To say Quinn was nervous would be highly under exaggerated. She paced nervously in front of her bed while biting her lip and mumbling quietly to her self. There was a knock at her door then it was opened to reveal Sam and Kurt. They sat on her bed Quinn didn't even acknowledge their presence continuing her pacing.
"Quinn!" Sam yelled hoping it would snap her out of her trance.
"Huh? What? When did you guys get here?" Quinn said looking at the two with mild confusion all over her face.
"Like five minutes ago why are you freaking out so much? What happened?" Sam said grabbing Quinn's shoulder to look into her eyes. Quinn's breathing started to become normal then she told him all about the project and going to Rachel's by the time she was done she was breathing heavy again.
"This is good, right? Rachel's the girl of your dreams and you're going to her house"
" umm Quinn you should probably go if you're supposed to be there by 6:20" Kurt said after sitting quietly for most of the conversation. Quinn looked at him as if she just noticed he was there.
"Oh my god yeah I have to go bye guys she said rushing out of the room. They heard her scream
"Bye mom love you!" As she shut the front door. Quinn jumped into her car looking at the clock seeing it said 6:05. She pulled out of her driveway making the drive to Rachel's. Ten minutes later she found herself standing in front of the berry home. She slowly made her way to the door ringing the bell then waiting for someone to answer. The door swung open showing Rachel in a short towel with wet hair.
" sorry practice ran late coach is slightly insane" Rachel said looking up at Quinn. Quinn stuttered out an that's okay while blushing wildly looking at Rachel's legs. Noticing Quinn wasn't moving Rachel grabbed Quinn's hand dragging her to her room not noticing Quinn's blush deepen at the contact. Rachel sat Quinn on her bed
"Okay I'll be right back just wait here okay?" Quinn nodded finally beginning to understand words again. Quinn looked around the room after Rachel went into her bathroom. There were cheerleading posters on the wall there was a tv in the corner and a endless supply of movies. Quinn was still looking around when the bathroom door opened and Rachel steeped out wearing a hoodie and a pair of Cheerios shorts. Quinn was once again staring at Rachel's legs 'how are her legs even that long'. Rachel sat not he bed next to Quinn crossed legged.
"Okay I'm ready let's to this project" Rachel smiled up at Quinn.
"So Quinn what to you like to do?"
"Ummm I read comic books I know it's kind of lame but I like." Quinn said looking at her lap and blushing. She felt Rachel put her hand under her chin lifting up her face.
" I happen to think it's really cute." Rachel said looking into Quinn's eyes. Quinn noticed that while staring their faces were getting closer. Their breathes began to mingle they were panting as they got closer. Then their lips touched for the first time and Quinn thought her heart was going to burst. They continued to kiss Rachel nipped at Quinn's bottom lip. Quinn whimpered the noise bringing them out of the kiss. They panted heavily still staring at each other.
"What did that mean to you?" Quinn said again looking at her lap anticipating Rachel's response.
" it meant that I finally stopped being a coward and showed the girl I've been crazy about for years just how I feel." Rachel said while playing with Quinn's fingers. Quinn blush got even darker not even knowing that that was possible. Quinn looked up quickly kissing Rachel again. That one kiss hadn't satisfied Rachel though and she kissed Quinn again hard. They were mid kiss when Rachel's door swung open.
