A/N: I had to repost since a completely unedited version was saved over my final one, sigh. Thanks for all your input from the last chapter. I speak more on that in the ending note. Enjoy..

It was Friday night and Fitz had just finished putting up record numbers in another victory to keep their team undefeated. He and Olivia went to his house after the game where they were laying down in his bed and they were supposed to be talking but Olivia had a different idea in mind. They hadn't been alone all week and she was more than a little horny. She continued to ghost her fingers up and down his chest lightly grazing him with her nails.

"We said talk." Fitz reminded her as he moved her hand from under his shirt.

"Yeah but we can talk after.." She moved her lips to his neck and her hand back under his shirt. "Come on babe, it's been a whole week."

"Liv." Fitz said more seriously causing her to stop and look up at him.

"What is your problem?" She huffed as she rolled off of him and down onto the bed, he had been acting strange since their discussion about college earlier in the week.

"My problem? I have been trying to have a serious conversation with you for the last 15 minutes." She sighed and that made him more annoyed, he pushed off of the bed and walked over to the couch across the room. "God Liv, if you don't care about being away from me next year just say that."

"Again, what is your problem? I don't know what you want me to say Fitz. I am going to Harvard and you are going where ever you are going, that is it. There is nothing else to talk about." She sat up and looked over at him. "What do you want Fitz, what do you want me do? Do you want me to beg you to come to the east coast, to say that we won't make it unless you are a reasonable distance away-"

"Yes! That is exactly what I want you to say but I want you to want to say those things to me and not because you think that it is what I want to hear." He was yelling and he didn't even know why. No, he knew why, it was because he didn't understand why she couldn't see his point. "I want you to want me, I want you to not be able to be thousands of miles away from me because you wouldn't be able to function. Instead I get nothing from you, it's like you don't even care!"

She couldn't believe how he was overreacting, surely he knew how conflicted she was, didn't he? "Can you calm down Fitz? You are overreacting."

"Don't start with that shit Liv, I am livid and I have a right to be, so just stop with the soft talk." He hated when he was upset and she was completely calm like what he said didn't matter.

"How do you have a right to be upset? You have created this idea in your brain that I don't care, that I don't love you, if anyone has a right to be upset it is me." She hopped off of the bed walked over to him and sat down side ways on his lap. She could feel the anger radiating off of him as she ran her fingers through his hair. He had gotten himself all worked up for no reason.

"I love you Fitz, that hasn't changed. You don't think that this has been heavy on my heart all week? Well, it has and it has been tough for me not to bring it up when I see you. As much as I can't even fathom the amount of distance that will be between us next year, the only thing I feel worse about is me influencing this huge decision in your life. It would be selfish of me to ask you to follow me to the east coast when I know that is not one of your choices, God forbid we don't work out..I wouldn't be able live with myself."

"You promised me Liv, you promised me no matter what. I meant those words but apparently you still have doubts." He said moving her onto the couch and standing up moving away from her. "Maybe you will find someone better in college, is that what you were counting on?"

"Fitz..stop." Olivia said as she closed her eyes and rubbed her temples trying to keep the tears threatening to fall at bay. She leaned back against the couch hating that he was even suggesting she would do something like that.

"Maybe you will find someone smarter, someone more into swimming, on the debate team or you know maybe I was just a pass time until you found some black guy and I was just apart of some white boy phase of your life. Is that what this was?" He spat angrily at her from across the room.

Olivia's eyes shot open and she gasped as if she had been slapped in the face, she couldn't believe what he had just said. "You can be a real ass you know that?" Olivia said as she brushed past him grabbing her jacket off of the bed and rushing out of his house.

She waited until she was far enough away from his house before she pulled over and completely broke down. How could he even think that? Not once had them not being together even crossed her mind, yes she promised him but that didn't erase that one little voice in the back of her mind that said "What If?" Did she deserve to have all of her previous feelings dismissed because of that? It wasn't fair.

After 10 minutes she wiped her tears away and gathered enough strength to drive home. She went straight to her room, changed into her favorite shirt that Fitz had given her and crawled under the covers quickly falling asleep.

Jake had just come home from dropping Abby off after their date when he heard something downstairs. He figured it must have been Fitz getting a swim in like he did sometimes after the game but he found Fitz pounding weights instead.

"What are you doing?" Jake said grabbing the weights out of his hand. "Are you trying to injure yourself? You know better than to lift weights after a game. What is going on?"

"I don't understand girls man, that is my problem." Fitz said sitting down on the one of the weight benches.

Jake rolled one of the big bouncy ab balls over and sat down on it and asked, "Uhh ohh, trouble in paradise? What happened now?"

"It's what didn't happen. You remember how I was telling you about Liv going to Harvard and how I didn't know what I was going to do?" Jake nodded and Fitz continued. "Well tonight I tried to bring it up again and all I wanted her to say or ask was for me to come to the east coast to be with her. Apparently that is too much to ask though, she said she doesn't want to influence my decision but I think it's more that she doesn't want to admit that she needs me as much a I thought she did."

"What does whether she needs you or not have to do with you deciding on where you are going to college? I have seen you two and it is obvious that you both need each other that is no question. You mean to tell me you can't see or feel that?"

"Yes, I can feel that but-"

"But nothing. She can't make this decision for you Fitz and it is wrong for you to put that kind of pressure on her. This needs to be your decision and yours only, because if you get to some school over there and you hate it you can only blame yourself. She shouldn't have to worry that if you get into a argument or something later down the line that you can say the only reason you are where you are is because of her, because you did what she wanted. Go where you want for your own reasons, if having her by your side through this journey is what's best for you then own your choice Fitz."

"I hear you bro, I do but I don't know.." Fitz ran his fingers through his hair as he thought about what Jake was saying. "I'm about to go to bed."

"Ok, are we still riding together with the girls tomorrow night? I can drive and you and Liv can have the backseat." Jake said as he followed Fitz up the stairs to the main floor.

"I am not even sure where she and I stand right now. I said somethings out of anger and..yeah man I don't know."

"You have all day tomorrow to fix that shit and you better fix it because if you mess this up for me and Abby I'll gladly give you another black eye." Jake laughed as he playfully waved his fist in Fitz' face causing him to laugh too.

"I will do my best." Fitz grabbed a Gatorade and headed towards his room. "Catch you tomorrow."

The next morning Olivia woke up with her feelings still all over the place. She forced herself out of bed and into the shower so that she could go for her normal Saturday morning swim.

She was in and out in 15 minutes, she grabbed her bag and walked down the stairs out to her car. Even though it was barely sunrise she wore her sunglasses anyway and she was glad she did when she walked outside and saw that Fitz was parked behind her car blocking her in. "Oh great." She mumbled under her breath when he got out of his car and waited for her.

"Going for a swim?" He asked with a small smile and the glare she gave him quickly wiped the smile off of his face. Keep trying, he told himself. "Here let me help you with that." He reached for her bag.

"No thanks, I got it." She said as she moved the bag back out of his reach and popped her trunk placing it in the back. She closed the trunk and turned to face him. "What are you doing here?"

"I came to talk to you, I haven't been able to sleep all night." He said quietly.

"Really? I slept like a baby." She shrugged, turned walking to get in her car, intentionally dismissing his feelings as if she didn't care. "Could you please move your vehicle so that I can get out."

He walked quickly behind her and caught her by her elbow, "I deserved that, can you hear me out?"

"I have somewhere to be." She said refusing to give him her full attention.

He dropped his head in defeat, "Can you at least give me a call when you are done?"

"I am going to ask you one more time to move your car before I have my dad come make you move it." She pulled her elbow out of his grasp and opened her car door getting inside. "Move."

He nodded and went to his car backing it out them moving it on the curb waiting for her to pull off before leaving. It took every ounce of his self control to not follow her to the pool and make her talk to him. He didn't know what to do with himself so he went home and forced himself to get some sleep but he had to send her a text or something first.

Fitz: Livvie, I don't know how to get you to listen to me but I want you to know what I said was out of anger and I am sorry if I hurt or offended you. I love you today and always.

He pressed send and waited for a response that never came. He laid down and stared at the ceiling until eventually falling asleep.

"So you haven't talked to him at all since then?" Abby asked Olivia.

Olivia had gone over to Abby's house after she woke up from her post swim nap realizing that she had slept in longer than she had planned to and they needed to discuss the little of the Homecoming dance that night. Somehow instead of talking about the dance she ended up giving her the details of her and Fitz' argument from the night prior.

"Nope, he has been texting me all day but I don't even know what to say to him Abby..what do you say after the guy you love more than anything suggests that he was apart of a "white boy phase", like who says that? I have never even thought of Fitz being white." Abby gave her a 'yeah right' look. "Of course I know he is white Abbs, what I am saying is that besides knowing that I literally never think of his race. It doesn't matter to me, it has never mattered to me."

"What do you want me to say Liv? Clearly Fitz has some insecurity issues and that on top of him misinterpreting what you were saying led to his outburst but to say that I think that deep down he really feels that way would be a lie. I just don't believe that and I think you need to talk to him and hear him out."

"Yeah well I disagree. I think we should maybe take a break." Olivia said sadly.

Abby stared at her in shock. "What?" Olivia asked, wondering why Abby was looking in her like that.

"I can't believe that you are actually suggesting that you and Fitz break up over this, it blows my mind actually." Abby said shaking her head.

"Why? Why is that so hard to believe? And I didn't say break up, I said take a break."

"It is hard to believe because it literally is not that big of a deal. Weren't you preaching talking through things and moving forward? You think that once we are outside of this small town in northern California that you two won't have any racial issues being thrown at you from every direction just for being together? Sure this isn't 1959 in the south, but racism is very much still alive and there going to be people that don't want you together purely because you aren't of the same hue. If you can't handle Fitz bringing up your race about something as small as this then maybe not only do you two need a break, you need to break up completely."

Olivia hadn't really thought about that, about the fact that someone might not want them together because of their skin color. Were there really people out there that thought like that? It made her sick to her stomach. She knew Abby was right but she still felt like she was too, she wasn't running, she just thought they should take a small break and figure things out. Even saying it in her head seemed silly, could she really take a break from Fitz? Did she really want to?

"I don't want to talk about me anymore. How are you and Jake?" Olivia said switching the subject.

"We are good..so good." Abby smiled as she thought over the big step that they had taken in their relationship. "I think I am addicted to him Liv. he is just.."

"Abby please don't go any further I get your point." Olivia laughed, "Jake is like a brother I definitely don't want to hear man parts."

"Mmm they are definitely man sized." Abby stated as she licked her lips.

"Oh God, stop." Olivia said a throwing the pillow she was laying on at Abby's head.

"Really Liv? I have heard you having sex and if I could I would make that sound stop in my head permanently."

"Touche." Olivia said nodding and they both laughed.

"Are you going to be able to ride in the same car as Fitz tonight? That was the plan Liv, me and Jake should not have to suffer because you too are having a fight."

"Yeah, yeah whatever. Meet in the yard in about two hours you know how our parents like taking pictures at these things." Olivia threw a stuffed animal at her on her way to her house. She felt her phone vibrate and it was a text message from Fitz.

Fitz: Livvie, are we still going to the dance together? If we aren't then I don't even want to go at all.

She sighed and thought of what Abby said about them needing to talk before she texting him back.

Liv: Yes..I'll be ready in about to hours. Mom and dad like to take pics but you don't have to be here for that if you don't want to..you know, considering everything.

She pressed send and before she got upstairs to her room she felt her phone vibrate again.

Fitz: I'll be there for you..always, it's no problem. I miss you..

She couldn't help but smile as she read the text. She missed him and it hadn't even been a day, could she really take a break from him? She yelled out in frustration as she laid back on the bed. "I need to get ready." She said to herself. She moved off of the bed and started to do her hair.

Olivia had put the final touches on her hair and slipped on dress just as the door bell ring and she knew it was the guys. She applied lip gloss to her lips, sprayed her favorite perfume in the air walking through it and twirling making sure the moisture touched each part of her body then checked that her hair was hanging just right on her shoulders before walking down to meet everyone.

Fitz knew his mouth was hanging open as he saw Olivia coming down the stairs but he didn't even care. He had never seen anyone more beautiful. She was wearing a strapless purple dress that flowed softly from the waist down to her knees but had a small train in the back and he felt weak in the knees, like he wouldn't be able to stand much longer without some sort of support. He felt Jake nudge him in the back and he took a shaky step towards the stairs to help her down the last few.

"Hi." She whispered in his ear and he felt himself twitch in his pants.

"Uh..Hi." He made himself respond, he was still hypnotized by her beauty.

Olivia smiled at the obvious effect she was having on him, but she would be lying if she said she didn't notice how perfect he looked into his all black suit, black shirt and purple bow tie. His hair was gelled to perfection and he smelled amazing. They made their way outside and the two couples took what felt like a million pictures from her and Abby's parents before finally being allowed to leave. Olivia hugged her parents and told them she would see them later that night. Abby and Jake beat them to the car and she knew they took the front seat on purpose to try and force her and Fitz into talking, and with the way he was looking she wasn't even mad.

"After you." Fitz said as he opened the door for Olivia and helping her inside.

She smiled, "Thanks."

He hurried around to the other side and climbed inside but instead of sitting on his side he scooted over to the middle as close as he could to Olivia. He removed his jacket and placed is on the seat next to him before placing his arm around her shoulder and kissing the side of her head.

"I missed you." He whispered. "You are so beautiful."

She looked up at him and smiled. "Thank you, you are looking very handsome yourself."

He wanted to kiss her so bad but he wasn't sure if that was ok so he just stared down into her eyes until she gave him a smile and turned back to look out of the window leaning her body back into his. He breathed in her scent and relaxed taking in this moment and being grateful for the opportunity to have her in his arms again.

As soon as they walked through the doors of the gym, which was now transformed into a huge dance area, all eyes were on them. The music was blaring and it seemed like everyone was having a good time. There was a group of guys off to the side that yelled for Fitz as soon as they saw him. She felt him slip his arm tightly around her waist and pull her closer to him as they walked further in, making sure there was no confusion on who she was with.

"What do you want to do first Livvy?"

"You can go visit your friends, Abby and I will get a drink." She said looking around the dance.

"I don't want to leave you alone." He said where only they could hear.

"Why? Are you afraid I might find my black boyfriend that I didn't know I was searching for?" She said flashing him a fake smile. He stood there with his mouth open. "Yeah I thought so." She stepped out of his embrace grabbing Abby by the arm and pulled her to the punch table.

"Still trouble in paradise huh?" Jake asked as he patted Fitz on the shoulder. "Look there's Harrison, why don't you go put out that fire then work on Olivia later."

Fitz watched as she walked away from him and he hated it but he knew what to do to get through to her. That would have to wait until after he talked to Harrison. He headed over to where he was standing off to the side by himself, they hadn't talked since their altercation last week and he wanted to clear the air. "Hey, you got a minute?"

"What's up Fitz?"

"I was hoping you could tell me that. What has been going on man? I know I haven't exactly been available to you lately but you know that the phone works both ways. If you needed to talk why didn't you reach out to me?"

Harrison shook his head in disagreement. "I did try to reach out to you but you were always busy or had something going on. I know that doesn't give me the right to try to play you and your girl but I was being petty. I'm sorry about that man, I really am. It's just that my mom has been sick and it had been heavy on my shoulders."

"Is that why she hasn't been at the games lately?" Harrison's mom was like the team mom but lately she hadn't been at the games like she used to be. How could he have not asked this question sooner?

"Yeah man, she is doing better now but she had been struggling for a while and I lost focus..I guess I just needed my best friend and went about it all wrong." Harrison said as he stuffed his hands in his pocket looking down at his shoes.

"Yeah you did but I would like a chance to try and be your best friend again if you want. I promise to be a better friend this time around." Fitz held his hand out for him to shake.

"I would like that too." Harrison said taking his hand and then giving him a pound. "Bro's for life?"

"Bro's for life. Come on lets go over with the rest of the boys."

Meanwhile on the other side of the room.

"Looks like Fitz and Harrison made up." Abby said as she took a sip of the clearly spiked punch.

"Did they even try to hide the fact that they spiked this punch?" Olivia asked as she took another sip.

"Nope, doesn't taste like it." Abby said laughing. "Are you and Fitz going to stare at each other all night from across the room or are you going to talk to him?"

Before she could speak she heard the DJ saying something about a request from FG3 and she immediately knew it was Fitz. She looked up and saw him walking towards her as one of her favorite songs starting playing and everyone grabbed their dates and started slow dancing.

"May I have this dance?" He asked as he held his hand out for her.

She downed the rest of her drink and placed her hand in his, following him out onto the dance floor. She wrapped her arms around his neck and he slid his tightly around her waist, never wanting to let her go.

"I want you to listen to this song Livvie, it is how I am feeling now baby..how I have been feeling.." He said as he looked down into her her eyes as they swayed to the music.

She nodded and placed her head on his chest letting the music move her. She knew all of the words but having them dedicated to her, versus her listening and them accurately describing her feelings, made them take on a whole new meaning. Her heart melted as he started to sing the lyrics softly in her ear in his deep baritone voice, altering them a bit to so that they applied to their relationship.

"I found a woman that I can trust, and girl, I believe in us. I am terrified to love for the first time. Can you see that I'm bound in chains, I finally found my way..I am bound to you.." He removed one of his hands from her waist and lifted her to look at him, he wanted her to look at him as he sang. "I am bound you..Livvie and only you.."

Olivia stopped moving and leaned up capturing his lips with hers kissing him slowly, she didn't want to rush, she needed this, they needed this. Even when the music changed to a upbeat song she didn't care, she refused to break their connection. It wasn't until Abby came over and cleared her throat that they actually broke their kiss.

"You two do know that we are in a gym full of students while you are over here making out?" Abby asked seriously.

"Fitz and I will be right back." Olivia said to Abby as she continued to stare directly at Fitz. She grabbed his hand and walked them outside, ignoring the stares from everyone who had just witnessed their kiss. She led them to the tables in the courtyard and they sat there in silence. She rubbed her shoulders and he removed his jacket placing it over her arms.

"Thanks." She said quietly.

"Talk to me Livvie, tell me that you hate me for what I said, tell me it's over, tell me anything but please talk to me." He begged.

"Shh..I don't hate you, and we will never be over but I did come here tonight to tell you that we should take a break." She felt him stiffen beside her and she placed her hand on his knee. "But I never want to be on a break from you, I couldn't handle a break from you." She turned to face him.

"You really hurt my feelings last night Fitz accusing me of not being all in this. You say that I am looking for a way out? I feel like you want to be all in this but you wait for every little thing I say or do and you expect me to leave or want to leave you like you don't believe in my love for you. No matter how many times I say that I am here with you and that I want to be here with you. I can't continue to compete with the thoughts in your head Fitz and I understand that this whole college issue has thrown a wrench into everything that seemed simple before. I know that you have a huge decision coming up in the next week but I need you to understand that I can't help you with that. You need to follow your heart, you need to go where your heart leads you."

"I know Livvie and I was wrong to ask you to weigh in on that choice, I don't know what I was thinking. All I know is that I don't want to lose you but somehow I end up putting my foot in my mouth when it comes to expressing that. That whole thing about you finding someone else was nothing more than my fears and insecurities taking over. I'm fine one moment then the next I am a mess but I think you are right. I need to stop talking myself out of this relationship and just be in this relationship with you.." He pulled her closer. "I never want to be on a break with you either, I don't even want you thinking of being on a break from me. Thank you for coming to me, for allowing me to explain even after I had been such an ass."

She looked up at him and gave him a half smile, "You were an ass..and I hate when you are like that. You know I don't give a shit about you being white and don't you ever act like that is something that matters to me. I love you for you."

"I know and I'm sorry. I don't care about any of that stuff either, I was just..I was being a idiot." He leaned down and kissed her. "We should probably get back in there."

She shook her head 'no' before saying in a low voice, "How about we go create a party of our own first.."

Looking at her with a raised eye brow he asked, "What did you have in mind Livvie?"

"Follow me and find out." She said taking off in a light jog towards the parking lot.

He caught up to her and grabbed her by the waist from behind causing her to erupt in laughter. "You are so silly Livvie." He said as he put her on her feet in front of the SVU. "Why are we here at the car?"

"Well.." She ran her finger down the front of his shirt down to his belt buckle. "I noticed that you got the windows tinted and-"

He didn't need to hear the rest of her sentence to know what they were there for and what they both wanted. He crashed his lips onto hers and pressed her back into the door. He felt her digging through his pockets for the keys and he broke their kiss remembering that he had them in the inside pocket on his jacket.

"Hey." She whined when he pulled back, she wrapped her arms around his neck forcing his mouth back onto hers.

"The keys Livvie..they are in the jacket pocket." He said between kisses.

She handed him the keys and he quickly opened the door for her to get in before he climbed in after her. He didn't even have the door shut completely before she was straddling his lap and unbuckling his pants and untucking his shirt. He slid his hand underneath her dress as they kissed wildly and he was met with bare skin, he was so surprised that he broke their kiss and looked at her confused.

She nodded to the seat beside them, "I am faster than you." She said with a little laugh. "This bow-tie is so fucking sexy. I love it." She nibbled on his ear as she continued to speak, "You have to wear this bow tie again..nothing but the bow tie.."

"Mmm..you are crazy woman, but I love it." He said pulling her lips back to his.

He lifted up allowing her to pull his pants down releasing his hardened member, she took him in her hand stroking it as he slipped a finger deep inside of her. She was dripping wet and he felt a burn for her in the pit of his stomach. He removed his finger and lifted her above him, slowly easing her down his shaft. They moaned together breaking their kiss as he filled her completely. She placed her hands on the seat behind him a started rocking her hips slowly as he kissed her neck and whispered that he loved her over and over in her ear. She sped up her pace, needing to cure the ache between her legs, getting closer and closer with each roll of her hips.

"Yes Livvie..just like that that baby..you feel so fucking perfect..God you are perfect.." He groaned against her neck, he felt like it had been forever since he had felt her like this. He felt her her legs start to tremble and he gripped her waist taking over her movements as she succumbed to her orgasm. He moved her quickly up and down on his shaft until they were crumbling in each others arms and her liquid was dripping down his leg, holding her firmly against him as he let go inside of her.

"Fitz.." She heaved as she tried to catch her breath.

"Hmm?" He looked up at her, his eyes still low as he continued to bask in the ecstasy from of their orgasm.

"Hi." She said with a coy smile as she bit her lip, knowing that he would know exactly what she meant by it.

"Hi." He replied with a crooked smile of his own fully understanding what she wanted. He moved his hand to the side of her neck pulling her lips back to his and lifting his hips making sure she could feel him growing inside of her, giving them what they both craved..round 2.

A/N: Olitz had a little speed bump this chapter but they found their way back. Do y'all think Olivia overreacted or did Fitz go a little too hard at her in the beginning? Cheers to Jabby coming in and dropping some common sense. The song that Fitz requested was Christina Aguilera - Bound to you. It is one of my faves.

The input for Olitz to stay together was amazing, there were like 5-10 people out of 50 that wanted them to separate. I said I was going to go with the majority so I will keep them together. Instead of a time jump I am going to finish out this school year in about the next 7 chapters then start a sequel of them in college together, I hope you all will tune in for that and thanks to ScandalBayouBeauty for the idea. Up next, Fitz chooses a school plus Thanksgiving. Thanks for reading..Til next time.
