I don't know about anyone else but I didn't like how the last chapter ended so I decided to rewrite the ending. And I am super sorry to all my followers for taking so long to update my story but I have been super busy. And I am defiantly going to be working on getting some more chapters out to you guys soon. So thanks again for sticking with me

Russell smiled inside at another job well done, at first he had intended on telling Baljeet his whole scheme and rubbing in his face the fact that there was nothing he could do about it. But this way was so much sweeter, when the truth comes out the blow to Buford will be so much harder, though his one regret will be to lose his only friend and intellectual rival but it couldn't be helped. He slowly pulled away from Buford and looked into his eyes, he could tell that there was a hint of confusion in his stare (that would happen when you just grab someone and pull them into a kiss.) Buford was about to speak, but Russell put his index finger up to Buford mouth and spoke, "let's talk about this later". He kissed Buford again and walked off, leaving Buford stunned; he didn't understand what was going on in a matter of weeks they went from enemies to friends, and now something even more.

Baljeet couldn't believe what was happening; he tried to forget but the scene kept playing over and over in his head. He kept running, knowing that eventually Buford would be coming that way soon and he didn't want to risk a confrontation. When he made it home, he bolted up the stairs, ignoring the greeting from his mom, and shut himself up in his room. He did his best to keep himself busy, so that his mind wouldn't begin to wander; occasionally his mom would knock on the door to see how he was, and to remind him that dinner was ready, and that it was getting cold. To which his responses were; "I'm fine", "I'll be down in a minute", and eventually "I'm really not hungry". Baljeet didn't want to face what was going on, but he didn't have a choice. He and Buford were just a few doors down from each other, and they're mothers were close friends, so it was inevitable that they would cross paths with each other. "Baljeet", his mom called from downstairs, "Buford is here to see you". Baljeet's sunk into his desk chair, heart started racing, his breathing hardened, and his body started tensing and the only thought going through his head was "OH MY GOD". As the door slowly opened behind him; with equal speed he swung his chair around to see Buford standing in his doorway. Sensing that Buford was about as equally nervous about this situation, Baljeet motioned him over to his bed. "Can I help you" Baljeet said trying his best to keep his composure. After sitting down Buford to a long breath and spoke "I don't know how to talk about this Jeet, but mean me and Russ are…." "You two are now a couple, Baljeet said sounding a little pissed, "yeah I saw your little make out session earlier." Buford sat there stunned; Baljeet continued "if that all you came here to tell me then there's the door get out. "What the hell is wrong with you it's not what you think", Buford said launching up from the bed. "Then what is it?" Buford not being able to hold back his emotions grabbed Baljeet and pulled him into a bear hug; but much to his dismay Baljeet wiggled loose and pushed him away. Buford stood with his arms drooped to his sides; shock, disbelief, and sadness swept across his face. He walked over to the doorway and spoke "Im done with this, im sick of playing games with you, if you want me to be with Russ so bad then fine… and don't worry, by Monday im going to make sure that everyone in school know what drunken whore you are. "Excuse me" Baljeet said in complete disbelief of what he just heard; "yeah Russ told me everything, I know what happened that night he came over to help with your homework assignments. You got drunk and tried to make out with him. Buford said somewhat triumphantly, Baljeet's brain froze he couldn't even make a witty comeback as Buford left the house. The pieces of the puzzle were starting to come together, but the weight of everything had finally started to him, Buford the only boy he ever loved was out of his life for good. He lay down on his bed and started to cry.
