EPOV:
Pregnant. I can't believe she is pregnant. I can't believe she has loved me all this time and never said anything. I can't believe I never said anything. Obviously there is a lot of disbelief right now.
"All this time. We could have been together all this time if we weren't so afraid." Bella chuckles from beside me.
I look over at her. She is so beautiful and every time I see her she takes my breath away. I grasp her hand in mine and wait for her eyes to meet mine before I start.
"Bella, I don't want to get an annulment. I am tired of being away from you. I want to be there for you and our baby always. You mean everything to me. Please give me a chance." I plead.
"I don't want one either Edward. I want to be with you always. I love you!" I bend down and give her a passionate kiss. This girl that is sitting beside me is my whole world and I am so grateful to have her back.
"How are we going to handle this?" She looks at me. She is waiting for me to take control and give her answers that I don't really have at the moment.
" Well I would like to be there for you every step of the way. I will look into getting a job that pays well and maybe I can-" she cuts me off.
"Edward will you move in with me?" She asks quietly.
"Of course I will baby. I would like nothing more."
"Never thought I would have to ask my husband if he would move in with me." She laughs. I lean down and kiss her forehead. I just know this will work out. We are meant to be.
Later on the doctor comes and checks on our baby and talks about what caused her to pass out. They have Bella lift up her shirt and they put the ultrasound on her stomach. The room is soon filled with a whooshing noise that brings tears to my eyes.
" Well it looks like you are about 12 weeks along. You seem to be carrying further back so that may be why you hardly noticed a change. Everything looks normal and healthy. I will prescribe you some prenatal vitamins and I would like to give you some pills for your anemia. That is what caused you to pass out." She informs us.
"What does that mean for her pregnancy?" I ask with a great deal of concern.
"We will have to keep an eye on your iron and stress. It might mean a caesarean when it comes time to deliver but as long you are monitored throughout your pregnancy, your baby should be fine." We thank the doctor and are informed that we are free to leave whenever we are ready.
I go and sign the discharge papers and Bella uses the bathroom before we head back to her, our, apartment. I hold her hand tightly in my own the whole way back and with every chance I get, I glance at her beaming smile.
"We are going to have a baby." She whispers and smiles wider while placing our joined hands on her stomach.
"I love you Bella." I say with such love and affection for the beautiful, glowing woman beside me.
Now I know this won't be easy. Having a baby while we are still in college but I will whatever it takes to make this work. To make us work. I will get two jobs if I have to. It is with these thoughts that I pull into Bella's driveway and carefully help her out and up the stairs.
Just when I am unlocking the door she utters words that make my face go pale.
"We need to tell our parents."
