Chapter-Hail Dusky

"To me Nightshades," Alpha howled," to me!"

I heard the awful noise. The Witch King and the Fell-beast flew down and grabbed both Alpha and Theden in his jaws. I screamed and made a bee-line for them,"Jeidra," I shouted pointing at the Fell-beast neck but the Witch King waved his hand and then shouted something incoherent at me.

I gave a scream a I was tossed by the witch King- who knew he knew magic! So I tried to attack him and it didn't work. I looked up, Théoden was near Alpha on the ground. I was a good ten feet away. Théoden was trapped user his horse and Alpha was just lying there, a pool of his own blood slowly spreading. The beast moved towards Théoden,"Feast on their flesh," the Witch King told the Nazgul.

A soldier moved in front of Theoden to defend him,"I will kill you if you touch him."

That as Éoywn!

"Do not come between the Nazgûl and his prey," the Witch King chinned.

I struggled up and stood beside Éowyn,"I won't let you harm either of them," Éoywn shot me a greatful glance. The beast lunged at both of us, I shouted an immobilizing spell and Éoywn cut off its head. The beast fell down dead.

The Witch King turned toward Éoywn as she picked up a wooden shield and advanced towards him. The Witch King swung the mace at her and she managed to avoid it several times, but eventually he caught her shattering the shield and breaking her arm. She fell down. He towered over her. I snarled and rushed forward, but he simply caught me by my throat, then he picked Éoywn up by hers,"You fools! No man can kill me. Die now!"

The Witch King gave a howl of pain when Merry stabbed him in his knee and dropped both Éoywn and I.

I grabbed Garjlza,"Eowyn," I tossed it at her.

After she removed her helmet, she turned and caught my sword,"I am no man!"

I gave a triumphant howl as she stabbed the witch king in the head. Eowyn fell to the floor as the Witch King folded in on himself, screaming. Garjlza had flown out and was now at my feet. I grabbed it and rushed over to Alpha.

Crap! An Orc was about to kill him! I held out my hand,"Jiedra," and the Orc went flying. I thrusted Garzla at it and stabbed it right in the gut. Killing it.

"Alpha,"I whimpered,falling to my knees by him,"Hold on I'll heal you-"

Alpha looked up into my eyes,"D-Dusky," he breathed," Do not waste your energy on me. It is time I died."

"No-"

Boulder rushed up to us and pulled off his helmet,"ALPHA!"

Alpha looked at him,"Boulder be my witness," Alpha turned to me,"I, Alpha, king of the Ancient Ones. Hereby proclaim that Dusky,The Child of Magic, The queen of the Ancient Ones."

"No," I sobbed,"Don't talk like that you're going to be okay-"

Alpha gripped my hand,"Dusky. Be happy. Just be... Be happy," Alpha gave into the darkness and two seconds later he took his last breath.

Bolder bowed to me in wolf form,"Hail Dusky," before he let out three sharp howls and dove back into battle. All the Ancient Ones paused, they let out three sharp howls as well then screamed-

"For Queen Dusky," before they started killing again.

I solemnly stood up and grabbed Garzla,"For Alpha," I howled diving into battle.
