It was Harlow and Kahlan's first Christmas with the X-Men and so far everything was hectic. Logan and Scot were fighting over basically everything, Jean kept giving you and Scot death glares, Gambit was ruining everything it seemed and Professor X wasn't really around much. Kahlan was sadly going to spend Christmas with her family so Harlow would have to deal with everything.

Harlow and Scot were now a dating after Professor X had given Scot a long talk and almost scared the shit out of him. Jean did not like this one bit. She thought that as long as she wasn't with Scot he shouldn't find love but that was her problem. Logan was a little protective of Harlow because she was like his younger sister.

It was Christmas Eve and Harlow and Scot were cuddling by the fire in the teachers hang out, Logan was watching some movie with Nightcrawler and McCoy and Storm was making everyone some hot chocolate. Scot was playing with Harlow's red hair as they looked at the fire.

"Scot what did you ask for, for Christmas?" Harlow asked as she tilted her head up to see him.

Scot thought for a moment before answering, "I didn't ask for anything this year, because my life is already good enough." Harlow looked at him as Storm brought them hot chocolate and sat down beside them.

"So Storm are you ready for Christmas?" Harlow asked as she sipped her hot chocolate.

"Yes I'm ready for tomorrow. So did you two do anything fun with your classes because of the holidays?" Storm asked.

"Well I made my math class play Christmas games and my mechanics class got to make whatever they wanted" Scot told Storm as he got up to get something from the kitchen.

"My class wrote some about Christmas and what it was like when they lived with their family. What did you do Storm?" Harlow told Storm.

"They got the choice between watching movies, games or talking with each other" Storm answered Harlow. "So Harlow are there any traditions that you did when you lived with Tony and Pepper that you would like to continue here?" asked Storm.

"Well there was this one that we did every year and I would like to keep it going I guess. Every year on Christmas Eve Tony, Pepper and I would sit around the tree and open one present that night. It was one of my favourite things" Harlow explained to Storm as they looked at the tree.

"Well let's do that then" Storm whispered to Harlow before walking out of the room. Harlow then walked over to where Logan, Nightcrawler and Dr. McCoy were watching movies. She sat down in between Logan and Dr. McCoy. Suddenly the PA came on, "All teachers come to the Teacher Hang Out with your presents now please" Storm's voice rang. Logan quickly turned off the TV before they all went running to their rooms.

Soon enough all of the professors were in the Teachers Hang Out and there were a truck load of presents under the tree. "Ok quiet down" Storm yelled. She waited for the room to go silent before speaking again. "So we are going to start a new tradition and that tradition is that everyone will get to open one present on Christmas Eve. So you will each write down in this book your name and the person you are going to give a present to" Storm explained to everyone as she passed around the book. "Oh and look at what others have put because one person's name cannot be put down more than once on the side that are receiving" Harlow added.

After that everyone went to grab the present that they were going to give and sat down next to the person that they were giving the present to. So of course Harlow and Scot sat beside each other and waited for the next step. "Ok now exchange the presents and open them" Storm ordered. Harlow passed her present to Professor X who was sitting on her left and Scot passed his present to her. After seeing Harlow give her present to Professor X Scot was left wondering on who wrote his name down. That's when Professor X leaned across Harlow to give Scot a present.

Professor X opened the nicely wrapped box to see that Harlow had given him a scrapbook and some of his favourite things. The scrapbook was full of pictures of him and her, of him and his brother and him and many other people. The gift was quiet beautiful and a very thoughtful in his mind. "Thank you so much Har. It's wonderful, now I would like to give you a hug" Professor X told Harlow. Harlow then got up and gave him a hug.

Harlow opened the messily wrapped small box to see a necklace with a gold S charm. Harlow looked at Scot with her face still in awe at the gift. "Does the S stand for Scot?" she asked him. Scot nodded in response and Harlow gave him a hug. "Thank you Scot I love it so much. I love you" Harlow whispered in his ear.

"I love you too. I thought that it would be a great gift so you could remember that I will always love you" Scot said lovingly. Harlow then gave him a kiss which he gladly returned.

Scot then opened the odd looking present that Professor X had given him. He opened it to see a blue sweater. Scot walked over to the Professor and gave him a hug. "Thank you Professor. It's a great sweater" Scot thanked the professor.

"No problem Scot. Now can I talk to you in my office quickly" Professor X said to Scot as they started heading towards the door. Scot just followed the Professor to his office. When they entered his office Scot sat down in a chair in front of the Professor desk.

"Scot I want you to know that when I told you not to hurt her I was just caught up in the moment. I completely trust you and I wanted you to know that. It's just that I am her uncle and she is really my only blood related family left. So Scot I really wanted to say that I support you dating my niece. And if you so choose to marry her I will support that choice" Professor X explained to Scot.

"Thank you professor. I never doubt that you didn't trust me" Scot told him. "Now may I leave?" Scot asked. Professor X nodded to Scot allowing him to leave.

Scot Was on his way back to his room when he saw the light in Harlow's classroom was on, so he decided to go see who was in the classroom. When he entered the classroom he saw Harlow typing away on the computer. She didn't even notice him as he walked around her classroom she was so focused. He walked up behind her and put his arms around her waist. Harlow jumped and turned around to be greeted by a kiss. When she saw who it was she melted into the kiss.

When they broke apart Harlow said, "God Scot you scared me."

"What are you doing?" Scot asked as he tried to see the computer screen.

"I'm writing a letter to Tony and Pepper" Harlow answered.

"Well you shouldn't stay up too late because tomorrow is Christmas day and knowing Nightcrawler he will wake everyone very early in the morning" Scot explained. Harlow nodded and finished typing. "Well I'm going to go to bed. So good night and I will see you in the morning and Merry Christmas" Scot said before he gave her a kiss.

"Good night" Harlow called as he walked out of the classroom. She then finished her letter and emailed it to Tony. Harlow could wait to see Scot's face when he opened the present she had gotten him.
