Come Closer

Come Closer

Let me whisper in your ear

Endearments of love

Of truths I could never share

Because your body pulls me to you

Pulls me near

Come closer my love

Let me lay down my burden of fear

Hold me tight and caress and calm me my dear

Your scent entices me

It calls to me and draws me in

closer to your body.

Alas, my love

It cannot be

But come closer within my arms

And then we may dream.
