"Cat's teeth" said Benjamin.
"That would be a black lion,sir" Digweed said to Benjamin.
"Its alright uncle" said an angelic voice. I looked behind me to see maria smirking, "It's just Wrolf." that demon dog was a...a...lion? everyone slowly turned back to stare at Wrolf as he descended into the arena. he walked to stand on the ledge by the unicorn.
"Please forgive me stubborn pride" Benjamin turned and addressed my sister who smiles at him. he looks over her shoulder at maria who giggles. I watch him get down on one knee. "Loveday..."
"STOP RIGHT THERE!" I hear a voice and turn to see one of my fathers men, "I will finish her now" he says pointing a gun straight at Maria.
"No stop! Do not shoot!" my father yells at him and Wrolf growls. before I could do anything her nanny, Mrs Heliotrope, comes in and starts beating him with...an umbrella? She is very violent I must say. It's quite amusing.
Digweed starts laughing. "And that'd be the search party sir" he says. she recovers and shakes her head. "Maria!" she screams. I turn to look at Maria's shining face smiling at her nanny. "I'm here! I'm here!" Mrs Heliotrope continues racing down the steps and towards Maria's welcoming arms. "I've come to save you!"she says out of breath.
"Thank you Mrs Heliotrope, all is well" she replies. I just grin at them while my father pats me on the back and we share a relieved laugh. Meanwhile, on the other side of the amphitheater Benjamin and Loveday are snogging. He gets down on one knee.
"oh! is there...to be a wedding?" she asks them. Loveday turns to her not knowing what to say and turns back to Benjamin while Digweed makes his way to Mrs Heliotrope.
"oh mama" he says to a confused Mrs Heliotrope.
Benjamin just sighs and shakes his head.
"mr dogwood," Mrs Heliotrope starts "ehhhh. mmm" she says and he proceeds to entwine their hands, to which she doesn't protest. I hear Loveday clear her throat and look to see her smiling. It's contagious as I look around everyone is smiling including me.
"Well there we are then" Benjamin says softly "Nothing to be done" he smiles. Maria turns to smile at me and my smile back is almost instantaneous.
I am so so so so sorry that it has taken me this long to post another chapter and I am also really sorry that it is so short. I know that right now the ending is the same, but I promise, promise, promise that my next update will be soon and longer. I know you don't want to hear excuses, but I am still so sorry, I've been caught up with a lot of schoolwork. Thank you guys for continuing to favorite my story! It means a lot to me and I also promise that it won't just be following the film, obviously because I have already finished the film. Anyway THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LIKING MY STORY!
