Chapter 18- The roof
Okay. We know Belle Jamie escaped. What will happen? I am sort of pausing the interviews until we see what happens! What will happen if she dies...or if she is caught?

Belle Jamie
I ran across the roof. My feet pounded. I didn't care that peacekeepers might hear my steps. I was going to jump of the roof. I neared the edge and bunched my muscles. That was when I realized it.
Right when I jumped and was in the air I realized that there was a force field. I don't know how, but I did. Then, I hit the field with a force that made me want to scream in pain. Wait, wasn't it supposed to hurt more? It did hurt a little, but not what I expected. Then I felt myself falling. Falling and falling, never stopping. I suddenly realized that I had jumped off the roof when there was a slight flicker in the force field.
All I knew was that I had made it. Almost. I gritted my teeth as the ground came nearer to me. It would hurt, but hopefully my neck would break before the pain hit me full force. But I didn't hit the ground. I hit water. Shock from the cold and velocity of the fall hurt, but not as much.
I knew how to swim and I splashed wildly. I guessed that Capitol citizens sometimes had small pools of water in their gardens. I wanted to scoff. One thing did make me feel better. I had escaped!
I will do more separate POVs so that we can see what happens to Belle. ;)
