Rin POV.

"You're safe here"

I realized that I'm disappearing. At first I almost panic before those words were spoken. His words that resembles so much like the person in the alley. After that, all I see is the darkness.

There was no light or sign of a living creature. I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm SCARED. Please... Someone... Save me from this place... All the sudden, a golden butterfly came out of nowhere and flew to me. When it touch me, I could feel the warmness coming from it. It made me relaxed.

I closed my eyes and inhale, trying to calm down and think straight. Opening my eyes again, I was standing on glowing water lilies pads. The golden butterfly fly away from me and I suddenly feel tense again. I gulped before running/hopping on each of the glowing lilies pads, trying to chase after it.

'Do'

I keep chasing after it, ignoring the sound of the piano.

'Re'

I stopped for the moment to catch my breath, only to make the butterfly flew further.

'Mi'

I began to run after it again. The sound of piano never living me. It's as if...

'Fa'

I was happy, to know that the butterfly was within my reach. It's still far but I can reach it.

'So'

I reach out my hand to grab the butterfly. A smile slowly crept on my face.

'La'

It was like a game of tag or hide and seek. A childish game between me and it.

'Ti'

I capture the butterfly and grasped it tightly. Again it's as if...

'Do'

I'm a child again. The butterfly turn in dust and my body began to sparkle with golden dust. I gasped as I tried to escape but cannot because of it. It was like drowning in the sea except it's not the sea. But I don't care much that time because I was thinking only one thing.

'I won'

"lel twa jomenti al fo letimu..."

That lullaby... I know that lullaby but... Where have I heard it from before?

Kaito POV.

Her fever is disappearing. Thank goodness. After Meiko scared her and she faint after using that strange magic, Miss Rin began to burn up. Her temperature rises abnormally before it lowers again. It was scary.

When we reach Akakuro town, we quickly rushed to the infirmary. Meiko look paled the entire event, maybe she's feeling guilty? I shrugged, I thank to the Gods, Miss Rin temperature is now normal. I look up at the sky before looking back at Miss Rin.

"Is she going to be alright?" I heard Meiko talked to the doctor but I decided to focus my attention on Miss Rin. No matter what, she's my responsibility because I was the one who found her(A/N: Is that really a reason? (^｡^)). I sigh, why do everywhere I go I always cause trouble for other people. My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of soft mumbling. When Miss Rin open her eyes, to me it's as if time stops. In an instance, my body move by itself and hugged the blonde. That time only one thing cross my mind...

'Oops?'

Normal POV.

Everyone stop what their doing and look at the two hugging duo's. Some of them with jaw dropping, eyes bulging out of their sockets or just blush. Shion Kaito, the Shion Kaito is hugging a girl. Sweet, innocent, kind and naive Kaito who never so much touch a girl(except for his mother and Meiko) has hugged one. A stranger at it.

Even Meiko eyes widened at the scene before smirking along with the doctor who finally snapped out of his surprise.

"Entering puberty I see..." Meiko said with a sarcastic tone making everyone chuckle.

Then all kind of comments like "Young love", "Congratulation on becoming a man" or "Invite me to your wedding" can be heard. Rin was blushing in many shade of red that you could see smoke coming out of her ear the same goes for Kaito. Adding the comments, things doesn't go well for these two people today.

Rin, unable to contain her embarrassment pushed Kaito away from her slowly which Kaito doesn't object. Rin stand up and rushed out, taking one last glance at Kaito then Meiko before running away from the place.

Rin POV.

I can't imagine how bad my luck is today. Not only did I wake up in a strange place, dreaming a very weird dream but also to be hug by a stranger(A/N:Acquaintance you mean?). Running from Akakuro town then back to the bottom of the town is very tiring. I gasped and began to slow down when I felt out of breath. Looking in front, I could see the bottom already and decided to walk there. I look up and realised it's almost dark and that there is no one down here.

My body tensed and my breath hitched but I continue to walk, ignoring the cold feeling running down my spine. It was colder than before when I was with Kaito and that lady in red. When I see a lantern, I decided to take it thus making it my source of light. On the water, there are a little bit of those boats that look similar with the ones Kaito uses. I step into the boat slowly, not wanting to move to much and hang the lantern on the place provided.

Next, I take the paddle and began to row the boat. I gritted my teeth, it is harder to do this stuff than just seeing other doing it. Unlike Kaito, I have small physical body. So rowing the boat becomes very tiring... I sigh. Why must I always act without thinking before?

"Because that's who you are"

What the heck?! I look up to see who's voice that belongs to only to see only to see the boy with blonde hair again siting on the other side of the boat. I shriek. The guy... What's his name again?

Ren?

Ben?

Oh I remember! Len! Len stare at me with unimpressed eyes and also frown a bit. He shook his head and seem to be... Sighing? I glare at him and point my finger at him. "You're real?! And what are you doing here?"

Len smirk but he look angry too. He push my finger away and chuckled dryly. "You know, pointing finger at people is very rude and I'm offended. Of course I'm real, you stupid girl" he said with a boring tone. He suddenly stand up making the boat shake and imbalance much to my dismay and fear.

"Stop doing that! Sit down you git!"

"... Why should I? You're very rude. Apologise now stupid girl!"

"No! Never for a million years!"

"Fine then"

The boat began to shake very fast and I scream. If this guy keep appearing before me, it's going to be the end of me. "Alright! I'm sorry now stop shaking this boat before we both fall over!" I shrieked, scared when the boat almost turn upside down. Len finally stop moving and smirked, looking at me with his sapphire eyes.

"You know, if you keep rowing this boat to the north you'll reach a kingdom called Rosenholz" Len suddenly changed the topic. I look up at him curiously, wondering why he suddenly give me information. "Why are you helping me?" I asked him and he sigh.

"Because if I don't, I'll be dead with you here. I only want you alive so I don't need to tired myself to row the boat with a dead body on it, that's all" he said arrogantly as if he's a prince. Chet, spoiled brat. I sigh and continue to row the boat while Len just sit on the other side staring up the now night sky.

"So... How many days we need to reach Rosenholz?" he looked at me and then look back up the sky. "About three days I think..." He said tiredly.

Silence...

What?!

Meiko POV.

It was already hard to find her...Especially when the person you're searching for is running in a crowded place at night. I growled. That kid sure run fast for someone who doesn't seem to be fit.

For 1 second I thought she was dead. But when I heard the people talk about a girl with blonde hair running around here 3 hours ago and was heading down to the bottom, I know she's planning to run away from here. Kaito look guilty and embarrassed by the event before and I couldn't help but feel awful for teasing him.

When we reach the bottom of Akakuro town, there is a crowd surrounded the place. I look at the crowd curiously, wondering what the hell's going on and if the girl that Kaito's save is related. I walk towards them and here them whispering.

"Who could've stole it?"

"How terrible..."

"Poor guy... That fella's boat..."

Okay. It's so related. I decided to ignored the crowd and look at all the boats, also ignoring the sight of the weeping man. I narrowed my eyes when I notice the ropes weren't cut or burn, it was still clean and neat. As if the person knows the way to untie it. I let a low growl and slap my forehead.

Of course. Why must I listen to Kaito?! That girl only screams 'troubles'!

Len POV.

The girl won't stop babbling about food, shelter and all those shits. Heh, like I care what's her wants and needs. I can stop myself from eating, drinking and all those human's needs for as long as I want to. I sigh. If I said there would be a very small village a bit far from here but not that far... Maybe she'll stop talking like a chicken wanting to egg.

"Relax"

She stop talking and look at me with her ultramarine eyes. Reminding me of how much of a child she is comparing to me. Full with hope and life unlike mine. Yes, very much unlike me but maybe the past me? I don't know... Can't remember it. Anyway...

"There's another small village that took until tomorrow if we don't stop anywhere. There you could buy all the stuff you want to and I won't stop you at all" I lay on my back, not making any eye contact with her. She stare at me and gave a small almost visible chuckle if your ears are sharp enough. Of course, my ears are sharper that normal people.

"What are you chuckling about?" I look at her, bored but also wondering what's so funny. She stop chuckling and gave me a small smirk as she continue to row the boat. "You are dummy" she answered my question which I return her with a smirk of my own. "Oh really? How am I funny to you?" I decided to entertain her with asking her questions. She look at me before closing the contact between the both of us.

The heat of her body warming my cold skin makes me blush lightly but I thanked the god up there that the lights are burning low. Her eyes seems to be glowing like mine in the dark. She then move nearer to my ear this time. Haven't this girl heard of personal spaces?!

"You're a big teddy bear"

I stare at her as she laugh when she pulled her body back and began to row the boat again. The blush on my cheeks quickly faded before I, too, smirk.

"And you're just a little lost bunny"
