Sorry for posting this new chapter only now!
I am writing the second last chapter already and the are only less than 10 chapters left for this story.
But don't worry, I already have another story in mind and this time it will be a total different one from this one :) and also will have Gunter guest starring in it :)
With no further ado.
Chapter Twenty Nine: Movie Night
At Sonic Boom:
When the guys arrived at Sonic Boom, they saw Lester Dawson by the counter. After talking to Lester for ten minutes, Lester has finally decided to grant Austin the permission to use the practice room and also to allow Austin to date Ally.
"Thank you, Mr Dawson! You will not regret giving me your trust with your daughter!" Austin said.
"You're welcome! Here are the keys to the shop." Lester handled his spare key to Austin before pulling Austin towards him with a deadly stare, "But if you ever… and I mean EVER try to hurt my baby girl! You better watch out! Got it?"
Austin was so shocked that all he could do is nod his head in reply, "Got it, Mr Dawson!"
Within a split second, Lester smiled again and let Austin go.
"Good! Good luck with Ally!" Lester cheered before returning to the counter to serve his customers.
Behind him, Ty, Logan, Mark, Deuce and Dez took a few steps forward to beside Austin.
"What just happened?" Austin said after recovering from the shock Lester gave him.
"I think Mr Dawson just threatened … and cheered for you!" Ty replied, with eyes still widen in shock at Lester.
Logan shook his head a few times to shake off the shock and said, "Ok, we better get going! The girls must be wondering where we are!"
Everyone nodded and returned to the car.
At Beach House:
"We're back!" Ty announced as they entered the front door.
"We'll be down in a minute!" Cece shouted from Ally and Trish's room on the third level.
"It's weird! I thought they should be done with freshening up by now!" Deuce commented.
"I think they have!" Logan replied, gesturing to the coffee table filled with popcorn and bottles of soft drinks.
"…Then where aren't they in the family room?" Ty asked.
"… … …"
Everyone stood in silence for a minute with their eye balls circling around the room and no one is able to answer the question Ty asked.
Just then, the girls returned back to the family room, all giggling and laughing.
"Why are you guys standing in the middle of the room like that?" Rocky asked as the six of them took a seat on the couches.
"Eh… Nothing!" Logan said as he and the guys walked over to sit with the girls.
"OK! Everyone ready to watch 'This Means War'?" Ty asked as he inserted the DVD into the DVD player.
"Ready!" Everyone replied.
"OK! Let's watch us some movie!" Ty said as he took a seat beside Mark.
Everyone watched the movie awhile having pizzas and popcorn, all having a wonderful evening together like a family. Even though, the guys did not want to watch it at first but as the movie flows, all were absorbed into the movie.
Towards half of the movie, Cece and Logan went to get more drinks for the gang.
In the Kitchen:
"So what were you girls doing upstairs earlier?" Logan asked as they entered the Kitchen.
"We were preparing Ally for her 'date' with Austin on Thursday!" Cece replied.
"She has a 'date' with Austin?" Logan raised an eye brow in shock.
"No, not literally! She was about to tell Austin that she is ready to take a step forward in their relationship." Cece replied.
"Zam!" Logan gasped.
"What's wrong?" Cece asked.
"Austin was about to make his move on Ally on Thursday too." Logan said.
Cece's jaw dropped and within a minute, she started squealing but luckily, Logan sensed that and quickly pulled Cece into his arms to help lower the volume her squeal.
"Chill, Cece! We were not supposed to let the others know what we just discussed, especially Austin and Ally!" Logan warned.
Cece took a few deep breaths and nodded her head to Logan. Logan then let her go.
"Oh my god! I cannot believe it! I have to tell the girls about it!" Cece gasped.
"But you cannot tell Ally! It's supposed to be a surprise!" Logan warned.
"I know! I'm just going to tell the Rocky, Tinka, Dina and Trish." Cece replied.
"You have to help distract Ally on Thursday afternoon so we can sneak into Sonic Boom to decorate the practice room!" Logan knew that the only way this can work is with the help of the girls.
"The practice room? Ally wanted to talk to Austin in the practice room too! Boy, they are indeed the perfect couple!" Cece giggled.
"Ok, we will settle the details later, but we better return to the family room before anyone get suspicious." Logan said, holding onto two bottles of coke on his hand.
Cece nodded her head and followed Logan out of the kitchen.
In Family Room:
"That movie is still amazing even after watching it for the fifth time!" Cece gasped as the ending credits appeared on the TV screen.
"Not bad! I have to say! This movie was amazing, even for a romance movie!" Ty commented.
"I agree!" Austin nodded his head, "Well, what should we do now? It's only 7!"
"I was thinking we could turn in early so we can have plenty of energy for sightseeing tomorrow!" Ty replied.
"Great idea but where shall we go tomorrow?" Rocky asked, "Well, Team Austin and Ally, any recommendation?"
"I was thinking we could have early lunch and visit Vizcaya Museum & Gardens!" Ally said, "We could also visit the Miami Children's Museum later that evening!"
"Cool! An educational experience! You're on!" Rocky shrieked, enthusiastically.
Everyone stared at Ally and Rocky speechlessly, with their eyes widen and jaws dropped wide open.
Cece blinked a few times and stammered, "Er… o…ok!"
"Is there any other suggestions?" Logan turned to face Austin.
"Aw, come on guys! Vizcaya Museum & Gardens and Miami Children's Museum are really fun! Give it a try! You will not regret it!" Ally pleaded.
"Please! I want to go the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens and Miami Children's Museum!" Rocky pleaded softly before turning to her left to look at Cece, "Cece! Please! Please! Please! Pretty please!"
Cece took a deep breath and mumbled to herself, "Fine!" before turning around to the gang and said, "Let's go together! May be we could have a different experience!"
"If Cece is going, I'm going!" Logan added.
"I don't mind following Rocky and Ally!" Mark said.
The rest of the group hesitated before exchanging facial expressions for a minute, with the others.
"Fine! We will go to the Museums tomorrow!" Ty admitted defeated to his two sisters.
"Hurray!" Rocky and Ally cheered.
Having said, the girls all went upstairs to change and shower while the guys stayed behind to clean up the trash.
In Logan and Mark's Room:
After they were done, Dez came up with an excuse of needing to borrow Ty's laptop for some email purposes and sneaked into Logan and Mark's room while on the other hand, Trish informed Ally that she need to borrow something from Tinka and sneaked in Logan and Mark's room too.
Cece and Logan told the others what they heard from each other and decided to help the new-yet-not-a-couple-yet couple.
Everyone started to pitch in ideas here and there in between conversations to help refine the plan so that both Austin and Ally will not sense anything fishy among them.
"So we will tell Ally that I need her help on a birthday gift for my mom?" Cece asked.
"Yes! And Logan will tell Austin to come up with an excuse of Miami Mack wanted to talk him about his new male buddies from Chicago so that you guys can sneak back into Sonic Boom to decorate the place." Rocky replied.
"So we will help distract for Ally for like two hours! Will that be enough for you guys?" Tinka asked.
"I think should be enough! But we will text you if anything happened suddenly." Ty replied.
"Got it!" Tinka said.
"We better return to our rooms before Austin and Ally got suspicious!" Trish said.
"We have to turn in early too! We will be meeting at ten o'clock right?" Dina reassured.
"Yup!" Deuce replied.
Having said, the eight of them returned to their room to rest for the night and also to prepare for their educational experience tomorrow.
At Mall of Miami:
The next day, they gang woke up and get ready to head out for lunch at Mall of Miami since Ally need to return to Sonic Boom to pick up the cd demo for Austin to play during the interview on the beach tomorrow.
After picking up the cd demo, the twelve of them all headed to Mini's for breakfast.
"Oh! Ally, I need your help to get something for my mom's birthday! I have no idea what to get her from Miami so do you mind showing me around so that I could get something special for her?" Cece asked as she took a bite on her 'mini' taco.
"Er… ok! When do you want to go shopping?" Ally asked.
Logan nudged Austin at his hips to gesture him that it's time to cut in.
"Ow…" Austin flinched and turned to stare at Logan for a second before realizing what Logan is telling him, he quickly turned to face the others and said, "May be you girls could go shopping after my interview with Miami Mach on the beach tomorrow cause Trish just told me that Miami wanted to talk to me and the guys."
"Oh, really?" Ally raised an eye brow in shock.
"Ya, Miami just called me while you were ordering pizza." Trish replied.
"Oh and we have to meet up tomorrow evening as Jimmy wanted a new song by Friday." Austin reminded.
"When did Jimmy tell us that?" Ally replied in shock.
"Jimmy texted me last night to inform me that we have to finish writing a new song by Friday." Austin said.
"Ok! You have an interview with Miami Mack tomorrow at two, then later us girls can do shopping while you guys talk to Miami and I'll meet you at the practice room at like 4?" Ally suggested.
"I need at least two hours to look for a gift for my mom!" Cece interrupted.
"Oh in that case, is five o'clock ok with you?" Ally asked.
"Sweet!" Austin replied.
"Look at the time! We better finish our food so we can get going." Dez interrupted.
Everyone nodded in agreement and continued to eat their food. Within ten minutes, all were done with their food and left Mini's for the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens.
In Austin's car:
"Well, that went smoothly." Austin said, sarcastically.
"Don't worry! I believe Ally totally buy that." Logan said.
"I agree, everything will turn out according to plan." Ty agreed.
"Cece and the girls will help to distract Ally, in case of any emergency!" Logan said.
"Guys, tomorrow when Austin is having his interview with Miami Mack we will all sneak to the party Decorations so that we can buy the stuff we need to decorate the practice room." Dez reminded.
"What do we need to get for the decorating the practice room?" Ty asked.
"The usual! Heart shaped balloons and maybe some holiday lights because I want to turn off the light when I talk to Ally." Austin replied.
"Got it! We will look around the shop and get whatever that is appropriate for the decoration." Logan said.
In Ally's car:
"Do you girls think I should tell Austin how I feel when we're writing the song together?" Ally asked.
"I think you should but don't rush anything if not you will scare off Austin." Rocky warned.
"Oh Cece, what do you want get for you mom on her birthday? Do you have anything in mind?" Ally asked.
"I don't really have anything in mind; I'm thinking something like a cute purse." Cece replied as she shrugged towards Ally.
"What is your budget like?" Ally asked.
"Er…" Cece turned to face Rocky for an answer where Rocky gave her a palm.
"… er… I'm thinking fifth dollars." Cece said.
"Oh, in that case, I have the perfect boutique for you!" Ally said.
"Girls! Girls! Girls!" Rocky shouted suddenly.
Everyone, except Ally, turned to look at Rocky.
"We're here!" Rocky announced, enthusiastically.
