I was waiting for our parents plane to land and getting more and more nervous. I should have talked to Charlie first. I had started pacing when I heard my mom yell my name. I walked over to them and gave my mom and Sue and big hug then shook Charlie hand.

"So Jack said you kids have a surprise for us?" My mother commented as I gathered her bag and showed them the way to the truck.

"Quite a few surprise ma." I mumbled out as we got in. Charlie took the front seat and the moms took the back. "Speaking of which sir, I have to ask you something."

"What is it son, everything alright?" He asked as he looked back at Sue and they exchanged a smile.

"Well, I love your daughter sir, I have for a long time."

He just nodded and kept a stern look on his face.

"Can I please sir, have your permission to marry her." I spit the sentence out before I could regret it.

He looked back at Sue and mom with the same stern face.

"Three conditions."

"Anything sir." I croaked out hoping nothing would be to hard.

"One you two wait until she over eighteen." I just nodded that one was easy.

"Two, try to wait to have kids, you're young try to enjoy it." I nodded with a slight smile, he's going to be so mad when we get to the ranch.

"Three you always make sure she's happy." He said that last condition with a smile.

"I make that my life's mission sir." He patted my shoulder and Sue and mom congratulated me. The rest of the ride was spent with them asking what the big surprise was. I told them they would have to wait. We pulled up to the ranch.

"Wow Jack really went all out on the decorating. How many people did he invite." Mom asked as I got their bags out of the car. Emmett came downstairs in his dress pants and shirt.

"Mom, dad." He yelled out as he wrapped them in a hug. "Mom, Mrs. Whitlock the girls are upstairs, they could use your help." They gave him a perplexed look then went inside. "Dad we need to talk." they disappeared into the house I lugged all the bags into the house. From upstairs I heard some excited voices. A little yelling but mostly happy sounding. But from Jack study I heard some angry yelling. I went up to my room and changed.

"Now don't you go getting any ideas missy." I heard Sue playfully yell at I assume was Bells. They all laughed and were helping Rose get ready. I put my red tie in my pocket till I could find someone to help me with it.

"No I forbid it. I can't believe you are throwing your life away. " I heard Charlie roar as he stomped out of the study and headed outside.

"Just listen to me." Emmett ran after him. I was standing at the top of the stairs not wanting to interrupt.

"Son if you go through with this I will disown you." Emmett froze in place and looked upstairs. I had to dodge around the corner so he wouldn't think I was eavesdropping.

"Dad we're both eighteen, and if you can't support our decision, then I don't want you here anyways." I was shocked I really didn't think Charlie would be this upset.

"I just don't understand why you have to get married." Charlie sounded tired.

"You know why." So I guess he knows about the baby.

"What about school, do you really have to throw your life away. Rose doesn't start school for another year. Why not wait." He was trying to negotiate with him.

"I love her dad."

"I love her too, she's a sweet girl, but what about school. Your future."

"Dad I flunked out." He sounded ashamed I thought he was doing okay in school.

"What?" The rage in his voice returned.

"Yeah, I flunked out." Emmett roared back. Rose came out of the room, she had a robe on and her her hair in curlers. She joined me at the perch with tears in her eyes. "I couldn't hack it."

"Because you were to worried about Rose. You go back focus on your school."

"And forget we're having a child, forget the love of my life?"

"It'll be fine, you'll both move on. We'll help with child support."

"Just get out Charlie.I can't even look at you. This will be the happiest day of my life. I WILL marry the woman I love. We WILL raise our child together. We don't need your permission." Emmett stormed over to the door and opened it. "But I would like your blessing." Rose had a proud look on her face and smiled at me. I gave her a hug and smiled back at her.

Charlie was quiet for a moment and looked at him.

"I'm sorry son, I was out of line." He walked into the study and Emmett began to follow him.

"Its bad luck for the bride to see the groom before the wedding, get your sexy butt back in your room." He said to the stairs and Rose giggling then ran to the room. I went downstairs and Maria meet me at the base. I handed her the tie and she helped me put it on.

"That boy is going to make a good papa, don't cha think." She whispered as she finished the knot.

"Yeah, a very good papa oso." I laughed as she hit my shoulder. I kissed her head and went outside to help get people seated.

"It's time to start brother." he sounded nervous as we walked towards the house. He escorted his Mom to the front. Sue had a bitter look on her face.

"Shut up Charlie I can't believe you." she hiss at him as the walked ahead of me. I heard a door close and Bella came out in a beautiful long red dress. She made a face at me.

"Do I look okay?" she did a small spin. I wrapped my arms around her and kissed her. "That's a yes?"

I laughed and kissed her again. We walked to the front to some sweet country song. She went to the brides side and I stood behind Emmett.

"Don't forget to breath bro and don't lock your knees." I whispered to him. He gulped as Rose and Jack started walking down the aisle. She looked like some glowing princess, I don't think any person has ever been as happy as she looked.. She had a smile on her face that I'm pretty sure would hurt a normal person. It was time for their vows and I looked over at Bells, she looked like she was going to cry.

"Emmett, you drive me crazy. You're loud and clumbsy. You say things before thinking and leap before looking. But that's why I love you. You are funny, honest and brave. I can not wait to spend the rest of my life with you." He reached up and wipe a tear away from her cheek.

"Rosalie, my love. You make me want to be a better man. You make me smile every time you enter a room. I know life won't always be easy but as long as you're by my side it'll be pretty girl, I promise to listen to what you say and to always make you laugh."

She let out a small laugh and held his hands tighter. They exchanged rings and then kissed. He then picked her up and ran down the aisle. I took Bella hand as we followed them, she was laughing at him.

"Rose is going to have her hands full." She laughed as we took a seat at the main table. I nodded as everyone congratulated the couple then took a seat.

"You looking forward to this?" I kissed her hand. She smiled softly.

"I'm looking forward to being your wife, but not so much a big wedding like this." She kissed my cheek and snuggled into my side. My mom came over to us and hugged Bella.

"I love you both." She smiled at us and took Bella hand to look at the ring. "Jasper you couldn't get her a new ring?"

"I bought it as an engagement ring originally, just forgot to tell Bells." I said wrapping my arm tighter around her. Mom laughed and smiled.

"I know baby, just giving you a hard time." She fleeted off to go help Maria with something. Emmett and Rose finally came to the table. The food was served. Rose leaned over to tell me something.

"You better have a good toast or so help you'll never see your wedding day." She seethed out with a glare. Bella stood up and raised her glass.

"To the happy couple, let them be blessed with many years of happiness. I saw their first kiss, I think even I knew that they would be together forever. To Rose I am happy to finally call you sister and brother of mine, you better be good to her." I helped her back into the chair and stood up.

" Rose told me I have to have a good toast. To be honest I really don't know what to say. These two people are the definition of love. They have showed me time and time again what love is. They are both willing to sacrifice things they hold dear for each other. They make each other smile in a way I've never seen. Many people think they should wait but when two people are in love like they are, they shouldn't have to wait. I love you both and can't wait to see what you two will make out of your life together." I raised my glass and looked at my sister she stood up and hugged me.

"So that was okay?" I whispered, she laughed a little.

"That was more then okay brother." She kissed my cheek. It was time for dancing so I walked Bells out to the floor. She picked up her dress a little so she wouldn't trip over it. I saw she had her cowboy boots on. I smiled.

"Does Rose know you're wearing those?" I whispered as pulled her body close to mine and began swaying to the music.

"It was her idea she has on a pair of fancy red ones." She laughed out and I spun her around.

I laughed then picked her up and spun her around really fast. After a couple hours everyone watched the newlyweds drive off for their honeymoon. We went inside and saw Sue, Charlie and my mom sitting in the kitchen talking.

"Children, please join us." My mom asked with a sad look.

"What is it?" Bella asked as I pulled her chair out for and took the one next to her. "Is Rose okay?"

"They're fine honey we just need to talk." Sue said patting her hand with another sad look.

"Today made me realize you all are not children anymore." Charlie started trying to sound stern. "I, that is we all think everyone is moving too fast. We think it would be for the best if Bella came back to Forks for awhile." We sat there is shock and confusion.

"No" Bella whispered her eyes gradually sought Charlie out. "Jack needs Jasper here right now."

"We know that, he would stay here. You would come back home." Charlie continued I notice my moms eyes were glued to the table.

"Then I'm not going." She growled as she stood up. Charlie got up too as if to challenge her.

"Look here missy you are still a minor. If I say come home. You. ." He slammed his hand on the table. "You both are so young, just take some time away from each other okay." He voice softened and he sat down.

"Mom, please." She went to Sue chair and grabbed her hands. "I love him, I can't leave him." Sue took her hand and stroke Bella face.

"It's not forever baby, just for a little while. Please consider it." A part of me wanted us to run away, I had enough money to support us. Another part told me to be responsible and not let her loose her parents. So I walked behind her and took her to the corner in the room. I stood in front of her and took her hands.

"You know I love you?" I looked her in eyes trying to calm her down. She was still raging and wanting to go fight some more.

"Jas not right now." She tried to push past me. I put my arm up blocking her forcing her to look at me. Her face changed realizing what I was doing. "No Jas, please no."

"Darlin, I love you and no amount of time or space will change that." I whispered into her ear so they couldn't hear us."Go with them just for a little while." She looked at the ground while her eyes welled up with tears.

"Don't make go, I though you wanted me." She was starting to fall into the corner.

"Darling I do want you, but not at the cost of your family."

"You're my family. " her voice was starting to fail her as the tears started to fall down.

"And you're mine, but I don't think a few months will change how we feel about each other and I think you would regret losing Charlie and Sue." we stared at each other in silence for a few seconds. She looked over my shoulder at her parents then back at me. Her large brown eyes glistening from the tears. After a large breath she nodded slightly.

"The day of my birthday you come get me and bring me home." I nodded in agreement then kissed her cheek.

"Okay Charlie you win." She stormed out of the room then upstairs to our room. Charlie walked over to me.

"Not right now sir. I was taught to treat my elders with respect and I do not want to disappoint my ma and papa." I walked out into the porch where Maria and papa were talking. Maria came and gave me a big hug then went inside for bed.

"I'm proud of you son." He started rock the porch swing a little while I sat on the ledge. "I don't agree with him a hundred percent, but y'all are young, a little time apart won't hurt ya."

"I know." I whispered leaning my head against the post. "Just feels like its going to kill me." The last part came out with a small laugh.

"Charlie is just scared of losing them. It's hard when your babies grow up." He said as he slowly got up."You know what, I've been think that plot of land by the barn is looking awfully barren. Maybe we should do something about that. The house has been feeling a little crowded lately."

His voice was filled with a chuckle as he went inside. I started thinking about using some of my trust fund to build her a house. It wouldn't cut to much into it and a house of our own would make a great birthday present for her. After a few minutes of thinking by myself I went up to our room and wrapped my self around her sleeping form. I was going to miss to this.
