Chapter 6

Hello! I'm sorry it's been such a long time since I've updated; I hope you enjoy this next chapter!
Two weeks past and I'm still getting sick everyone morning. Peeta starts to worry and convinces me that I should go see a doctor, so I do. I walk to the office a bundle of nerves afraid that she'll say I'm pregnant again. When I get there I'm asked to wait in her office until she comes and I wait for what feel like forever. When she finally comes she asks me what the reason for the visit it and to explain every symptom I've been having, so I do and when I finish, just as I thought she asks me to take a pregnancy test. The wait for the result is agonizing, and when it comes it's just as I thought, I'm pregnant again. I don't know what to feel, I'm excited and scared now at the same time. The doctor does an ultrasound and then I'm finally done. I walk home where my mom has been taking care of Prim. I tell her the news and she is very happy. The rest of the afternoon I wait for Peeta to come home from the bakery so I can tell him. 5:00 finally roles around and I hear him walk in the door and then into the kitchen where I wait. "Katniss, how did it go at the doctor's? What did she say?"" Well, Peeta I have news for you, the doctor said I'm pregnant again," I say. "Oh honey that's great that's news now there will be four of us!" Peeta says. Once again he is so happy that I have to be happy too. We tell Haymitch and Effie too, and they aren't really surprised. I wonder how long it will take for Gale to find out, but I don't want to think of him right now. We spend the rest of the night thinking of names and planning and I fall asleep in Peeta's arms, so content and happy.
