Ever since her day at Disneyland with Elsa and Olaf, Anna had this wide grin plastered onto her face. Passerby's noticed, her classmates noticed, and Kristoff and Rapunzel most definitely noticed. Which wouldn't normally bother them, but when they had asked her every single day why she was smiling only to be answered with a dreamy look, a giggle, and a, "Oh… Nothing" their curiosity had peaked higher than usual.

The only ones who didn't seem to think much of it was Elsa and Hans.

Anna had began to see them both on a regular basis, which did not help her grin dim down. As Anna promised Elsa, she allowed the blonde to drive her home at night. There wasn't much talking between the two, just light conversation. Or Anna would be rambling about what she and Olaf did that day or something that happened during class or whatever really, while Elsa just listened quietly, adding a few words here and there to indicate that she was listening. Anna had yet found a way to make Elsa smile though, but that was okay! Just the fact that she got to see Elsa's gorgeous face and Elsa in a variety of ties and suits made Anna grin all the way up to her dorm room and as she fell asleep.

And so, she would wake up in the morning, still grinning as she looked forward to the end of the day.

As for Hans, Anna found out that he had started working at the sandwich shop on campus known as, The Sand Witch Stop. Anna had always ate lunch here because they had the best sandwiches ever, coupled with the fact that handsome Hans worked there made her grin even wider.

"You're always smiling when you come in" Han's laughed over a week after Anna's trip to Disneyland as he brought her the sandwich she ordered.

"Oh? Am I?" Anna giggled, "I didn't noticed. It certainly has nothing to do with my trip to Disneyland. Nope. Not at all. Because that was like, over a week ago. And being happy about two things that occurred that long ago would be silly! Which I'm not! And okay, part of the reason why I've been so happy is because of Olaf who had been more excited and happy than usual since his birthday. That's because Elsa got him a cello for his birthday present. So now he's always playing with it, which is REALLY cute because he doesn't know any songs or tunes, so he always ends up making weird sounds with it. But he's not the main reason why I'm so happy. And, alright, so you're part of the reason why I'm happy too. I mean, who wouldn't be if they got to see your gorgeous face every- Wait… I didn't mean that!" Anna gasped "Not that you're not gorgeous, I mean you are. It's just- I didn't mean to say it. Out loud I mean."

Hans merely chuckled "It's alright, it's cute."

Anna flushed a little and flashed him a shy grin, which he returned with his own shy smile.

After that incident, Anna was floating on cloud nine. It was sickening to see her walk by with the widest grin on her face, to see her still smile even when coffee, foods, or drinks were spilled on her –which had happened numerous times-, to see her actually skipping from school to Olaf's school, and to see her sitting down with her head resting in her hands while humming a tune and kicking her feet. Not even homework, tests, and studying could dampen her mood! What was worse was that no matter how many times her friends asked her the simple questions of "What happened at Disneyland?" and "Why do you keep smiling like that?" was that she would just stop, grin even wider (which they thought was impossible), and giggle. Olaf of course was happy that she was so happy and her friends were like that at first as well. But after nearly three weeks (Han's calling her cute on the second week) passing by, they were getting sick and tired of not knowing what was making her so happy. Her reactions and attitudes were getting so bad (to the point that everyone would have to hide their eyes at her bright grin), that Kristoff and Rapunzel decided that enough was enough! They agreed that they WILL find out what was making their dear friend so sickeningly gross and happy; even if they had to beat the reason out of her.

They were not kidding.

It was a Thursday afternoon, and Anna was voluntarily studying by herself at the library. Taking a look at the clock, she decided that it was a good time to take a break and go on over to the Sand Witch Stop for a much deserved caffeinated beverage and to admire Han's pretty face before heading over to Olaf's school. So, she gathered her belongings, exited the library, and began her journey to her destination. She wasn't skipping as expected though; instead she was walking with a bounce in her step while humming a tune. The redheaded college student was almost to the Sand Witch Stop when suddenly, something covered her mouth and something else covering her head as everything went dark. Next thing she knew, she felt herself being hoisted up and over someone's shoulder and being taken away. She could only let out a muffled cry as she was taken.

By the time the bag came off her head, she was thrown on a chair and she still couldn't see.

Then a light turned on in front of her, shining right at her face. Although she was able to tell that she was seated at a desk and that there were 2 shadowy figures in front of her. She squinted her eyes to get a better look when recognition flickered in her eyes.

"What the ham you guys?!" Anna yelled upon seeing that her kidnappers were just Kristoff and Rapunzel. "You two scared me half out of my wits!"

If Anna's tone intimidated her two friends, they didn't show it. Instead, they stared down at their friend from the other side of a desk, arms crossed over their chest.

"Alright Anna, we know something is making you happy. HAPPIER than usual." Kristoff began "And we know it's not just because you get to see Hans practically everyday and because he said that you were cute."

Anna had pretty much ran to the both of them after class telling them right after Hans called her cute. So her friends had initially thought that she was happy about the compliment for the following week. But then they knew that she wasn't that happy about the compliment after the third week of sunny smiles, hums that accompanied skips, and grins during studying sessions that the cause of her happiness was much bigger than just a simple compliment. After much thinking and deduction, they came to a conclusion: Elsa was the cause.

"Now spit it out!" Rapunzel demanded while slapping a hand on the desk "What happened?"

Anna knew what they were talking about. Of course she knew what they were talking about. But she didn't want to share it with them. Well, that was a lie. Of course she wanted to tell them! She always told her two best friends everything. But she wanted to keep the fact that she was Elsa's first kiss to herself and the fact that she got to see Elsa every night now. Otherwise they would find some way to tease her endlessly about it or ruin the memory of their kiss. Now why would she want that? She didn't, so she feigned ignorance as best as she could. Which was hard because the memory always brought a grin on her face.

"I don't know what you're talking about" She lied with a face-eating grin.

"LIES!" Kristoff and Rapunzel shouted, both slamming their hands on the desk.

"It is not!" Anna exclaimed, her grin still plastered on.

Her two friends narrowed her eyes at her, then they turned around to whisper their next plan

"She's not budging." Kristoff whispered

"We both knew she wouldn't confess so easily." Rapunzel whispered back

"But she didn't even flinch when we yelled and slammed the table."

"It just means we have to rough her up a little."

Kristoff's eyes widened a little "Rapunzel, she's our friend. I don't want to hurt her."

"We're not going to hurt her." The short-haired brunette reassured "Besides, it's not like you're coming up with any brilliant ideas. But if push comes to shove…"

"Alright, fine. But I'm leaving the room if things become violent. I don't want to be a witness."

"Fine."

The two turned around, ready to "rough their friend up", only to hesitate due to the fact that Anna was still grinning, but this time with her head in her hands and her feet swinging under her.

They were both starting to reconsider questioning her and thinking of just leaving her alone. But her grin also struck a stronger feeling in them, their curiosity.

With their resolve stronger than before, they decided that they had to step up their game.

… Well… Rapunzel did.

"You have one more chance Anna…" Anna's good friend Rapunzel said, slowly walking around the desk over to her side "NOW TELL US." Rapunzel suddenly grabbed the desk light and brought it closer to Anna's face "What has made you so happy?"

"I'm not telling you anything." Anna stubbornly said, turning her head away from the light.

Rapunzel huffed, putting the desk light back on the desk. "Fine. You leave me with no other choice." She crouched under the desk and began patting around the floor, looking for something.

Before she knew it, Anna found herself starring at the end of a frying pan. Her eyes widened… This was serious… Rapunzel was getting WAY too into this interrogation. Anna tried to lock eyes with Kristoff, who she knew she could count on for staying sane… But his back was facing her and towards the wall. The traitor.

"So Anna," Rapunzel began as she started to circle around her victim "Since we never got to talk about it properly, why don't you tell us how your day at Disneyland was? Did you have fun? What did you do?"

"Well, it was great. We had a lot of fun. The first ride we went on was-"

"That's great." Rapunzel interrupted, stopping in front of the red head and holding the frying pan centimeters away from the victim's nose. "Now what happened between you and Elsa?"

The two girls were locked in a staring contest

Brown eyes vs. Blue Eyes

One glaring and the other stubbornly staring

The former narrowed her eyes while the other started to glance off to the side.

"Well…?" Rapunzel asked

"ELSA AND I KISSED" Anna finally blurted, no longer able to contain it

A silent beat…

… and then another

… and then-

"SERIOUSLY?" Kristoff asked turning around with a broad smile on his face

"I KNEW IT" Rapunzel squealed while bringing her hands up

"Why?"

"How?"

"When?"

"Tell us all the details!"

Anna's two friends kept asking questions, overlapping each other as the trio walked out of the custodial room and onward to where Anna was previously heading

On the way to The Sand Witch Stop, Anna had updated her best friends on everything pertaining to Elsa. Including the fact that she had been driving their favorite red head home every night which shocked them, but not because of the drive.

"YOU'VE BEEN WALKING HOME BY YOURSELF AT NIGHT?!" They both screeched in her ears

"Uh, Yeah. How else do you guys think I get back to the dorm room?" Anna said in a "duh" tone.

"Haven't your parents told you about not walking alone at night?" Kristoff asked

"Why yes, they have. But I don't see the big deal, I mean, I've always made it back fine." Anna huffed

Her two friends rolled their eyes. There was no use convincing and reprimanding Anna. What mattered was that she was getting a ride home from Elsa now. Which would explain one of the main reasons as to why Anna had been smiling all the time lately.

But that wasn't what is important. What they REALLY wanted to talk about was Anna and Elsa's kiss. It was SO amusing.

"So tell me how you guys ended up kissing again?" Rapunzel asked.

Anna huffed. Her friends have asked her to tell her the story at least 6 times now. "I already told you guys! I accidentally hit Elsa in the jaw, and Olaf thought I should kiss it to make it better. Next thing we knew, an Acapella group came out of nowhere singing –Kiss the Girl- and we were surrounded. We were pressured so we had to kiss, which was AMAZING. Elsa has the softest lips ever and at first we were both nervous but I found out that Elsa does this thing when she's nervous which is REALLY cute and- "

Kristoff and Rapunzel both started snickering as Anna began rambling about her kiss with Elsa… again. But it was cut short as Anna said something new

"…During the fireworks we were talking about kissing and I told her that she was one of the best kissers ever! And she told me that she didn't understand because she never kissed anyone before which I think is ridiculous because-"

"Wait. She's never kissed anyone before?" Kristoff asked with a look of utmost confusion. Rapunzel also mirroring his look

"Yeah, Which is just ridiculous because she's the most gorgeous person ever. So then I-"

"HANG ON. You mean to tell me that she has NEVER kissed ANYONE before?" Kristoff repeated as he turned around and began walking backwards to face Anna

"Yes! Pay attention!" Anna exasperated. "So then I asked her if she's ever been in a relationship before, and she said no! Which again, is just incredibly ri-"

"Wait," This time it was Rapunzel who spoke "She's never been in a relationship before?"

"Yeah." Anna waved her hand "Again, which is just completely and utterly ridiculous because just look at her! Who wouldn't want to-"

"HANG ON" Rapunzel shouted as she jumped in front of Anna, causing the trio to stop walking. "You mean to tell me, that she's NEVER been in a RELATIONSHIP before?"

"Not you too Rapunzel!" Anna sighed in annoyance "Yes, she's never been in a relationship before. Now pay attention you two! So I asked her if she had a crush, which she didn't answer because I-"

"Anna!" Her two friends shouted

"She's never kissed anyone before" Kristoff said

"And she's never been in a relationship" Rapunzel stated

"Yes! That's what I said!" Anna proclaimed

"She has a kid!" both of her friends said

Anna scoffed "I know, I've baby sat her kid for the past few months."

Kristoff groaned as he spun and placed his hands in his face while Rapunzel sighed and began to massage the bridge of her nose with one of her hands

…Sometimes, Anna could be really dense.

Finally, Rapunzel looked up at Anna and placed both of her hands on her friend's shoulders, as if it would help convey what she would try to say and began to speak slowly. As though speaking slowly would be leveled with her friend's processing skill. "Alright… Anna. If what Elsa said is true, and that she's never been in a relationship before or kissed someone before… Then how did she get Olaf?"

Anna stared blankly at her friend Rapunzel, and then slowly. Oh so slowly, her eyes widened as the question finally registered in her head.

If Elsa had never been in a relationship or kissed anyone before… How DID she get Olaf?

For a week now, questions and scenarios had plagued Anna's mind. For a week, Anna had not been smiling as she usually did and instead, baggy eyes and a small frown plastered her face. For a week now, she has tried asking Elsa the question constantly on her mind, but every time she looked at Elsa, she would shut her mouth. It was such a personal question, a question that could change their relationship with one another. A relationship that had taken so long for them to develop into one that was comfortable, not awkward like before.

She had thought about asking Olaf, but she decided against it. What if he didn't know the answer and she made him question his relationship with his mom? What if he did know the answer but didn't want to talk about it? What if asking him ruined her relationship with him?

Anna just wanted to know the answer to the question, but she was too scared of the consequences of asking.

"Hey Anna, what's wrong?" Hans asked as he came over to her table and handed an Iced Latte to her as he took a seat across from her. It's sort of been their thing now, eating sandwiches and drinking coffee while chatting a little together as Hans got off for a break.

Anna was sitting at the Sand Witch Stop with her books littering the table while eating her lunch before she left to go pick up Olaf. Well… She would be eating if she actually took a bite. Her sandwich had been sitting there untouched and she had been staring at the air for quite a while. Something she had been doing for the past week

It was a little unnerving when she did that because she would seemingly never blink. It was so creepy in fact, people would actually jump when they noticed her blank stare.

Hans actually jumped the first time he noticed, and then he would wave his hand in front of her to bring her back. They would go about their usual routine, but Hans could tell Anna wasn't really engaged in their chat. So after a week, he finally decided to ask her.

"Oh… Nothing…" Anna sighed. "It's just… Finals… Yeah. That's it."

Hans arched an eyebrow and leaned back into the booth, one arm hanging over the back as the other brought his iced coffee to his mouth. "I don't think it is. Now tell me what's really wrong."

Anna sighed as she pushed her sandwich away and sprawled her upper body on the tabletop. "Have you ever wanted to ask something or say something so badly but you were too scared to?" Anna asked

Hans chuckled "Hasn't everyone?"

Anna sighed "Yeah, but I mean. Asking or saying it could cause a change something between you and the person you're asking."

"You mean like asking a friend to date you?" Hans asked

"Yea- I mean. No!" Anna shot up, cheeks slightly red "Not like that. I meant like a personal question!"

Hans chuckled "I was using it as a simile, but alright. Go on."

"It's just, I want to ask Elsa a question, but it's really personal and I'm scared she might get mad at me or that I might scare her or make her sad because I'm stepping over some sort of boundary. And it's just, I don't want to mess up our already weird and awkward friendship and so-"

"You should just ask her." Hans stated with a small shrug

Anna blanched "Weren't you just listening? If I ask her it could ruin our somewhat friendship!"

"Yes, but you don't know that." Hans pointed out as he rested his elbows on the table. "Sure it could ruin your friendship, but it could also make it stronger. I mean, every relationship is about getting to know one another better isn't it? So why not?" He shrugged "Besides, if she really is a good friend, then she won't mind the question and stay your friend. If she does mind, and gets angry you can always apologize and not ask her again."

Anna paused to think about it. He did have a point. A very good point actually. "So I should just ask?"

Hans nodded

Anna mirrored his action as she pondered about it "Okay… I… I think I'll do that!" She smiled happily "In fact, I'll ask her tonight!" She declared as she began digging into her sandwich

"That's the spirit!"

There was only a few bites of her sandwich left now as she grabbed her iced late and chugged it down. "And then hopefully we'll become better friends!" She proclaimed as she slammed her cup onto the table "Not like this awkward sort of friendship we have now!"

"Yes!"

"And then I'll-!" She continued as she began stuffing her books into her backpack, but visually slowing down as her words slowed down "… I'll… What then afterward?" she asked

Hans shrugged "You start making plans to see each other more often?"

Anna brightened up at that idea "That's a great idea Hans!"

The red headed boy smirked up at her "I know"

Anna playfully rolled her eyes at him as she swung her backpack over her shoulder. "Alright Mr. Big Head, talk to you later!" She smiled as she walked out of the shop.

Hans smiled into his cup of coffee as he took a sip

Hey Guys! I know it's been a long time since I've updated, and I apologize for that. So I have a confession to make, I sometimes (most times) have a difficult time writing because I like to bounce ideas off of someone. It's a way for me to confirm whether or not an idea is good or not and a way for me to develop more ideas. When it's just me, I get incredibly indecisive so I end up scrapping chapters and what not. I don't have anyone to talk to about this particular story, which is one of the reasons why it takes so long for me to update this. I know it's not a good reason, but I thought you all should know since you all have been patient and wonderful.

Anyhow, thank you for reading!
