The group was piled in a corner of a cafe, sipping mediocre iced drinks, and glancing around awkwardly. The Doctor, ever the impatient one, quickly blurted out "So, what is that we are doing at this moment?" Dave glanced at the black watch on his wrist and sighed."Well, were supposed to be meeting Kanaya here to discuss decorations and the dresscode, but she's probably to busy ravaging my sister to remember her dear friends, whose names she probably doesn't even remember, just vague recollections of human-whats-his cape and the tiny ass fucker who yells a lot. She's probably thinking 'oh, yes, I have something to do but I'm to deep in Rose's-' Karkat placed a hand on Dave's knee "You're rambling again, Dave" Dave pinched the bridge of his nose, and breathed deeply.
"Sorry. I'm just a little stressed right now." Amy raised her eyebrow and looked at the Doctor, mouthing "Human what's his cape?" The Doctor shrugged. Amy turned towards Karkat "Kanaya? The fashionista girl? Decorations for what?" Karkat glared for a second before softening his eyes "Two of our friends are getting human married. Me being the expert on all things that have to do with romance, I figured I could help make it perfect" Dave rolled his eyes, and kissed Karkat on the cheek "It's gonna be beautiful, babe"
At that moment, a tall troll and a slightly shorter human girl strolled in through the door on the other side of the shop. The human tapped her companion and pointed at the corner the group was piled troll girl smiled apologetically at the group and quickly strode over. "I'm so sorry I'm late, I had to pick up a few color swatches from the store"
The human girl cocked her head at The Doctor and Amy. "Hello. I see you have made acquaintance with Dave and Karkat. I pity you."
After introductions and explanations were made, a very boring conversation about themes and locations was started. "Wouldn't it make sense to have it on the beach, though?" "No, no, no, it has to be in a meadow or some shit!" After the location was settled, another boring and seemingly meaningless discussion about flowers was in all, it was a fun morning.
