A/N: Ok, so I was asked why I put Percy in Hufflepuff. The reason is mostly because of his fatal flaw, which is his loyalty to his friends and family. Yes Percy is brave and would fit in Gryffindor, but his bravery comes from the desire to protect his friends and family which in my opinion show loyalty to them. Also since he refuses to join the side of the Titans, it's another proof that Percy is loyal, there forth a Hufflepuff. I think that Thalia, Annabeth and Nico's sorting are a bit obvious. The reason I put the Stolls in Gryffindor, is that they must be extremely brave to prank a bunch of kids that could run them through with a sword... and even so they continue.

Harry "outside" POV

The next morning on the Gryffindor was sure an eventful one. Harry and Ron were woken up by yelling coming from downstairs. As he listen carefully he could make out what the person was yelling. As he got downstairs he noticed a system rigged at the bottom of the stairs leading to the girls dormitories and a very big puddle of water. Looking in the common room he saw a scene which made him stop from confusion and a bit of fear.

Thalia was wet from head to toe with her face red from anger chasing Travis and Connor through the common room as they laughed loudly. She was screaming what Harry thought as insults and threats since he couldn't understand what they were saying and from time to time the Stolls would look a bit pale and stop laughing for a little while, but would then start again as they look at her. Thalia managed to catch up to them as they tried to climb over the couch and to be honest, Harry didn't wanted to be at their place. When she was done, the Gryffindors went downstairs for breakfast, staying away from her and stealing glances to the Stolls whom now had black eyes, bloody noses and walking with limps. Oddly enough, they were still laughing despite the beat down they had. They were talking quietly with the Weasley twins, the matching grins they all had made Harry pity their target for their pranks and he hoped they never use him as a target.

Harry POV

Breakfast was going on normally, well for the standards of a magic school anyway. McGonagall went down the table to give us our time table. I looked at it and saw that on Mondays we had Care of Magical Creatures with Hufflepuff, History of Magic with Ravenclaw, lunch and then double Defense Against the Dark Arts with Slytherin.

" 'orin' 'ay 'ish 'onna 'o 'e."

"RON! Not with your mouth full!"

" 'orry 'ion' " Hermione glared at him.

"I mean, boring day this is going to be and sorry Hermione"

"What is more important here is that we get to see all the exchange students interact in class today. See what they actually know."

"You're right Hermione, I said, we know a bit how Travis, Connor and Thalia are with this morning, but I still wonder what they can do."

We all went outside for our first class and Professor Grubly-Planks lead us to the lake. I looked around and saw Thalia, the Stolls and Percy I think standing together. The newest Hufflepuff had a bright smile on his face while Thalia had more or less of a scowl while Travis and Connor had grins, probably thinking of this morning.

"Ok students, today we will start simple and study the giant squid that is here in the lake. Now, this squid's breed is going extinct and this one was placed here as an egg a few years after the school was founded and has been here ever since. He has been feeding on the fish ecosystem that has been developing in here. Can anyone tell me anything about the giant squid?"

Hermione raised her hand to answer, as always, but Percy, whom moved closer to the lake to look over the side, beat her to it.

"This giant squid is actually a very common breed, there is a lot of them in the Atlantic ocean but they're not very nice. Most of them would most likely try to kill you by ripping you apart."

"OMG that is awful!" a Hufflepuff girl said. Percy ignored her and continued.

"The only reason they do that is because they are very territorial. Also the giant squids are vegetarians, they don't eat fish. They actually prefer to play games with the fishes."

We all looked at Percy with wide eyes and he blushed from all the attention. Thalia was rolling her eyes and the Stolls were snickering in the background. Professor Grubly-Planks opened her mouth to say something but Percy beat her to it.

"Umm, my father is actually an expert in sea creatures and he taught me everything he knew." Percy answered while his blush deepened. He went back to the back of the group, next to Thalia, Connor and Travis whom were all laughing at his face. The rest of the class went without incident, although the Professor sometimes looked at the exchange Hufflepuff for conformation and he would sometimes nod or shake his head for an answer.

The class ended and we went back to the school for our History of Magic with the Ravenclaw. We all sat in class and Hermione nudged me and pointed to the new blond girl that was reading a book at the back of the class.

"This is bugging me! shouted-whispered Hermione, I can't make out the title of the book. It looks like a whole other language! How is that even possible?!"

Ron and I rolled our eyes when professor Binns floated out of the wall.

"Today we are going to learn about the Greek gods and their wars."

Hermione interrupted him "But professor, gods don't exists!"

"You dont know that." we looked at the back of the class and saw Annabeth looking up from ger book.

"Please, the gods are just an excuse muggles created to explain things like the weather and wizards happening. They are just myths!"

"May we remind you, smarty pants, that you're a myth too." Travis and Connor said at the same time with a grin.

Hermione blushed and turned her head back to the front. Ron looked mad at the twins. Binns called the class back to attention, and drowned on about the greek gods somehow keeping the class awake. Annabeth interrupted sometimes to correct him and I could see Hermione boiling about it.

After class we all headed to the Great Hall for lunch. We heard some words about Professor Umbridge, the new Defence Against the Dark Arts, and believe me, they really weren't nice. I started to dread going to DADA class. This really isn't going to be fun.
