Annabeth moaned and ached into the touch as Piper kissed along her spine, her fingers playing with the golden locks. She may have decided on a whim to follow Annabeth all those months ago, but it had been the best decision of her life. It had taken weeks to make up for the heartache and pain she had caused the blonde, but their love was too great to crumble underneath it all.

"Piper", moaned the blonde irritated, waving her lover off. "Not now! Percy and Nico will come any moment, I really don't need for them to find us like this."

The native American grinned amused and tilted her head, licking along Annabeth's neck. "Why not? When we arrived here two days ago, we've found them fucking like animals. I don't know about you, but I feel like returning that favor."

It had taken them months to do so, but the mutant society had its grape vines too. And a shelter for mutants that suddenly arose was something that did catch some attention. It was the nicest thing anyone had ever done for Piper. Her blonde had seen how miserable she had been after parting with her fellow Sirens so Annabeth had tracked them down. And now the couple was on permanent vacation, visiting one after the other. To Percy, this had come as more than a surprise.

Love is the greatest power we know. Any kind of love, as long as it's true. And I will love my siblings forever, even though we may not share the same blood...Sometimes I'm still wondering though... What secrets had Percy discovered on his mission and may he have found a lead to the Chosen...?

"Annabeth? Piper? Are you girls decent?!", called Percy from a far. "I've been hearing you two moaning for at least half a mile now. Is it safe for us to approach?"

Annabeth rolled her eyes and sat up on the lounger. "Yes, Percy. It is safe."

Nico and Percy waved at them as they approached the other couple. Before Annabeth could even properly say hello to the two boys, her girlfriend was already up and about. Ever since the two of them had arrived in Hawaii, Piper seemed addicted to the beach. Tanning, playing volleyball... and losing against Percy in swim races.

"Come on now, pretty boy! I'll beat you this time!", declared Piper and grabbed Percy's hand to pull him down to the beach. "This time for sure! I'm feeling victorious."

"Right, Pipes, of course", grinned Percy teasingly. "Of course you will."

Annabeth chuckled amused and stood to follow the two Sirens. Nico fell into step with her. The two of them practically never talked to each other, partly because Annabeth had of course been hoping for Ethan to be the one to end up with Percy. But fate was a different thing, she supposed. In companionable silence, the two watched their partners diving head first into the water. Annabeth stared fascinated at Percy's legs as she noticed a shimmering as though the sun was reflecting from scales. She had always known he was a cheater when it came to swimming, but...

I may value knowledge, yet some truths better stay hidden from others. Some tales better stay untold, at least until the time is right. And I feel that, at least for now, the world needs to cool down. And Percy deserves happiness before all else. Before all else falls apart. This may not be my decision to make, but it fell into my hands, I guess. Choosing between making history or keeping the greatest secret of our time to myself. Sometimes it's hard to be the one who has to chose, but I bet it's even harder to be the Chosen...
