Hello everyone! It's time I update Time Riders! A Doctor Who/How to Train Your Dragon crossover fanfic! Remember to vote on the Poll on my profile to decide which dragon The Doctor should ride! This will happen in Chapter 3 or 4 so VOTE, VOTE, VOTE! Anyways 4 reviews, 5 Favs and 6 follows later, here is Chapter 2 of Time Riders, ENJOY!
"I'm sorry; I didn't catch your name back on the field…" The Doctor said as he, Hiccup and Toothless were strolling on the path in the village.
"I'm Hiccup, and this my best friend, Toothless" Hiccup introduced.
The Doctor turned a laugh into a cough but fortunately Hiccup didn't notice.
"So, your friend is a dragon, a Night Fury to be exact" The Doctor said.
"How did you know that?" Hiccup asked, Toothless sat and gazed upon The Doctor, as if he heard the word "Night Fury"
"Because I've met one, when I was alone, after I lost somebody very important…" The Doctor explained to Hiccup and Toothless.
FLASHBACK
The Doctor, gleefully, landed the TARDIS with a thud, he pulled on a long brown coat over his brown pinstripe suit which he wore with no tie, and his shirt spread out onto his shoulders.
He opened the doors, and saw a big island although it was night time. The Doctor smiled and sported a hat and shades.
"Aw, brilliant, talk about an island paradise, and I came at the right time!" The Doctor happily said to himself.
Then he thought to himself, where are the people trying to descend down a long stick?
Suddenly there was a rustle in the trees and a big shadow lunged towards The Doctor but it didn't attack him, then it walked near the light of the TARDIS and what The Doctor saw was a dragon with big ears, green eyes, short legs, rubbery wings and a long tail but it one tail fin on its left side, there was no fin on the right side.
The dragon looked at The Doctor and The Doctor looked at the dragon. The Doctor reached out his hand at the dragon but the dragon growled and tried to fly away but it couldn't for some reason.
"What was that thing?" The Doctor asked himself.
END OF FLASHBACK
"That was some story, Doctor" Hiccup said.
The Doctor smiled. Toothless meanwhile, was so excited, because some stranger knew there was another of his kind out there. He tried to convince The Doctor to ride him.
"I think Toothless wants me to direct him to the island" The Doctor said.
"We need to get you a dragon, Doctor" Hiccup decided.
"Brilliant, lead the way! Allons-y!" The Doctor said.
But suddenly…
"HELP! SOMEBODY IS DEAD! SOMEBODY IS DEAD!" A viking yelled.
"What was that all about?" Hiccup wondered.
"Let's go check it out!" The Doctor replied.
So he ran, with Hiccup and Toothless, flying in pursuit.
And that's the end of this chapter, what did this villager get killed by? What Dragon will The Doctor receive?

And by the time I go to chapter 3 and hardly anyone's voted, I'll just pick the dragon that I think The Doctor should ride!
