Chapter 7 – Ramon's many Traps and Mazes
So many crazy things going on lately inside the church… With Ramon taking control in capturing Ashley again hidden somewhere inside for Leon and Sarah to go find her together after fighting so many Ganados in clothing, bugs, Verdugos, and losing contact with Ingrid. At least Bruno's doing well in search of Luis, but what about Ada's whereabouts? After blasting a path for the two heroes to get themselves around the church from many weirdoes in the way, and no signs of Ashley yet the two kept on looking around with Sarah sensing things out and Leon to shoot the rest of the bad buys down. Sarah felt the bodies on the left over Ganados to see if the Plagas would pop out of them again.
"Hmm…"
"Anything?"
"Nope. They seem to be all down for after that shot. So, I think we're in a clear."
With more hallways to pass by and fancy living rooms, as for the room in finding the note for the two to reading it once they check the room to be all cleared and alone saying 'about the Salazar Family'… For many years, they been serving the Castellans of the castle that they were in now, for not all was brought to light but into darkness more back then and a bit today. Having the Region group that a very deep root called the Los Illuminados had their rights and for power taken away from them; soon saying of one being the 8th Castellan and wanted to atone for his or her sins by giving the power back from the Los people. Revealing it back and getting back some type of seal from them, what seal? And why Ramon 'it was his hand writing' that he releases the Plagas 'or Las Plagas' from deep under the castle was because of Saddler would help his ancestors and thinking it would be useful to making a better world. No way! Thinking once having Plagas in the ones with sins would clean out their souls, by finding the new Ganados a reason to live. It would make Ramon happy to making sure he does this for his family and for Saddler no matter what as well as making more and having a real woman like Sarah to bare a child, again so sick.
Tayla: Well, that makes sense for most in a sick way.
That made Leon and Sarah's stomachs turn after reading the whole thing.
"No way…"
"Ramon that sick bastard. He and Saddler think they can fix something, only to make it worse."
"We cannot let this out back home! We just can't!"
Leon will make sure on that for Sarah and Ashley's safety, even the world.
"Not if we can help it. Come on, Sarah."
Sarah won't give up in fighting back either.
"Okay!"
The two went through the door 'more like Leon kick down the door' as they deal with more Ganados going after them all over the room from downstairs and upstairs. Well Sarah points out to Leon where they were coming from to shoot down with a riffle to the heads. Boom! Getting their way through the hallways to the other room to shoot the rest down to Leon using a back-throw smack down was great, more like the place looks nice if it wasn't so dangerous. More to come for one in red goes off with something around his neck of a type of rare necklace for them to go after.
"Leon! The Ganado in red! He has something we need!"
The two-take care of the other Ganados in skull masks at a time as a team. After that Leon took care of the man in red from the other side and many times with a riffle until it went down dead. Getting around the room where the dead body was lying, Leon and Sarah got the rare Gallery Key to get them somewhere now to opening the metal door to seeing a room with four photos for Sarah to look and get what it means.
"Another puzzle?"
Sarah reads it carefully…
"It says here, the sacrifice of six lives shall make way the truth path. I think I know how to do this. Maybe if I just…"
Sarah moves one photo around the walls at a time until she got them all for Leon to see her working on it so well with her eyes on the wall. It was a man getting his head chopped off from first to third and two women being hanged from second to fourth making the wall to open to show a hidden door to go through, all thanks to Sarah's amazing skills.
"That's one way to use your brain."
"Thanks, Leon."
The door opens for Leon and Sarah to see inside the gallery room of Ramon showing himself to them from up top of the floor and looking down at them with the two Verdugos standing next to that little freak once again.
"It's him…"
Sarah fears from looking at Ramon from above.
"What a pleasant surprise. But I'm afraid it's Ashley we need and sweet Mistress to come to us, not you, Mr. Kennedy. So, let her be and die already if you don't mind me asking."
Leon stood by Sarah's side to be brave and stand up no matter what.
"Like hell I'll go with you, Ramon! We want Ashley back now!"
"Oh… A fighter here. No wonder why Lord Saddler wants you so badly."
Leon speaks up to Ramon.
"If you don't need me, then get off my back, old man!"
Ramon knew Leon was going to say that to him to be corrected.
"Did you say old man, Mr. Kennedy? It might come as a surprise, but I'm only twenty years old."
Sarah knew all long.
"I thought he look somehow older than an elderly. Still, this man sold his soul from aging to becoming a monster that he really is. We know about your family history!"
"You heard her! So, you're just like all the others. A puppet of the parasites?"
"Surely you don't think I'm the same as those diminutive Ganados. The parasites, Las Plagas are slaves to my will. I have absolute control."
Tayla: Join with the crazy people, dude.
"Well, I really don't give a damn. Rain or shine, you're going' down. Sarah's with me, not with Saddler."
The doors soon opened on each side for dozens of Zealots all armed with scythes and arrows to kill Leon and capture Sarah all over the room by Ramon's command.
"Make sure you bring Mistress alive and get rid of our American friend."
Once Ramon and his bodyguards leave the room, lots of Zealots and the doors close for Leon and Sarah to defend themselves against them one at a time.
"Sarah! Get ready!"
"I'll try my best!"
The two-stayed close together while shooting each Zealots down that came at them with deadly weapons all over the room. Leon kicks all of them down as a group to shoot the rest so easily and Sarah helping him out on the rest too; more came by from slide hidden doors from the walls for the two to shoot down for one grabs hold of Sarah to scream out loud for Leon to hear for her to ramming the man against the wall to shoot him to the head, and the dead body to fall on top of her for Leon to shoot the other to rush to Sarah's side quickly push the body off to get Sarah out and on her feet again. Good thing she wasn't hurt at all.
"Are you okay, Sarah?"
"I'm good. Thanks by the way."
The two smile at each other that couldn't help themselves for they are falling for each other the real love.
"It's no problem. Let's finish them off to keep on going."
"Right behind you, Leon."
Lots of Zealots came in with arrows on fire to shoot at both Leon and Sarah for them to shoot them down so they won't get shot first. From high, low, clear shots to the heads, shooting the Plagas coming out as well, it was getting crazier; though one arrow hits Leon close to his shoulder to be lucky not to be sticking out for him to seal the wound in time and continue shooting with Sarah backing him up too just then two more comes out from a hidden painting wall with rocket launchers to shoot at them.
"They're not playing fair here!"
Leon takes Sarah's hand to hold on to and they ran while still shooting.
"Come on! I know we can stop them! Cover me!"
"I'll go for the legs and you get the rest."
"Sarah, I don't know what I do without you around."
With the two staying closer, Sarah sneaks down below crawling to get to a button to hit on the wall for something to pop out from the floor to get to, after stopping the two Zealots with rocket launchers first. But how? Well, they ran fast enough to avoid getting blown to bits to the other room to make stairs in getting across that thing coming out with a blue chest in it they must get next. Still watching their backs and stopping even more Zealots men standing aside of them to being cut down, Leon opens the chest showing a shape of a goat for the three keys to unlock the hidden door, could that be where Ashley's at? Sarah knows that'll lead them the way there somewhere for all the doors open to getting out at last.
"We got one of the keys. Let's hurry, Leon."
Sarah almost falls off the high path for Leon to catch her and looked like holding each other so deeply to turn red.
"I'm so sorry!"
Leon didn't want to stop hugging Sarah for he wanted to hold her a bit longer.
"It's okay. You did great, thank you."
After that sweet moment for Leon and Sarah there, they leave the room to down the dark hallways of the church. Going outside to see many crows cawing everywhere to looking so old that it was still standing… Besides a fountain and lots of torches lid up it was a bit nice to look at, going to the next room to see a nice-looking garden with a hedge made maze to be in. Before they could go any further, Leon gets another call from Ramon once again, though Sarah didn't want her to answer it this time, he had a lot to say to a freak show like him old looking or not.
"I got this."
Sarah understood Leon that he didn't like him either.
"If you say so, Leon, then it's fine by me."
What did Ramon have to say to Leon and Sarah this time…?
"Mr. Kennedy. Good even to you too, Mistress. Still alive, I see. So, do you like my garden?"
"I see you've managed to work in a little of your twisted taste here too."
Ramon laughs.
"Sagacious as I am, even I get lost here sometimes. Even if it takes your whole life, you'll never get out. Do you know that no one dies without a cause? You will satisfy the stomachs of my cute pets. Now if you'll excuse me, I must tie up a few lose ends. Like chasing down a couple of rats."
Couple of rats, huh? Once Ramon hangs up leaves Sarah and Leon to questioning about that. What did he mean by it?
"Two rats...? If one's Luis... Who's the other? There an intruder besides us?"
Sarah thinks hard on that too.
"Well, there's you, me, Ashley, Bruno, and Luis… Wait. That blood from earlier could be Ada if she's really alive then-!"
Leon overheard Sarah mention Ada Wong.
"Ada Wong?"
"You know her?"
"I met her in Raccoon City and she died."
"And I said she saved me from my father's sick testings on me and she died from your story… But I felt her blood in the caves from earlier and… I hate to think about this one, I got nothing. I don't know what's anymore without seeing it with my own two eyes. Leon, please don't be mad at me."
Leon would never be mad at Sarah from that.
"Sarah, its okay to talk about it. Doesn't bother me, if she is alive then Ada's nothing more than a memory."
"I see… We should get going then."
The two-stayed close once they reach downstairs in the garden maze.
"Stay close, Sarah, we're in for a crazy maze through."
Once they entered in, they heard sound of dogs but more likely to be lots of wolves not looking happy to seeing Leon and Sarah to putting them down.
"Not related to Bruno I see."
One comes charging at them for Leon to shoot it down dead and seeing its body disappearing like the Ganados when the Plagas are in them for Sarah could tell.
"Not a friend to Bruno's at all. These poor things are affected by the Plagas. We better watch out."
Leon and Sarah loaded up their guns for Sarah doesn't sense Bruno where they were which was good to shoot down the bad ones.
"Then we can put the bad dogs down to end their suffering."
Seeing three or four more coming at them, Leon holds its head up from trying to get faced bitten off from its sharp fangs with a stick from the hedges to holding his jaw closed for Sarah to shooting it to getting it off Leon in time.
"That was too close. Cujo is one thing from a movie than this is."
Tayla: Sarah has a good point there, I like the movie Cujo.
Leon manages to shoot the rest, kicking some down, or whacking them hard until they bled to death to the heads. From every part, they come across besides stopping more wolves, they find pieces of another fragment that might be important to use in a bit once they know their way out first; for more came and one showed a Plaga and its many legs sticking out on its back and ready for the kill for Sarah and Leon to shoot it down quickly.
"I was right."
"I hate to have these types as a pet."
"Ramon's a sick man making poor wolves into these monsters. Humans are the worse."
After getting around the place to finding the other part of the fragment up top of the statue fountain, it looks like Leon and Sarah found not two but with the goat piece as well in unlocking the door to be place on the wall of the picture like a puzzle piece in doing so. Going back up stairs they use the two key stones place into one to getting inside. Entering the room together, Ada finally comes in the place too for Sarah to sense out and sees in person, as she was happy to see the two again but having her gun on Leon's back. Sarah had hers at Ada wanting to know if it was really her or not.
"You!"
Ada puts her other hand up to Sarah to greeting her.
"So, Sarah Lamar, long time no see."
Looks like Leon wasn't afraid to know who the woman was behind him for he looks at Sarah telling her not to do anything, looks like he has this one in the bag.
"Put your hands where I can see them."
"Sorry, but following a lady's lead just isn't my style."
Just for fun, Ada raises her gun up higher on Leon.
"Put them up now."
Just then and by luck, Leon makes a move on Ada to defend himself for Sarah to just stand and see this going on. Leon spins, grabs the woman's hand with the gun and puts her in an arm bar and takes her gun. She counters by performing a forward cartwheel, knocking her gun into the air. As she moves for her gun, Leon has his knife out and when she catches her gun. She aims, but Leon is faster. He blocks her gun and has his knife against her throat. Nicely done and Sarah still had her gun out just in case.
"Ada? It is you."
Sarah believes it's the real Ada Wong and a tough reunion for her and Leon to seeing each other at a bad timing like this.
"Bit of advice - try using knives next time. Works better for close encounters."
Leon takes the gun out of Ada's hands to removing the bullets for Ada looks at Sarah to wink and then removing her sunglasses to show herself to him.
"Leon. Long time, no see. You and Sarah now, huh? I would be jealous, but I guess I don't go for that anymore like I use to."
Looks like Leon knew all along to learning about it, was hard at first to getting over it but he was different now than he uses to be then and for Sarah to remember when she last saw her and was happy but a bit confused between her and Leon knowing each other from long ago.
"Ada… So, it is true."
Ada just smiles at Leon mysterious.
"True? About what?"
Sarah said one thing out.
"How are you alive!?"
Ada had a lot to explain which was hard to do.
"Wish I could tell, Sarah, but it'll be a long story."
Leon got back to what he was saying.
"You, working with Wesker."
Sarah remembers that name that made the nightmare happen and her father did terrible things to her and all to being betrayed and all.
"Albert Wesker…? You work for him now? That monster? You knew Father hurt me so much and you saved me in getting a sample!? You made me worried! How could you!?"
Sarah wasn't too happy with Ada in seeing her again for her betrayal and trusts for Sarah to liking her no more for Leon felt her pain, did she for them?
"Yes, it's true. And Leon, I see you've been doing your homework."
"I have. So why, Ada?"
Ada drops her sun glasses on the ground for it was normal ones but a small bomb about to go off.
"What's it to you or her?"
"Why are you here? Why'd you show up like this?"
"Heh."
Just like that, the sun glasses flash bomb goes off next to Sarah and Leon for Ada to getting her back the gun all loaded up.
"Leon! She's getting away!"
It was too late; Ada gets out from the window for the two unable to getting her again.
"See you around, you two."
Before Ada left, she moves her lips without speaking to tell Sarah something for her to feel out and then leaves; she didn't know what it was just yet.
"Ada!"
Looks like those two lost their chances to getting to Ada, making Sarah feeling betrayed what Ada was doing now for Leon to tell her a different story about them being no more.
"Ada… Why?"
Leon hugs Sarah from behind.
"Sarah, listen. I'm sorry that you felt betrayed by her and you don't need to worry about her liking me."
"Really?"
"In other words, she doesn't mean anything to me anymore…She's long gone. Trust me."
"I see, you too."
Leon says something else to Sarah about what he didn't say since he felt bad for Sarah having a brother to find, a real mother gone missing or dead, and a father hurting her so much.
"I forgot to tell you this, on what happen to my family during the Raccoon City outbreak. They were killed like you Father and the other people who worked for him were, being betrayed just like Ada did to us. It hurts I know."
Sarah felt shocked and very sad for Leon after hearing that.
"I'm so sorry, Leon. I lost my Mother and now finding my Brother… I don't know what to say. Why tell me this?"
The two sat down on the floor quick for Leon had to say it for Sarah to understand him more, trust is a key to caring for each other besides the other people like Claire and a bit from Ada not working for Wesker having a good side to her.
"Because you trust me in finding us to being together, like is love at first sight here. I trust you. As I said it before, you're an amazing fighter. You know how to defend yourself and using a gun, so that's why you can have this. It's one of my best."
Sarah gasped with surprise when Leon gives her a spare Butterfly 'being purple-like silver with two sharp blades sticking out from it with real butterfly shape wings on the side' to use to defending herself, saving Leon, and Ashley too for she takes it as a gift. It looked like a long-lost gift on some comrades that Leon lost during the zombie breakout.
"Thank you!"
Sarah gives Leon a kiss on the cheek to liking it.
"I should get a reward like this all the time."
"Oh, Leon…"
Leon and Sarah smile at each other.
"You're welcome; I thought it might come in handy for you, so now you can protect yourself and Ashley."
"I can help you too."
"I know, Sarah, you still can."
After that, Sarah remembers she and Leon had to go find Ashley from Ramon and fast.
"Oh, crap! Ashley! We have to go find her!"
The two got back up to get going.
For Sarah was ready and Leon loving her more 'to falling for her like she was for him', Leon surprisingly hugs Sarah to kissing her back on the forehead for them to staying close.
"Let's go."
Sarah smiles back at Leon.
"Right behind you, Leon."
The two headed out and Sarah hoping if Ada was on their side and not against them… While back outside of the garden, Ada makes a run for it to check on Sarah and Leon's wealth being so far to for reloading her gun to getting a call from Wesker about something big.
"Luis has succeeded in recovering the sample."
Wesker shows it to Ada on where to go on a computer map.
"He's waiting in the castle. Get in contact with him, ASAP."
"Understood."
Wesker had one thing to say to Ada about Leon getting in his way.
"I can understand the girl is no threat. But for the other one… That US government agent Leon, if you do happen to encounter him, put him out of commission. We can't let him interfere with our plans."
Looks like Ada doesn't want Leon to die of course.
"He has no idea what's going on. He's nothing we need to worry about."
"He's a survivor of Raccoon City. We can do without the extra distraction. Take him out."
Once Wesker sign off with Ada, she had a bad feeling about it. Worrying about Leon's safety and Sarah's after what she secretly told her, will she trust to listen at least or not?
"Leon… Sarah… Those two were meant to be and yet. I owe them both everything."
By the looks of it, Ada seems to be on their side still, just a thief for hire not a very bad person she was alive or dead. Once getting stuff from Merchant from selling and buying, he warns Ada something to watch out and beware of.
"Missy, better seek out that certain someone and fast or who know if his faith will live or die upon. I would hurry if I were you."
Ada leaves while trying to figure out what Merchant meant there… Soon lots of Zealots come charging all over the garden with shields up and weapons out at her to fight against, shooting one man's head off for the Plaga to grow huge to crawl out of like the Huggers in the Alien films to going after Ada, but she guns it down. It was only powerful by using a human's body and weak when it was out.
"I never like gross things."
After stopping more Zealots and Plagas all over the garden maze and finding things to use, going all over until she found the stairs to getting out of the place by going to the other side where more Zealots wait for her. They don't seem to be playing fare, huh? Ada shoots them each down with a riffle to the head for she was good like Leon was. And then she hooks line her way inside a room through the window then leaves again after picking up a rare hour sand glass. What for? Getting to the next room and another annoying Zealot to shake off her to keep on going to seeing other nice things in bad place for Ada wasn't afraid to back down until the job was done.
Ada still remembers what she told Sarah by moving the lips saying… 'Saddler has your friend and the other girls down below and force fed, I think they have something to say to you. So, find them before it's too late. Good luck, Sarah'. No way…. So why did she say that to Sarah? Just remembering that and seeing the Plagas all over coming out and some growing out didn't look so well. It looks like she saw the bodies being carried away a while ago to know something was up, the missing men's corpses all found dead in the fields and the women's too being a bit bigger and left out to dry. What was going on here.
"I hope I did the right thing in warning Sarah about this."
So, Ada says to herself. Making her way to the hallways and the kitchen living room in stopping more Zealots to getting into another with the gate coming down and trapping Ada inside with the used treasure chest and lots of Zealots ready to kill her. She must fight with another man with a metal mask on and sharp claws that's blind but hears so well and the rest, as she opens a chest with a hidden bottom to show a shape of an hour glass to place in there for… The doors to open and her fighting her way out first. Blows some away with her shot gun to shooting the big one down until the Plaga was killed off his back. We'll get back to her in a bit. ^_^
Elsewhere with Leon and Sarah about to leave after having their things all set to go and staying close in finding Ashley, there was a lot on what Ada said to Sarah if it was true for her friend Betty who was barely alive with the other missing girls to being beaten to death or worse, but fed to death? That doesn't sound good, for she wanted to believe in that just the rest to be crazy after coming back and working for Wesker again she doesn't know what to do. Sarah sits on the bed thinking hard for Leon to ask what was bothering her.
"Sarah…"
"Leon… Ada told me that Betty is still alive but won't make it much longer; she and the other girls that came with us are being fed to death by Saddler. Why is he doing that to them? Why Betty?"
"Wait. Ada told you that? You believe her?"
"I know when I see it for myself! Leon, I knew Ada was in Spain this whole time after feeling the bloodstains left behind. I'm sorry for hiding it."
Leon didn't look mad at all.
"It's alright. I met we're done, it was a mistake I made and it all changed when she came back differently. I care about her safety, just not who she is. I get what you're saying. But it isn't what it looks like."
Sarah puts her hands-on Leon's to calm him down.
"Leon, it's okay."
"It is?"
"Really. I believe you worry but not in love with her no more. You told me yourself already. I just wish-!"
Leon stood up to hug Sarah more passion than ever to looking at her and soon kissing on the lips for Sarah to be so surprise that this was happening to her, Leon was on top of her and kissing her on the bed.
"I love you. Sarah... And after we're outta this hellhole, I'm taking you home with me."
Once Leon said that to Sarah, she began to cry in a good way to never thought she hear this or for someone to really love her more for the first time ever.
"Really?"
"For the moment, we first met six years ago, and saving your life with Ashley's I mean it."
Sarah then kisses Leon back for him to be kissing all over her neck to liking this feeling, a really feeling happening to them called love.
"I... I love you too Leon..."
The two got closer to each other on the bed without looking away.
"Sarah… I want you…"
The two continue kissing each other.
"Then you can have me."
Before Leon and Sarah had some moment time with themselves, Leon makes sure they stayed in the small bedroom with the doors and windows locked and the candles lid up only all over.

For the two started to taking their clothes off slowly at a time from Sarah showing her naked body to Leon for the first time and afraid to exposing herself to him, he like it. "I hope no one heard or spied on us."

Twenty minutes later… 'By the way, this happened somewhere in the hallways of the different room once Ada left and Leon gave Sarah her own butterfly knife', the two got cleaned up from showering and cleaning out their clothes to put back on and keep on going. For Sarah was ready for sure to be strong, save Ashley, find out what Ada was telling her about, find Luis with Bruno, stop Saddler, and the others with the Plaga problems. For Leon was ready knowing that Ada can take care of herself, he was happy to have his Sarah around and as promise to live with him and training more on missions.
"Sarah, you ready?"
"Yes, Leon. Let's go save Ashley then deal with one thing at a time when we get there."
The two kiss each other on the lips and headed to the other room somewhere where they needed to be. Here we go in the search for Ashley Graham wherever she is at. Making their way across the long hallways of the room, to the kitchen of the living room, and seeing a photo frame being shown from afar as a target practice in shooting for both Leon and Sarah to shoot at the ink paint of the wine for the door to open up; entering in a small old room to getting things that they might need to use and then leaving the place into another fancy room for the gates to close down on them to being trapped along with a treasure box next to them.
"Leon!"
Sarah points out to Leon as the doors were locked up, lots of Zealots come running out to killing Leon and capture Sarah alive, and the man in the mask and claws jumps in for the kill. Again? Leon takes out his rocket launcher and grabs Sarah next to him to fire at the enemies.
"Stay close to me! Here comes the heavy blow!"
Leon fires on out at all of them for the big guy to go down in seconds and then the rest for they go up to the chest to open it next, to get an hour sand glass out 'that Ada left out for them by luck' to getting the doors back opened and Leon kicking the door down for him and Sarah to keep on moving.
"An hour glass?"
"Who knows, Sarah, it might come in handy."
More Zealots were coming at them to shoot down in the room for Ada to see from up top on where she was just hearing so many gun shots going off and them. But she had to keep on going.
"Leon... I'm sorry, but I can't be seen with you..."
Ada comes across Bruno for he didn't growl at her but knew she was a friend to Sarah to come up to, giving her an idea.
"So, you're Leon and Sarah's friend too, boy?"
Bruno barks for Ada pulls out a sandal for him to smell out that looked like what Betty wore.
"Listen, I need you to track this girl down for Sarah, can you do that for me? I'll catch up with you later after I take care of something first."
Once Ada hands Bruno the sandal to smell out, he started to smell the trail out quick before finding Luis again for so far, he didn't find him yet so he gets to work leaving Ada to do the rest.
"Thanks. Just leave the finding to me. You have done your part."
As Leon and Sarah stopped the men in black robes and stopping ones with Plagas sticking out 'which freaked Sarah out' shoots them all down to finally leaving the room after that.
"Ah! So, gross!"
"Ugly looking Plagas there. Like watching the movie Alien up close."
"Tell me about it."
Entering in the other room to stop even more of them in their way without any problems there, more to Leon to cutting them down with his knife and fall off the ladder. Going down to the lever to being pulled in making a path up top for Leon and Sarah to get to the other side where the door was at; getting across to putting the rest on fire thanks to Sarah sharp shooting was getting better making their way in the second part of the gallery to getting to the lock door for Leon to cut it down to getting across the other hallway room to where within the door they meet someone once they get their gear ready from Merchant's help.
Leaving Ada to go around of the room where Leon and Sarah were fighting their way out against the Zealots, after Bruno finds Betty and the other missing people, she continues her mission in finding Luis to get what she needed. Ada goes through some of the Ganados and some she had to kill standing in her way to getting to where she needed to be at; by going through the door next and fighting the rest of them off to having their heads blown off with a riffle Ada was doing well, even placing a tracker on Bruno to find him once she gets one job done on her end. Entering in the room up top to find Luis anywhere she hears a door opening and sees Leon and Sarah coming in with someone else there too, for she hides and waits to make a move. For Luis enters the same door they came out of to give them the good news, he has found them. Lucky for Ada there too.
"Leon! Sarah! I got it."
Sarah can tell what Luis has got for her, Leon, and Ashley too.
"Leon, he's found them for real!"
For Luis shows them the cure and the needle part in both of his hands for them to see, that's when it happened… A thump sound was made for Leon, Sarah, and Ada to watch in horror for Luis to be impaled by a huge tendril of a scorpion-like tail right through Luis in the air for Saddler's doing. For Sarah to be seeing him again and screams in terror for someone to die right in front of her again.
"No!"
"Luis!"
Screaming in deep pain, Luis drops the two things for Saddler to catch and drops Luis's body hard to the ground and the thing to getting out of his chest painfully for the tail went back into Saddler's robes underneath. Sarah and Leon came to stand by his side.
"Now that I have the sample, you serve me no purpose."
Leon was mad at him and Sarah was horrified.
"Saddler!"
"My boy Salazar will make sure you follow the same fate."
Saddler soon turns to Sarah for he hasn't forgotten about getting her back.
"No, Luis…"
"Ah, don't worry my dear. I'll have you back in my arms soon..."
Saddler laughs as he leaves the room for now waiting to have Sarah back and Leon dead for he won't let him get his hands on his woman this time.
"In your dreams, Saddler."
"Leon, I don't want to go back to him."
Leon pulls Sarah close to him to hold.
"It's ok, you will never find yourself next to him again...I'll make sure of that. I promise I'll protect you."
Leon kisses Sarah deeply.
"Thank you, Leon."
Getting back to Luis who was coughing up badly on the ground for Leon to keeping him alive and Sarah to make sure he doesn't fade away, but she senses his body to soon giving out.
"I'm afraid we can't save him."
Ada wasn't too happy to hear that.
"No… Stay with me, Luis."
"I am a researcher...hired by Saddler. He found out what I was up to."
"Don't talk."
Luis gives Leon a bottle and the pills to take for him, Sarah, and Ashley for Saddler didn't take them at least was a good thing.
"Here, this should suppress growth of the parasite. The sample...Saddler took it. You must get it back. Sarah, you are the only one who can save Leon and the President's Daughter with your gift…"
And with his last strength, Luis Sera dies for it was very sad for Sarah to see but tries to remember what those words met of her saving herself and the others from the Plagas within them?
"Luis! LUIS!"
Leon got mad in losing someone for Sarah to hold him and being there for him, for them both feel the pain together as one.
"It'll be okay… I know. He gave his life for us, for the pills to take."
Leon takes a few pills to slow the Plagas down within them which were good and the same with Sarah as they'll miss Luis; they must keep on going.
"Let's go get our antidotes from Saddler."
"Right behind you, Leon."
The two are good with the pills they took to not getting affected to keep moving forward, after what Ada saw from the other side where she was hiding she had to report back to Wesker on what happen.
"I found Luis; unfortunately, a bit too late..."
"Did you retrieve the sample?"
"No... Saddler has it."
"Hmmm... There will be another time. Have you had a chance to eliminate Leon?"
"Not yet…"
Ada had to lie to Wesker, like hell she wouldn't, but Wesker had other plans in mind.
"If that's the case, then maybe we can capitalize on his little lucky streak and take advantage of the distraction he's causing for Saddler and his followers. Retrieve the sample."
Once Wesker hangs up, Ada signs to continue her job I guess by finding the missing people thing she found out about so far but hasn't seen it yet.
"I better get going."
And with that, Ada reports on what's been happening so far once again… Something very important on a familiar face.
"Jack Krauser has been the subject of extensive study and research by the organization. His skills and personality have been tested both on and off the battlefield. If he were the best, he would become a liability that would jeopardize the rest of us. My conclusion: he's a great soldier...no more, no less. If he's well compensated, he shouldn't cause any problems for us. If he does start to get restless...I can take care of him. I've studied his combat style and can deal with that arm of his, if necessary. Krauser answers directly to Wesker, and it was Wesker who decided that Krauser should be sent to spy on the cult. He also decided to send me along. I wonder if it wasn't to keep an eye on Krauser. No doubt Krauser has already fallen to the temptation of Las Plagas. And the power they represent. This could have dire consequences for the organization... On some level, however, this may be a necessary development.
As his role is to disrupt this farce of a play. That said the stage in this play will ultimately come crashing down in the end...Bad luck for him...But he'll play the patsy in the end and take the fall for all of us. That's why I need to make sure, things keep going exactly as they are..."
What!? Jack Krauser's a traitor!? No way… So, he brought Ada to the place who's now working with Wesker with the Plaga within him with a new arm, so not good. So, all part of the plan that Ada must up hold him if he goes on a rampage? What's to come to that guy working for Saddler more, Ada's doing and aiding Sarah with Bruno's help, finding Ashley, Leon stopping Ramon, with a cure, and getting out any time soon? So much going on and more to come next, at lease Leon and Sarah are in love now. Cute… Also, may Luis Sera rest in peace.
