My now dark brown eyes once again snapped opened and I breathed in suddenly. I took more deep breathes and looked panicked around my surroundings. Everything looked like a blurry mess and I remembered my glasses. I remembered seeing them on the table next to me and I grabbed them and scrambled to put them on.

My parents rushed into the room a second after followed by my older by one year brother, Solomon. I didn't really pay attention to them while they explained what had happened since I already knew. I looked at my hands to find them without my black fingerless gloves and picked up a few strands of my hair. It was dark brown, not purple or white, just dark brown.

I plopped backwards onto a pillow and sighed deeply. Those that mean that what I went through, dying and going into a cartoon was a dream?

"Be quiet if you're lame" my brother said breaking my thoughts.

"Your face is lame" I said back and grinned a little at his annoyed look. They continued talking and I tuned out once again and searched my memories. I remembered all that happened. My training, my lessons, hanging out with Ember and dating Phoenix but I had nothing to prove that it wasn't a dream.

"-a gift for you" I heard my mom say. I turned towards her to see a box. It was wrapped in what I recognized to be fabrics Frostbite always used to carry stuff. I took the box from her and untied the fabric and held it close. It had a strong smell of ice and fur. I smiled a little and laid it to the side, making a note to keep it somewhere safe later, and opened the box. Inside it was another black fabric and a note.

"Can you guys leave? I need some alone time" I asked my family and they left without protest. Once I was sure they were gone and not coming back I let the tears spill. I held the black fabric up and held it close to my heart. It was my cloak that Frostbite had given me! I glanced at it once more and tried to read the note through my tears.

Dear Spirit (you will always be Spirit and my god daughter),

I was told what had happened and asked Clockwork to send this to you so that you would know that what you had experienced was real and it would give you some happiness. Once you are alone look at your left upper arm, just below your shoulder and know that you will forever be a member of the Far Frozen.

Your god father,

Frostbite

I folded my cloak and placed it, the note and the fabric in the box. I folded up my sleeve and checked my arm and gasped. At the side, just below the shoulder, was a tattoo. It was a dark blue, almost black, outline of the head of a yeti. I smiled down at my tattoo and rolled the sleeve down. I leaned back onto the pillow and held the box close, closing my eyes in content.

I knew it wasn't a dream…

This is the last chapter, I will be doing a QnA the next chapter to answer some points and stuff some readers have brought up while I was writing this. If you have anything to ask about this story or about the sequel (yes folks I will be writing a sequel!) please review or PM me and I will try to answer them the best that I can!
