The Hunt is On Chapter 2
Author's Note- Sorry its been so long since I have posted a chapter. I will continue to create more for this story as time goes on but I got a life to live sometimes. Anyway, here's chapter 2. Enjoy.
When I logged in, there was a bright flash of light, and the oasis logo appeared. It asked for my password which at the time was "Bang Bang, pull my Devil Trigger" Devil may Cry was my favorite video game series. First thing I did when I logged in was head to the weapons shop, my assault rifle and sword had low durability on them and they were about to break so I had to buy a new weapon or fix it. Fixing it is too much work and I had money to spare after grinding on planet doom, so I went ahead and decided to buy a new weapon. As I looked through the shelves to find a gun, I bumped into Parzival! I freaked out for a second because he was the one that found the first key! He drove backwards during the race and found the right path. I was standing with my jaw on the floor staring at him, and he said, "Are you alright kid?" I said in a nervous voice "Yeah I'm fine" and grabbed my weapon off the shelf. I just got a pair of pistols called "Ebony and Ivory" the stats looked good so I bought them. As I was walking out the store, I saw a group of Sixers run into the store. Sixers are employees of IOI who are tasked to find Halliday's egg by any means necessary and if one of the sixers gets the egg, he only gets a tiny portion of the prize money. I saw them drag somebody out and then one of them summons a portal and they leave. As I was walking down the street to my ship another group of sixers puts a bag over my head and threw me in a car.
