Chapter 25

Here it is. This story has been up for a year now and will soon be coming to an end. Not now though. Still have some story after this, no need to worry about that. Ans i would like to thank all of you that have been reading my story since it first came out and to all of those that have review and favourited and followed. i'm probably going to give a giant speach when it is actually over...sorry. I'm still deciding on a second song for the guys even as I write this...ya I'm a little unprepared for this. I'm listening to iTunes and figuring out which song I'm using. I've at least got it narrowed down to 2. You'll see which one I choose in the end, well next chapter. :P

May's POV

Alright, camera has a freshly charged battery and empty memory card. What else do I need? OH! I know extra battery; always need one for a long day like ours. A knock on my door, caught me out of my train of thought thinking of what else I needed for the day. "May, are you ready yet?" Drew's voice. I sighed and turned my video camera on. I walked over to the door and started recording. Opening up the door I looked at Drew. He was standing there in a pair of black cargo shorts and a black V-neck t-shirt that had 'Beast Mode' written in vibrant green with a on and off switch showing the 'beast mode' was on. "It's nine in the morning and you're already videotaping, new record. Everyone is meeting up at the coffee shop on Main street remember? You're gonna be late if you keep forgetting what you're looking for."

"Well I forget easily okay, plus I didn't know where we were going today so meh." I turned off the camera seeing as this was going to be a boring conversation and went back to looking for whatever it is I was forgetting about.

"Look June, you blades are in the hall closet. That is one of the places we're going today." I looked at Drew confused.

"We're going to the hall closet? I thought we were spending the last day of school grounds." He face palmed. What did I say?

"Just meet us a the coffee shop with your blades and a pair of shoes." I stuck my tongue out as he left my room, closing the door behind him. With him gone I can get dressed at least. I opened my drawer and pulled out my red halter top and my white short shorts. I put them on and grabbed my book bag, putting my phone and video camera in it right away. Running over to my desk I grabbed my 3ds and made sure it was turned on so that I could get street pass. As well I grabbed my wallet and put both new items in my bag. Rushing out of my room, I grabbed my red flip flops and white jacket that Ruby had gotten for me shoving both into my bag. I put my rollerblades on and headed off to the coffee shop.

I arrived at our decided meet up area and noticed my friends right away sitting outside. They were seated at 2 black metal tables that had an elegant yet modern design on them. I took a seat with the girls. Minus Iris, she and Cilan decided to hang out at the school and help set up with others for tomorrow.

Drew handed me a hot chocolate that he bought for me when he arrived since we were the last two to arrive. I thanked him and our group decided where we would go after drinking our drinks. After we finished we all got on our rides and headed off to the outdoor mall that they had here in Sunnyshore. It was quite convenient for the fact that we could shop well getting a tan.

"Hey, they have a sale in here guys!" Dawn said rushing into a store. We all followed not bothering to check what store it was.

"Oh we did not just walk in here did we?" Gary asked to the other guys. Leaf patted him on the shoulder before heading off to go look at some of the items for sale.

"I don't think we can escape this now." Drew stated. I quickly caught on to what he was saying.

"I don't get it, why not? The door is right there and we can walk out." Ash said confused as Gary held onto him not letting him rush out of the store.

"Simple, if you all leave it makes it seem like you are running out on your girlfriends. Thus making yourselves look like bad boyfriends, showing that you would be bad boy friends to anyone that dated you in the future as well." Misty stated before pulling Ash away from the other boys and going to look at things as well.

"but-but we're in a lingerie store." Drew added, I chuckled at his response.

"Wait I can get something out of this cant I? I mean I have Leaf, we're dating," Gary's mood brightened as he ran off to Leaf to pick things out that he liked hoping for things I guess. And that left me with Drew and Paul.

"Well I'm not just going to stand here with you two looking dumb struck. I'm going to look at things." I walked away catching up with Dawn who was looking at a bunch of bras for herself.

"I think that this would look good on you May," She showed me what she had found and I decided that I did like it and took it from her.

After a little while all the girls had bought something and we decided to head to a skate shop, the boys choice of course. Once we got there the boys immediately checked out the new decks that had arrived at the store. I went to look for new wheels for my blades. Misty and Leaf went with the guys and Dawn went to look at BMX equipment.

"Which do I want?" I began to think aloud.

"For you, I think that the best choice would be to get the black and red ones I have in the back. They're perfect for street tricks and speed." I turned around surprised by the voice. There stood a boy that looked about seventeen; he had dark blue hair that was spiked in different directions and covered part of his face which matched his blue eyes. He wore grey skinny jeans with black sneakers and a navy blue t-shirt with the stores logo placed on the left side of his chest. "Would you like me to go get them?" He spoke again.

They don't have any of the wheels I want out here so I guess that I could look at them. I thought to myself. "Sure I would love to." I smiled at him and he left to go get what he said he would. Continuing to look at the selection for rollerblades that they had, I found myself becoming more and more disappointed with the small amount of items.

"Here we are," I looked back to see the boy with the wheels. He handed one to me and I began to examine it. it was the same style as the ones as I had now except these were black with a single red rose on each. They were perfect; much better than the plain red ones I had now.

"I'll take them, but would you happen to have a kit so that I can swap these for my old ones now?" I asked holding up my blades for him to see. He nodded his head a lead me to the cash register.

"So how long have you been riding?" he asked as he began to check out the items.

"A few years, I'm not sure how many exactly though."

"Nice, my name is Aaron by the way, good to meet you."

"Likewise," I responded. Oh god, he introduced himself, please don't hit on me with some random pick up like lowering the price or something.

"Your total comes to eighteen thirty four." He smiled, waiting for the payment.

"That doesn't make sense, I have the same style and brand and they were thirty dollars." I looked at the screen and back to Aaron.

"Well a pretty girl like you shouldn't be paying full price; I gave you the employee discount under my name. Don't worry about it," I mentally face palmed myself, he is hitting on me damnit.

"Look Aaron, you seem like a great guy but I'm" I turned my head to the person calling my 'name'.

"June, let's go we need to get to the skate park before it gets too busy!" Drew shouted from the exit where he waited with my other roommates.

"I'm coming!" I shouted back. I turned back to Aaron, who looked a little disappointed. "Like I was saying, you seem great but I'm not interested. I like someone else, I'm sorry."

"It's no problem, but you can't blame a guy for trying." I chuckled at his comment agreeing with him. I paid for the items using the discount since Aaron insisted that I did and thanked him for his help. "Okay, bye June, see you around maybe."

"It's May; Grasshead always calls me by random months. See ya!" I called as I ran over to my friends.

We had arrived at the skate park and we were preparing to go out and show off our tricks. Shit! I didn't get to put the new wheels on! I sighed and looked in my bag for any tools to change them, luckily Aaron had put one in with the bag I got the wheels in. how sweet, now to change these. I began to change the wheels when I looked up because of a shadow that had formed over me.

"So how's changing the wheels?" asked Drew who had my video camera filming me.

"Fine, but why don't you get footage of the others actually doing stuff?" I responded, continuing on with my work.

"Because they are just warming up. Plus this is more interesting seeing you do something that only few know how to do. Okay well not a lot of people know how to do." I sighed again, trying to finish my work as fast as I could.

In a short amount of time I finished and Drew and I headed to where the others were. They had taken over the half pipe; everyone else just wanted to watch us apparently. There was a crowd of people surrounding us, not like I didn't mind I just had no idea why they were all here. Thankfully Misty saved the day.

"What are you all watching us for? We haven't even done anything yet!" she shouted from on top of the half pipe where she was getting ready to go after Ash, who was riding at the time. The whole crowd looked at her and a young girl stepped forward.

"We heard people talk about you on the radio and we know that you're be preforming on the radio in a few days and we wanted to see you before you got really famous." She spoke; all of us looked at each other. Fans; they were fans. Fans of our bands. This news made each of my friends smile, even Paul had a smirk on his face.

"So is there something else that you want?" Paul asked making a bunch of teen girls scream when doing so. He rubbed his ear so that he could hear again I guess and stepped towards the little girl that had spoken earlier. He crouched down to her level, waiting for an answer. All eyes in the park were on the two.

She looked at Paul with her large blue eyes and held up a little pink skateboard that was perfect for her size. "Would you sign my skateboard?"

Paul, taken aback by the question, looked back to us with a question looked. I along with others nodded our heads. I grabbed a marker out of my bag and tossed it to him. He caught it and then turned his attention back to the little girl. "What's your name?"

"Ava," the girl answered handing her board to Paul. Paul signed it and handed it back to little Ava, causing a huge smile to form on her face. I think he smiled back but it could've just been my imagination acting up. Paul patted the girl pink helmet before standing back up.

"That's all I'm signing, I just came here to skate and have a good time with my friends before we leave and go back home." He announced before turning back to us and waiting for his turn. Well on the bright side, there's the Paul we know and love. The crowd left except for Ava; I watched her admire Paul when he went and couldn't help but smile. He was like a role model to a cute child. Everyone else noticed her as well. Once it was my turn to go, I noticed Paul heading over to the girl. But I couldn't watch much because I had to focus on what I was doing.

After we were done at the skate park we decided to head back to the dorm and prepare ourselves for tomorrow.

Paul's POV

I have officially lost it now. First I like troublesome, next I'm hiding a relationship from my friends and now I'm being kind to a little girl. And the worst part is I thought she was cute; with her little pigtails and pink helmet and the shyness in her voice. Ugh! I have become soft and I'm not going to hear the end of it.

We had decided to head back to the dorm because it was getting late. I mean we went to the mall for a few hours because of the girls and then decided to take one last visit to the skate park. Now I just wait for someone to bring up what happened. "Hey Paul what was that at the skate park?" god damn it Gary!

"Ugh," was my answer before walking to my room and slamming the door shut. "Stupid kids, making it impossible to say no." I put my skateboard on my empty desk, which I had cleaned off yesterday to start my packing and went to flop down face first on my bed. A knock on my door cause me to lift my head. "Come in I guess." I sighed before putting my face back to the bed.

"That was sweet today, I know you don't want to hear it and that is why you're in here but still," I looked up to Troublesome. With a look that said continue on my face. "It is good that you have a soft side, not sure where it came from but it's there. Also Ash and Misty decided to go out for dinner together and the same with Leaf and Gary, so Drew was thinking that you, me, him, and May go out for Italian or something." She sat on the side of my bed and pushed my side to get an answer out.

"I could eat, sure." I replied flipping myself over and sitting up. She kissed my cheek and stood up offering me a hand. It took her hand and stood up myself before going to get my wallet out of my bag which I had placed at the foot of my bed. I grabbed it and placed it in the pocket of my shorts, before escorting Dawn out of the room.

"Good now that you're here we can go stuff ourselves!" May cheered and bolted out the door. we stared at the closet door as she made her way back into the room closing the door. "Heh wrong door." shaking our heads we headed out the front door, I locked it behind us and we made our way to the restaurant.

And that is going to be it for today. I know that it is short and seems like it just ends and I know that but I was going to continue but I decided now to and besides you get a really long chapter next I mean seriously. It will be filled with emotion and discovery and ngdhgefjpoghgdfhwj moments. Yes that is what I plan and it is because it is the final day at SSSOTA. But there will still be a chapter or two before the epilogue, it breaks my heart that it will be coming to an end and I figured out the song I was deciding on at the beginning of the chapter!

As well, if you guys can help me with my addiction to Animal crossing New Leaf, that would be great. I need to stop playing and write the story but I'm having difficulty. I keep wanting to play. Review and it might help convince me you need another chapter. But seriously. I'm addicted to this game. THERE IS JUST SO MUCH TO DO! now if you excuse me I'm going to go play it again.

Quilavamaster out!
