Chapter- Reunited
I have a yell as the head of an Orc came off. I would avenge Alpha. His death would not be in vain,"Legolas," I heard someone scream. Wait, he was here! My heart filled with joy as I tore out another's.
I turned around to see Legolas climbing up onto the trunk of one of the Elephants. He was here! I pushed myself forward, my ribs burning from where I had fallen. Boy did that fell like a thousand years ago. Soon I was running beside it and keeping up, dodging its feet and also the blades of men and Orcs alike, also hooves of horses. Soon Legolas was cutting the stand of the mercenaries off of the elephant and was at its head. He shot arrows at it and it fell to the ground dead. Legolas slid down the trunk a it fell. Gimli glance up at him,"That still only counts as one!"
I ran up to him,"Legolas! Legolas," he turned and I was running at him in human form tackling him in an embrace,"Oh my god. Oh my god."
Legolas smiled down at me,"Dusky..."
But as I looked up at him. I knew this battle was done. The ghost were turning the tide. But they couldn't do it alone. I drew Garjlza,"Let's finish this."
Legolas nodded and we rushed to find any straggling Orcs that were still fighting.

Aragorn had just released the dead when I approached, he smiled at me,"Dusky I am glad you are freed from the Shade's control."
Legolas stood by my side and placed his arm around me,"You are not the only one."
I chuckled and then Pine jogged up to us," My lady, I... I heard the news..."
Aragorn's eyebrow shot up,"Dusky what happened?"
I took a deep breath,"Alpha... Alpha was killed in the battle... But he named me his successor. I am the queen of the Ancient Ones now."
Aragorn and Gimli looked at me in shock and Shadow ran forward," Dusky," she handed me the crown of the Royal House, " This is for you."
She placed it on my head and I glanced back at Gandalf, Aragorn and Gimli. They all were smiling and Gandalf nodded his head,"May your rule be one soon to be of peace Lady."
Aragorn smiled,"I wish you the best of luck Queen Dusky."
