Chapter 11 The Cybertronian Crystal
Normal P.O.V
Its was a normal day at the autobot base. Everything was peaceful until Sideswipe and Sunstreaker came zooming out of Ratchet's labatory laughing their helms off. "Get back here you fraggers!" Shouted Ratchet. As he began to chase the twins around the main room Nightshadow entered the room with Jazz hot on her heels. " What the hell is going on?" Nightshadow grunted. All three of them stopped running and noticed that Nightshadow was in a very grumpy mood. "Hi Nightshadow. What's the matter?"Asked Sunstreaker. Nightshadow began to twich and began to growl. "WHAT'S THE MATTER?! THE MATTER IS THAT YOU FRAGGING DOLTS ARE BEING TO LOUD! I CAN'T RECHARGE WITH YOU GUYS BEING THIS FRAGGING LOUD. IF YOU STUPID SLAGGERS AREN'T QUIET I WILL MAKE SURE THAT ALL OF YOUR AFTS ARE WELDED TO THE CEILING," Shouted Nightshadow. Ratchet, Sideswipe, and Sunstreaker backed away from Nightshadow slowly because they knew that a femme without a good recharge could be an angry femme. "Sorry about that Nightshadow. We'll be a lot quieter," said Ratchet. As Nightshadow turned around she grabbed one of Ratchet's tools and hit him over the head and left.
The Next Day
Nightshadow's P.O.V
Argh what a terrible night last night. I woke up at 5 oclock in the moring because the twins and Ratchet were make a bunch of noise. They knew that waking me up was a bad idea and that I could punch their lights out anytime that I want to. Sigh, I grab a cube of engergon of the counter in the base and begin to drink. Energon to us is the same thing as coffee is to humans in the moring, it wakes us Ironhide chasing the twins and covered in hot pink paint. My optics widen at the sight of Ironhide. "Nightshadow, HELP US!" Cried the twins. I continued to watch the twins get chased by Ironhide then I stepped in. WHAM! I bashed their helms together and threw them across the room. "WOULD YOU GUYS STOP! ITS TO FRAGGING EARLY FOR YOU GUYS TO BE PULLING PRANKS ON US! IF YOU PULL ANYMORE PRANKS, YOU WILL FEEL MY WRATH!" I shouted at them. I looked at them and noticed that the twins and Ironhide were in a corner huddled together and shivering. Wow, I can't believe that I scared the twins and Ironhide at the same time. After seeing them in the corner I tried to walk towards them but instead I was held back by something or someone. I began to go into panic mode when I tried to get away. "Good Morning Sweetspark. Hope you got a good recharge after last night," said an familiar voice. "Damn it Jazz. You gave me a mini spark attack," I chirped. I turned my helm and saw that it was in fact Jazz. He wrapped his servo's around my waist and pulled me into a hug. He rubbed my door wings and I let out a purr. Could this day get any better?
Normal POV
As Jazz was rubbing Nightshadow's door wings Optimus walked into the common room and stared at all the commontion in the room. "What is going?" Asked Optimus. Jazz stopped rubbing Nightshadow's wing, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe and Ironhide stop their yelling match and turn towards Optimus. "Nothing at all Optimus. All is quiet," replied all of them. "Optimus, I figured out why my brother took my necklace," said Nightshadow. Optimus turned to face Nightshadow and said, "Why do you think Megatron took your necklace?" "Its because the necklace has the cybertronian crystal on it. If he were to make a lazer canon he could use the power of the crystal to power the lazer," replied Nightshadow. Optimus' optics widen as soon as Nightshadow gave him her answer. "Autobots prepare to roll out. We must get Nightshadow's necklace. If we don't get it I feel that we may be in a whole lot of trouble," said Optimus. "I'll take Jazz, Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, Nightshadow, and Ironhide," said Optimus. They all nod and transform into their veichle mode and roll out. "Hey where did the bots go?" asked a voice. Ratchet turns around and sees the children. "They went on a mission Miko," replied Ratchet. Miko hung her head in sadness, she had been wanting to go on the mission with the bots. The kids walked to their hang out room and began to play video games. Ratchet let out a sigh, he knew that he wouldn't get any peace or quiet today and walked off towards his work station in the children's hang out room.
In Texas...
The autobots had arrived at the new cave that held energon in it. "Be careful. We don't know what we're in for. We don't know what the decepticons are up to," said Optimus. All of them then brought out their weapons out and began to scan the area for decepicons. Nightshadow brought out her katana's and began to look for the enemy. "Well if it isn't The autobots," said a voice. The autobots turned and saw Megatron and aimed their weapons at Megatron. "Megatron, why are you here?" Ironhide called out. "Brother, return to me what is mine and maybe I'll let you live to see another day," shouted Nightshadow. She raised her swords and charged at her brother and engaged in a very intense battle. Then suddenly other decepicons came out of their hiding places and began to fire at the other autobots. Optimus and the other autobots return fire and begin to engage the enemy. Suddenly they heard a cry of pain come from Nightshadow. Megatron had a servo around Nightshadow's throat and was choaking her. "NIGHTSHADOW! NO!" shouted Jazz. Suddenly a bright light began glowing from Nightshadow. The cybertronian crystal had been hanging around Megatron's neck and Nightshadow had pulled it off and it had began to glow. "DECEPTICONS! RETREAT," shouted Megatron and they took off. "Oh, you can have this back!" Shouted Megatron. Jazz looked up and his optics widend as he watched Megatron throw Nightshadow down to the ground, but Nightshadow landed on the pedes and got up. " Lets head back. We got what we came for," said Nightshadow. They all transformed into their veichles and called for a groundbridge and went through.
Back at autobot headquarters...
Nightshadow's POV
I finally got back the cybertronian crystal and I have stored it safely in a special container that I designed that will hide the crystals energy. I hope that it will be enough to keep our hidden base a secret from the decepicons. I heard the door to my room slide and I felt servos wrap around my waist and brought me close to him. I began to purr. "Hey Jazz. Whatcha up to ?" I asked. He nuzzled into me and said, "Just snuggling with you and being bored." I sighed. "Do you want to go to a drive in movie theater?" I asked. "Sure. I hear that they're playing a horror film at the drive in theater," Jazz replied. I shudder. I really hate horror movies and Jazz knows that, he's just being mean to me. "Fine. Lets go see the horror movie, but expect me hiding my face," I replied with a sigh. "Don't forget to turn into your human form. We don't want to show the humans what we are," I said. He nodded and let go of my waist and left my room. I transformed into my human form and threw on some clothes that I liked. I had decided on a black sleeveless with a silver heart, camo shorts, and black converse. I ran out of my room and into the common room where the human chilldren were playing video games on the tv in the room. "Hey Nightshadow," called out a voice. I turned around to see Jazz in his human form. He was wearing white and blue shirt, black jeans with red stripes, and black combat boots. "Well, lets go," I chirpped. I grab his hand and pull him towards the exit. We both climb into his veichle and buckle ourselves, Jazz steps on the gas and we take off towards the drive in theater.
