Class recipients, through several other battle, Luna Lovegood."

Luna walked up on the stage looking like she had been totally surprised by the award. There was polite applause. Kingsley put the award on Luna, and then indicated that she should stay on stage while he announced the next award.

"For leading Dumbledore's army, being wounded in battle, and making major contributions to the downfall of Tom Riddle, Neville Longbottom, a true hero with hero Aurors as parents, a true Gryffindor to whom the sword of Gryffindor came to at a critical point in the battle. Thank you Neville." Neville came up on stage to thunderous applause, and his grandmother just beamed. Hannah and baby Frank accompanied Neville, and Hannah put the medal on Neville.

Kingsley then looked at Ginny. "For leading Dumbledore's army, even though she received visible scars from doing so, and making major contributions to the downfall of Tom Riddle in other battles, Ginevra Molly Weasley Potter. Ginny has continued to contribute to the downfall of the remaining death eaters, suffering grievous cuts as she learned to heal curse wounds just this spring." Ginny and Harry walked across the stage, and Kingsley said, "I might also add that you have dashed the hopes of half the eligible witches in Britain by capturing the heart of Harry Potter." At this Ginny had what could only be described as a victory smile and gave Harry a quick kiss, before Harry put the medal on Ginny and gave her a proper kiss and hug.

Kingsley continued "There are a couple of other people who have to be honoured for outstanding contributions to the war effort. At Harry's insistence we have to honour the house elf who gave his life so Harry could live, Dobby. Accepting for Dobby is Harry's house elf Kreacher." At this Kreacher came across the stage and took the medal. Kingsley then said, "Don't leave, Kreacher, we are not through with you yet.

"For leading the house elves who fought at the Battle of Hogwarts, and for uncommon assistance to the good of the Wizarding world before and since in ways only he and Harry and a select group know about, we are awarding an Order of Merlin first class to Kreacher. Kreacher, when you write your name you have to put OM after the name. Thank you for all you are doing."

The house elves from Hogwarts had appeared back on the stage. Kreacher was looking around, stunned, as first the house elves and a few of the wizards, including of course the Potters and Weasleys, and finally most of the assembled group, loudly applauded. Harry got down on his knees and hugged the old house elf, and Kreacher broke out in tears. "Master is so kind, master is so kind," said Kreacher as he returned the hug. Kreacher looked at the medal on his chest, and then at Harry. "Really, really big subserviseves!" Kreacher said, and shaking his head repeated, "Order of Merlin for house elves, really, really big subserviseves!"

Kingsley then said, "Ron, Hermione, come up here please. Harry, Ginny, stay right there." When the two friends had come up Kingsley said, "There are two people who were at Harry Potter's side through all of the last 8 years, whose contribution to the defeat of Tom Riddle cannot be exaggerated. First, to Ronald Bilius Weasley. From Harry's first year at Hogwarts to the actual battle his list of accomplishments are too numerous to mention. He was one of the two people who helped Harry complete the tasks that Dumbledore gave Harry. Having heard only some of the story, and some of it is confidential and cannot be told, we are giving Ron the Order of Merlin First Class with special recognition. Hermione, will you please put the award on Ron."

Hermione put the award around Ron's neck, and gave him a kiss.

Kingsley continued, "Next to Hermione Jean Granger, the smartest witch of her generation and maybe the smartest witch we have in the world today, who is also brave and loyal and who was the other person to accompany Harry as he accomplished his tasks, the order of Merlin with special recognition. Ron, will you please put the award on Hermione." Ron put the award on Hermione and gave her a kiss.

Grinning from ear to ear Kingsley looked at the couple as they walked off the stage hand in hand, "Oh, and congratulations on finding each other in all this. I will see you at your wedding this summer." This caused another small round of applause and some catcalls.

"Finally we come to Harry Potter," said Kingsley. "I am sure you knew that you would be getting some sort of recognition." Harry nodded yes, dreading what was coming. Ginny beamed.

Kingsley looked at his notes. "We have gone over all you have done in the last 8 years, and we are just stunned. From your first year at Hogwarts to the time you faced Tom Riddle in the forest, you have done several times the deeds necessary to award you the Order of Merlin with special recognition. Ginny, will you take this medal please," and he gave the award to Ginny."

Harry thought it was an Order of Merlin just like the ones given to Ron and Hermione, he had to expect that.

"Next we have to recognize that Harry had a piece of Tom Riddle in him as the battle raged on, and Harry recognized that the only way Tom would be defeated would be if Tom killed that part of himself that was in Harry. I have gone over this part of the story several times with several prominent witches and wizards. Harry walked into the forest and let Tom Riddle kill him to save our Wizarding Community. It is impossible to imagine how much courage that took. By special magic Harry was able to survive, but several prominent magicians I have consulted have confirmed that Harry did actually die in the process, and he has a 2nd scar, this one over his heart, as evidence.

"Harry was then given the chance to come back to life, chose life, and went on to defeat Riddle at the end of the Battle. For courage and self-sacrifice beyond measure we are giving Harry another Order of Merlin with special recognition. Ginny, take this one as well." Ginny took the second one, with a smile that was getting bigger and bigger. Harry was sort of expecting an Order of Merlin, but this was too much.

Kingsley continued "These deeds are well known. What is less well known is that the Ministry was almost totally broke at the end of the war. It is only because Harry was able to inherit estates that Tom Riddle stole, and generously gave the Ministry most of the proceeds, that we were able to survive. He has surrendered to the Ministry far more that we think he owes, and by setting up a charitable foundation has also contributed to the rebuilding of our world in ways that few people can imagine. He has wanted the millions of Galleons he has contributed, yes millions and even tens of millions, to go unnoticed and unrecognized. We cannot just ignore such overwhelming generosity. There was great support in the ministry and in the wizengamot for awarding Harry another Order of Merlin with special recognition for his work since the Battle of Hogwarts. Ginny, here is a third award. Now you can put them on Harry."

Ginny put the medals around Harry's neck, where they sat along with the Weasley family medal. She gave him a big passionate kiss and said, "My hero, my knight."

Harry breathed a sigh of relief. Three orders of Merlin was ridiculous, but maybe they were done with him.

"Harry, we are not done with you yet. Since the days of Merlin we have been loyal subjects of the ruling royal family, and they have been among a very few Muggles who have always known that there were magicians in their realm. The queen has been informed about the war that has been going on in her kingdom, and is very aware of you. Without further ado I would like to welcome the queen."

The queen marched in to the tune of God Save the Queen, in full royal garb. The audience was stunned. Harry sort of knew that an Order of Merlin was coming, but this was totally unexpected, and being raised a Muggle he was more aware of the queen and how much of an honour this was than some of the witches and wizards who were raised in totally magical surroundings.

The queen went up to the podium and spoke. "We have been aware of our magical subjects for as long as the crown has been in existence. You have rendered great service to our kingdom in time of great need. Few alive today are aware of how critical the Wizarding community was to the defeat of the Nazi's during World War II, when you had your own war going on as well. Many brave witches and wizards lost their life fighting for Britain during that terrible time. We are aware and very saddened that your war did not end when our war did, but you have had to suffer through another war, and loose many more of our good subjects to another evil.

"Harry, your courage is beyond measure. I cannot honour you with any magical gift.

"I am giving you the Victoria Cross. It is hard to give it secretly, and doing it publicly could compromise your Statue of Secrecy. This award is secret for now, but when, and I say when and not if, you have to work with the United Kingdom's security forces they at least will know you were awarded the Victoria Cross."

The queen put that rarely awarded metal on Harry. Then she said, "I was going to knight you, but was told that there may be problems. First, my magical subjects really don't acknowledge ancient or modern titles.

"The second reason I cannot knight you is that you are a descendent of the heirs of Merlin, the Peverell family that inherited items from Merlin. Ignotus Peverell changed his name to Potter to remain anonymous, but the family is noble, whether you call yourselves Peverell or Potter, and you are the heir of record. You are also heir to the Black family titles. The crown and your ministry share records that show your ancestry.

"Harry, you are rightfully Sir Harry Potter-Black or Sir Harry Peverell-Black, and if you ever need to claim those titles publically you are entitled to claim them, and not only in the magical world.

"I would like to speak to you privately, please. Sir Harry."

Harry, the queen, Kingsley and one of the queen's attendants went off to the side.

The queen turned to Harry and said, "Your Minister Shacklebolt has kept me informed about developments in your world, and all that you have done. The subject of nobility is difficult because some of the magical people would like to hide from our authority, and not help the country either by military service or by paying taxes. Some of your people have been knighted and honoured for contributing to the crown and as a result have become unpopular with their own people.

"Some have played both sides, to their own benefit, not helping either magical or non-magical people any more than necessary, and sometimes being traitors to both. I want you to investigate all these families and report to your Minister Shacklebolt and to the Crown what you have discovered."

The list had thirteen families on it, and at the top of the list was the Malfoy family.

Harry promised he would try and find out all he could about these thirteen families.

After the queen left Kingsley announced, "This is the end of the awards ceremony. For all of you coming to the ball it is going to start in an hour. If you have been awarded an Order of Merlin at this ball at least you are ordered to wear it, and yes Sir Harry, you are going to have to wear all 4 medals. House elves will be serving as usual, and good house elves you too must wear your medals and if thanked Minerva has ordered you to accept the thanks gratefully, say 'you're welcome', and not in any way say you do not deserve it, because you do. For too long you have served the Wizarding world faithfully and without honour. It is time to at least honour you for your service."

Harry and Ron went to Harry's room. The dress for most of the day could be described as business casual, or in the case of Harry and some of the key principles a little closer to business attire. Harry and all of the people receiving Orders of Merlin First or Second Class were wearing ties, although few were wearing suits. Most of the women were wearing dresses or pants suits.

For the Ball Harry and Ron had the latest style of dress robe. The top looked like formal Muggle men's wear, black outer coat, white shirt with subtle ruffles, white bow tie. Harry had rented both dress robes, so Ron would not have to be ashamed that he could not afford a better robe. They were nice robes, although nothing special.

Ginny and Hermione had their hair done up on Friday, and then using some advanced hairdressing magic the elaborate coffers were taken out by magic, to be almost instantaneously put back by magic after the dinner and before the ball. Hermione's dress although nice was not all that expensive. Harry was reminded that if he had enormous wealth Ron and Hermione were still on a budget, and had to be careful about their money.

Ginny had been too busy to buy a dress and she wore the same sun dress she had worn to her wedding. It was a pretty dress, but it was hardly a particularly fancy ball dress.

Ginny of course had her two medals on, but instead of being held by the ribbon they used at the ceremony they were pinned to the top of the skirt part of the dress in a way that showed off the medals but did not distract from the dress or her. Harry's medals were pinned to his jacked like a military man would wear his medals, and in fact most of the men had their medals on their jackets in a similar fashion.

Harry and Ginny had to start the dancing, and the best of the photographs of them dancing were published throughout the Wizarding world as part of the celebration of the defeat of Tom Riddle.

The dance did not end until 1:00 AM. During the middle of the dance Harry and Ginny attended to some social duties, but the last hour, as over half the people took their leave, Harry and Ginny were still dancing. And at the end of the last dance, when the music had stopped, when after another 5 minutes of dancing Harry and Ginny finally stopped, Ginny turned to Cindy Base, who had recorded the entire 2 days, and said to her, "Is this a Happily Ever After ending?"

Cindy asked "Is it?"

Ginny replied "I don't know. In some ways I still feel like a school girl, without a home to go back to. I think I'll be playing for the Harpies, but don't know. Too much is up in the air. I like this sun dress, but it's still just a sun dress.

I'm not complaining, Harry," Ginny said, turning to Harry. "It just doesn't seem like an ending. Not yet."

"I know what you mean, Ginny," Harry said. "Still too much to do."
