Chapter 14

"That's what makes him such a good puppet."

"Moth doesn't love me like I thought, she doesn't even care about me. But you do, Sabrina."

"No, I can't stay here with you, Tony. I don't love you... I love Puck."

"Don't leave me alone here."

"I'm sorry."

"Stay with me, Sabrina. We'll be happy here, just the two of us."

"I love Puck."

"I'll never forgive you for this."

"I'm sorry."

"I'LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR THIS!"

Sabrina woke up screaming and crying. "Tony! Tony, I'm SORRY!"

"Shhh, it's OK," Puck whispered into her ear.

Sabrina cried into his chest.

"Why is Brina so sad?" a small voice asked.

Sabrina turned to look at the owner of the voice.

It was the little boy. He walked up to the bed and climbed up onto it. "Puck, can I hug Brina too?"

Sabrina scooted away from the little boy. She didn't care if they said he was her little brother, she didn't remember him!

The little boy's eyes began to tear up and his lips quivered.

"Sorry, Basil, I don't think Sabrina wants anyone else to be near her right now," Puck said gently.

"C'mon, Basil," a quiet voice said. The girl in red walked over and picked up Basil. Before she closed the door she shyly said: "Good night, Sabrina."

"Do you really not remember your own little brother?" Puck asked.

Sabrina screwed her eyes shut and tried to remember but the only face she saw was Tony's. "No," she said and opened her eyes.

"C'mon, Grimm, you love Basil and Daphne to pieces!" Puck exclaimed.

"No, I love you to pieces!" Sabrina said and smiled at him.

A look of pleasure appeared on Puck's face but it quickly disappeared with concern. "Do you remember anyone else besides me?"

Sabrina groaned and laid down. "Puck, you've been asking me that same damn question for THREE WEEKS! And, in case you've forgotten, my answer is always: I only remember you and Tony!"

Puck closed his eyes. "How can you not remember Daphne at least?" he muttered. "You told me that when you showed Mirror what love was or whatever, you're strongest thoughts were of the little Marshmallow."

"Puck, you're talking crazy again," Sabrina said and rolled her eyes.

Puck sighed and shook his head. "Just go to sleep and let me try to figure out some stuff."

"I'm not gonna go to sleep again," Sabrina answered. "All I dream are nightmares."

Puck sighed again and laid down next to her. He pulled her into his arms and gently kissed her forehead. "They're just dreams," Puck told her. "They're not real."

"I think they're memories," Sabrina murmured. She was already dozing off, she was just so comfortable in his arms.

"But they're all of Tony?"

"No, there's this green-eyed creeper there too."

"Moth?"

"I don't know!"

Puck kissed her forehead again.

Sabrina smiled.

"Brina doesn't love me anymore!"

Sabrina frowned.

It was that little boy's voice again... Basil!

"Yes she does, she's just confused right now!" the red girl's voice answered. "I promise that soon she'll come give you a big hug and kiss! And she'll read you a bedtime story like she use to, I promise."
