Yume: Okay so I decided to finally finish the story. It will be short, because I'm starting another story (lemon).
Ikuto: So you'll finally finish this.
Yume: Yes, but as I said, it will be short. Sorry Tagicheartbreak I won't be able to write the story as you wished it to be. I just find that the story is going to be too long and I'm sure that the readers will get bored before the end. Please accept my apologies once again.
FINAL CHAPTER
[Yume POV]
This was it. This was the day, which will decide our destiny. Though I already know what our fate will be...
[Rima POV]
Well, I know that Ikuto told us to wait for him here, but where was he? I just hope nothing happened to him. If we ever get Amu back she won't forgive me, if her beloved man were to die somewhere in an alley on my watch.
[Ikuto POV]
I woke up to sunshine and the smell of...pancakes?
I opened my eyes and saw pink.
Oh, right, yesterday I was wounded so I had to come here for the night. Well I should be going.
I got up, but felt an enormous pain to my side. I remembered that blow to the side that Kuroi-guy landed on me.
Well, pain or not I must stand up and go see Rima and the others. They're probably waiting for me.
[Rima POV]
~After 30 Minutes of waiting for Ikuto~
God if he doesn't arrive at the second I swear I will kill him, Amu's beloved or not.
As if by magic Ikuto arrived. But he was walking slow, holding onto his side and he was very pale too. I wonder what happened to him.
"What the hell happened to you? Did you get in a fight or something?" I asked jokingly. Trying to cheer the atmosphere
"Actually yes. I did get into a fight." He said with no humour to his voice.
"Who did you fight with?" I asked seriously.
"Some guy named Kuroi, he said Amu didn't want us to find her, but I'm sure it's otherwise. When I saw her eyes on the recording I immediately realized that wasn't her. Her eyes were screaming 'Save me! Help me!' I felt so helpless seeing her like that." He said sadly.
"Well we're going to find her today and save her." I said with determination on my face.
[Yume POV]
"Amu, come here." I said.
"Yes, Yume-nee." Amu came near me. I started brushing her long hair.
"Amu, we're going out today." I said.
"Why?" she asked me.
"Amu I know you want to see your friends. I will lend you the chance to do so." I said and finished tying her hair into two pig-tails.
I chara-transformed with Neko and used Sleepy Kiss. This made her fall asleep. I took her body and brought her to the secret tunnel I made during the years I'd been here. We got out and I used my radar to track down that blue haired cat-guy. He was in the Town Park. Perfect, it wasn't far away. I adjusted Amu in my arms and floated towards there. I just hope I get there before my powers fade.
~5 minutes later~
I arrived and saw that blue-haired cat with some people I hardly knew. I just hope they won't attack me before I can explain.
"Do not attack," I said.
I landed in front of them and placed Amu slowly on the ground.
"Who are you?" asked the girl with long curly hair.
"I am Yume Shinko. I am Amu's companion." I said calmly undoing my chara-transformation to show I mean no harm. This took its toll on me. I still have trouble maintaining transformations and changes. They noticed as well.
"Well how can I believe you?" she asked.
"I don't want you to believe me. I just want the best for Amu. And that's not being locked in a mansion and controlled like a marionette." I said.
"And you couldn't save her before, why?" she continued her questioning.
"I didn't get the chance. I was slowly making our exit out of that cursed mansion, but I didn't know what to do after we escaped. We would have to start from scratch. And now I'm sure that at least Amu will have shelter. I'll manage somehow, if anything I'll return to Ostern even if I have to take the punishment for helping Amu escape. Even if she didn't want to, that wasn't the real Amu. I'm sure of it. Ostern had used their brainwashing to make her not want anything unless it's an order." I said pitying both her and me.
"Why is Amu passed out then?" she continued to inquire.
"I used an ability to make her fall asleep. If I hadn't done that she would've resisted and not let me bring her out of there." I said. "I know how to undo the brainwashing, but I need some help from another chosen one. And I found one now. That would be...um..." I started looking through them all and I finally found the one who was also an Embryo. I pointed a finger at her and said,"that girl over there with the strawberry-blond hair."
"Who? Me?" she asked also pointing at herself. I nodded.
"Come near." I said. She followed as said.
"Give me your hands." I said. She again did as told. I held her arms. "Close your eyes." I commanded. She did and so did I. Warm light started glowing out of our bodies and traveled down to Amu. After a while the light stopped and I heard Amu's faint voice. I let go of the girl's hands and looked down at Amu. She had woken up. Her eyes were honey-gold. She looked up at me.
"Yume-nee, you did as promised." She said.
I hugged her with tears on my eyes. "Yes, I kept my promise and so did you. Thank you."
I continued to cry on her shoulder until I heard the others murmuring.
"How did you do that?" they asked.
"It doesn't matter. But now I must go. Good bye, Imōto." I said and kissed Amu on her forehead thus chara-changing with Teru and disappearing out of sight.
[Amu POV]
I can't believe I'm free. Yume-nee kept her promise. I wanted her to stay with me. But I'm sure she wouldn't have stayed. She's always been like that. She never stayed when given freedom. Though she risked hers by rescuing me.
"I'll never forget you, Yume-nee." I said to no one in particular.
