Chapter 9 Preparations
Ichigo got up and was surprised to see Kyōka, Shiro, and Zangetsu right in front of him as he was in his inner world.
"So I am here again. What is it this time? It seems I have been called here so many time as of late." Ichigo said in a slightly annoyed tone earning a laugh from Kyōka.
"Did you forget Ichigo? I told you I was eventually going to help you learn my Bankai. It is extremely powerful I had not even told my previous partner, Aizen all the details and its full power." She said in a completely serious tone.
"Oh yeah now I remember." Ichigo said only to get punched by Shiro.
"The fuck Shiro!" Ichigo shouted at the hollow only to get a sigh from him.
"Did you completely fucking not notice me and Zangetsu! We have come to teach you a few extra techniques, like dual Bankai. Also I can't forget the Bankai Resurrección that me and Zangetsu can have. " Shiro said with a dark grin on his face.
"What are you talking about Shiro? Why would I need to combine the powers of my Bankai and Resurrección . They already give me enough power." Ichigo said with confidence.
"Ichigo listen to me, the powers of the dual Bankai and Bankai Resurrección is knowledge you need to know, also you must remember that while you fight to protect the people you care about there is always someone stronger than you so we must always keep improving." Zangetsu said very seriously.
"What Zangetsu says is true. The combined Bankai had mine and Zangetsu's Bankais making it extremely deadly. The Bankai Resurrección has the combined power of Shiro's Resurrección he gave you and Zangetsu's Bankai." Kyōka said in a matter of fact bored tone.
"I had enough going along with this. Ichigo it is time you knew the truth. That poser*points at Zangetsu* is not the real Zangetsu. He is not your real original Zanpakuto, I am. I was born when you mother died, a combination of a Zanpakuto and inner hollow. That fake there is actually a manifestation of your Quincy powers." Shiro or Zangetsu as he actually is, said angrily.
"What? Is what he says true old man? Have you been fooling me in to think you were my first Zanpakuto spirit?" Ichigo questioned.
"Originally me and the real Zangetsu made a agreement that was for me to pretend to be a regular Zanpakuto spirit and him a inner hollow. I proposed this Idea as I wanted to make you stronger." Zangetsu clarified.
"Well I have had enough of being someone I am not plus you need to think more Ichigo. What is one thing that all my direct takeovers have in common."
Ichigo paused and started to think until he figured it out. "All of them happened when I was in danger."
"You got it right on the nail. All the times I had interfered was to save you. Also when you fought Byakuya Kuchiki I had showed you how to correctly use Bankai." Shiro said with a smirk on his face now.
"I see, but I still will view all of you as my powers." Ichigo said earning a smile from all three spirits.
"Anyways I will teach you about my Bankai, Ichigo. It is called Kanzen'na saimin Kyōka Suigetsu .Its hypnosis powers are incredible. It makes it so all that look at you are hypnotized unless you consider them your ally." Kyōka explained.
"Wow that is absolutely amazing. How does I use this Bankai?" Ichigo asked.
"First you must defeat me in battle then you can use Bankai. So good luck." She explained while drawling her blade.
Ichigo watched as Zangetsu in sword form on his back had disappeared. He grabbed Kyōka Suigetsu in sword form and clashed blades against Kyōka.
"I see that I cannot use Zangetsu in this fight against you. Am I right?" Ichigo questioned getting a nod from Kyōka.
She then did a upward slash to strike from below. Ichigo quickly blocked and countered.
"You have gotten good with using me in my Shikai state as I can sense you could probably start the hypnosis without even uttering the incantation." Kyōka stated as she dodged Ichigo's counter.
"You are right." Ichigo said as he dropped his sword and then the sound of glass breaking spread all over the area. This caused Kyōka to just laugh.
"Come on Ichigo. Did you seriously think that Shikai would work on me. Now let me demonstrate Bankai. Kanzen'na saimin Kyōka Suigetsu!" She said as she raised her sword and her clothes changed.
She know had a long and elegant Kimono on that was a shining white. Her previously long hair now looked much shorter. The sword in her hand now had what looked like serrated edges along it.
"This blade and my looks are the effect of my Bankai, and this is my truest form. Now see this blade, as long as one of the tips hit the skin of my opponent I can hypnotize them, and there is no weakness to this form unlike touching my blade in Shikai." She said as she charged Ichigo swinging her blade at him.
'Alright that means I have to be careful because if I let that blade hit me I am done. I think because we are both users of her sword I cannot hypnotize her and she can't do it to me unless she strikes me.' Ichigo had figured out.
The white blade had shot towards his shoulder and he quickly flash stepped out of the way. 'Maybe I can use Zangetsu's abilities even though I am using Kyōka's blade.'
"Getsuga Tensho!" Ichigo exclaimed as he pulled back his sword and it glowed white. 'Amazing he has learned how to access Zangetsu's abilities without using it. He is ready.' Kyōka though with a smile as she blocked the attack with her sword and tore it apart.
Ichigo seeing how this was going nowhere felt a strange power overwhelm him. He was covered in White reiatsu which blocked everyone's view from him.
Once the reiatsu faded away it reveled Ichigo in a now white Shihakusho with his Haori now blowing right behind him like a cape. His sword now was much longer and thicker it looked deadly with its curving point on its end.
"Bankai, Kanzen'na saimin Kyōka Suigetsu. " He said with a grin on his face. Zangetsu in Shikai form now reappeared on his back.
Shiro(to avoid confusion) and Zangetsu walked beside Kyōka with smirks on their faces.
"Now Ichigo you must combine the bowers of your two Bankais to beat all three of us." Zangetsu said eager to see how much Ichigo has grown in strength.
"DUAL BANKAI TENSA SUIGETSU!" He yelled as both swords glowed. He was now covered in a black reiatsu with a white outline. He had the same jacket like robe he has when he uses Tensa Zangetsu, but underneath it was a white Shihakusho, also underneath where black X marks going across.
His sword was now split into two nicely sized swords one black and the other white. The white one was glowing with intensity while the black had what looked like black reiatsu on the blade making it shine.
He had black gloves on with stripes of white going down them. He had a white x guard on his arms.
"Let's get this started." He said as activated his illusion powers which meant Kyōka would be the only one not affected. This made Shiro accidently slash towards Zangetsu thinking he was Ichigo.
Ichigo then hit both Zangetsu and Shiro with his Getsuga Tensho causing a massive explosion.
"Enough playing games time to call out my Resurrección. Slay Zangetsu." Shiro said using his true name.While he activated this Ichigo and Kyōka were already fighting.
Ichigo was countering her attacks blow for blow then he got a Idea. Both of his swords started to glow with power.
"Getsuga Tensho!" Ichigo said which both attacks sent Kyōka flying to the ground. Shiro gasped as he saw Ichigo's attack. 'He has gotten extremely talented at using this new power.'
"Cero!" Shiro said as he fired a red Cero at Ichigo who quickly cut it up to black it. Ichigo then charged towards where Shiro was and then Shiro turned around and tried to attack what he thought was Ichigo.
A shatter noise then resounded as Shiro cut through the illusion that Ichigo made. Ichigo then plunged Zangetsu into Shiro's stomach.
"Damn you got me. You are clever Ichigo, even though you like to hide it most of the times. You did well using Kyōka's Bankai's ability to confuse me." Shiro said as he fell to the ground.
Zangetsu and Kyōka both charged Ichigo now that they were up. Both of Ichigo's swords were now glowing with reiatsu.
"Getsuga Tensho!" He said as he fired his first one then a equally as powerful one was sent right after it. Both hits landed on their targets.
"You have gotten good Ichigo." Both Kyōka and Zangetsu said before passing out, while Ichigo got sent back to the real world.
-Soul Society-
Toshiro was sitting in the fourth squads barracks as he usually did every afternoon as he always came to see how Momo's organ transplant surgery was going.
The organ transplant surgery has already finished and now they are waiting to see if she has the willpower to get back up. Toshiro wrapped his hand in Momo's as while he would tell very few, but he loves Momo.
"Come on Momo you can do this." He told the comatose girl in hopes she would wake up. He then heard the sound of her stirring awake.
"Shiro. Last thing I remember was that you had stabbed me then yelled in rage before I passed out." Momo said as the last thing she remembered was the fight versus Aizen.
Toshiro gritted his teeth in anger as he remembered what that scumbag did. Aizen had used Kyōka Suigetsu's hypnosis power to make Momo appear to be him and then Toshiro had stabbed her.
"That was all Aizen's doing he used Kyōka Suigetsu to make me think you were him." Toshiro explained as Momo gasped.
"So what happened to Captain Aizen? Is he still alive?" Momo asked as she believed her captain was manipulated by Gin.
"Aizen is dead killed by Ichigo Kurosaki. What happened is Aizen joined with the Hōgyoku, then Gin betrayed Aizen because it turned out that was the whole reason he joined Aizen, lastly Aizen transformed into a new form which Ichigo fought with and beat." Toshiro explained which shocked Momo.
"You mean Gin wasn't manipulating Aizen?"
"No Gin was good all along it seems. Right before he charged in to fight Aizen Rangiku said he told her sorry."
This made Momo absolutely shocked. She couldn't believe Aizen had betrayed everyone out of free will. It greatly infuriated her that Aizen had betrayed her like that.
"Momo there is something I want to tell you." Toshiro said while looking down at the ground.
"What is it Shiro? You know you can tell me anything right, or did you forget." She beamed at her childhood friend who chuckled.
"Yes I know I can tell you anything. what I wanted to say Momo was that I like you and wouldn't mind being your boyfriend if you would let me." He said while blushing and rubbing the back of his head.
Momo was completely shocked she didn't expect Toshiro to be so... straightforward. She now had a blush on her face as she opened her mouth to speak.
"I would love to be your girlfriend. I have liked you for a long time Shiro." She confessed getting a relived sigh from Toshiro.
"Thank goodness. Also I wanted to tell you because I trust that you will not tell anyone. Ichigo Kurosaki has been keeping a arrancar safe more specifically Tia Halibel the former Tercera Espada. Ichigo had asked for my support if they were found out and I agreed to ally with them as Ichigo is doing this because he loves that arrancar. so when the battle comes will you try to avoid it I don't want you hurt."
Toshiro had told her with care evident in his turquoise colored eyes. She gave him her usual smile before saying.
"Shiro I am going to help you and Ichigo as I can't let you get hurt and I am not a child so don't worry about me so often." Momo said with a slight pout on her face which made Toshiro laugh.
"I have sent a hell butterfly to tell Ichigo I want to talk with him, today at 11:00 AM. When he gets this message and comes here would you like to speak with him about how we will help him?" Toshiro asked her with his usual serious look on his face.
"Yes I would like to talk with him. Also what is it you want to talk with him about?" She asked wondering what the meaning was.
"I want to speak with him about gathering allies. He could probably get Zaraki and Kuchiki to join him. We will need as many powerful team members as possible. Also I forget to tell you Ichigo has become the captain of squad three." Toshiro told her.
"Then we probably should tell him to tell Izuru as he was already abandoned by Gin." Momo added as Izuru was her friend and she didn't want to see him sad.
"Then you can bring that up when we talk with him."
-Human World, Ichigo's House-
Ichigo woke up to end up feeling a weight on him. He then heard a cute sounding snore. He opened his eyes to end up seeing Tia lying down right on him. It had seemed she fell off of the bed in her sleep.
She had her head on his chest. Her head was the only part of her body lying on him besides some of her neck. Ichigo let out a sigh of relief she wasn't in a awkward position.
He smiled down at the sleeping beauty before moving one of her locks of blonde hair before waking her up.
"Wake up Tia. It is time for you to get up." He said gently while loud enough to wake her from her sleep. She then woke up and saw the position she was in, then blushed lightly,
"Good morning Ichigo." She said with a smile before kissing him. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer to him. As the kiss deepened he started rubbing her back.
"It is a good morning." Ichigo said with a slight smirk and as he spoke a black butterfly came in and landed on his hand. "I see, so Toshiro wants to speak with me. Then so be it."
"Do you have any reason why he would happen to want to speak with you?" Tia asked while resting her back on the side of Ichigo's bed.
"I could guess that he wants to talk about what will happen when me and you are discovered." Ichigo guessed. Then they heard a knock on the door as Isshin came in.
"Tia do you mind if I speak with my son alone?' He asked very seriously which surprised Tia as she hadn't seen this side of him.
"No sir." She said as she left the room leaving the two alone.
"Ichigo I would like to talk about what will happen when you are discovered. How prepared are you son? You know I will assist you right and I can see the love you hold for Tia." Isshin said all at once while still keeping his dead serious look on his face.
"I myself have only been asking people to join me I haven't really prepared all that much, but Tia and Urahara are planning I think. I know Grimmjow and the others are training for the battle." Ichigo explained while rubbing the back of his head.
"Well then I will meet up with them and maybe we can come up with a strategy." He said getting a nod from Ichigo.
"That is fine you guys can do it when I go to S.S today. You can meet at Urahara's and get the Visords." Ichigo said as he hit himself with his badge.
Ichigo then headed out of the room and saw Tia right next to the door.
"I take it you are heading to S.S. I will go to Urahara's today to strategize with him and if I guessed right your father." Tia had said earning a nod from Ichigo.
"I will be back as soon as possible." He reassured her with a confident look.
"Okay just try not to act suspicious around the other soul reapers. I worry whenever you go to S.S that they know that you saved me and are planning a ambush." She said honestly with a loving look in her eyes.
"I will be fine it is just Toshiro." Ichigo confirmed while wrapping his arms around her waist pulling her towards him. He lightly kissed her in the embrace.
This whole surprise action took her off guard and made her blush a little, but she melted into his embrace.
"Goodbye Ichigo I will see you later." She said as she exited his embrace. He nodded and took off towards S.S.
-Soul Society-
Ichigo entered Soul Society and headed over towards the tenth squad's barracks. He entered the office and saw Toshiro and Momo.
"Hello you two. What have you called me here for Toshiro?" Ichigo asked while greeting the two soul reapers.
" Momo and I want to talk with you. Momo wants to join our allegiance and I want to talk about adding some captains who I think we can trust." Toshiro said with a plain look on his face.
"So you really want to join, Momo you have to realize when most of the soul Society finds out of me keeping Tia safe and being in love with her, you will be treated as a traitor just like I will." Ichigo said while trying to make sure she had real resolve.
"Yes I had already realized this and accept the terms." Momo said with complete determination.
"Fine I believe you now Toshiro what is it you had wanted to say about the captains that could help us when S.S discovers what I have been doing?" Ichigo asked while leaning against the wall.
"I believe that we can get Byakuya to join us with some minor persuasion from you and then Zaraki as he will be easy to get on our side as all we have to say is there will be tons of fighting." Toshiro said matter of factually.
"I can see why you suggested this. I will go try to recruit them to see if they will join us." Ichigo said as he walked out of the office.
"Shiro do you think they will join us ?" Momo had asked Toshiro as soon as Ichigo had left the room.
"Of course they will join us. Zaraki loves fights to much to pass it up plus he will want a fight with Kurosaki, and Kuchiki feels indebted to Kurosaki." Toshiro clarified.
Ichigo headed towards his division to talk with Kira. He entered the barracks and was greeted by his emo looking lieutenant.
"Hello captain Kurosaki. Why have you decided to visit the barracks today? You usually don't visit?" He asked.
"I have come to ask for your assistance. You see I have fallen in love with a arrancar." Ichigo said cutting straight to the point.
"I see and I suppose you want my assistance if she is found out about. Well since you didn't try to hide it from me I will help you."
"Thank you Izuru you have my apprication." He said while shaking the blonde lieutenant's hand. Ichigo then headed towards the 11th squad's barracks. As soon as he entered the area he heard a familiar voice.
"ICHIGO I SEE YOU ARE VISITING ME TODAY! HOW ABOUT WE HAVE OURSELVES A BATTLE TO THE DEATH?" Kenpachi yelled excited at the thought of clashing blades with Ichigo.
"No Kenpachi, at least not today. I have come here to talk to you about something. You see after I beat Aizen I found a female Espada named Tia Halibel wounded and she was wounded by Aizen so I helped her. Then I started to fall in love with her and now I have the problem that once this is found out by the head captain most of Soul Society will be after me. So will you join me?" Ichigo explained.
"Of course after all I will get to have plenty of fights and after we win you and I can have a victory fight to the death." Kenpachi said while being excited at the thought of the battle. Ichigo laughed sheepishly and headed towards the 6th division.
'Rukia and Renji I knew will take my side but will Byakuya, he did promise on his family's grave that he would follow the rules.' Ichigo thought as he headed towards where Byakuya was.
"Kurosaki what are you doing here?" A familiar and cold voice said that Ichigo recognized as Byakuya.
"I have visited you to tell you something. I have fallen in love with a great and lovely woman, but you see there is a slight problem she is a arrancar and is the Tercera Espada. She is kind and beautiful and I had saved her from her injuries right after my fight with Aizen who had cut her down. What I want to ask you is when the head captain finds out will you help me?" Ichigo said in a sort of pleading way.
"I will help you." Byakuya said before turning his back. "I suggest you leave though now it would get a little suspicious if the third division's captain is randomly walking around S.S when he is a human who usually is in the human world." He pointed out which made Ichigo go take off towards a Senkaimon.
-Meanwhile at Urahara's Shop-
Tia, the arrancars, the Visords, Urahara, a upset Yourichi, Chad, Uryu, a slightly sad Orihime, Isshin, and Tessai were all gathered.
"I am so glad everyone could make it as I would like to talk about our plans for when S.S finds out about Tia. First I would like to ask you Tia, do you have any new abilities when you use Segunda Etapa?" Urahara asked the female Espada.
"I do not know yet. Last time I used it I went berserk because Ichigo was hurt." She answered quickly.
"Well then would you mind trying to see what your abilities are. I can be your opponent." Yourichi proposed which made everyone besides Tia go pale because they knew why she wanted to fight Tia.
"How about I battle her with my mask on?" Shinji proposed which everyone agreed to. They all went down stairs. Tia quickly went into her Resurrección.
"Now prepare to feel the might of the shark. Resurrección Segunda Etapa." She said as her appearance changed. The shark fin lance like sword was now a short shark fin broadsword.
She felt a access to some new abilities. "Here goes Shāyú de shǒudāo.(Shark hand blades) " She said not knowing what that would do. Her sword then disappeared, in its place on the top of her hands were two unique hand blades.

"Let's see what these are able to do." She stated as her blades glowed yellow with Reiryoku. She charged Shinji with amazing speed placing a cut across his arm before he could even move.
"Damn you sure have gotten strong." Shinji said as he was surprised by Tia's strength. She then raised both her hands up and made her blades touch each other.
"Corriente de santa (holy stream) ." She said as a whole bunch of water formed on top of her blades. The water had a slight yellow glow. She then moved her arms so they were pointed at Shinji and the water flew right towards him sending him flying.
"I think I understand what her Segunda Etapa form gives her. At the start with the regular sword it makes her opponents underestimate her, then it turns into the hand blades which help maximize mobility and are a source of great power. Also it gives her minor powers of light." Urahara deduced.
Shinji got up from the attack with his mask on. "Now show us your gran rey cero." He instructed. Tia then cut her fingers and pointed her blades at Shinji. Yellow light forming at the tip of the blades.
"GRAN REY CERO!" She shouted as a yellow cero hit most of the area. Shinji managed to lessen the cero's damage by hitting it with his own. He then walked towards her.
"Nice job Halibel. I can easily say you are most likely as strong as Sosuke was before fusing with the Hōgyoku. This is most likely sue to your training with Ichigo that you are so strong." Shinji said honestly.
"Now we knew who are strongest members are. I think that for the battle we have Tia and Captain Hitsugaya against Shunsui. Their elements go well together for teamwork." Urahara decided.
"Ichigo will be taking old man Yamamuto as Ichigo is our strongest. Unohana is not going to be much of a problem for us as she will be focusing on healing all the wounded. Suì-Fēng will be persuaded by Yoruichi to stay neutral. The Visords that are lieutenant level will take on them. The Visords that are captain level will fight Komamura . Isshin will try to neutralize captain Ukitake as he as sick and we do not really want to kill anyone." Urahara strategized.
"Why aren't we going to kill anyone?" Grimmjow asked butting in.
"Because when Ichigo takes down old man Yama he will be head captain, in a way Ichigo is going to be the new head captain but I have no worries as Ichigo is a good person, plus old man Yama likes giving the harsh death sentence too much." Urahara told the blue haired arrancar.
"Mr. Urahara what is Grimmjow's and my job?" Nel asked.
"Both of you are going to fight Kurotsuchi . Anymore questions?" Urahara said which no one replied to. "Okay then this meeting for today is adjourned make sure to train everyday in preparation for the battle. Also Tia if we need to escape we will go through a Garganta and use Hueco Mundo as a hideout."
"Understood." She said with a bow.
"Now you all are dismissed." He said and everyone left his shop. Tia then decided to go around walking and explore the town while Ichigo was away.
While she was walking she saw a park and went into it. She looked around and was amazed at how beautiful the park looked with all the pretty cherry blossom trees.
'One day me and Ichigo should go out on a date here.' She though as she smiled. She decided to use her Pesquisa to see if Ichigo had returned yet and sure enough she felt his presence causing a smile to work its way onto her face because of the pure kindness his reiatsu gave out.
She also could tell that he was heading towards her and decided to wait for him. She lied down on the grass and started looking up at the clouds. Ichigo found her in that position and lied down next to her.
"So how was your day so far?" He asked her while she moved closer to him.
"Fine, Urahara has set plans for the battle. As you could most likely guess you will fight the head captain. Me and Captain Hitsugaya will fight Shunsui." She said which made him nod and wrap his arm around her.
"It's pretty isn't it. The park I mean." She said breaking the silence.
"I know for a fact that it is not nearly as pretty as you Tia." He said which made her smile tenderly at him.
"Thank you." She said while blushing.
"It is no problem I just say what is in my mind." He said as he got up and moved so he had her pinned down. His lips then met hers.
The two were both hungry for meeting the others lips and a make out session began. Ichigo slid his tongue into her mouth while she did the same.
Their tongues met and started to dance with the other. Both of them were moaning loud and Tia wrapped her arms around Ichigo's back.
"Wow." Tia said after they stopped making out and needed air.
"So I take it you like trying to be in the life of a normal girl?" Ichigo questioned with a smirk on his face.
"Of course." She said smiling at Ichigo. The two then just started relaxing at the park now. Ichigo wrapped his arm around her and pulled her towards him.
After a while Tia looked at Ichigo and said."Shouldn't we go home now? I mean your father is probably worried sick about you."
"Sure even though I think you are wrong on the thinking about me part." He said grinning.
-Ichigo's house-
"Achoo!" Isshin said as he sneezed. "A pretty girl must be talking about me."
-Back to Ichigo and Tia-
The two got up and dusted the grass off of them. Ichigo then took Tia's arm and started running towards his house causing her to laugh.
"My you sure want to hold my hand." She said while laughing.
"Of course you are my girlfriend."He said honestly and Tia smiled as they headed to Ichigo's house.
A/N I hope this chapter was enjoyable even though my imagination has been dead as of late. I would like to sorry that as I have lost my inspiration for this story and will be setting it up for adoption.
