Lily is 8 and she is about to have her first sleepover. Ginny is in lilys bedroom helping her pack. "You got everything?" Ginny asked. "Yes mum you asked me that so many time already" lily answered "sorry sweetie" Ginny apologized. Lily stepped over to the fireplace. Ginny kissed her on her forehead. "Have a good time" Ginny said. The lily left on the floo network. Albus ran in followed by his friend Jimmy. "Has she left yet" albus asked. "Yes she just left" Ginny answered.
Yes now we've got the house to ourselves!" Albus said and started to run out of the room. "Don't get too excited" Ginny said. "I'm still home and James should be here any Minute now." "Ok mum" albus yelled from the end of the hallway.
James appeared in the fireplace the lily had just left in. "Hi mum" he said. "Hi dear" she said and kissed her 12 year old son on the forehead. "When's dad gonna be home?" He asked. "He should be home soon" Ginny replied "ok" James said
It is dinnertime and Ginny and James are downstairs. Harry apperated in. "Hi dad" James said. "Hi james" he said. And hugged his son. "Hello Ginny." He said. He walked over and kissed Ginny. "Eww" James said. Harry laughed.
Ginny yelled "dinner" albus and his friend rushed downstairs. "Dad" albus said and rushed over to his father. "Hello Albus" he said. "Ok dinners on the table" Ginny said.
James walked over to the table and albus walked over as well. Harry sat down. "Come on jimmy sit down" Ginny said warmly. "Thank you but I think I should be going" jimmy answered. "Ok dear there is floo powder on the mantle over the fireplace." Ginny said and pointed to a small pot sitting over the fireplace.
Jimmy left and everyone ate dinner. Now everyone is sitting in the family room. "Al your friend seemed so shy. Do you know why?" Ginny asked. "No" Albus answered and yawned. "What time is it Harry?" Ginny asked. Harry checked his watch "it's about 9:45" he answered. "Al time to go to bed" Ginny told her son. "But mom James doesn't have to" Albus complained. "James is older than you" Harry said "and don't talk back to you mother." "Ok" Albus said and walked upstairs. "I'm going to go upstairs to say goodnight to albus" Harry said.
Harry walked upstairs and knocked on Albus' door. "Al can I come in" "sure" Albus said. Harry walked in and sat in his sons bed. "Dad? How come james gets to do everything?" Albus asked. "We'll he is 2 years older" Harry said. "So.. Why couldn't you of had me first?" Albus asked. "Al" Harry said. "If we had you first you would be James" "I would rather be james" Albus complained. "Now Albus" Harry said "you are an amazing person. You are smart, funny, and handsome. You shouldn't want to be anyone else" "but james gets to do everything!" Albus said "he gets To stay up later, he gets his own owl and he gets date in a year." "That because he's older. " Harry said.
They heard footsteps above them. "See james I going to bed now and it's only about 20 minutes after you." Harry said "and in 2 years you will be able to do all that stuff James's is doing" "I guess your right" Albus said "good now get some rest. We're Going to diagon ally tomorrow."
