Chapter 9

~MiaPOV~
Lunch was...eventful. It ended with me first making out with Embry ( yeah I know), but I left crying and wanting to strangle him. Ness was just cursing at everyone since I was upset. Jake tried calming her down but she just screamed at him. Embry was just sitting at the table acting like the idiot he truly is!
(Flashback)
Ness came running towards me. "You and a little someone are looking comfy together," I winked at her.
"Shut up," was all she could say. After we got our lunch and went and sat at the table with the other cheerleaders who also dressed casual...strange. "So how are things with you and Embry" she asked in a mocking dreamy sound. I rolled my eyes and right on cue he came and sat by me and asked Ness in a serious tone " can you give me and Mia a minute please?"
I saw that she was about to argue back, but saw his face and just got up and left. "What's up ?"
" I know our last date didn't go to well, so I wanted to know..umm...would like to go out with me...again. I promise that it won't turn out like before! This time it will just be us. Jake shouldn't care, do you think -"
" Embry shut up ! " and he instantly closed his mouth "I wouldn't want to do anything thing more than to go on a date with you." I said smiling. I found it so cute at how cute his rambling is when he's nervous.
"Really ?! I mean that's great. I'll pick you up at 7" he said. He had the biggest smile on his face that I loved to see!
He leaned in...I held my breathe. When his lips finally reached mine I moaned. I couldn't help it. His lips were so soft, and gentle, and he knew how to use them. When we pulled away (much to my dislike) since we both needed to breathe.
He just stared at me until he said "I better go, I'm pretty sure Ness wants to come back." He left and Ness came back with a smug ass smile on her face. "Shut it !" I waved my hand in her face. That didn't stop her of course. "Mia has a BOYFRIEND ! Oh la la ! Get it girl !" As soon as I heard boyfriend. I was running out the cafeteria laughing sooo hard. I was going to get water and touch up my baby lips. When I heard moaning I sighed, horny teenagers. Haha I shouldn't be talking. Until I heard his name come out her mouth. I turned around so fast ready to slap her, she had to forcing him. But then I saw them...him. Embry had one hand around her waist and the other hand on her cheek. I didn't even acknowledge the...person who's face he was devouring.
So rage came first. "Are you fucking kidding me ?!" I screamed. They jumped away from each other. He looked shocked and like he was in pain. I started charging towards him but Ness came from nowhere and so did jake and pulled me back. "You ask me out the go make out with this chick. You unbelievable ! I have never been so disgusted with someone in my life! " I screamed. Embry tried walking towards me but Jacob held him back. "I wish you would come closer" I said between clenched teeth. "Let me explain" he pleaded. I noticed the girl sneaking away, and frankly I didn't care. "You don't need to explain anything! I saw it all. I'm never going on a date with you, that's for sure. I think it best if you just don't come near me!" I said, my face showing disgust.
"Go easy on him !" Jake said trying to help his friend. Shut the hell up!" Ness responded. He just rolled his eyes. "No, I deserve that." Embry said.
"No shit, idiot" I said. "You know what? I'm leaving. Ness you coming."
"Yeah, I'll get our stuff and meet you outside"
She came to the car and found me crying my eyes out. Pathetic. I know. She pushed me to the passenger seat and started driving.
I seriously thought he was different. It happened out of nowhere? I really liked him. How could he do this. I was gonna have to get over him. It's the only solution.
