*Waves* Hi.

It's Zach again. I don't really know where to start, but I guess after Cammie and I walked back to the hotel would be the best place.

It was after I finished my shooting event, which I had to throw because I couldn't metal. But anyways, I was walking with my gun case back to the hotel with Cammie. After we said goodnight, I was planning on taking the case with the gun back to Abby.

I was thinking about what Cammie had asked me before. She asked if I had ever killed anyone with this gun. I told her no. And I meant it. At Blackthorne they do train us in guns, but after watching what my mother has done with guns, I prefer to knock out with my fists.

I was halfway to Abby's room when the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end.

"Don't turn around." A deep, male voice said from behind me. "Drop the case." I did as I was told. As he grabbed the case, I swung my leg out and ducked under his gun. Thankfully he didn't shoot or we'd have had a serious problem.

But then a pair of serious burly (and hairy) arms grabbed me and hauled me off the ground. I tried all the maneuvers I had learned for this situation. None worked. Something was placed over my mouth. A cloth with chloroform on it. The edges of my vision started to darken, but the pressure of the cloth wouldn't decrease.

I blacked out.

Chloroform doesn't always work on me. I usually wake up earlier than the attackers expect. I began to feel the movement of a car. I tested my hands and feet: both bound, tight. I moved my head slightly to try to look around, but someone spotted me.

"Not yet, boy. We aren't ready for you yet." The cloth came out again. Darkness appeared again.

Finally I woke up in a metal chair in a cement cube. There was one giant mirror on the wall in front of me.

"Good to see you're awake." I heard a female voice behind me. I tried to turn around to see who the speaker was. But there was no need. I knew who it was.

"Well thanks for the invite Mom." I hissed.

"Now, now." She sighed. "I told them not to tie you up." I struggled against the bonds and gave my mother a death glare.

"But it's probably a good thing they did." She walked around me. "You really have become quite the handsome one, haven't you. You have everything you want. Good looks, a good career ahead," She look at me with a smile as she said this one. "And, a beautiful girlfriend."

One of the men from earlier wheeled in a TV monitor. My mom flicked on the TV and the image of Cammie sitting in the hotel lobby came into view.

"We had one of our operatives give Ms. Morgan a note from you. For a date tonight." I squinted at the screen. "And here comes her date now!" My mother giggled.

I saw someone walk onto the screen. Cammie hugged him.

"It's Will. I knew he was working with you. I should have told Abby." I cursed.

"It wouldn't have made a difference sweetie." my mother cooed. "We always get what we want."

"So don't hurt her. What do you want from me." I spat.

"It's not what I want from you, it's what I want from her." She crossed her arms.

"What are you playing at?"

"Oh," my mother smiled. Her smile sent chills up my spine. "You'll see soon enough." She left the room.

I watched as Will and Cammie walked through the streets and toward a small restaurant. I was about to doze off when I notice a facial expression of Cammie's. Will had just itched his eye severely. Cammie said something and gave him the look she once gave me our sophomore year. She was catching on to the fact that Will was a cheap-o, scum copy of the real, spectacular original.

But Cammie apparently didn't say anything, because moments later the two of them were walking to a park bench. My mother came back in and stood behind me. Will suddenly leaned in to kiss Cammie. I tensed, I couldn't help it. My mother noticed.

"It's alright sweetie." she soothed. Her voice was like silk. "You're too good for her anyways!" My eyes narrowed. I turned behind me to give my mother a piece of my mind when she said, "But don't stop watching now!" There was excitement in her voice. "Here comes the good part!"

A man walked behind them. Cammie was standing up now and (it looked like) she was saying some very unkind words to Will. The man came up and smothered her with a cloth. Cammie crumpled. I saw Will laughing.

I decided I would kick, his, butt.

"You won't have too long to wait now, honey." My mom said. She flicked off the TV and left the room with a smile plastered on her face.

About thirty minutes later, I heard some scrambling on the other side of my wall and my mother came back in.

"I'd thought you'd like to see this," she pressed a button on a remote she had. The mirror suddenly changed into a window. I could see Cammie in a room just like mine. Except Will was there with her.

She was speaking harshly to her. And then, Will leaned in close to Cammie's ear and said something. Cammie's eyes went wide and she lashed out against her bonds. My mother clicked the button and the mirror was back.

Three burly men came into the room. I'd seen them before. They were part of the circle. I had beat them up in some training simulations.

"I'll leave you to catch up." My mother said. She headed for the door, then stopped. " Oh and boys, try not to wreck his face too much." They smiled and moved in on me.

I knew that screaming and yelling would only make them feel good about themselves, so I did nothing. I sat there and took it. And it hurt, let me tell you. When they finished, I felt like I had been just thrown from a moving train (which I have felt), then slammed into by a bike (also felt that) then sat on by a huge man (don't ask me how I've felt that one. But let's just say I was in Japan with my mother for her "business trip")

After my beat down, I was left to myself. In my cold, dark room.
