So I said I wouldn't write another chapter from the script of another episode. I lied. I'm just adding some Harvey/Mike relationship stuff in there. I own nothing. Credit to whoever created the show and wrote the script.

"Wait a minute, those are your clients." Mike stated to Jessica, standing in her office.

"Who Harvey is using." Jessica retorted.

"That's a bullshit argument." He said, defending Harvey.

"And so is that file." She replied.

Mike paused for a minute and then said, "I won't."

"You will." Jessica commanded.

"Harvey will never forgive me." He said starting to walk out of her office.

"Right now, your problem isn't with Harvey." She raised her voice slightly. "Your problem is with me."

Six Nights Earlier

Harvey showed up to the party wearing an extremely fancy traditional suit. He walked down the stairs where he met Jessica with two glasses in her hands.

"Champagne?" She asked.

"Depends." He said.

"On what?" Jessica asked rolling her eyes.

"Whether or not there's a roofie in there." Harvey joked.

"I would't need a roofie." She said.

"Jessica, might I have a private word." Edward approached her.

"Actually, Harvey and I were-" Jessica began but Harvey cut her off.

"Don't mind me, my date just got here."

"Edward." Harvey said.

"Harvey." Edward replied.

"Hell of a party." Harvey said and walked off.

Mike saw Rachel nervously standing alone at the party. He cleared his throat and walked over to her.

"You look-" He began.

"Beautiful. I know." She finished his sentence.

"Actually, I was going to say sophisticated." Mike replied.

"No you weren't." She said.

"I can now." He smiled, also getting a slight smile out of Rachel.

"You seem different." Mike stated.

"I feel different." She replied.

"What's going on?" He asked.

"You know, why don't you get me a drink?" She said, avoiding his question. "It's a party."

"Okay." Mike said, a little confused.

"Harvey." Rachel said looking over to him as he approached.

"Rachel." He greeted her then looked over to Mike and smiled. "Mike."

"You look nice." She said.

"Thank you. So do I." Harvey replied.

"Now I see what you're always talking about." Rachel said to Mike and walked off.

"What was that supposed to mean?" Harvey asked, taking his place next to Mike.

"What do you think it means? It means you're a dick." Mike replied.

"Love you too." Harvey said and gave Mike a kiss on the cheek. "Did you bring it?" He asked.

"Right here." Mike said patting his breast pocket. "Are you sure you want to do this to her?"

"You're supposed to be on my side." Harvey said.

"I am. I've got your back." Mike said reassuring Harvey.

"Then why are you giving me such a hard time about it?" He asked.

"Not only am I not giving you a hard time, I am giving you this." Mike said pulling something out of the pocket and handing it to Harvey. "And this and this." He said handing two more things to Harvey.

Harvey looked over the documents while Mike looked around, not wanting anyone to see. "Can we leave now?" Mike asked.

"And go where?" Harvey said, looking up from the papers.

"Back to your place. This party is already boring." Mike says. Harvey just rolls his eyes. "Why don't you get me a drink?"

"Not right now. I'm going to give this to Darby." Harvey said.

"Fine." Mike replied.

"We'll get out of here in a bit." Harvey states.

Harvey took the letters Mike had given him and put them in his jacket pocket. He then walked downstairs to find Edward.

"Ah, Harvey, I was hoping we'd might have a moment alone." Edward said.

"So was I. I had to run something by you." He handed the letters to Edward.

"This is a lawsuit." He said.

"Three lawsuits." Harvey replied.

"What've I gotten up to now?" Edward asked.

"Not you," Harvey began, "your clients. Looks like one of their hobbies is fixing prices."

"I take it this means you've discovered we're in merger talks." Edward responded.

"And what are you gonna do about it?" Harvey asked.

"What would you have me?" Edward countered.

"I'd have you kiss my ass." Harvey said and sipped his drink.

"Tempting," Edward said sarcastically, "however all I can do is enjoy this glass of wine, finish this lovely party, and proceed to make you permanently regret the hostile action you just set in motion."

"What? You're gonna kill me?" Harvey questioned.

"Nonsense. I'll simply do what I've done to so many before. I'll defeat you in open court." Edward said.

"The way I work, it's never gonna get to open court. You'll be on your steamer back to London wondering what happened, and you'll know that you picked a fight with the wrong guy." Harvey said.

"Are you suggesting a wager?" He asked.

"I'm not a gambler, but in this case, I'll make an exception." Harvey began. "You lose, we don't merge."

"I've heard you terms. You win, I go. Care to hear mine?" Edward asked.

"Don't need to." Harvey said acting cocky. "Because you're never gonna win."

They then shook on their deal as Jessica approached.

"Well, it looks like you two are getting along." She said.

"Harvey." Jessica said, outside. "Look at what they can give us."

"How do you know what they can give us?" He asked.

"Because he showed me their books." She replied.

"Why did he do that?" Harvey questioned.

"Because I showed him ours." She said.

"Why didn't you tell me?" He asked.

"We needed their help." She answered.

"To beat Hardman." He said.

"And I didn't want you worrying that we would owe him for the rest of our lives." Jessica said.

"You don't marry someone just because they knock you up." Harvey said.

"Alright, Harvey. Here it is. You lose, you embrace this partnership with no reservations." She stated.

"If he can beat me, I will welcome him with arms wide open. If he can't, we send him back to England and he can spend his time fixing his teeth." Harvey replied.

"Fine." Jessica said. "You beat Edward, we don't do this. And since you didn't want to heat Darby's terms these are mine: you win, you get what you want. You lose, you stay, you extend your non compete, and you get a chance to earn your name on the door, because it's not going up there now."

"Ready to go?" Harvey asked, approaching Mike and a few other people.

Mike spun around to face him. He looked a bit startled. "Already? What happened? I was just getting into it."

"Are you drunk?" Harvey asked, pulling Mike aside.

"Maybe a little." Mike replied.

"Can we go?" Harvey asked, leading Mike towards the doorway.

"Yeah, sure. Are you okay?" Mike said.

"Just fine." Harvey said. They got into the car and were driven back to Harvey's place, not saying a word the entire ride.

"Get in the car." Scottie said as she saw Harvey exit Pearson Hardman the next day.

"I prefer to walk." Harvey said.

"Since when?" She asked.

"Doctor recommended it. Helps me work out the kinks since I got stabbed in the back." He replied and started to walk away.

"You?" She yelled and followed him. "Last night was a personal attack on me."

"Oh that's funny because Jessica seemed to think it was a personal attack on her. Yet both of you knew about the merger and chose not to tell me. You should get lunch. It seems like you have a lot in common." Harvey said.

"Harvey. Harvey, can you stop being so defensive for one second?" She asked, stopping him.

"You put me on the defensive and I'm not just gonna stand here and listen to you because I went on the attack." He said.

"Harvey." She said as he began to walk away.

"No, don't Harvey me, okay." He stopped. "You made your bed and now you're gonna sleep in it. Alone."

"What did I do that was so terrible?" She asked walking closer to him.

"For the past nine months, I've been fending off attacks from Daniel Hardman, Allison Holt, and Robert Zane. I told you before. You wanna get your name on the door? Get it at your own goddamn firm." He stated.

"Okay, fine. It's not personal, you're not gonna hold it against me when we beat you." She said.

"O and everything, Scottie. That's your record against me. O and everything. I won't have to hold anything against you because there won't be anything to hold." He said and walked away from her.

"Hey." Mike said walking into Rachel's office.

"Hey." Rachel said.

"Never got to buy you that drink last night." He said handing her a coffee.

"They were free." She replied.

"I know." Mike said sweetly and tapped his coffee against hers. "You left."

"I did." Rachel said.

"It was a nice party." Mike said sitting down.

"It was." She said as Mike sipped his coffee.

"Mmhm." He mumbled.

"Mmhm." She mumbled back.

"Oh, okay. So I still see that you're not gonna tell me why-" Rachel cut him off.

"I didn't get into Harvard." She said blatantly.

Mike didn't reply, only looked at her with pity.

"Don't look at me that way." She whispered.

"With sympathy?" He asked.

"With pity. She corrected.

"I wasn't. Rachel, listen to me there are other schools." Mike began.

"Don't." She said firmly.

"Yeah, I won't." Mike said looking down.

"It wasn't that I wasn't good enough." Rachel said.

"I know that." He said.

"It was Louis." She replied.

"What?" He asked in shock.

"The interviewer. Apparently she and Louis had a history and-"

"Wait she didn't let you in because of him? That's-" Mike was clearly getting mad.

"I know."

"Not right." Mike said.

"I know." She repeated. "Tell me about the day you found out."

"Rachel, come on." Mike said knowing he couldn't do that.

"No. I need to hear how it felt for someone who got in because I'll-I'll never hear that for myself." Rachel said. Mike was getting slightly uncomfortable. "You're looking at me like that again."

"I'm not." Mike said softly.

"Then what?" She asked.

"It's just not right." He said.

"Yeah." Rachel whispered.

"Can I help you?" Mike asked Darby as he was on his way to Harvey's office.

"No, no." He replied. "I just had a Mochachino. Waiting to see Harvey."

"He's making you wait? Mike asked.

"Oh I don't actually believe he's aware I'm here." Darby replied.

"So why don't you go in?" Mike asked.

"Well his secretary isn't present to announce me. It wouldn't be proper." Darby said.

"What year is it?" Mike asked out loud.

"Hmm?" Darby asked.

"Huh?" Mike replied.

"Mike?" Harvey called.

"Yeah." Mike said.

"What's going on out there?" He asked.

"Umm, It's kind of hard to explain. Have you ever seen Downton Abbey?" Mike asked.

"What?" Harvey said.

"Haven't caught it, but I've heard great things." Darby said.

"It's terrific." Mike replied.

"Really?" Edward asked.

"Yeah." Mike said leading him into Harvey's office.

"May I present Mister Edward Darby of the-" Mike began.

"Get the hell out of here." Harvey said.

"Okay." Mike said and began to leave.

"I'll Netflix it." Darby whispered to Mike.

"You should." Mike said and left.

"I don't mean to pry but is that how you treat all your underlings?" Darby asked Harvey.

"What?" Harvey asked.

"Just being curious, but how would you like to be spoken to that way?" Darby asked.

"Listen Benny Hill, I'm a little busy preparing a motion to kick your ass." Harvey replied. "You mind getting to the point?"

"That is the point. You may have to expediate that motion a little faster than you think. Tomorrow I'll be freezing your assets." Darby said.

"What?" Harvey questioned.

"It seems that one of the three companies you picked a dickens with has a cousin who happens to be the president of a consortium of banks whereby… well, you get the picture. I'd move as much money as possible forthwith." Darby replied.

"Let me get this straight. You're coming in here to warm me that you're gonna freeze my clients assets?" Harvey stood and walked over to him.

"Of course. This way you'll have time to transfer a bit of currency to fund your legal battle. It wouldn't be sporting otherwise." Darby countered.

"Sporting?"

"Certainly. One doesn't hunt the fox while it's still in its den. One sirens the horn, allows the poor creature a head start before begging the chase. "He replied.

"You think I'm the fox?" Harvey asked.

"Think it? The only one who doesn't know that is you." Darby said and left Harvey's office.

"Hey, Mike." Harvey said walking over to Mike's cubical.

"Hey." Mike looked up from his work and smiled.

"You're not mad at me, are you?" Harvey asked.

"For what?" Mike asked, a little confused.

"For earlier when I told you to get the hell out. I don't know if I sounded mean, but I wasn't trying to be."

"No, not at all." Mike said.

"Good." Harvey smiled.

"Yeah, I get it. You're afraid of Darby so you turned that fear into anger and you took it out on me." Mike smirked, knowing it wasn't true.

"You're funny." Harvey said sarcastically and walked away. Mike just smiled.

"Gentlemen, I'm glad you stopped by." Darby said as Harvey and Mike entered the conference room. He closed the file he was reading and walked over to the table, setting it down. "I wanted to inform you I'm leaving town on the morrow." He said sitting down. "I'll be having my number two handle the case from here on. I expect you'll do the same."

"And why would I do that?" Harvey asked. He and Mike both sat down.

"It's tradition. I leave it to you. Honor it or don't." Darby answered.

"I say we honor it." Mike chimed in.

"Oh by the by. Downton Abbey. I've got in my briefcase. I plan to watch it on the plane." Darby said to Mike.

"Oh my god. You are gonna-" Mike began, but Darby cut him off.

"Please, please. I abhor spoilers." He replied.

"Episode three. That's all I'll say." Mike said. Darby made an excited face.

"Why don't you two watch it together over a game of tiddlywinks?" Harvey asked sarcastically.

"You seem to be upset over my game of 'let's put the peacock in its place.'" Darby retorted.

"I'm glad you mentioned that. I brought a little going away present for you." Harvey said giving him a brown paper bag.

"This is a biscuit in a bottle of water." Darby said, as he opened the bag.

"It's what I assume they serve in English prison. Which is where your client is going for freezing out client's assets." Harvey said.

"It's a violation of international law to intimidate a litigant into choking their funding." Mike said, handing Darby some papers.

"You seem to think you've got me by the short hairs. However, if you turn to page six hundred and ninety three in this term, you'll find an exception to that very law." Darby said.

"No I won't. I've memorized this book." Mike said, pointing to the book. Harvey smirked.

"Yes, I was told of your prowess, which is why I chose a law not published in any book. But a longstanding provision honored in England for decades. We can do what we like, as long as notice is given." Darby replied.

"You don't give a shit about being a sporting, you just wanted to skirt the law." Harvey said.

"Nonsense," Darby responded. "I wanted to do both. By flying this action, you have opened your client's up to a charge of malicious litigation."

"Which is why you froze the assets in the first place." Mike replied as Darby handed him back the papers.

"You bated us." Harvey stated.

"In any case, you seem to be backed up against the wall." Darby said, grinning.

"I'm comfortable there," Harvey said, standing up. "It gives me back support for when I come out swinging."

"Well, you better do something quickly." Darby said, also standing up. "Your clients don't have the funds to proceed beyond, I'd say, this week's end. Now, if you'll excuse me." Darby began to walk out of the room.

"Hey," Mike said, making Darby turn around. "Episode three, Lady Mary and the Turk do it, and then the Turk dies." Darby didn't reply, he just left.

"Sorry." Mike said as he saw Harvey's disapproving face. There was a moment of silence before Mike asked, "What are we gonna do?"

Harvey didn't have an answer.

Mike answered the knock on the door, to find Harvey standing with a file.

"You're not Mr. Chong's Chinese Food." Mike stated.

"Oh, I ran into him on my way in. I just sent him away." Harvey said.

"Why would you do that?" Mike asked.

"MSG? That's terrible for you. Plus, I ate it." Harvey replied walking in and handing Mike the file.

"What's this?" Mike asked.

"It's what you're gonna use against Scottie tomorrow morning." Harvey said.

"Me?" Mike said, surprised.

"You're going in as number two. I don't want to give Edward any excuses." Harvey answered.

"You mean you don't want to deal with Scottie." Mike corrected him.

"Well that's just a side benefit." Harvey said.

"Right." Mike opened up the file and began to read it. "Woah, wait a second. This is confidential information from the merger."

"Which you're gonna use to get us a reprieve." Harvey told him.

"You broke the Chinese wall?" Mike said as more of a statement. "Harvey this is inadmissible stuff. It's in the ballpark of what Tanner accused you of with Coastal Motors."

"You think I don't know that?" Harvey said moving closer to Mike.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Mike asked.

"No. I'm not." Harvey stated. "But it's the only way I see us getting a little breathing room. And I'd rather cross my own line than sign their dotted one."

"Okay. Then it looks like I have a date with your friend in the morning." Mike joked.

"Guess so." Harvey nodded.

"So are you gonna stay the night?" Mike asked, knowing the answer.

"Of course." Harvey replied, wrapping his arms around Mike, kissing him on the head.

"Weren't you supposed to be announced?" Harvey asked Scottie the next morning in his office.

"I don't play by those rules." She replied.

"Somehow that doesn't surprise me." Harvey replied, walking over to his couches, where she was sitting. "What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to tell you that Edward's in another league." Scottie began. "You're going to lose."

"Well there's only one problem. Words are coming out of your mouth, which means the real story isn't." Harvey replied.

"Okay, you want the real story? Your clients are running out of funds." She said. "You have a window?"

"To do what?" Harvey asked.

"Give up." She stated, standing up. "Harvey I am giving you a way to get out of this. We can still both be name partners."

"We can't." He said. "I made a deal with Jessica. I win, you're out. I give up, you're gonna be name partner all by yourself." Harvey began to walk back to his chair.

"That's not what I want." Scottie said. "Harvey don't you get it?"

"Wait a second, if you're here, who the hell is with Mike?" Harvey asked as Jessica walked in.

"Get out." Jessica said to Scottie.

"You're angry." Harvey stated after Scottie left.

"This isn't funny, Harvey." Jessica began. "You just broke the law."

"It's a civil law. No one's gonna go to jail." He said.

"You can deny it all you want, but you cheated." She said.

"Oh like you subbing in for Scottie?" He asked, sitting down.

"I see what you're doing. You know damn well Darby plays by the rules. So if you win by cheating, you win, and if you lose, then they think you're dirty and they won't want to merge." Jessica says.

"You really wanna merge with the man who asked for your help to win?" Harvey asked.

"He didn't ask. I insisted." She said.

"On being his number two." Harvey stated. "I guess that's a preview of what's to come."

"And is that little stunt a preview of what's to come?" Jessica asked.

"Holt, Zane, Hardman." Harvey said, standing up and walking over to her. "We just fought them off. We won. We're strong, we've got money."

"And if we do this, we'll go to the next level. We'll be the biggest baddest fish in the sea. Those three names you mentioned? Fleas. Not only can they not bully us. They can't touch us." Jessica said.

"And what's gonna happen after I beat Darby?" Harvey asked.

"You think I'm playing with you? That stunt you pulled? Fruit from the poison tree. I will have that reversed on Tuesday." She said.

"You think I'm not gonna find anything between now and Tuesday?" Harvey said.

"I know you won't." Jessica stated.

"Is that a threat?" Harvey asked.

"It's a prediction." She said.

Harvey hesitated a moment before saying, "I can go."

"Where are you gonna go?" She asked. "Even if I let you out, it's the same out there. Only worse. And you'll be a winner, but not a leader. And you won't have me."

"You don't know these people." He said.

"I know they said I couldn't control you. You're gonna learn that I can." Jessica said and then left his office.

"I got your message." Mike said, walking up to Scottie outside. "Why are we meeting here?"

"Sounds like you don't trust me." She replied and started to walk.

"Well you did sandbag me with Jessica." Mike said, following her.

"Jessica sandbagged you with Jessica." Scottie retorted.

"Still doesn't explain why we're meeting here." He said.

She stopped walking and turned to face him. "Baby Harvey."

Mike smirked. "Huge compliment."

"Call it like I see it." She said.

"I meant for him." Mike replied.

"Like I said, baby Harvey." Scottie laughed. Mike cleared his throat, getting more serious. "We're meeting here because you will never find this." She handed him a file.

Mike scanned over it and then looked up at her. "If this checks out, it will win the case for us."

"I know." She stated.

"And why am I the one you're giving this to?" He asked.

"Because there are some things in life more important than winning." Her tone implied it was a question.

"No, that's not what I asked. Why are you giving it to me?" Mike asked.

"When we were in law school, Harvey's brother got sick. He needed money, his father didn't have any and his mother wasn't in the picture." Scottie began.

"Harvey found a way to help him out." Mike said.

"He used his tuition." She said. "Anyway, when his mother found out, she contacted him. Harvey wouldn't take a nickel form her."

"So she gave his brother the money." Mike replied.

"Who used it to pay him back." She concluded and began to walk away.

Mike stopped her. "So are you saying I have to tell Harvey I found this on my own?"

"You don't have to, but it will definitely increase your odds of him using it." Scottie replied.

"I found something." Mike stated, walking into Harvey's office.

"Let me see." Harvey replied. Mike placed the file on his desk. "This is good." Harvey said, reading over the document.

"I know." Mike said.

"Get on it." Harvey said, handing Mike back the document. Mike grabbed it, but Harvey didn't let go. "Where'd you get it?"

Mike hesitated for a second before saying, "You know where I got it. The question is are you gonna let me use it."

Harvey took the file away from him. "Get out." Harvey said.

"Harvey, we can win with this." Mike said.

"Here's what you don't get. You can't trust her. If it came from her, it will come back to bite us in the ass." Harvey stated.

"Tomorrow morning's coming, and we don't have anything else." Mike said.

"Then go find me something." Harvey said.

"Okay." Mike said, leaving his office.

"You wanted to see me?" Mike said, walking into Jessica's office.

"That request went out two hours ago." Jessica said.

"Oh, yeah I was in the middle of something." Mike replied, referring to Harvey caving and giving him permission to use the file. Donna had convinced him that it was the only way to win.

"What were you in the middle of?" Jessica asked.

"Excuse me?" Mike asked.

"You said you were in the middle of something. I assume it's Harvey's case." She said.

"I can't tell you that. You're on the other side." Mike stated.

"Is there some rule against me checking on my own employees?" She asked.

Mike sighed and then walked towards her desk. "I'm confident that after tomorrow, you'll either settle or lose."

"And why is that?" She questioned.

"Because I prepared a motion, based on a file dated September Fourteenth." Mike said.

"Darby didn't tell me about that." Jessica said.

"He didn't know about it." Mike replied.

"Where'd you get it?" She asked.

Mike just sighed and shook his head slightly.

"Oh, what does it say?" Jessica asked, getting up and walked over to Mike.

"It says you're gonna lose." He states.

"Then that's too bad." She began, "Because you're gonna throw it away."

"What?" Mike asked, completely shocked.

"You heard me. You're going to go home." Jessica stated. "You don't call, you don't answer and you don't come back until that deadline has passed."

"Your problem is with me. You don't do this, who's to say you don't end up in a cell? For practicing law without a degree."

Mike walked back over to her desk. "And who's to say you don't share that cell with me for knowing about it the whole time?"

"You don't want to take that tact." She threatened.

"I didn't start it." Mike said.

"I will beat you." Jessica stated.

"The last time you said that to me, you thought you didn't need a computer. You were wrong." Mike said.

"That was about demonstrating knowledge. And the stakes were nothing." She said. "This about my power and the stakes are everything." She took a file off her desk and then handed it to Mike. "This is a letter for the district attorney saying that it's come to my attention that you are breaking the law. I believe you met him. Not the type to let it slide. You file your motion, I'll file mine." She threatened.

Mike left Jessica's office and fled the bathroom to splash some cold water on his face. He dried his hands, looked in the mirror and sighed. He saw Harvey walk in behind him.

"Look, Harvey-" Mike began.

"Shut your mouth. I risked everything for you. Then I did it again. And again." Harvey said.

"You weren't there." Mike said.

"I didn't have to be." Harvey replied.

"Jessica-" Mike said.

"You don't work for Jessica, you work for me." Harvey stated, walking closer to Mike.

"I know I do, but I was just trying to get you what you wanted. Your name on the door." Mike said.

"No, you go Edward Darby's name on the door. My part of the deal is gone." Harvey stated.

"What?" Mike asked, confusedly. "You never told me that."

"I didn't think I needed to tell you that because, I didn't think you would ever betray me." Harvey said.

"Harvey, look at what we've done. You and me. You broke the Chinese wall; I got information directly from Scottie. That's two ethical violations that, six weeks ago, would've made you stomach turn."

"That's not why you did it." Harvey said.

"Fine." Mike began. "But look me in the eye and tell me it's not true anyway."

"You know what? It doesn't matter because you don't get to make my decisions for me." Harvey replied.

"Isn't that what you were trying to do for me?" Jessica interrupted, walking in.

"This is a private conversation." Harvey said to her.

"You wanna have it out? Let's have it out." She stated. "You might want to go." She said to Mike.

"Sorry." Mike whispered to Harvey and began to walk away.

"You're back in the associate's pool." Harvey said, stopping Mike.

"Harvey, come on." Mike replied.

"It turns out you're not the best lawyer I've ever seen. In fact you're fired." Harvey said, angrily.

"No." Jessica stated. "He's not."

"You're gonna overrule me on that too?" Harvey asked.

"You can go." Jessica whispered to Mike. He walked away full of regret. "I didn't overrule you on the other." She said once Mike had left. "I beat you fair and square."

"No. You didn't." Harvey told her.

"You're right." She began. "I cheated, like you."

"You jumped to the other side." Harvey said in a quieter tone.

"You put me on the other side." Jessica replied much louder. "I had a deal that put you're name right next to mine. And it wasn't even up there yet and you started acting like it was on top of mine."

"To protect you." Harvey said.

"Bullshit." Jessica spat. "This wasn't about protecting me, this was about advancing you."

"That's what this whole thing is about." Harvey said.

"What." Jessica said, annoyed.

"Hardman said it, I didn't think it was true. He said you don't trust me. He meant you're afraid of me." Harvey said and then began to walk away.

"Afraid of you?" She asked. "Boy, I just kicked your ass. And you didn't just want it, you begged me for it. So now, you're going to stay here, be humble, and learn you're goddamn place." Jessica then left the room.

Mike closed the door behind him in the file room. He needed to be alone. He started to go through some old files, but stopped when Harvey entered the room. He locked the door behind him.

"Harvey." Mike began. Harvey waited for more, but silence fell.

"Yeah, that's what I thought." Harvey said. He walked over to Mike and looked him in the eyes. "We're done Mike. I want your stuff out of my place." Harvey started to walk away.

"Harvey!" Mike said. Harvey didn't look back, though. He just kept walking.

Rachel entered the file room about an hour later. Mike took out another box of files and placed it on the table.

"Rachel, look I am sorry but I am not-" Mike began.

"When did you send that letter?" She asked.

"Um, I was uh-" Rachel cut him off again.

"I'll tell you when, never." She said.

"Okay, look, let me explain. When I went to see Louis, he told me what really happened." Mike said.

"I know. He told me too." Rachel said. "And I get it. I'm not good enough. What I don't get is why you couldn't come and have the courage to tell me yourself."

"Look, he lied to you. I thought he deserved a chance to tell you himself. Alright?" He asked. "When I went to his office to get him to sign the letter-"

Rachel cut him off once again. "You went to him to sign the letter? You told me you we're gonna sign the letter. So you lied to me?"

"No I didn't. I told you that I would help you." He said.

"That is such bullshit!" She yelled. "That's not what you meant and you know it. You've been cagey with me since the second I came to you about the letter and you're being cagey with me right now! You are, you're lying to me!"

"Not today, Rachel!" Mike said. "Just stop!"

"What day then, Mike? Because it's always something. It is always some secret or some story or some lie." She said.

"You don't understand." Mike replied.

"I don't understand what?" Rachel yelled.

"You don't understand what I have been through!" Mike yelled back. "You don't understand what I have lost! Because it's everything. Everyone that I love. Trevor, my grandmother, Harvey, now probably this job! I am not ready to lose you… not today."

"Then tell me." She said, still angry.

Mike hesitated for a few seconds before finally speaking up, "I never went to Harvard."

"What?" She asked, much quieter than before.

"I'm a fraud." He said. His voice was shaky and there were tears in his eyes. Rachel immediately slapped him across the face. "Rachel-" He began. Another slap. "Rachel." He grabber her hand this time before it made contact with his face. She shook out of his grip and began to walk away, but Mike stopped her. "Please."

"Why should I stay?" She asked.

Mike tried to hold back the tears, but it was no use. "Harvey broke up with me."

She sighed and sat down at the table with him. "What do you need me to do?"
