Chapter 7 The date
Once the sun started to rise Tia stretched her arms as she woke up. When she stretched her arms she was surprised at the fact she couldn't move them as Ichigo's arms were wrapped tightly around hers.
Tia then started to recalled what happened Yesterday and a small smile graced her face. She then moved one of her hands up to her boyfriend's right arm and gently rubbed his muscles felling how defined they were.
'He is defiantly the one I care about most of all. I would die if anything happened to him.' She thought with her smile growing bigger as she felt her boyfriend's arms wrap around her even tighter in a protective fashion.
Tia then let her eyes start to drop as she felt relaxed in Ichigo's protective sleeping embrace. She then fell asleep with only one thing on her mind and that was her orange haired boyfriend.
About a hour after Tia had woken up, Ichigo did. He was surprised to see his arms were protectively around his beautiful tan girlfriend's stomach. He smiled at how lucky he was to have her.
He admired her features while she rested. Her beautiful face had its usual calm look even though she was asleep causing Ichigo to give a light chuckle. 'Even in her sleep she looks calm and refined.'
Her stomach was slowly rising up and down in a rhythmic pattern. Ichigo reached his hands out to feel the locks of one of her three braided hairs.
"Tia wake up." He whispered softly into his arrancar girlfriend' s ears making her wake up. Before he said this he unwrapped his arms.
Tia woke up as soon as he said this and stretched her arms and yawned.
"Good morning, Ichigo." She greeted with a smile on her face.
"Good morning Tia. You seem to be in a good mood this morning." Ichigo started.
"Of course I am a good mood or did you forget what happened yesterday." She playfully mocked before saying, " besides what will we do today?"
"Well I was thinking about taking you on our first date if you don't mind." Ichigo said while giving her a one eyed wink.
"What is a date?" Tia asked with a cute pout. Ichigo then had a deadpanned look on his face.
"What do you mean you don't know what a date is? You read about boyfriends and girlfriends right?" Ichigo asked bombarding his arrancar girlfriend with questions.
"I read only a little about relationships okay!" She exclaimed while giving a huff and crossing her arms beneath her breasts.
"Sorry, I will tell you what a date is since you don't know. A date is when two people in a relationship go to a place to eat, watch a movie, or just have fun. The point of dates are to build on the relationship allowing the two to get closer together." Ichigo explained to her.
"I get it! It is a way the two people in a relationship can learn more about each other." Tia said in complete understanding. Ichigo smiled at her glad that she understood him.
"That is exactly what a date is. Sometimes there are other activities then what I said before like going to go swim at the beach together could also be counted as a date." Ichigo further elaborated.
"When summer time comes can we go swimming?" Tia asked Ichigo.
"Sure. Where would you like to go on a date to today." Ichigo asked.
"How about we go on a date to a restaurant? How's that sound?" She asked him.
"Sounds great then how about we go for a walk in the park." Ichigo said.
"Sure." Tia answered. The two then headed downstairs walking side by side.
"We will go on our date after school okay." Ichigo told her. Tia nodded her head to say she agreed. The then arrived in the kitchen.
"Hello lovebirds." Karin greeted in her usual depressed sounding voice.
"Hello Karin." They both greeted with blushes on their faces.
"I got some breakfast for both of you. Ichigo I cooked some toast for you and Tia I made pancakes and eggs for you." Yuzu said while still cooking. Isshin then came down running down the stairs.
"Good morninggggg Ichigoooo! How are you and your beautiful girlfriend this morning?" He exclaimed.
"Dad it is weird when you call my girlfriend beautiful okay." Ichigo said with a slightly angry look on his face.
"Already protective of your girlfriend I see." Isshin teased Ichigo only to get punched.
"Of course she is my girlfriend! It makes sense that I am protective of her! Use some logic when you think!" Ichigo yelled at his dad. Tia had a tiny smile on her face, 'It feels me with joy that he is this protective of me.' They then continued eating until:
"Anyways it is time for us to go to school. Right Ichigo?" Tia said as she got up from her seat.
"Your right Tia. Good job on keeping watch on the time. Bye." Ichigo told his family as both him and Tia headed towards school.
"Ichigo should we hide our relationship from the school as many of the people there know we weren't in item before yesterday or should we keep it a secret?" Tia asked uncertain.
"We should admit that before we were acted like we were in item, but now we are pursuing a relationship we should tell." Ichigo said confidently.
Tia nodded her head to show she agreed. 'Ichigo is right, besides if we hide it Ichigo's friends will be more angry.'
The two then walked into the school to be greeted by Keigo.
" HEYYYYYYYY ICCCCCCCCHHHHHIGGGOOO!" Keigo said as he ran towards Ichigo who jumped to the side and got Keigo in a choke hold.
"Tap out! Tap out!" Keigo called quickly and Ichigo let go. "So what have you been up to Tia?" Keigo said while staring at her chest earning him a punch from her.
"Oh nothing, just thinking about my boyfriend." She said with a sly smile. This got a slightly angry reaction from Keigo.
"Who the heck is the guy who is your boyfriend? Ichigo you live with her and you are just going to let this beautiful woman date some guy who isn't you? Have you even tried." Keigo asked Ichigo earning a bunch of chuckles from Ichigo and Tia.
"Keigo I am her boyfriend." Ichigo said with a serious look.
"What! I always thought you had a thing for Rukia or Orihime. Oh well that means I have a shot at both of them." Keigo said with determination.
"I won't lie Keigo, and the truth is you don't have a chance with either of them. I never liked Orihime like romantically, and Rukia well I don't have feelings for her either as I know Renji likes her." Ichigo explained to his classmate. Tia was relieved to find out the other girls had absolutely no play in Ichigo's feelings.
"So what about Orihime, I got to have a chance with her." Keigo said with a begging tone in his voice.
"No chance with her either Keigo. While Uryu seems to have a permanent stick up his ass, he told me he liked Orihime. So once I end up telling everyone about me and Tia's relationship He will comfort her." Ichigo explained in a smart out of character way.
"Wow Ichigo that was a extremely intelligent observation." Tia complemented causing Ichigo to scratch the back of his head saying it was nothing.
The three then headed into the classroom and the teacher arrived in the room once they got into their seats. She greeted the class like usual.
Ichigo wasn't paying much attention to class as he was thinking about all they should do for the date as where to go eat.
Tia was also thinking about the date though she was having different thoughts then Ichigo. She was thinking about kissing Ichigo and that feeling it made her experience that felt so good. Thinking about all of this made a tiny blush make it across her face.
Everyone in the class noticed Ichigo's staring off into space in thought and Tia's random blushing. The class was starting to figure out the two obviously were thinking about something usual.
Once lunchtime came around Uryu got right up in Ichigo's face.
"All right Kurosaki what is going on with you and Halibel?" He asked angrily making it sound more like a demand then a question.
"Well me and Tia are now officially in item." Ichigo said. Uryu immediately jumped back, Orhime dropped the drink in her hands, and Chad had a look that showed he expected this to happen.
"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU KUROSAKI! SHE IS A HOLLOW! DO I NEED TO REMIND YOU THAT A HOLLOW LIKE HER KILLED YOUR MOTHER AND MY GRANDFATHER!" He exclaimed angrily grabbing Ichigo by the shirt.
"Usually you are calm Uryu, and not all hollows are bad. Tia and Nel are both complete examples of that and you can't deny it." Ichigo said calmly.
"Did Uryu's calm personality suddenly inhabit Ichigo's body?" Chad asked confused how Ichigo is this calm while Uryu is so angry and acting on instinct like the two swapped personalities.
"No, I was just prepared for this." Ichigo explained as he had already mentally prepared himself.
"What about Orihime? You know she likes you, so what is going to happen to her now." Uryu asked as he pointed at Orihime who was watching to see what Ichigo would say.
"Orihime, I am sorry but I do not share the feelings that you have for me. Though I will tell you to try to move on, I know I love Tia." Ichigo said genuinely concerned as Orhime was his friend.
"He is right." Chad said to which Uryu had to nod in agreement. Though Orihime knew now she had no chance and was starting to expect Ichigo liked the blond arrancar she couldn't help but cry a little.
"Why? Why Ichigo?" She asked in a begging down causing Tia to look down at her sadly. 'If I didn't come here she might not so sad. She was the one that healed me granted that Ichigo had to tell her to, but still.'
"The reason Orihime is just I don't love you. I am sorry but I can only think of you as a friend nothing else." Ichigo said honestly. Orihime then ran way with Uryu chasing after her before giving Ichigo a glare.
"So how is it going between you two?" Chad asked.
"Well it's going pretty good. I am glad to have a person like Ichigo as m-my boyfriend." Tia stuttered out slightly shy as she was not used to all of this.
"Thanks Tia. Yeah I am pretty happy about Tia being my girlfriend as well, remember when I told you Chad that I had feelings for her." Ichigo said with a genuine smile on his face.
"I remember." Chad confirmed making Tia smile. 'So he has had feelings for me for a while. I wonder when it started.'
Just then the school bell ringed and all three of them headed back to the classroom. Ichigo and Tia both were once again thinking about what would happen on their date.
After school as usual Tia went into the restroom and changed into clothes she like wearing. When she caught up to Ichigo he gawked at her.
She was wearing the coat Ichigo bought her and the pretty scarf as well. She was wearing a t-shirt underneath that was black and had a shark on it. She was wearing a pair of tight blue jeans showing her nice ass that was to Ichigo's complete preference; not to small and not too big. She had a pair of black gloves on her hands as she liked wearing gloves.
"Well how do I look?" She asked wanting to know what Ichigo thought of her attire hoping she wasn't dressing too casual.
"Perfect. You look like yourself and that's all I want you to look and act like yourself." Ichigo said with a smile while he couldn't help but look over her curvy body.
"That's good I was worried I thought I was dressing too casual." She said letting out a sigh of relief.
"No you look fine usually in dates we humans don't dress too formal so what you are wearing is fine plus I like that you are comfortable to be casual with me." Ichigo said and Tia noticed his attire.
He was wearing his winter coat that was black with white fur on the hood of the coat. He was wearing a white shirt underneath with a red skull on it and grey sleeves. He was also wearing a pair of jeans like Tia and had his hands in his coat's pocket's .
"You look good." She stated her observation which caused Ichigo to lightly blush and smile.
"Thanks. Now let's go to a place to eat. Where would you like to go to eat?" Ichigo asked.
A/N I would like to warn you that I have no clue of any restaurants or food places in Japan as such I will use a place here in America that is pretty wide spread so I hope there are some in Japan.
"Okay how about we go to Pizza hut." She said with a smile under her scarf.
"Sure sounds like a good place for a first date then we can go to the park." Ichigo said while nodding agreeing with Tia's choice.
The two then walked along with their hands entwined. Ichigo was leading the way towards the nearest Pizza hut while Tia was lost in thought.
'How did I get this lucky. Ichigo is so kind to me, handsome, and willing to put his life on the line for me. Am I truly worthy of being his girlfriend?' She asked herself.
Ichigo looked back at her and could tell what she was thinking and he smiled. She needed to have a little more confidence in herself.
"Hey Tia I can tell what you are thinking so just put a little more confidence in yourself." Ichigo told her causing her to gasp.
"How did you know what I was thinking?" She asked confused.
"Tia sometimes I can't tell what you are thinking but there are also times when you are very easy to read." Ichigo explained which shocked her.
The two then saw the Pizza shop right in front of them. When they got to the door Ichigo held it open for Tia who went right in followed by Ichigo.
"We will show you your seats in a minute." The lady at the desk told them.
"Tia I meant to ask you this sooner but how do you like it in the human world?" Ichigo whispered into her ear.
"It is great. Some of the people here are very kind much different than it was in Hueco Mundo. I would be very happy to live here the rest of my life." She said honestly with a blush at the end.
A lady then brought them to their seats and when they got there Ichigo pulled out Tia's seat.
"Ichigo you are being such a gentle man." Tan said with a slight giggle. This caused Ichigo to smile at her.
The lady then asked them what they wanted to eat and the both ordered one large Pizza for them to share. Ichigo was having a coke as his beverage and Tia got water for herself as she didn't really like the artificial drinks that much.
"So how are you enjoying this date so far?" Ichigo asked her while they were waiting for the food to come.
"It's fun but I am glad I am spending it with you." Tia said with a slight smile on her face which was hidden by her scarf.
"Don't you ever get hot wearing that scar so much and in indoor places like this?" Ichigo asked her.
"Sometimes it is just I like to wear things over my face because they remind me of my mask." Tia said while folding her hands.
"Another question. I know for a fact you had a life before you became a hollow so do you remember?" He asked with a serious face.
"I remember nothing of the life before my Hollow life except where I lived and what I looked like as the years passed by as a human." She explained.
"So you remember things like how you looked like as a child?" Ichigo asked getting a nod from Tia.
"Yes when I was little girl probably at five years of age I had short blond hair tied in two ponytail, also back then I had... pure white colored skin... as when I was little I hardly went outside." She said with a few pauses seeing as she was getting just visions of her past.
"So you were not always this tanned." He said looking for a confirmation.
"That is correct I started letting myself bathe in the sun to get tan when I was ten seeing as I knew of a hot spring that no one else knew of. This let me tan my whole body without getting stares." She said getting a confused look from Ichigo as she blushed.
"Why are you blushing and what do you mean by you were getting stares?" He said confused.
"You see for some reason I started growing my *blushes crimson* breasts when I was ten earning stares from people." She said as you could barely see her crimson blush underneath her scarf.
( Now before anyone comments about this remember Gin's flashback. When he flashbacked Rangiku was like eight and she had boobs.)
Now Ichigo had a blush on his face but before anything could be said their food had arrived. That two decided to wait for a while to continue their conversation as they were busy eating.
After they finished eating and were waiting for the waiter to come to pay her they went back to talking.
"So is there anything else you remember Tia?" Ichigo asked itching to find out about her past if only a little.
"I also remembered when I tanned I... You don't need to know that. I remember when I was a human my favorite animal always was a great white shark." Ichigo smiled as this and thought, 'it makes sense considering that her sword means imperial shark empress.'
"That is interesting. By the way what is your favorite color?" He asked wondering what her favorite color was.
"A light blue is favorite color. What is your favorite color, Ichigo?" She asked right back.
"I like a forest green." He said with a smile as it was true, he always thought that green was a great color. Tia was smiling back at him.
Just then a Hell butterfly came down with a message for Ichigo. We are having a Captain's meeting and your presence is needed. It was from head captain Yamamoto
"Sorry Tia, but for now we got to save our date for later seeing as I was called to a meeting." Ichigo told her with a sad expression on his face.
"It's okay." She said and was surprised when Ichigo engaged her in a kiss. once she gained her senses she put her arms behind Ichigo and ran one of her hands through his hair making it slightly wilder.
"Good bye Tia I will see you soon." Ichigo said after he pulled away from the kiss making Tia want more, but she just waved goodbye.
Ichigo then ran to a corner and used his badge to go to soul reaper form. He then opened a Senkaimon and hopped into it. 'A Garganta is a lot color then his place.' He thought as he ran through the Dangai.
Ichigo then came out of the Dangai and he arrived in Seireitei. He then ran towards the Captain's meeting room. He walked in and saw all the Captains assembled.
"Yo. What is going on?" Ichigo said casually as he took his place next to Toshiro. This caused the Captain Commander to just roll his eyes at Ichigo's casualness.
"Now that ever one has assembled we can finally begin. Now Ichigo Kurosaki can you explain why there was a arrancar's reiatsu near yours yesterday and then a whole group of hollows appeared while you vanished?" The Old man questioned suspiciously.
"All that happened was a arrancar appeared and I chased after it back through its Garganta. Then I was attacked by eight Vasto Lorde which would usually be easy for me to take care of if I had my reiatsu as they started disabling it. Eventually I got my reiatsu back when a gained a power boost that was strong enough to disintegrate it. Then you can guess the rest."
Ichigo explained with the makeup story he thought of. All of the captains except Toshiro believed him as Toshiro knew there was more of this because he knew Ichigo's secret.
"Thank you for your explanation Kurosaki, though I would prefer it if as soon as things like this happen you notify us via Hell butterfly." Yamamoto said completely buying the bait.
"No problem plus I think I may of attracted the Hollow with the training I was doing with my inner Hollow as they probably sensed his reiatsu." Ichigo said giving a explanation for the group of hollows.
"What do you mean training?" Suì-Fēng asked suspiciously.
"I meant training as my inner hollow is also a part of my Zanpakuto. So I trained with him to grasp some of my hollow powers so I can use those to protect my friends." Ichigo explained.
"You mean you can do other things than your Resurrección and mask?" She asked again in a accusing way.
"Yah. I can fire Ceros of most types, use Hierro, engage in Pesquisa, and I can sort of create Gargantas even though mine are poorly made." He said rubbing the back of his head.
"Could you demonstrate these attacks you have said you learned? I want to see if what you are saying is true Kurosaki." Suì-Fēng demanded causing Ichigo to shrug.
"Sure as long as all the other captains have no problem with it." He said while all the other captains nodded their heads to show they were fine with getting a demonstration.
"I will show you the way to a training ground which you can show us your hollow abilities." Yamamoto stated as he started to move from his chair and headed to the exit of the meeting hall.
Ichigo and the other captains followed him. Ichigo was following right behind the head captain, then after a while they reached a long training grounds with very sturdy walls.
"Okay everyone stand back as I do not want to hurt anyone by accident as my cero is a strong a a Gran rey Cero." Ichigo said while getting gasps from all the captains.
Ichigo then took a stance. The stance was his classic Cero stance with his right arm pointed ahead of him and his middle and index finger closed together, a red light forming on them.
"Cero." He uttered and a tiny but speedy cero made its way towards a area where there was eight targets. The ceros blast radius destroyed all of the targets despite how far they were from each other.
"How was that?" Ichigo said with a smirk across his face which grew when he saw the captains' shocked looks.
"That was amazing." The head captain said . 'We have to be careful. Ichigo Kurosaki obviously more powerful than me which means if he gets angered and turns against S.S we are screwed.' He thought while looking at the damage that regular cero caused.
"Well that's it for today's captain meeting. You are dismissed." He said while slamming his cane against the ground and all the captains headed their own ways.
Ichigo was headed towards the Senkaimon gate when he felt someone grab his arms. He looked and saw Toshiro who then made a follow me gesture with his hand.
They went into the 10th squads office then Toshiro put up a sound proof barrier. He sat in his chair then looked at Ichigo.
"Now Kurosaki you can tell me what really happened yesterday since I know you left out some details most likely because of your arrancar." Toshiro demanded wanting to know the truth.
Ichigo then told him everything that happened yesterday, after hearing the story Toshiro smiled.
"Congrats on getting yourself a girlfriend Kurosaki. I have another question though. What is that sword that is sheathed on your hip?" Toshiro said.
"Promise you will not get angry." Ichigo asked as he knew how made Toshiro could get if he knew the name.
"I will not get made now just tell me the name already." He said getting a little impatient.
"It's Kyōka Suigetsu." Ichigo said getting a shocked look from Toshiro.
"Okay... Anyways there is something I want to tell you about your girlfriend that could help you protect her." Toshiro said changing the subject.
"Okay go on."
"I am pretty sure her number is a Kido tattoo meaning you can get it off. Now before you ask why I will tell you if anyone else finds out you are keeping the third ranked Espada safe you would be in deep trouble so we make her look like she has no number. Also get her to change the way her clothes look in spirit form so it doesn't look like she once served Aizen."
"Thanks for all that information Toshiro." Ichigo said while smiling happy he had some advice he could follow to help keep Tia a secret.
"No problem Kurosaki." he said with a very tiny smile. Ichigo then left the headquarter and went to the Senkaimon gate he returned back to Karakura town.
-Karakura town-
Ichigo quickly got into his body and started looking to where Tia was. He used a Pesquisa to find her location which was at Urahara's shop. Ichigo then took off in that direction.
During the time skip that has happened last chapter Urahara has been making preparations for when S.S finds out of Tia. It has been reminding him of their preparation for the fight versus Aizen.
He has been training with the arrancars that live at the shop even Grimmjow as he says he would get bored if he didn't.
Tia's fraccion have become closer to Ichigo since they learned of Tia's affection towards Ichigo and they actually sort of were happy about Tia finally getting with Ichigo as that made them happy. Sometimes they teased their leader about her affection.
Also Grimmjow has actually become friends with Ichigo. Nel has been watching the progress of Tia and Ichigo's relationship over the time skip with sadness.
"I will allow it though because Tia makes Ichigo happy." She would tell anyone who asked her as she cared that much about Ichigo.
Once he reached there he saw Tia and her fraccion outside hanging together. Tia noticed him and smiled.
"How did your captains meeting go, Ichigo?"She asked wanting to know how things went for him.
"It went good though Toshiro gave me some good advice considering that I am hiding you. First thing he told me was to get rid of your tattoo if it is okay with you as we can undo it since we sensed it was made with Kido. The second thing was to change your attire a little." Ichigo told her and she nodded.
"Sure you can take it off but it has to be you." She said while smiling.
"I am not the best when it comes to Kido but my massive Reiryoku should help." He then put his hand right above her breast where her number was while blushing.
'Here goes nothing.' He thought as he tried to use the tiny knowledge of Kido he had to destroy then tattoo. Today was Ichigo's lucky day as it worked. Tia then got out of her Gigai.
"I am going to change my soul's clothes okay." She said while head behind Urahara's shop. She came back soon.
Her jacked looked similar but instead of the zipper it was together at one point. Also it was no longer covering her face.(look at this link to see where I got this look from: fs70/PRE/i/2011/318/8/c/halibel_by_ )
Her pants looked very different as now they were shorter and hugged her legs more, though on some of the sides just like before some of her thighs were showing.
"How do I look?" She asked Ichigo who smiled and said.
"You look great. I am glad you are not using the collar of your jacket to hide your face anymore because you have a very beautiful face."
"Thanks." Tia said while blushing which could be clearly seen.
The two then said their goodbyes to Urahara and the arrancars who lived there and headed home getting ready to go to bed. What Tia didn't know was her dreams were going to be filled with memories of her human past.
